Galaxy Pizza Express in Lauingen (Donau)

Orders are not prepared as ordered (pizzas with ingredients that were not mentioned throughout the order) and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. However, you can't complain about the punctuality.

Again!! We ordered, the driver stopped two houses ahead and shouted "do you have the money?", but when she said yes, she stopped anyway. She probably didn't really know how to behave towards customers. Our food was really more than disgusting, we have never eaten so badly, the box was soaked but not from the pizza🤔🤔 the ​​dough was much too thick and firm. No tomato sauce and everything that seemed to be rim was black. My mixed salad came from the supermarket in a used and uncleaned champion bowl. The chicken curry lacked flavor, of course they found a lump of curry paste at the bottom. Not recommended at all, I would rather advise the owner to close his shop and reorient himself.

Preferably 0 stars, Food cold and totally disgusting 1.20€ fries from Kaufland not even salted, mushy and not even cooked through, You could take the kebab out of the aluminum foil with a fork, totally shredded. Never again 🤢

Ordered pizza and kebab plate for delivery on Saturday. Doner meat was totally dried out. Fries were cold. Pizza is made from an obvious industrial dough. Covering far too little. Driver totally unfriendly because I didn't open right away. I won't order there again as the food and service are not worth the money.

The tuna pizza that came with our order was so salty that it was inedible. In addition, there were only three capers and not a single anchovy, but there was a lot of anchovy water on the pizza. There was no response to our email to the provider via Lieferando, and when we called the restaurant we were only portrayed as being at fault. Quote: "Then just call and don't order via the app, then you'll get what you want." This clearly smells like premeditation to me. The other pizza also could not be enjoyed due to the circumstances. We didn't get another pizza or money, we were simply ignored.

We ordered 2 pizzas and received them a little late. Aa didn't listen properly when she took the order, so she told his delivery service the address, street and house number, but not that it was a mobile home parking space because the driver had to search because there was no street or number at the gate, but there was a mobile home parking sign. But otherwise high praise, the pizzas were still hot and very good and the price was OK.

I ordered food through Lieferando. Unfortunately, despite the additional payment, the desired product was not there. Comments are also not read. It's a shame that people don't pay attention to this.

Biggest Dr.... shop, will repeat my money tomorrow, food is inedible and allergies are taken care of... even though I said it twice on the phone.

The stated time was 35 minutes. For salad and potatoes 😪hours and it took 120. Didn't take the order... really sad

Everything doesn't taste like it should

Delivering something like that and taking money for it is disgusting. Tortellini not only tastes good, it tastes metallic. The Thai curry had neither curry nor any other spice. Drowned in sauce that couldn't be worse. This is a rip off and really disgraceful.

Actually doesn't deserve a star. I ordered baked chicken with rice. Unbaked cartilage chicken was delivered. Baked chicken costs even more. After the delivery was wrong I called and asked. I was told that there is currently no baked meat and that the wrong one was deliberately delivered.

I ordered and paid... After 1.5 hours I wanted to call and ask what was going on and then they were just closed... I never saw the food or the money again.

Absolute Frechheit!!!! Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert! Dass das Essen geschmacklich nicht der Hit ist, war zu erwarten, aber es geht eindeutig zu weit, wenn ich mich ca. 30 Minuten nach dem Verzehr über eine Stunde lang Erbrechen muss. Da ich nur wenig gegessen hatte, war ich sauer und habe dort angerufen. Der Mitarbeiter hat mich äußerst unhöflich abgefertigt und mir geraten nicht wieder zu bestellen! Leider musste ich zum Posten der Bewertung einen Stern anklicken. Selbst dieser eine Stern ist noch viel zu hoch bewertet für die erbrachte Leistung/Qualität! Fahrer meinte er kann das klingelschild nicht lesen, war sehr unfreundlich, hat uns die bestellung einfach in die hand gedrückt obwohl es viel war und hat uns angeschnauzt dass er noch andere bestellungen hat. Das essen is jetzt auch nicht so super damit man sich sowas von einem lieferanten geben lassen muss.

Da bestellst du halt genau ein einziges Mal .

Fünf Sterne aus zwei Gründen. 1. Galaxy ist der einzige Lieferdienst in der Gegend Dillingen Lauingen Gundelfingen bei dem man etwas asiatisches bestellen kann. 2. Der Döner/ Teller ist mit Putenfleisch was ich bevorzuge. Pizza würde ich dort eher mit mehreren Personen bestellen, dann das Family oder Party Menü mit 4 Zutaten wo nichts schief gehen kann. (Zutaten wie Thunfisch Zwiebeln Peperoni Champignon Paprika) Nudelgerichte weis ich nur von Hören Sagen dass diese dort eher nicht so gut sein sollen. Da ich aber solche dort nicht bestellt habe kann ich das nicht bewerten.

Pizza war nichtmal durch und Fahrer war richtig unfreundlich und hat auf Türkisch beleidigt weil er das Haus nicht gefunden hat. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen!!

Bestellung kam fast ne Stunde später, aber gut, gibt schlimmeres. Zum Essen: 1 Pizza Hackfleisch mit Salami, schinken, paprika und Zwiebel und dazu ein gemischter Salat. Geschmacklich schmeckts nach nix!!! Sowohl Pizza als auch Salat geschmacklos und langweilig. Warum arbeiten die Leute nicht mit Gewürzen??? Dressing vom Salat einfach nur joghurtdressing ohne Geschmack.

Im Salat war ein Tier und die Pizza war auch mal besser bin leider enttäuscht..

Laut Lieferando 40 min, dies wurde eingehalten. Ein Sonderwunsch wurde angegeben und auch berücksichtigt. Das Dressing von Tomate Mozzarella schmeckt nur nach Zwiebel und wurde mit einem schwarzen Haar garniert! Die Soße von den Rigatoni a la Chef schmeckt nach nichts … Das Pizzabrot ist ok … Muss nicht unbedingt nochmal sein 🙃
