We rented a private room for nine people at Fusion Sushi, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and we were even able to play our own music—they provided a microphone, which made the atmosphere even better. As a special surprise, they wrote a message on the sushi platters for the birthday person and even decorated them with little fountains. It was truly amazing and so thoughtful. It was a wonderful evening all around. I highly recommend Fusion Sushi and would definitely go back!

In a business context, I have had very negative experiences with the reliability and professionalism of this restaurant over the past few months. In particular, there have been repeated and persistent difficulties with billing and payment processing, which has severely damaged my trust in the establishment. From a business partner's perspective, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I really liked going there, but on Saturday a friend and I arrived around 1 p.m. and the restaurant was closed. We called, and the woman said she didn't know yet when they would open. People should really adhere to the posted opening hours, especially if they've made a special trip, and an apology would have been appreciated.

The food was really good and tasty, the service was a bit rude to be honest, but it is whatever. What was really bothering me, even though the store is very beautifully designed, some of the fake sakura trees have spider webs, so it didn’t feel very pleasant to eat under spider webs. Also the seats look a bit nasty with hair of customers probably and just general dark spots. But the sushi was really good.

This is by far the most customer-unfriendly place you can imagine. We reserved a table three weeks in advance and informed them of a guest's allergy. On the day of our arrival, they informed us that they couldn't accommodate the allergy (gluten) and canceled the reservation.

The kitchen is closed one hour before closing time?

I was there yesterday, and the prices are frankly outrageous. The place was packed, but the girls still made an effort. I reserved a table at 7 p.m., but I had to wait until 7:15 p.m. because a private party was taking over the restaurant. I found it a bit unnecessary. I also had to wait 15 minutes to pay, but willingness counts, and the food was delicious.

I really wonder if the owner has changed in the last two years?... I was there two years ago and it was really delicious and the service was top-notch too. I thought I could stop there again on my way back from Munich, so I made the 50 km detour. I probably should have checked the new Instagram posts beforehand... The food was a disaster, and it was really painful to pay for the garbage. We only ate it all because we were really hungry and it would be a shame to throw it away. But sashimi, which isn't sashimi, completely overloaded with fried onions, the salmon flambéed and cooked through – what does that have to do with sashimi? And if it was, there was no indication on the menu. Salmon caviar wrapped in nori turned out to be masago wrapped in cucumber. Two small "rolls" for €10.50 😂 so a complete scam. I've rarely been so speechless. Well, the sushi we ordered was almost entirely fried. Too bad, they should have mentioned that on the menu, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered any of it. I can't tolerate that kind of thing, and I don't like it either. But here, too, everything was overloaded with mayo and fried onions. 3 stars for the ambiance; I like pink and thought the decor was nice back then. Two stars deducted because the music was simply too loud and at times had a very "oriental" feel. 1 star for the food, because the wakame was quite good—although you can't really go wrong with that. 0 stars for the service. There was only one person with us who took our drinks and food directly. They didn't clear the table, and when our glasses were empty, they didn't even ask if we wanted another one. So, it seems they don't need to sell us any drinks. We ended up getting coffee at the nearest gas station—the money was much better spent there. The glass was empty for 27 minutes; we and another table of two people were the only ones in the place. Nobody came to our table. The plates also remained empty for 20 minutes. I asked for the bill, and that took over 10 minutes again 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was probably only cleared away after we had paid and left. Everything stayed there that long. I pointed out that the salmon caviar wasn't salmon caviar. They asked the kitchen about it, but nothing was said about it. For the first time in my life, I didn't tip. Why would I have? The first photo is from then. The second photo is from now. Second time and never again - I could have burned the money, and starving would have been much better for my stomach than throwing away the garbage. I would have liked to have addressed it properly, but no one ever came to the table 😂 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh, and one last thing – they don't have any glass glasses anymore, only plastic ones. Personally, that's an absolute no-go for me and just cheap. But that also shows that everything in this store has simply gotten worse.

We recently went to Fusion for dinner together and were absolutely thrilled! ✨ We tried all the sushi options, along with soups and ramen noodles – everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. We also loved the homemade lemonade – refreshing and truly special! 🥰 The team there is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and cared for the entire time. You don't experience such a warm atmosphere very often. For us, a clear 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – we would love to come back!

A nice restaurant, but in my opinion, it has nothing to do with authentic sushi. The staff were also overwhelmed by NeoTaste, which I think they should know a thing or two about if they're offering it. The food really wasn't that great; there are plenty of better places in Frankfurt, and not to mention, it's way too expensive.

It was my birthday!!! My daughters invited me tonight, and it was soooo lovely 😍 Fusion also included a birthday surprise (thanks to the whole team). It's well worth the money, and you'll be full!!!

When we got to our table, someone immediately asked if the air conditioning should be turned off because we had a baby with us. They were super thoughtful 😊. This was the best sushi I've ever eaten – top-notch. The service, as I said, was very friendly and attentive.

We went there in a group of 4 with two kids mainly to have Ramen. We made a reservation of 6 and when we got there nobody knew there is a reservation so they just placed us in the corner without considering where to put the kids as the place was meant for only 4 people. When we ordered only 3 meals and starters came through in about 20 minutes and 1 meal took them 45 minutes to serve so this one person at the table was waiting about 1 hour just for his meal. We ordered the chicken ramen and prawn ramen. There was no variety among them only the meat was different on both everything else was the same with the same broth. The broth was too thick and had no taste so entire bowl was tasteless at the end. For starters we ordered chicken bao bun and a Maki. Maki was very below average and the bao bun was just ok. There are much better bao buns in Frankfurt. All in all I would rate the food 2 stars and the service also 2 stars. I do not recommend going there and would not go again myself. They do serve Halal but it was not displayed anywhere.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance invites you to linger. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered (approx. €20–30 per person). We'll definitely be back!

Four of us were there, and we were really craving some good sushi and ramen – but were unfortunately disappointed. We had ramen, bao buns, edamame, and sushi. The ramen was definitely not traditional – the broth had a strong peanut flavor, which was more irritating than delicious. There was also only one broth to choose from, which severely limited the variety. Instead of bok choy, there were lettuce leaves in the soup – I've never experienced that before, and unfortunately, it just didn't taste good. The soy sauce also had an unusual, rather artificial, cheap taste, which didn't improve the sushi experience. The bao buns were heavily filled with coleslaw, so you could hardly taste any of the chicken or shrimp – which was a shame. They were still okay, but not convincing. The edamame was unfortunately overcooked and therefore rather mushy. The sushi was overall okay, but nothing special – quite a lot of sauce, not much finesse. You can tell the concept leans more toward fusion cuisine, but that didn't convince us. Anyone looking for authentic, flavorfully balanced Japanese cuisine will likely be disappointed. For us, this was our first and last visit. We think the hype is completely unjustified.

The best fusion sushi place ever! The food is fantastic, everything tastes incredible, it's halal, every sushi roll can be ordered breaded, and the drinks are super delicious and creatively made. The two appetizers are especially FINEST: fried chicken and fried corn. A 100,000/10! We always come here specifically for this and are completely satisfied every time! 🌸✨

Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing – the bao bun was very sticky and didn't seem to be fully cooked. The filling was loose on top, making it difficult to eat as intended. It looked nice, but the concept wasn't convincing.

I've eaten here many times and have also ordered for pickup on several occasions. It was my favorite place for a long time. But the quality has really declined significantly. On top of that, I specifically stated that I wanted to replace/omit an ingredient due to an allergy, and they didn't pay attention. So, unfortunately, I couldn't eat that part... it's a shame that we had to throw the roll away... We ate the rest, but as I said, the quality has unfortunately declined significantly. This was probably our last time here.

Today I went to Fusion in Frankfurt for the first time with my wife. The food was a 10/10 both in terms of taste and appearance, the service was very, very good and professional, the young lady and the gentleman in service looked after us very well. Now, unfortunately, I come to my criticism. I think the selection of music (a mix between house, pop, etc.) is very suitable for the ambience and the overall concept of the store. But I think it's a shame that this music is influenced by other music (I assume from the kitchen). This means you quickly get a headache and are annoyed, and it's extremely difficult for you to enjoy the food.

Unfortunately, by far the worst sushi I have ever eaten. Everything is drowned in ready-made sauce, which not only tastes bad, but everything is soggy with it. Maybe it wouldn't taste bad without this mud, but unfortunately we won't find out anymore. The store is nice, no question, but we ordered and picked up. We had the feeling that it was enough for most guests that the food was Instagrammable… a shame!

There were three of us there earlier. Everything really worked out. Music was good, not too loud like other restaurants/bars. It was really harmonious and pleasant in there. The waitresses were all really nice and friendly. We really felt comfortable! About the food: The food came quickly and was really incredibly tasty. We really left with a good feeling and would definitely come back next time!

We were invited here for dinner. The first impression was quite nice and we were shown to our table. It's all very tight. Families with a stroller definitely don't have room at a table here. The furniture is very simple. The turn is painted pink and in one corner there is a bathtub with plastic balls to have your photo taken here. There is also a selfie background in the toilet. Unfortunately, a plastic cherry blossom tree doesn't make the restaurant's impression any better. The menu is clear and the service was friendly. She also helped us through the menu. We ordered across the menu to get an impression. The food also came quite quickly. The quality of fish was okay, but unfortunately the sushi was completely covered with mayo and balsamic cream, so you could hardly taste the fish. Sushi rice was also only prepared averagely. The restaurant is certainly ideal for Instagram pictures, but if you want to eat sushi you should go to your usual Japanese restaurant.

Ate there for the first time, just under 1 hour. Waited until the waiter even came to us (despite the fact that it was pointed out to him that we hadn't ordered yet and he said he would be there soon). It took at least another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Ordered from home the second time. A salmon bowl and a chicken bowl. Two chicken bowls came, even though the bill in the bag said exactly what we ordered. No one has been available by phone for an hour. The salmon bowl also costs more than the chicken bowl.

But even after a long wait, no one came to us - no greeting, no drink order, nothing. However, other guests who arrived after us were served. After a while we gave up in frustration and left the restaurant. Very disappointing because that's not how you should treat guests. We definitely won't come back here!

There is tons of mayonnaise on the rice bowl. Mayonnaise is not mentioned on the menu as an ingredient in the rice bowl. Not particularly tasty and the stomach is now spoiled. The atmosphere is designed for Insta, if you like that, you'll like it. I thought €18 was quite a lot for a bowl.

Employees very unfriendly! After I nicely pointed out to the waitress that the wrong food had been brought to me, I was accused of having ordered exactly that food from the waitress, whereupon I stated that she hadn't taken my order but her colleague had . She didn't let me finish at all and it was difficult for her to listen!! The correct food was then brought to me, but when I paid I was still debited for the other food (€10 too much).

I do not recommend. We ordered Ramen soup for the second time - which was reminiscent of Mivina or Soba instant soup. Broth is not broth The basis of ramen broth is the bones of animals (pork, beef) and poultry (chicken, rabbit). In addition to meat broth, vegetable broth is used in ramen, fish broth, and mushroom broth. The taste value of the soup is determined by additional ingredients - pork, beef, chicken. And here - watery soup, the meat was black on the sides, burnt and stank of smoke. The egg is hard as a ball, not soaked in soy sauce for even a couple of minutes. Without toppings - like with slices of pork, chicken or beef, dried nori seaweed and green onions. The burnt meat was put in a bowl with water/broth and everything tasted of burnt smoke. Even when the waiters told her, she didn't do anything. She said she would pass the cook on. I found it strange that sushi was served first and then soup. When we ordered soup with duck - there was no duck, it was offered with chicken. Which would also be good - if that chicken wasn't black and burnt. When we ordered black tea - there was no tea that day either - the waitress kindly offered coffee, the coffee was delicious. The sushi was also delicious. It is constantly cold in the restaurant, because the air conditioner freezes (so they explained to me) and it was not possible to turn on the heat. It showed 21, it was very cold, so people were sitting in jackets in the restaurant. The only thing I liked were the waiters. Very polite. But it's a pity that you didn't enjoy the food. €65 was paid for a set of sushi and 1 ramen soup with salad The air conditioner did not work. Sitting in a cold room in winter in a jacket is such a pleasure. You choose.

When we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly. The restaurant has a very eye-catching style, which is also reflected in the pink and pink bathrooms. The menu was shrink-wrapped on one side of the table, which also served as a base - QR codes should perhaps be considered here. The sushi was freshly prepared and you could taste it. Ambience is cool. Service is bad. Starter was ordered in advance, but comes with the main course. Sushi is completely forgotten. After we were finished, we asked about our sushi. Been there twice, been disappointed twice and went home without eating. It couldn't be more unprofessional

Then there was rock shrimp temp as a starter and they were just great😍 There was also the ramen noodle with duck and the duck was like that beautifully tender and unbeatable in taste. It's supposedly halal according to Instagram but alcohol is sold! It's nowhere on the map. Very disappointing! We were specifically informed in advance. A 45 minute journey was completely free.

My wife and I eat sushi very often and yours is definitely one of the requested places in our TOP locations. An absolute recommendation for every fan of sushi. Unfortunately, the whole thing also has a dark side: the service! When I look at the other recessions, the whole thing probably leaves some people with a bad feeling. And in the end, that unfortunately devalues ​​the great food. I think with more structure, who takes care of what, who takes care of which tables, has everyone already ordered, etc. you would make it easier for yourself. I'm sure you'd have even more happy customers and more sales in the till at the end of the day. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the drinks and had to ask for them repeatedly. In the end the drinks were taken several times, charged for but not brought to the table. Unfortunately, the whole thing leaves a very unhappy impression, even though the food and the ambience are so great. My wife and I both work in the service industry and would simply give this to you as an idea from our side 😉 This isn't meant to be a bad criticism, just to reflect our feelings. Today we were able to celebrate my little sister's 18th birthday at Fusion Frankfurt. We went there today based on a recommendation from a good friend and I can only say on behalf of my entire family that it is one of the best and most beautiful restaurants in Frankfurt! We were greeted and welcomed by a very, very nice and courteous gentleman. He accompanied us throughout the evening and made our evening wonderful. Small requests were taken into account and the food was very, very tasty :) Gladly again at any time ;) Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I've never experienced anything like this in my life. First of all, the service was very unprofessional and then I find a worm in my iced tea just because the employees were too lazy to wash the mint that served as decoration. All the food came up! Of course I asked the employees about it, they didn't care and with a dry, sorry thought they had eaten it. If they don't want to eat worms, then I would stay away from the restaurant. Generally everything is very dirty and unhygienic. The napkins were all stained and dirty so no recommendation at all!!!!!!!!!!
