Disappointing service - not even served We were looking forward to our visit, but unfortunately we were completely ignored. After waiting for a few minutes, we assumed the staff might be busy. But even after a long wait, no one came to us - no greeting, no drink order, nothing. However, other guests who arrived after us were served. After a while we gave up in frustration and left the restaurant. Very disappointing because that's not how you should treat guests. We definitely won't come back here!

Employees very unfriendly! After I nicely pointed out to the waitress that the wrong food had been brought to me, I was accused of having ordered exactly that food from the waitress, whereupon I stated that she hadn't taken my order but her colleague had . She didn't let me finish at all and it was difficult for her to listen!! The correct food was then brought to me, but when I paid I was still debited for the other food (€10 too much).

There is tons of mayonnaise on the rice bowl. Mayonnaise is not mentioned on the menu as an ingredient in the rice bowl. Not particularly tasty and the stomach is now spoiled. The atmosphere is designed for Insta, if you like that, you'll like it. I thought €18 was quite a lot for a bowl.

I do not recommend. We ordered Ramen soup for the second time - which was reminiscent of Mivina or Soba instant soup. Broth is not broth The basis of ramen broth is the bones of animals (pork, beef) and poultry (chicken, rabbit). In addition to meat broth, vegetable broth is used in ramen, fish broth, and mushroom broth. The taste value of the soup is determined by additional ingredients - pork, beef, chicken. And here - watery soup, the meat was black on the sides, burnt and stank of smoke. The egg is hard as a ball, not soaked in soy sauce for even a couple of minutes. Without toppings - like with slices of pork, chicken or beef, dried nori seaweed and green onions. The burnt meat was put in a bowl with water/broth and everything tasted of burnt smoke. Even when the waiters told her, she didn't do anything. She said she would pass the cook on. I found it strange that sushi was served first and then soup. When we ordered soup with duck - there was no duck, it was offered with chicken. Which would also be good - if that chicken wasn't black and burnt. When we ordered black tea - there was no tea that day either - the waitress kindly offered coffee, the coffee was delicious. The sushi was also delicious. It is constantly cold in the restaurant, because the air conditioner freezes (so they explained to me) and it was not possible to turn on the heat. It showed 21, it was very cold, so people were sitting in jackets in the restaurant. The only thing I liked were the waiters. Very polite. But it's a pity that you didn't enjoy the food. €65 was paid for a set of sushi and 1 ramen soup with salad The air conditioner did not work. Sitting in a cold room in winter in a jacket is such a pleasure. You choose.

The service was okay, employees are nice, but we had to wait a little long before we were served. In the end there was a mix-up with the order, which was still charged. The ambience is very modern but obviously designed for social media-friendly aesthetics. However, the food was overall quite tasty.

When we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly. The restaurant has a very eye-catching style, which is also reflected in the pink and pink bathrooms. The menu was shrink-wrapped on one side of the table, which also served as a base - QR codes should perhaps be considered here. The sushi was freshly prepared and you could taste it. The sushi was attractively served on a slate platter, which couldn't really be said about the drinks as they were served in plastic glasses...I had to smile a bit. ;) Overall, a nice sushi restaurant that is worth a visit.

Ambience is cool. Service is bad. Starter was ordered in advance, but comes with the main course. Sushi is completely forgotten. After we were finished, we asked about our sushi. Our fried sushi was then brought cold because it had been forgotten in the kitchen. When asked about the grievances, they weren't really taken seriously. Sushi tastes good because there is more sauce on it than sushi. Very dissatisfied with the store and we won't be coming back.

Reserved for lunch for the first time, when we got there it was said that it was only available on certain days, which was not stated anywhere (not even on the website). There was even a sign outside for lunch 🤦🏻‍♂️ It was then explained that lunch is only available during the week. We then made another reservation during the week (explicitly mentioning lunch in the reservation!!) When we got there we were told there was no lunch again. There was no indication of this anywhere, neither website nor map. Service was really unfriendly and rude after asking. Coupled with incompetence, it all seemed very unprofessional. Before the visit, I even called 5 times to make sure that lunch was available this time, but no one answered. Don't know if the lunch menu even exists or is just an advertisement. Been there twice, been disappointed twice and went home without eating. It couldn't be more unprofessional

Just wow, wow, wow!!! We had a Suchi platter (crispy roll and the special roll spring roll were particularly awesome!!!) Then there was rock shrimp temp as a starter and they were just great😍 There was also the ramen noodle with duck and the duck was like that beautifully tender and unbeatable in taste. It's supposedly halal according to Instagram but alcohol is sold! It's nowhere on the map. Very disappointing! We were specifically informed in advance. A 45 minute journey was completely free.

My wife and I eat sushi very often and yours is definitely one of the requested places in our TOP locations. An absolute recommendation for every fan of sushi. Unfortunately, the whole thing also has a dark side: the service! When I look at the other recessions, the whole thing probably leaves some people with a bad feeling. And in the end, that unfortunately devalues ​​the great food. I think with more structure, who takes care of what, who takes care of which tables, has everyone already ordered, etc. you would make it easier for yourself. I'm sure you'd have even more happy customers and more sales in the till at the end of the day. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the drinks and had to ask for them repeatedly. In the end the drinks were taken several times, charged for but not brought to the table. Unfortunately, the whole thing leaves a very unhappy impression, even though the food and the ambience are so great. My wife and I both work in the service industry and would simply give this to you as an idea from our side 😉 This isn't meant to be a bad criticism, just to reflect our feelings. Today we were able to celebrate my little sister's 18th birthday at Fusion Frankfurt. We went there today based on a recommendation from a good friend and I can only say on behalf of my entire family that it is one of the best and most beautiful restaurants in Frankfurt! We were greeted and welcomed by a very, very nice and courteous gentleman. He accompanied us throughout the evening and made our evening wonderful. Small requests were taken into account and the food was very, very tasty :) Gladly again at any time ;) Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I've never experienced anything like this in my life. First of all, the service was very unprofessional and then I find a worm in my iced tea just because the employees were too lazy to wash the mint that served as decoration. All the food came up! Of course I asked the employees about it, they didn't care and with a dry, sorry thought they had eaten it. If they don't want to eat worms, then I would stay away from the restaurant. Generally everything is very dirty and unhygienic. The napkins were all stained and dirty so no recommendation at all!!!!!!!!!!

We had to wait a long time for drinks and food. The food was tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. Another visit was better. We were served very warmly and quickly, the food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared.

We absolutely fell in love with this restaurant! The ambience, the food and, above all, the friendly and attentive staff – simply fantastic. A special highlight was our super nice waitress, who made our evening even more welcoming. Simply 10 to the power of 10 and absolutely recommended! We were there as a group of six and everything was perfectly organized. Our reserved table was already waiting for us and we were served immediately. The surprise for our "birthday child" was particularly touching: the team played a birthday song, handed her torches and congratulated her. As if that wasn't enough, we got a sweet surprise on the house! Finally, we took wonderful photos in the famous pink bathtub filled with colorful balls - absolute fun for the whole group. All in all, it was a thoroughly successful evening that we will remember for a long time. Many thanks to the entire Fusion team for the unforgettable time! We will definitely be back soon and can only warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Very long waiting times, narrow space - relatively crowded with tables, loud and totally stuffy, don't go there without a reservation - all tables are pre-reserved until closing time. Accordingly, there are very long waiting times. Very expensive because the portions are quite small, which is not unusual for sushi, but you can still expect to pay 20-30 euros per person if you want to be full. They don't tell you any of this on Instagram, all you see is a cute pink shop with a great atmosphere and delicious sushi. Unfortunately, there are no pictures on the menu, which is why non-experts have to google it to figure out the dish. Still a large variety and, as I said, really tasty.

No parking spaces, if you park in the Aldi parking lot you get a fine of €35 because you have to wait over an hour for your food even if you want to take away. You can forget about eating there if you don't make a reservation, but over the phone they say that a reservation is no longer possible. Friends or acquaintances have a clear advantage because there is always room for them. Unfortunately it doesn't taste like it used to, the rolls are getting smaller and smaller...

We picked up our food, ordered 4 things, only got 3... but still paid the same price as for all 4 things... Food was cold and tasted like it had been in the freezer for 3 days.

So, let me tell you how it all started, friends. I, Uwe, was just a normal guy back then, a homeless guy, but with a Porsche – yes, that works! Born on a park bench here in good old Germany, I lived my life inconspicuously, no big dramas. But one day, when hunger struck again, I decided to go to a sushi restaurant and ask for leftovers. Sounds normal at first, right? But what I didn’t know: This restaurant wasn’t just any sushi shop, it was a fusion restaurant! Everything was super fancy and a bit weird, but I thought, whatever, the main thing is food. While I was standing there, my eyes fell on this American - and holy moly, he actually had a massive pool noodle with him. He stood at the counter, very casually, and ordered his sushi with the greatest of ease. Who takes a pool noodle to the restaurant? Crazy. Suddenly it happened: the merger. I don't know if it was the sushi or this place, but suddenly I felt... different. The words that I could normally say in German without any problems simply didn't come to mind anymore. It was as if my brain had suddenly activated American tourist mode. I stood there and suddenly wanted to pick up this pool noodle - like I was obsessed! My sentences became more and more a wild mix of German and English, as if I had lost track. Since then - ever since that crazy day at the sushi fusion restaurant - I've been searching for my old self. It's like I'm two people in one body: the German Uwe and the awkward American tourist constantly craving pool noodles and trying to sort out his language. The sushi itself? Well, I didn't get any leftovers, but hey, it was probably the start of a great adventure. I give the restaurant 4 stars because it changed my life, but there is still no pool noodles on the menu.

I absolutely loved Fusion! Every meal was a taste experience - from the fresh starters to the main courses. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service: the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and used a lot of expertise to help select the dishes. The ambience and atmosphere invite you to linger. For anyone who loves high-quality sushi or just wants to try something new, Fusion is an absolute must. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed in Frankfurt for 2 days at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. Then we looked at what was available for food nearby and came across sushi fusion. We then set off on foot for about 20 minutes (2 adults, 2 children). When we got there it was relatively full and he asked if we had reserved. We said no and explained to him that we weren't from here and would be there on foot with the kids. He then did everything possible to offer us a table. Ordering and serving went relatively quickly. You can also reorder without any problems. We had sushi and the noodle bowl. And we were totally thrilled. When we come back to Frankfurt we will come here again to eat and then make a reservation.

Terrific! We got to try the Crispy and Salmon Philly Roll; it was a flavor explosion; EVERYTHING you would expect from a very good suhi! We also got a flamed cheese roll on the house👏🏼👏🏼 The staff are very friendly and you feel very welcome in the cozy atmosphere. I can only recommend it!!!

We came from Saarland to eat. The sushi is incredibly tasty and the creations were very unusual. Top service and the store looks super cute. The part owner (Dani) was incredibly personable. Always my pleasure!

I reserved a table at 7 p.m., but due to a train delay I wanted to postpone my reservation - it was still early in the afternoon because I already knew about the delay. The store was open for ages but no matter when I called, no one answered the phone. It's a real shame that this store even gives a phone number when they don't know how to use it anyway. I can't rate the food because when I was in the shop we were told that everything was fully booked and there wouldn't be any space the whole evening. That's what I call service. Anyways, thank you very much for nothing and I certainly won't come to this store again. Not to mention that there are no parking spaces anyway.

Top sushi/ great service/ beautiful interior I've been to Fusion Frankfurt several times. I was lured by the cute and unusual interior, but I stayed because of the great service and the mega-tasty sushi. When I was planning my best friend's baby shower, I contacted the restaurant. They provided me with a separate air-conditioned room with the same great decoration as the main restaurant as well as a music system. The entire team was very helpful and friendly at all times. Dear Noor read our every wish and made the evening unforgettable. The food was of course again a 10/10. I recommend the dragon rolls and the mango-passionfruit iced tea to everyone. The store is really a heartfelt recommendation because there is so much attention to detail that it is definitely worth one and many more visits.

I recently went to Fusion Kitchen in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen with my friends and our visit was simply fantastic! From start to finish we enjoyed every moment. Starters: We started with the miso soup and the edamame. The miso soup was perfectly seasoned, with a deep, hearty broth and tender pieces of tofu. The edamame were fresh and crunchy, ideal as an easy introduction. Main courses: The selection of our main courses was a real highlight. The Crispy and Salmon Fusion Platter was a true taste experience - the salmon was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, and the crunchy elements gave the whole thing an exciting texture. The shrimp bao buns were heavenly - juicy shrimp in a fluffy bun that just melted in your mouth. The Taki Rolls were also impressive, with a great balance of flavors and a very nice presentation. Drinks: The drinks with cotton candy were not only a visual highlight, but also extremely tasty. The combination of refreshing drink and sweet cotton candy was an ingenious and playful touch that added a special touch to the evening. Dessert: To finish we enjoyed the mochi which was just perfect. The consistency was ideal – tender yet firm, with a delicious filling that we will remember for a long time. Facility: The Fusion Kitchen impresses not only with its exquisite food, but also with its impressive furnishings. Today let's take a look at another TikTok hype that is being raved about by many people on the Internet. The staff welcomed us warmly and brought us to a table. The decor is okay, but neither the menu nor the decor makes it clear exactly which cuisine is being fused with Japanese. The food looked pretty good at first glance, but at second glance you notice that the plates were garnished with chip crumbs... in keeping with the theme of the Takis Rolls on the menu, probably? 😅 Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the fish wasn't fresh - and you could taste that through the generous layer of different sauces. By the way, these platters with 2 drinks cost just under 65 euros. The price/performance ratio is actually a disgrace. I definitely didn't get full. Unfortunately, in the Rhine-Main area you often see shops that are massively overhyped on the Internet, but in the end there is probably not a restaurateur/passionate chef with a vision and a concept behind them, but rather a midnight snacker who makes his homemade sushi with Takis crumbs decorated it and his friends celebrated badly. It now becomes clear that little emphasis was placed on quality/saturation, but rather on some profit: My wife and I are sick and not full. If you are familiar with sushi, you should stay away from this shop. Unfortunately I don't recommend it. 1/5

I was there for the second time. The first time I was excited, the second time I was more disillusioned. The store was very busy and we had to wait a long time for service. On our food too. It was tasty, but they didn't put as much effort into it as they did on my first visit. There were also disputes between employees. Doesn't belong there. When we called our waitress to order dessert, she just didn't come. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left without dessert. Quite dissatisfied.

We went there with the expectation that it was definitely just another Insta/TikTok hype and that everything looked good rather than tasted good. But it was the complete opposite. I don't understand the hype and the store. We visited Fusion for several Tiktoks. I can't imagine that this was unpaid advertising. The service was poor and totally slow even though the restaurant wasn't full. The drinks (homemade iced tea) came without ice cubes and only after 30 minutes in a plastic glass. The sushi was unrefrigerated and not fresh. All in all, unfortunately a super negative experience.

Very nice. I drive almost 100km to eat there. It's always been tasty so far. We also respond to special requests. I even went there for my birthday and there were even fireworks. If I didn't live so far away, I would eat there more often. Price performance absolutely top Small addendum since the new conditions are in place, unfortunately they don't understand what you want to order. Today it really annoyed me, but it still tasted good. I'll try it again next time and give an update. I have always tipped today and for the last time if that changes I will gladly do it again.

If you love sushi, you will unfortunately be disappointed here. The quality of the sushi dishes is below average. No freshness or finesse, but a lot of mayonnaise and “Instagrammable” stuff like dry ice, etc. You can hardly taste the fish, even with the sashimi the quality of the fish is more adequate than really appropriate for the price. Which unfortunately leads to the second, real point of criticism: the sushi is significantly too expensive for the quality. Converted to the plate, that was over 40 euros for me (8x2 rolls, 1x sashimi) and therefore around 4 euros per plate in comparison. I'm happy to pay that price if the quality is right. However, there are far better alternatives in Frankfurt that certainly justify such a price (or higher). Overall, the shop seemed quite chaotic (food was first delivered incorrectly, then everything was on a platter, there was also a mess when paying. Anything could happen and is not part of the rating, but for me that means that I probably won't come back again would.

Although it is a beautifully decorated, colorful restaurant, the food and service were unfortunately not up to par. The staff was completely overwhelmed with our larger group, which is why friends/family had to help out. The sushi rice was too soggy and the food was so completely drowned in sauce that I didn't want to dip it in soy sauce anymore. We had ordered a roll with salmon tartare, but received surimi (cheap imitation crab meat). When we asked the waitress about it, she had no idea what it was about and wanted to ask the chef, but without an answer.

What happens when you listen to paid food bloggers and social media? Correct! You will be disappointed. The best thing about the store was the service! Very friendly! A bit overwhelmed when it got busy. But otherwise super nice. The chicken ramen tasted like soup...with breaded chicken in it, which was completely mushy after 5 minutes. Sushi didn't taste like anything and was topped with sauces. You can taste the dominant sauce and no fresh ingredients. The fried corn was ok. I wouldn't go there again. The store is extremely tiny and has ZERO atmosphere. I think it's important that real and unpaid reviews are written here. It's brazen how everything is misrepresented on Tiktok and co.

I'm a regular Fusion customer, but Fusion used to be good. The food now just tastes disgusting, I'd rather not say anything about the children's portions. I asked the employees about it three times, but it didn't help. That's why I'm just writing this here!

We actually wanted to eat in the store on July 4th, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. We waited for 10 minutes, after no one came and we didn't see anyone, we left. Service actually deserves 0 stars

I had to wait half an hour for my takeaway food - only one waiter who took the food, billed/cleared it etc., so it took (too) long. This waiter is nowhere near as attentive as his colleagues in the kitchen. Forgotten cutlery, when you check out you round up without being asked, which in my opinion is absolutely not possible. The taste was good, but I've had much better.

Chic shop, everything is beautifully prepared. But the quality of sushi is not high at all and the prices are more than exorbitant. In terms of price, they are the top stores in Frankfurt, and the taste is more like that of a discounter. For taking pictures or videos for Insta/TikTok, it's definitely a great shop. If you want to eat good sushi, you're in the wrong place here.

My friends and I were here. We ordered, unfortunately the order arrived incorrectly and when we informed us the waiters had to disappear for 10/15 minutes and then came back with an apology that the order would be made again in the kitchen. The correct order came at the end. Unfortunately, “breaded €1.50” was incorrectly listed on each of our bills several times. Then we didn't say anything else because we were annoyed and left. Waiting time far too long. Service is simply a flop. A pity!

The 6 maki with cucumber and sweet potato fries was delicious and offered a successful combination of fresh flavors and crispy texture. The fried chicken was also excellently prepared and exceeded my expectations. Particularly worth mentioning was the Ice Tea Peach with cotton candy on top, which was not only refreshing but also a real eye-catcher. The combination of sweet iced tea and fluffy cotton candy was an interesting twist and made the drink special. The atmosphere at Fusion Sushi was pleasant and relaxed, the staff friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a successful visit that I would happily recommend.

We live in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen and I have walked past the store several times. Today I ordered for the first time through Lieferando and I am more than thrilled. The chicken bowl was super freshly prepared and even lovingly decorated with chips on top. The eye is there too. We will order again. Thanks for the great food.

Very bad staff, hospitable is a disaster, I drove 100 km and I would have been 30 minutes late, in the end the waitresses said there was no room. I don't recommend this store.

We were there with a larger group and although it is rather small, there was enough space and we were served very well. The cellar lady was really very friendly. The food was very tasty, we all enjoyed it, we tried almost all the dishes. Price-performance ratio is right, atmosphere is very sweet. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. Warm beer, wrong food served after a long wait. The Fried Shrimp Bun felt like it consisted of 89% mayonaise, 5% lettuce, 5% bun and 1% shrimp. The other dish we didn't order looked like microwaved frozen chicken. We are very sorry, but we cannot recommend this restaurant. It's better to orient yourself further towards the city center.

I would only recommend this store if I can't think of anything for a date. But only if you have already eaten something beforehand. Because the pink walls are sure to please the lady and she will look at them a lot when the food just doesn't come. You can also talk about the bad service. What I didn't know is that this friend has a very, very small appetite. But I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm always happy about recommendations, but old thing... I was disappointed here. Would you like to reserve in advance? Canceled - bad luck. You want to have the menu - nothing will come of it. After waiting for a quarter of an hour in the dim atmosphere (outside), we simply looked at the map on the internet. We then had to find the waitress on our own and ask them to take our orders. Then we had to wait another 30-45 minutes until the food arrived. These came at a very different time. And then another 10 minutes later the waitress remembered that the Bao wasn't available. Instead we got someone else's starter on the house (illogical, but still). The portions were very overpriced for the value for money. The plates were all more empty than filled. Very depressing when you are hungry, see the big bowl and then are faced with the reality of the bowl being more than half empty. And far too much sauce for my taste...but there should be people who think that's good. In the end, a restaurant that is still well attended due to a bit of Tik Tok Fame, but will not last much longer given the service we are offered.

Small but nice. What a lovely shop. The food was great and really well prepared. The staff was very friendly and really great. The equipment of the hammer. Everything (almost) in pink. Very cool. We'll come back.

The sushi restaurant is simply fantastic! From the cozy atmosphere to the exquisite taste of the food, everything was perfect. The sushi rolls were freshly prepared and artfully presented. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!

I ordered two vegan sushi bowls here. When I ordered I pointed out twice that this was a vegan sushi bowl. What did we get? Chicken!!! When we brought the bowl back and gave us, we were treated like we were the problem. The customer is definitely not king here. Never again!!!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is very poor: the teriyaki bowl only consists of rice, frozen chicken schnitzel and tons of glutamate sauce. I'm just annoyed that I didn't return it. For decoration there was edame and cucumber in homeopathic quantities, I couldn't make out avocado at all. And such a cheap meal for 16 EUR - downright outrageous. Someone wrote something about “more appearance than reality” - that really hits the nail on the head.

An absolute disaster. More appearance than reality! The sushi was absolutely bad. The rice in the sushi was hard and tasted old and stale. The breaded shrimps in the sushi were soggy and tasteless. Overall, it was nice that the sushi had been stored in the refrigerator for a long time before being served and then simply decorated nicely. When we told the waitress that we weren't paying for the food, did we have long discussions with her boss or a colleague? on the phone. The lady tried hard and fast to calculate everything even though we only tried one sushi each. When we asked the waitress that the food tasted like it had been stored in the fridge for a long time, it seemed to us as if we were not the first guests to complain about something like that. Absolutely not recommended. Even the sushi in the supermarket tastes better than that from Fusion Frankfurt!

Fusion is great! Stylishly decorated and the food is simply great. It's not a sushi restaurant in the classic sense. That's why it's called fusion. It takes a lot of other influences from other cuisines and we just really like it. Super friendly service. Everything was arranged beautifully and effectively, right down to a little dry ice monster that spread clouds of mist across the table... My 10-year-old daughter probably only wants to come here in the future. Of course she really liked the cotton candy decoration on the lemonade glass. Really great!

We spontaneously wanted sushi and this restaurant still had tables available via the app. What we experienced here within 1.5 hours was a mixture of slapstick, chaos and mismanagement. 5 people, including the supposed owner, can hardly manage to run this shop together. Sushi goes out before the drinks, the place is completely full, but every five minutes more and more people come in who apparently had reservations. There is no end in sight. And don't forget - the Ramadan soup and the dates also want to be served. And very important - the Cuban music that played at some point. And again people come in who have reserved... The food is cheap. The rice was tasteless and mush. The fish is tasteless and everything is covered with sauces. If you want something to laugh about, this is the place for you. If you're looking for good sushi, you've come to the wrong place.

We ordered something from the lunch menu: -fried chicken bento -ramen bento. Additionally, flammed cheese and dragon roll sushi The fried chicken was okay. The ramen soup was too salty. Rice bowls were served cold. Unfortunately the sushi didn't taste like anything. You couldn't taste the individual components. Somehow it all didn't really work together... Rather acceptable for European standards. A no-go for Asian conditions. Is not authentic.
