Top sushi/ great service/ beautiful interior I've been to Fusion Frankfurt several times. I was lured by the cute and unusual interior, but I stayed because of the great service and the mega-tasty sushi. When I was planning my best friend's baby shower, I contacted the restaurant. They provided me with a separate air-conditioned room with the same great decoration as the main restaurant as well as a music system. The entire team was very helpful and friendly at all times. Dear Noor read our every wish and made the evening unforgettable. The food was of course again a 10/10. I recommend the dragon rolls and the mango-passionfruit iced tea to everyone. The store is really a heartfelt recommendation because there is so much attention to detail that it is definitely worth one and many more visits.

I recently went to Fusion Kitchen in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen with my friends and our visit was simply fantastic! From start to finish we enjoyed every moment. Starters: We started with the miso soup and the edamame. The miso soup was perfectly seasoned, with a deep, hearty broth and tender pieces of tofu. The edamame were fresh and crunchy, ideal as an easy introduction. Main courses: The selection of our main courses was a real highlight. The Crispy and Salmon Fusion Platter was a true taste experience - the salmon was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, and the crunchy elements gave the whole thing an exciting texture. The shrimp bao buns were heavenly - juicy shrimp in a fluffy bun that just melted in your mouth. The Taki Rolls were also impressive, with a great balance of flavors and a very nice presentation. Drinks: The drinks with cotton candy were not only a visual highlight, but also extremely tasty. The combination of refreshing drink and sweet cotton candy was an ingenious and playful touch that added a special touch to the evening. Dessert: To finish we enjoyed the mochi which was just perfect. The consistency was ideal – tender yet firm, with a delicious filling that we will remember for a long time. Facility: The Fusion Kitchen impresses not only with its exquisite food, but also with its impressive furnishings. The cherry blossom trees that decorate the room give the restaurant a special, almost magical atmosphere. The stylish design offers numerous photo opportunities and makes it an ideal place for beautiful souvenir photos. The Fusion Kitchen not only impresses with excellent food, but also with friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and modern, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Today let's take a look at another TikTok hype that is being raved about by many people on the Internet. The staff welcomed us warmly and brought us to a table. The decor is okay, but neither the menu nor the decor makes it clear exactly which cuisine is being fused with Japanese. The food looked pretty good at first glance, but at second glance you notice that the plates were garnished with chip crumbs... in keeping with the theme of the Takis Rolls on the menu, probably? 😅 Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the fish wasn't fresh - and you could taste that through the generous layer of different sauces. By the way, these platters with 2 drinks cost just under 65 euros. The price/performance ratio is actually a disgrace. I definitely didn't get full. Unfortunately, in the Rhine-Main area you often see shops that are massively overhyped on the Internet, but in the end there is probably not a restaurateur/passionate chef with a vision and a concept behind them, but rather a midnight snacker who makes his homemade sushi with Takis crumbs decorated it and his friends celebrated badly. It now becomes clear that little emphasis was placed on quality/saturation, but rather on some profit: My wife and I are sick and not full. If you are familiar with sushi, you should stay away from this shop. Unfortunately I don't recommend it. 1/5

I was there for the second time. The first time I was excited, the second time I was more disillusioned. The store was very busy and we had to wait a long time for service. On our food too. It was tasty, but they didn't put as much effort into it as they did on my first visit. There were also disputes between employees. Doesn't belong there. When we called our waitress to order dessert, she just didn't come. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left without dessert. Quite dissatisfied.

Everything was really great from start to finish. The atmosphere is very nice. The employees were all super friendly. We went there with the expectation that it was definitely just another Insta/TikTok hype and that everything looked good rather than tasted good. But it was the complete opposite. Everything was super delicious. Be it sushi or the rice bowl it was delicious. I can really only recommend it.

I don't understand the hype and the store. We visited Fusion for several Tiktoks. I can't imagine that this was unpaid advertising. The service was poor and totally slow even though the restaurant wasn't full. The drinks (homemade iced tea) came without ice cubes and only after 30 minutes in a plastic glass. The sushi was unrefrigerated and not fresh. All in all, unfortunately a super negative experience.

Very nice. I drive almost 100km to eat there. It's always been tasty so far. We also respond to special requests. I even went there for my birthday and there were even fireworks. If I didn't live so far away, I would eat there more often. Price performance absolutely top Small addendum since the new conditions are in place, unfortunately they don't understand what you want to order. Today it really annoyed me, but it still tasted good. I'll try it again next time and give an update. I have always tipped today and for the last time if that changes I will gladly do it again.

If you love sushi, you will unfortunately be disappointed here. The quality of the sushi dishes is below average. No freshness or finesse, but a lot of mayonnaise and “Instagrammable” stuff like dry ice, etc. You can hardly taste the fish, even with the sashimi the quality of the fish is more adequate than really appropriate for the price. Which unfortunately leads to the second, real point of criticism: the sushi is significantly too expensive for the quality. Converted to the plate, that was over 40 euros for me (8x2 rolls, 1x sashimi) and therefore around 4 euros per plate in comparison. I'm happy to pay that price if the quality is right. However, there are far better alternatives in Frankfurt that certainly justify such a price (or higher). Overall, the shop seemed quite chaotic (food was first delivered incorrectly, then everything was on a platter, there was also a mess when paying. Anything could happen and is not part of the rating, but for me that means that I probably won't come back again would.

Although it is a beautifully decorated, colorful restaurant, the food and service were unfortunately not up to par. The staff was completely overwhelmed with our larger group, which is why friends/family had to help out. The sushi rice was too soggy and the food was so completely drowned in sauce that I didn't want to dip it in soy sauce anymore. We had ordered a roll with salmon tartare, but received surimi (cheap imitation crab meat). When we asked the waitress about it, she had no idea what it was about and wanted to ask the chef, but without an answer.

What happens when you listen to paid food bloggers and social media? Correct! You will be disappointed. The best thing about the store was the service! Very friendly! A bit overwhelmed when it got busy. But otherwise super nice. The chicken ramen tasted like soup...with breaded chicken in it, which was completely mushy after 5 minutes. Sushi didn't taste like anything and was topped with sauces. You can taste the dominant sauce and no fresh ingredients. The fried corn was ok. I wouldn't go there again. The store is extremely tiny and has ZERO atmosphere. I think it's important that real and unpaid reviews are written here. It's brazen how everything is misrepresented on Tiktok and co.

I'm a regular Fusion customer, but Fusion used to be good. The food now just tastes disgusting, I'd rather not say anything about the children's portions. I asked the employees about it three times, but it didn't help. That's why I'm just writing this here!

We actually wanted to eat in the store on July 4th, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. We waited for 10 minutes, after no one came and we didn't see anyone, we left. Service actually deserves 0 stars

I had to wait half an hour for my takeaway food - only one waiter who took the food, billed/cleared it etc., so it took (too) long. This waiter is nowhere near as attentive as his colleagues in the kitchen. Forgotten cutlery, when you check out you round up without being asked, which in my opinion is absolutely not possible. The taste was good, but I've had much better.

Chic shop, everything is beautifully prepared. But the quality of sushi is not high at all and the prices are more than exorbitant. In terms of price, they are the top stores in Frankfurt, and the taste is more like that of a discounter. For taking pictures or videos for Insta/TikTok, it's definitely a great shop. If you want to eat good sushi, you're in the wrong place here.

Visiting here was a complete coincidence as I was staying in the hotel right next door. This restaurant has by far the best sushi I have eaten in a long time, in a very nice atmosphere and with very friendly service. Absolute recommendation.

My friends and I were here. We ordered, unfortunately the order arrived incorrectly and when we informed us the waiters had to disappear for 10/15 minutes and then came back with an apology that the order would be made again in the kitchen. The correct order came at the end. Unfortunately, “breaded €1.50” was incorrectly listed on each of our bills several times. Then we didn't say anything else because we were annoyed and left. Waiting time far too long. Service is simply a flop. A pity!

My visit to Fusion Sushi in Sachsenhausen Frankfurt was a real highlight. The 6 maki with cucumber and sweet potato fries was delicious and offered a successful combination of fresh flavors and crispy texture. The fried chicken was also excellently prepared and exceeded my expectations. Particularly worth mentioning was the Ice Tea Peach with cotton candy on top, which was not only refreshing but also a real eye-catcher. The combination of sweet iced tea and fluffy cotton candy was an interesting twist and made the drink special. The atmosphere at Fusion Sushi was pleasant and relaxed, the staff friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a successful visit that I would happily recommend.

We live in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen and I have walked past the store several times. Today I ordered for the first time through Lieferando and I am more than thrilled. The chicken bowl was super freshly prepared and even lovingly decorated with chips on top. The eye is there too. We will order again. Thanks for the great food.

We were there with a larger group and although it is rather small, there was enough space and we were served very well. The cellar lady was really very friendly. The food was very tasty, we all enjoyed it, we tried almost all the dishes. Price-performance ratio is right, atmosphere is very sweet. Definitely recommended.

Very bad staff, hospitable is a disaster, I drove 100 km and I would have been 30 minutes late, in the end the waitresses said there was no room. I don't recommend this store.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. Warm beer, wrong food served after a long wait. The Fried Shrimp Bun felt like it consisted of 89% mayonaise, 5% lettuce, 5% bun and 1% shrimp. The other dish we didn't order looked like microwaved frozen chicken. We are very sorry, but we cannot recommend this restaurant. It's better to orient yourself further towards the city center.

I would only recommend this store if I can't think of anything for a date. But only if you have already eaten something beforehand. Because the pink walls are sure to please the lady and she will look at them a lot when the food just doesn't come. You can also talk about the bad service. What I didn't know is that this friend has a very, very small appetite. But I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm always happy about recommendations, but old thing... I was disappointed here. Would you like to reserve in advance? Canceled - bad luck. You want to have the menu - nothing will come of it. After waiting for a quarter of an hour in the dim atmosphere (outside), we simply looked at the map on the internet. We then had to find the waitress on our own and ask them to take our orders. Then we had to wait another 30-45 minutes until the food arrived. These came at a very different time. And then another 10 minutes later the waitress remembered that the Bao wasn't available. Instead we got someone else's starter on the house (illogical, but still). The portions were very overpriced for the value for money. The plates were all more empty than filled. Very depressing when you are hungry, see the big bowl and then are faced with the reality of the bowl being more than half empty. And far too much sauce for my taste...but there should be people who think that's good. In the end, a restaurant that is still well attended due to a bit of Tik Tok Fame, but will not last much longer given the service we are offered.

The sushi restaurant is simply fantastic! From the cozy atmosphere to the exquisite taste of the food, everything was perfect. The sushi rolls were freshly prepared and artfully presented. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!

I ordered two vegan sushi bowls here. When I ordered I pointed out twice that this was a vegan sushi bowl. What did we get? Chicken!!! When we brought the bowl back and gave us, we were treated like we were the problem. The customer is definitely not king here. Never again!!!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is very poor: the teriyaki bowl only consists of rice, frozen chicken schnitzel and tons of glutamate sauce. I'm just annoyed that I didn't return it. For decoration there was edame and cucumber in homeopathic quantities, I couldn't make out avocado at all. And such a cheap meal for 16 EUR - downright outrageous. Someone wrote something about “more appearance than reality” - that really hits the nail on the head.

An absolute disaster. More appearance than reality! The sushi was absolutely bad. The rice in the sushi was hard and tasted old and stale. The breaded shrimps in the sushi were soggy and tasteless. Overall, it was nice that the sushi had been stored in the refrigerator for a long time before being served and then simply decorated nicely. When we told the waitress that we weren't paying for the food, did we have long discussions with her boss or a colleague? on the phone. The lady tried hard and fast to calculate everything even though we only tried one sushi each. When we asked the waitress that the food tasted like it had been stored in the fridge for a long time, it seemed to us as if we were not the first guests to complain about something like that. Absolutely not recommended. Even the sushi in the supermarket tastes better than that from Fusion Frankfurt!

Fusion is great! Stylishly decorated and the food is simply great. It's not a sushi restaurant in the classic sense. That's why it's called fusion. It takes a lot of other influences from other cuisines and we just really like it. Super friendly service. Everything was arranged beautifully and effectively, right down to a little dry ice monster that spread clouds of mist across the table... My 10-year-old daughter probably only wants to come here in the future. Of course she really liked the cotton candy decoration on the lemonade glass. Really great!

We spontaneously wanted sushi and this restaurant still had tables available via the app. What we experienced here within 1.5 hours was a mixture of slapstick, chaos and mismanagement. 5 people, including the supposed owner, can hardly manage to run this shop together. Sushi goes out before the drinks, the place is completely full, but every five minutes more and more people come in who apparently had reservations. There is no end in sight. And don't forget - the Ramadan soup and the dates also want to be served. And very important - the Cuban music that played at some point. And again people come in who have reserved... The food is cheap. The rice was tasteless and mush. The fish is tasteless and everything is covered with sauces. If you want something to laugh about, this is the place for you. If you're looking for good sushi, you've come to the wrong place.

We ordered something from the lunch menu: -fried chicken bento -ramen bento. Additionally, flammed cheese and dragon roll sushi The fried chicken was okay. The ramen soup was too salty. Rice bowls were served cold. Unfortunately the sushi didn't taste like anything. You couldn't taste the individual components. Somehow it all didn't really work together... Rather acceptable for European standards. A no-go for Asian conditions. Is not authentic.

The two of us were at Fusion Suhi on March 14, 2024. We wanted to grab a quick snack. With the Neotaste app we got 2 for 1 sushi rolls. The cheaper sushi roll was therefore free. We ordered the chicken teriyaki roll and the signature roll. Both roles really impressed us. Really very tasty and also a lot of chicken and a lot of fish in the rolls. The service was really very nice and immediately took care of our needs. The ambience was surprisingly beautiful. Everything was pink, even the sauce on the sushi rolls was slightly pink. We can only recommend it.

Edit: like another user, the owner is trying to take action against my negative review. Instead of wasting time falsifying reviews, you should invest in staff training and better organization. I worked in the catering industry for a long time and can easily tell whether it's a stressful day or whether the employees just don't feel like it. The sometimes very positive reviews make me wonder whether they are even real. But as the saying goes... the market regulates everything else and the competition in Frankfurt is big and better in every way. Restaurant for influencers in their early 20s. So if you don't mind hordes of selfies while eating, the shop is recommended. Otherwise there is nothing positive to report. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait outside for 20 minutes. Ok… a chef was sick. This can lead to delays and also that 3 starters were no longer available on Saturday at 8 p.m. But the fact that you have to wait over an hour for your drinks with 40 seats and 3 waiters (one could go out for a smoke every 30 minutes) is incomprehensible to me. The tea was only half full and cold, of course the food took forever and didn't come completely, and one person had to wait another 10 minutes. Starter came together with the main course. The starters were too salty for my taste but my three companions enjoyed the sushi once it was there. Unfortunately I can't recommend it at this point.

Food is good, but we ordered twice and the food came 3/4 hour late each time, without any notice from the restaurant. Update March 6, 2024: Instead of an explanation or apology, the restaurant has now tried to have my review removed by a lawyer, claiming that I was not a customer. Luckily we were able to track the orders via the Lieferando app and thus provide evidence of them. The money and time would have been better spent by the restaurant on service. Given the many reports along the same lines, there appear to be structural problems.

We were satisfied with our visit to this location. It is nicely decorated, the seats were very comfortable and the service was very accommodating. This helps if you don't know exactly what you should get.

Expected much more! The food was kinda nice. But for the atmosphere, it’s good for taking pictures to post on social, pretty and comfy. The service took too long to serve the food. Also check your bill properly before you leave the place, cause we nearly got charged double the amount!!

A beautiful, cozy little restaurant. My boyfriend and I reserved a table there for our anniversary. In the comment we wrote whether it would be possible to get a table under the cherry tree that is in the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant we were shown to the table we requested. It was beautifully decorated with rose petals, heart confetti, and red helium heart balloons. Without us asking. The sushi platter we ordered was also beautifully presented with a real rose on it. The quality of the sushi was above average. Price-performance was more than good. When we wanted to pay, we also got dessert on the house. I can only recommend this restaurant to every sushi lover. We will definitely come back!

We were in Frankfurt for a weekend and Fushion Sushi was close to our hotel, so we reserved a table in advance. I have to say that we almost didn't go because of the negative reviews regarding the service and the waiting time. Good thing we did it anyway! We had enough time to look at the menu. The waitress was there quickly to take the order and we didn't have to wait long for our food! The guests at the next table also received their food very quickly. I think fusion sushi is just great! The staff is super nice, the food is absolutely delicious and of high quality. The prices are okay too. The restaurant is nicely and attractively decorated, but the music is sometimes a bit too loud. But the playlist is always awesome! A recommendation if you are ever in Dingehausen!

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Wir würden von der schönen Atmosphäre angelockt, es sah super gemütlich aus. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellungen aufgegeben haben, füllte sich so langsam das Restaurant. Die Getränke kamen relativ schnell und waren ok (optisch besser als geschmacklich) Dann ging das warten los… als wir nach über einer Stunde noch nicht mal die Vorspeisen bekamen, beschloss ich nachzufragen, daraufhin wurde das Essen nach 10min gebracht. Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen zusammen, eine Vorspeise wurde vergessen, nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass der Salat vorbereitet wird, jedoch nicht fertig sei (Nach 75 Minuten…) Das Sushi war leider auch falsch aber der Hunger war zu groß jetzt nochmal nach der Richtigen Rolle zu fragen. Ich hatte Ramen bestellt. Stattdessen aber matschige REISNUDELN in einer lauwarmen Brühe bekommen. Nach 3 Bissen fragte ich beim Personal nach … es wurde angeboten die Suppe nochmal zu erwärmen, was ich daraufhin ablehnte weil die Nudeln dadurch noch matschiger werden (nochmal … Es waren Reisnudeln! Keine Ramen!) dann wurde meine Schale mitgenommen. Nach 15 weiteren Minuten bekam ich als Antwort ,,Dass die Jungs es zeitlich nicht mehr schaffen eine neue Suppe zuzubereiten. (Ich hab aber die Option angeboten bekommen nur die Hälfte zu zahlen … natürlich könne ich auch was anderes bestellen selbstverständlich mit Aufpreis) Restaurant war voll, diverse To Go Bestellungen und im Restaurant nur frustrierte Gesichter. Auch der Nachtisch meiner Begleitung wurde vergessen und erst auf Nachfrage gebracht. Wir haben fast 3 Stunden dort verbracht für durchschnittliches und lauwarmes Essen und verließen den Laden verärgert und hungrig. Dieses Restaurant ist also nur gut für süße Instagram Bilder.

Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet, unsere Vorspeisen sind nicht eingetroffen. Kleine Portionen und zu teuer.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung und wirklich leckeres Essen. wir haben hier unsere Weihnachtsfeier gefeiert und es war noch eine weitere sehr große Gruppe zu gast, wahrscheinlich war dem Management der Umfang unserer Feier nicht bewusst und wir hätten das besser kommunizieren sollen, ist also eher unglücklich gelaufen. Der Kellner hat trotzdem versucht das Beste aus der Situation zu machen und wurde definitiv, wie in einer anderen Bewertung, "laut". Mir tat er eher leid, er ist für die Bestellungen zuständig und nicht das Sprachrohr für all deine Probleme, für die er eh nichts kann. Genug dazu, es war ein toller Tag, kann das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier hier gefeiert. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, insbesondere die Crispy Rolls.Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und haben uns einen tollen Tag ermöglicht, obwohl es wahrscheinlich sehr viel zu tun gab. Wir waren auch schon mal vor 2 Monaten hier und haben uns wegen des leckeren Essens in so einem schönen kleinen Lokal für dieü Feier dort entschieden und kommen gerne immer wieder.

Ich war letzte Woche mit meiner Freundin zu zweit bei Fusion und ich war so beeindruckt vom Rauch, der Bedienung und dem Eistee mit Pfirsich und Zuckerwatte. Daraufhin hatte ich für heute für 10 Personen reserviert. Es war gleichzeitig im kleinen Lokal noch eine Gruppe mit 17 Personen da, was mega schlecht organisiert war. Ich wusste nicht, dass das Lokal Alkohol verkauft. Ich hatte eine Woche davor gelobt, dass ich das gut finde, dass es nicht verkauft wird. Nun bin ich verwirrt, ob das Essen wirklich halal ist. Kein Mitarbeiter konnte mir sagen woher das Fleisch kommt… an sich sonst ein schönes Lokal🙃🙃🙃🙃

Der Service ging garnicht. Ich arbeite selber in Gastro & sowas bekommt man nicht gelernt. Wir mussten 15-20 min warten bis wir bedient wurden. Das essen ist vor den getränke gekommen & wir haben cola bestellt wo man echt nicht viel machen muss. Das Sushi war echt lecker & die Preise auxh vollkommen ok aber der service war grauenhaft. Dementsprechend würde wir dort leider nicht nochmal hingehen da es kein Spaß macht wenn der service nicht auf einen achtet oder eine bestellung aufnimmt. Wir haben sehr oft an die Theke geschaut, damit uns jemand bedient allerdings wurde hinter der theke lieber gequatscht & cola getrunken.

Also der Laden drinnen ist sehr Pink gehalten, ambiente ist in Ordnung. Man sitzt VIEL zu nah anderen. Wartezeiten waren 15min bis zum bestellen, 1h bis das essen da war, 10minuten gegessen. Gefehlt hat eine bestellung und dazu noch 4 von 8 rolls haben gefehlt, aber auf der rechnung waren sie dabei. Essen an sixh lecker, aber durch das warten hat man kb mehr drauf, dann doch lieber döner. Mit Service meine ich nicht die Kellner oder Co, sondern die Zeiten. Personal war halt - wie sie sein sollten.

Super essen, super Atmosphäre. Top top top empfehle es jeden weiter. Super !

Vom Service bis hin zum Sushi war alles einfach perfekt! Der nette Herr war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Es war super lecker, sehr knusprig und für jeden Geschmack auf jeden Fall etwas dabei. Das Ambiente war natürlich auch super!

Das Sushi war wirklich nicht schlecht. Für meinen Geschmack eine etwas kleine Auswahl und oft das Gleiche in verschiedenen Variationen. Leider sind die Wartezeiten sowohl bis zur Bestellung aber auch bis das Essen kommt eher länger. Ansonsten aber ein sehr freundliches Service Personal und das Essen wird sehr schön serviert!

Hübscher kleiner Laden, ein paar andere Sushi Variationen als woanders. Sehr lecker, sehr dekorativ und freundliches Personal. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant und super lieber Service. Wir haben Bao Buns und Sushi gegessen und alles war sowohl geschmacklich als auch qualitativ top. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen, also auch wer kein Sushi mag findet hier etwas. Ich kann die Location nur empfehlen. Mit den Parkplätzen ist es vielleicht etwas schwierig, aber man findet schon was.

Das restaurant sehr sehr schön,essen sehr lecker,und Geburtstag kann man dort sehr schön feiern alle Mitarbeiter kommen gratulieren dir machen Musik an bringen dir Kerzen kann man nur weiter empfehlen:)))

Die mit Abstand beste Sushi die ich je gegessen habe!!!! Service top top leckere hausgemacht ice teas. Dafür fahr ich von Hannover nach Ffm!!!

Wir haben das Restaurant schon zweimal besucht. Und beide Male war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Die Drinks waren sehr gut. Das Personal und die Inhaber waren sehr professionell und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne 😊.

Super Service und mega leckeres Sushi. Auch die Art wie serviert wird ist sehr schön. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder wenn es sich ergibt.
