Simply the best sushi in town! Fresh fish, great combinations and super friendly staff. Always happy to come back.

We thought it was delicious. The only thing that I thought was optimal was that we didn't get our soups at the same time.

We had delicious chicken miso ramen, spring rolls and sushi with crunchy tempura shrimp. Everything came quickly and it was extremely tasty!

I don't know what your policy is and how you work there, but when I order sushi delivery in a restaurant, in portions for 3 people, I expect to eat them with soy sauce, and not dry! Do you know that rolls are eaten with soy sauce?? So why don't you put it in the order??? I don't understand what's so difficult about this! For a large portion, you also put wasabi and ginger as if they were the last thing in this world and you save money!

A nice and cozy place. The ramen is delicious, but the chashu is really small. Charging €3.50 for hot water and a tea bag is also a bit excessive. The staff is nice and the decor is nice. Cheap compared to other restaurants in the area.

Stopped in for dinner at the last minute with 6 people. Sushi was super tasty, the setting was really good too. The waitress said she was new, warm and funny, made us feel very comfortable and ate very well.

Unfortunately the staff is not friendly and very inflexible. With a menu of 2 soups where you can't swap one soup for another side dish of equal value, it's really incomprehensible... I was even prepared to pay extra value and still that wasn't possible.

An absolute highlight in Bremen! The Fuji Sushi Ramen Restaurant impressed us across the board. The food was not only incredibly tasty, but also of the highest quality and freshness. We were particularly impressed by the sushi and ramen – perfectly prepared and tasted excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and inviting, and the staff were always friendly, attentive and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. A real insider tip for all sushi and ramen lovers!

But what disappoints me is that it doesn't have 5 stars even though it should, because the food and service were simply phenomenal. I recommend it to all fans of Asian cuisine. A great restaurant!!! PS: I will 135% come back and enjoy the best food!!!

Since we move to Achim from Indonesia last year we been trying several Asia Restaurant and Fuji the one favorite very nice taste and closer with ramen we try in Indonesia … really nice roll and delicious , we already having visit 2-3 time and also they have friendly staff

We had our lunch there and ordered two rames, fried beef and kimchi. The food wasn’t very authentic but it’s didn’t make it bad. In fact it was well adopted to the european taste: not too spicy and less fatty than the original ramen would be. Overall, everything was cooked exceptionally well, portions are huge and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They allowed dogs inside as well. Definitely recommend it - its a good example of Asian cuisine and overall is a very nice place to eat in Bremen

I'll start with the positive. The food was ok. Unfortunately the broth wasn't homemade. Chicken in the ramen was good, as were the vegetables. Edamame were ok, not salted enough. Unfortunately, the store itself was anything but clean. 🤐 There was dust on the window sill, the table was sticky. Service... well somehow there was nothing wrong with it. The service was nice. However, the main course and starter came together and there was no attention. We were neither asked for another drink nor whether the food tasted good. Then the waitress didn't want to give change and wanted to keep it as a tip without saying a word. I like to give enough tips for good service. But there was no service there. Conclusion, you can do it. But only once.

Because we couldn't estimate the portion size, we ordered based on how much we would have paid elsewhere. We're all stuffed and still have leftovers for tomorrow (see photo), so the price-performance ratio is great! Everything tastes fantastic, apart from the Spicy Tuna Roll, which could have used more spice. The delivery time was a little longer than announced, but still: We are ordering here from now on!

The food is very good and more than tasty. In my opinion, the sushi is of high quality and tastes simply delicious! My friend also loved the ramen and wanted to go there again. I'm glad he persuaded me, because I'll treat myself to the delicious sushi more often now :) The service is exemplary: very attentive but not intrusive. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated, I particularly like the wallpaper with the cute birds, but the paper lights are also pretty. The prices are absolutely reasonable and affordable, especially given the good quality. We will be back!

Service was quick and you didn't have to wait long for the food. The ramen was good, but it was a first for me so I have no comparisons. Personally, I don't think corn in ramen is that great. Ambiance ok but for the cleaning staff to “look in the corners”. But overall it is recommended.

Had Miso Chickem Ramen. Delicious. Price about 14 euros. Nice ambience. A little warm at the top, but I'm quite sensitive there. So not a point of criticism. If I ever find myself in the city again, I'd be happy to do so again.

Ramen was not so good, few ingredients not of the best quality, and broth was just boring. But the worst thing was service, they were just rude to us.

We were there for the first time today after discovering the store by chance. It was absolutely worth trying the restaurant straight away. We had the Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen, Chicken Teriyaki and Chashu Miso Ramen and it was all delicious. The meat is perfectly tender and not unnecessarily fatty, and the broths are also very good. The chicken teriyaki was also very lean and absolutely delicious. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the staff greeted us in a friendly manner and continued to be very nice and attentive at the table. We will definitely come here more often because we found it difficult to decide on the menu because so many of the dishes sound very good.

The vegan main courses include a sushi menu and a side soup. The soup contains fresh pak choi and some canned corn and bamboo. Something simple. There is edamame as a separate vegan protein source.

The sushi was fresh and the best I have had in Bremen. The prices and selection here are by far the best. I came here when they first opened and the sushi was okay but it's only gotten better with time and now this is my new favorite sushi restaurant in Bremen. I highly recommend this place as an American who has traveled all around the world and I eat sushi everywhere I go. This place earns a solid 5 stars in my opinion based on the quality of the food.

Das Essen war sehr gut, alles war warm und authentisch👍. Das Essen kam schnell an und der Service war zufriedenstellend. Im allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden und Würde dieses Restaurant weiterempfehlen. 🫶

Selten so Schlecht gegessen!! Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit bekamen die letzten drei von fünf Gästen von unserem Tisch ihre Suppen! Es fehlten Komponenten darin,die in der Karte aufgezählt waren...das Ei,Sprossen und und...Geschmacklich war es eher eine Verwässerte Brühe..komplett ohne den Typischen bekannten Asiatischen Geschmack ! Für 13,95€ eine echte Enttäuschung!

Wir waren zu 5. da. 2 haben ihr Essen nach einer halben Stunde bekommen. Die anderen 3 mussten dann nochmal eine halbe Stunde warten. Die Ramen waren teilweise lecker, teilweise fehlten bei einigen total die Gewürze. Und wir hatten das gleiche bestellt. War leider recht unzufrieden stellend.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant in Stadtmitte. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Ramen sind lecker. Die möglichen Beilagen könnten noch etwas besser sein. Lieber weniger, aber dafür authentisch und gewürzt.

We hebben hier sushi gegeten om eens iets anders te proberen dan de standaardtentjes die in de markthallen te vinden zijn. Hadden we dat maar niet gedaan. Met enorm veel spijt kijken we terug op iets wat een sushifeestje had moeten zijn, maar eerder leek op een slap patatje mayo. Er zat een partij ranzige mayo op wat de hele smaak heeft verneukt. De gefrituurde loempia's zijn een schaamte voor de Chinese traditie. Er zat geen vulling in en het was in principe een rolletje deeg. Dat 'Lun Pia' letterlijk vertaalt naar 'zachte pannenkoek' rechtvaardigt niet het eten van een natte pannenkoek. De sfeer was erg matig. Toch nog een pluspuntje: het personeel was erg vriendelijk! Tot nooit meer.

Tolles Restaurant 👍 ich war da schon öfter essen und es war immer ein tolles Erlebnis. Ramen ist lecker, japanische Vorspeisen gibst auch und das Sushi ist schön phantasievoll. Hatte heute die Samurai-Roll und hab gleich ne zweite bestellt, weil die so lecker war. Ich hoffe der Laden bleibt noch lange

Not that bad but honestly, tasted way better ramen at a vietnamese restaurant. Ordered the dan dan mian, which is my favorite noodle dish in general, but was very disappointed when i taste the lack of flavour in the broth and there's no depth to it. Tasted like water sprinkled with a bit of spices (don't let the picture fool you). Just meh. And the staff could be a bit less rude and dismissive Nice open restaurant though

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und sind begeistert. Toller, netter Service und ein super Essen. Ich hatte das erste Mal Ramen, kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bald wieder...

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Bestellungen kamen zeitnah. Das Essen war okay, der letzte Kniff fehlte aber irgendwie noch. Die Tische fande ich unangenehm nah beieinander. Der Weg zur Toilette ging teilweise am Eingang der Küche vorbei. Dort war der Boden sehr fettig und rutschig. Bei der Treppe konnte ich aufpassen. Aber das Fett noch nach unserem Aufenthalt unter den Schuhen war, habe ich mich ganz knapp in der Innenstadt auf die Nase gelegt. Bitte achtet darauf, dass das Erlebnis einmalig war. Ich hatte bisher nie das Bedürfnis ein Restaurant nach meinem Besuch zu bewerten, aber dieses ist einfach viel zu gut um das nicht zu tun. 1. Essen: Wir hatten Ramen und Sushi und es war beides absolut umwerfend. Der Geschmack der Gerichte war sehr gut und die Portionen so groß, dass man es fast nicht schafft alles aufzuessen. 2. Service: Wir wurden direkt bei Betreten des Restaurants von einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter begrüßt, welcher uns sofort zu unseren Plätzen brachte. Wir haben direkt die Karten bekommen und konnten bestellen. Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell an den Tisch gebracht. 3. Ambiente: Man sitzt in einem offenen, gut beleuchteten Raum mit Blick auf die offene Küche. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist sehr schön und trägt positiv zum Ambiente bei. Alles in allem war der Besuch hier sehr gut und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
