Sorry, ich bestelle hier schon seit Jahren. Wir waren immer Fans von My Pizza, aber die letzten Male bestellt und irgendwie enttäuscht. Pizza schmeckt irgendwie nicht mehr wie früher? Anderer Koch? Keine Ahnung. Aber die Pizzen sind wirklich nicht mehr wie früher. Sehr schade.

20 € für eine verbrannte Pizza, die Durchfall verursacht!!! Was stimmt nicht mit den Leuten, die da immer noch essen?!

Ich war manchmal mit meinem Kumpel dort essen gegangen, und die Pizza war echt gut, und wir wahren immer glücklich gegangen

Beste Pizza zum liefern... Nachtrag 27.06.2026 Pizza immer noch top aber heute ärger mir einen Fahrer des Unternehmens gehabt... Kam von hinten angerauscht wie ein Kranker mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit, drängelte und machte Lichthupe weil ich ihm zu langsam war... Stellte ihn danach zur Rede und er sah es auch ein das das nicht in Ordnung war. Trotz alledem ist es nicht das erste Mal das sich die Lieferanten wie Verkehrsrowdys aufführen, oft mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit fahren und keine roten Ampeln kennen. Als Chef würde ich mal überdenken ob solche Fahrer für das Unternehmen tragbar sind!

Nicht zu empfehlen, da die ständig irgendwas vergessen und von den Gerichten, kriegt man ständig Durchfall, auch bei unterschiedlichen Gerichten. Haben es jetzt paar mal getestet aber jedes mal Durchfall gehabt. Eventuell ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt. Irgendwas stimmt da definitiv nicht! Nur bei Verstopfung zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten gestern in diesem Restaurant so etwas wie eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Sie verwenden abgelaufene Zutaten. Meine Freunde und ich litten den ganzen Tag unter starken Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Ich rate dringend von diesem Restaurant ab.

Dieses Restaurant kann ich echt überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die haben uns im Gastraum richtig mies behandelt und wir haben über eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Am Ende kam die Pizza komplett verbrannt an den Rändern an. Keine Ahnung, wie man für so einen Müll einfach 18 Euro verlangen kann.

Ich bin absolut fassungslos über die bodenlose Behandlung in diesem Betrieb. Meine Bestellung wurde um 13:21 Uhr aufgegeben und war verbindlich für 13:45 Uhr geplant, geliefert wurde jedoch erst um 14:35 Uhr. Dass meine Gäste über eine Stunde auf ihr Essen warten mussten, ist die eine Sache, doch der Umgang am Telefon ist einfach eine Frechheit. Anstatt einer professionellen Erklärung wurde ich als Lügnerin hingestellt: Man warf mir allen Ernstes an den Kopf, ich hätte nicht anderthalb Stunden gewartet, sondern "nur" lediglich eine Stunde und 15 Minuten. Dass ein Dienstleister mit seinen Kunden über Minuten feilscht, während die Lieferung längst überfällig ist, zeugt von einer absolut fehlenden Wertschätzung und mangelndem Anstand. Ich habe mehrfach freundlich betont, dass ich mir lediglich eine kurze Vorabinformation gewünscht hätte, dass es später wird. Doch auf meine berechtigte Bitte um eine einfache Entschuldigung für die entstandenen Umstände wurde mir eiskalt geantwortet, dass es eine Entschuldigung schlichtweg nicht gäbe und ich mich gefälligst an Lieferando wenden solle. Der absolute Tiefpunkt dieser unakzeptablen Kommunikation war das Ende des Gesprächs: Als ich nach dem Namen des Herrn fragte, hieß es "mein Name kann dir am Arsch vorbeigehen". Es ist mir völlig unbegreiflich, wie man als Gastronom derart respektlos, aggressiv und herablassend gegenüber einer Frau auftreten kann. Wer hier bestellt, muss damit rechnen, für sein Geld beleidigt zu werden. Fazit: Absolut unterirdisch, geschäftsschädigend und nie wieder!

Normalerweise geiles Essen. Heute super unfreundlich. Konnte nicht mal ausreden und er hat schon aufgelegt. 18:53 bestellt, ust schon 20:29 Uhr und immer nich nicht da. Ja, ich weiss, es ist feiertag. Hab selber in der Gastro gearbeitet. Aber ich wollte nur wissen wo die bestellung abgeblieben ist. Und wurden trotzdem behandelt wie ein Hund.

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN Heute um 18:09 Uhr bestellt und direkt online bezahlt leider. 1,5 Stunden später habe ich angerufen wo die Bestellung mit den 2 Pizzen bleibt. Es wurde gesagt, dass etwas verwechselt wurde. Keine Entschuldigung, Entgegenkommen, nichts. Nochmal ne halbe Stunde später kam dann eine ungenießbare Pizza samt komplett verbranntem Rand. 1 Stück versucht zu essen, ging dann leider in den Müll 🚮

Unglaubliche Pizza. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Schön warm. Im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen preiswert. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich. Einfach super!

We visited this restaurant last week. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it: the food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our order was prepared quickly. We are very satisfied and will definitely return.

Long delivery time (1 hour 40 minutes today) and the pizzas were very bland. They lacked seasoning; they looked good, but unfortunately, they were soulless. *Correction November 2025 The latest order went perfectly. The pizzas arrived on time and this time were seasoned and generously topped! Excellent, just like we've known them for years! ✌🏼

After what I experienced there today, I will never eat there again. When I walked in, they were making fresh dough, and some of it fell on the floor and was simply picked up and used in the rest of the process. And the worst part was, after we took our pizza to go (since we had already paid for it), we discovered hairs in it. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. The health department should shut you down. One star is way too generous. Disgusting, truly. Update: After I called to complain, I was subjected to the most vile insults.

Super friendly staff, the food is perfectly fine and especially if you're picking it up yourself you can't go wrong.

At the start of operations, the overall quality was impressive. However, the service, in particular, has since declined significantly. The quality and taste of the food are also deteriorating rather than improving. The dough, moreover, no longer stands out from average quality. As a customer, one feels that requests are not taken seriously – solution-oriented service is sadly a thing of the past. This is very regrettable, as the beginning was initially very promising.

Simply delicious! 🍕 The pizza was really, really good – the dough was nice and fluffy, which you simply love with garlic sauce. The toppings were plentiful and super fresh, and the cheese wasn't too greasy, so you can really taste the quality. Absolutely top-notch value for money! And the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Well I would never order from there again, there is far too little topping on the pizza, if you ask why you get the answer everything has become more expensive, you have to save, that's true but the price-performance ratio is not compared to the large pizza 40 pizza with 5 slices of sausage never again, I'd rather order from another supplier who is also nearby, who is 1000 times better and the price-performance ratio is right

Ordered a pizza for €22.50. Delivery arrived later than stated, the crust was inedible, and the mushrooms I paid extra for were completely missing. Absolutely disappointing for the price – I won't order from here again.

They recently raised their baguette prices by an average of 25%, putting them in the upper price range. Even a regular Margherita pizza costs quite a bit at €12. The shop itself plays Anatolian music, which isn't a bad thing at first. However, the volume, like the prices, is on the high side and anything but pleasant. It's a shame; it used to be a good place to go, but now it's below average. The pricing policy and the setting are no longer appropriate.

The pizza is tasty. The tomato sauce is always a bit too sweet for my taste, though. I guess that's a matter of personal preference. I can't say much about the service; I've never eaten there, only picked up the pizza.

Not only were the pizzas generously topped with fresh ingredients, but the crust was an absolute highlight. It was incredibly light and fluffy, yet still had a perfectly crispy crust. The cheese pizza was also a delight: the cheese was perfectly melted and tasted excellent. The pictures clearly showed that My Pizza doesn't skimp on the ingredients. ​The delivery time is also particularly positive: our pizzas arrived surprisingly quickly despite the rush hour. Hot and fresh, as if they had come straight from the oven. The delivery was very punctual and reliable, which rounded off the positive overall experience.

Ordered two hours ago, called after an hour, supposedly it will be delivered promptly 😡 two hours have passed now.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The worst shop ever – terrible service, even worse food! We first contacted them by phone – extremely rude, with no respect. Then we drove there to sort things out and were greeted by a guy who acted like he was the king of pizza. What was particularly striking: The man with half a vision – "the one with one eye" – had the biggest mouth in the room! He literally said: "I don't have to understand anyone, the customers have to understand ME!" – Aha, so that's how customer service works? The pizza? Tasteless, dry, like cardboard. The shop? Arrogant, disrespectful, and absolutely not recommended. Never again! And I honestly feel sorry for anyone who bothers with this shop.

It was my first and last time there. I personally didn't like the taste, it just tasted like tomato sauce, nothing more. Politeness is a different story. I asked them very politely to please make sure it wasn't too dark. They said in my presence that yes, it was possible, but emphasized that I had a special request, and they did so in a strange tone. Then I waited at the counter and they told me to go away because other people wanted to order, without a "please" and there was no one there. 🤨 Anyway, best wishes.

The pizza was cold when it was delivered and didn't taste good, and the dough was too thick. And there was no tomato sauce, you could just taste it.

The food took two hours to arrive, and it was practically cold. When the order arrived, they noted that a sauce was missing. The response was, "You didn't order it." When I showed them I hadn't, they said, "Sorry, I forgot." I didn't get my money back.

Tell me why I received the pizza that I ordered on a piece of paper instead of a box after waiting for more than 50 minutes? The service was so disappointing. But I have to admit, the pizza tastes amazing.

Food tastes okay. But the pick-up prices aren't quite right. It is advertised that the customer receives a 20% discount upon collection. I did the math and for my food it was just 8.5%. Baguette normal price 7 euros and with discount 6.40 euros that doesn't fit! I think it's a shame that the customer is being deceived

The tuna pizza here is incredible. Its become a regular in our house. The other things I've had from here are good too but the tuna pizza is my go to Everytime. It always arrives faster than expected, the pizza is very hot and comes with very little packaging (just on a cardboard sheet, handed out from a carrier case) which is nice to see and great for the environment!

Das Essen war zwar einigermaßen lecker, aber wir hatten jede Menge Haare auf unserer Pizza. Also das war schon sehr ekelig. Dann ist uns auch der Hunger vergangen. Dazu haben wir vorbestellt zum mitnehmen, die Bestellung wurde aber vergessen durchzugeben als wir sie abholen wollten.
