After what I experienced there today, I will never eat there again. When I walked in, they were making fresh dough, and some of it fell on the floor and was simply picked up and used in the rest of the process. And the worst part was, after we took our pizza to go (since we had already paid for it), we discovered hairs in it. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. The health department should shut you down. One star is way too generous. Disgusting, truly. Update: After I called to complain, I was subjected to the most vile insults.

Super friendly staff, the food is perfectly fine and especially if you're picking it up yourself you can't go wrong.

At the start of operations, the overall quality was impressive. However, the service, in particular, has since declined significantly. The quality and taste of the food are also deteriorating rather than improving. The dough, moreover, no longer stands out from average quality. As a customer, one feels that requests are not taken seriously – solution-oriented service is sadly a thing of the past. This is very regrettable, as the beginning was initially very promising.

I bought 4 pizzas there and they were great and tasted delicious.

Simply delicious! 🍕 The pizza was really, really good – the dough was nice and fluffy, which you simply love with garlic sauce. The toppings were plentiful and super fresh, and the cheese wasn't too greasy, so you can really taste the quality. Absolutely top-notch value for money! And the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Well I would never order from there again, there is far too little topping on the pizza, if you ask why you get the answer everything has become more expensive, you have to save, that's true but the price-performance ratio is not compared to the large pizza 40 pizza with 5 slices of sausage never again, I'd rather order from another supplier who is also nearby, who is 1000 times better and the price-performance ratio is right

Ordered a pizza for €22.50. Delivery arrived later than stated, the crust was inedible, and the mushrooms I paid extra for were completely missing. Absolutely disappointing for the price – I won't order from here again.

They recently raised their baguette prices by an average of 25%, putting them in the upper price range. Even a regular Margherita pizza costs quite a bit at €12. The shop itself plays Anatolian music, which isn't a bad thing at first. However, the volume, like the prices, is on the high side and anything but pleasant. It's a shame; it used to be a good place to go, but now it's below average. The pricing policy and the setting are no longer appropriate.

The pizza is tasty. The tomato sauce is always a bit too sweet for my taste, though. I guess that's a matter of personal preference. I can't say much about the service; I've never eaten there, only picked up the pizza.

Not only were the pizzas generously topped with fresh ingredients, but the crust was an absolute highlight. It was incredibly light and fluffy, yet still had a perfectly crispy crust. The cheese pizza was also a delight: the cheese was perfectly melted and tasted excellent. The pictures clearly showed that My Pizza doesn't skimp on the ingredients. ​The delivery time is also particularly positive: our pizzas arrived surprisingly quickly despite the rush hour. Hot and fresh, as if they had come straight from the oven. The delivery was very punctual and reliable, which rounded off the positive overall experience.

Ordered two hours ago, called after an hour, supposedly it will be delivered promptly 😡 two hours have passed now.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to edit my old review: Long delivery time (today 1 hour 40 minutes) and the pizzas were very tasteless. They lack seasoning, they look good, but unfortunately, they lack soul. Please get this under control; I've actually always been satisfied for years :(

The worst shop ever – terrible service, even worse food! We first contacted them by phone – extremely rude, with no respect. Then we drove there to sort things out and were greeted by a guy who acted like he was the king of pizza. What was particularly striking: The man with half a vision – "the one with one eye" – had the biggest mouth in the room! He literally said: "I don't have to understand anyone, the customers have to understand ME!" – Aha, so that's how customer service works? The pizza? Tasteless, dry, like cardboard. The shop? Arrogant, disrespectful, and absolutely not recommended. Never again! And I honestly feel sorry for anyone who bothers with this shop.

Rude, arrogant, and completely clueless about customer service. Instead of pizza, all they get is a bad mood and a big mouth. Disappointing food, even worse behavior. Never again.

It was my first and last time there. I personally didn't like the taste, it just tasted like tomato sauce, nothing more. Politeness is a different story. I asked them very politely to please make sure it wasn't too dark. They said in my presence that yes, it was possible, but emphasized that I had a special request, and they did so in a strange tone. Then I waited at the counter and they told me to go away because other people wanted to order, without a "please" and there was no one there. 🤨 Anyway, best wishes.

The pizzas are delicious, the dough is just right – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. You can simply taste the love that goes into making them. The team is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. You immediately feel welcome. The food took two hours to arrive, and it was practically cold. When the order arrived, they noted that a sauce was missing. The response was, "You didn't order it." When I showed them I hadn't, they said, "Sorry, I forgot." I didn't get my money back.

Tell me why I received the pizza that I ordered on a piece of paper instead of a box after waiting for more than 50 minutes? The service was so disappointing. But I have to admit, the pizza tastes amazing.

Food tastes okay. But the pick-up prices aren't quite right. It is advertised that the customer receives a 20% discount upon collection. I did the math and for my food it was just 8.5%. Baguette normal price 7 euros and with discount 6.40 euros that doesn't fit! I think it's a shame that the customer is being deceived

The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and patient. They also bake exceptionally good pizzas. Another special advantage is that the ingredients are halal⚘️👍

The tuna pizza here is incredible. Its become a regular in our house. The other things I've had from here are good too but the tuna pizza is my go to Everytime. It always arrives faster than expected, the pizza is very hot and comes with very little packaging (just on a cardboard sheet, handed out from a carrier case) which is nice to see and great for the environment!

Pizzen sind gut und die Lieferanten immer nett. Leider nur 4 Sterne weil es oft dazu kommt das die Pizza zu spät kommt (1 Stunde Wartezeit)

Das Essen war zwar einigermaßen lecker, aber wir hatten jede Menge Haare auf unserer Pizza. Also das war schon sehr ekelig. Dann ist uns auch der Hunger vergangen. Dazu haben wir vorbestellt zum mitnehmen, die Bestellung wurde aber vergessen durchzugeben als wir sie abholen wollten.

War bis jetzt immer zufrieden bis auf gestern Hähnchen trocken Brokkoli steinhart. Ende vom Lied ganze Nacht auf Klo gewesen. Nie wieder

Lieferung kam schnell an. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Ich finde die Beste Pizzen in der Umgebung und wir haben schon viele Lieferanten hier ausprobiert :)

Der Salat war schon im Jenseits von gut und böse, also sehr welk. Man bestellt die Champions ab und hat dennoch welche drauf. War bisher jedes Mal so und wir haben euch immer wieder eine Chance gegeben. Wirklich sehr sehr enttäuschend.

Die Auslieferung erfolgt auch immer zügig und ist dann immer sehr heiss. Also rundum ein perfekter Pizza Lieferant

Also an den Pizzen ist nichts auszusetzen, mega lecker. ABER... Eure Lieferzeiten sind eine Katastrophe. Es wäre schön wenn Ihr eure Zeiten einhalten würdet, 60 Minuten heißt 60 Minuten... Und nicht 90 und mehr... Trotzdem war der Lieferant sehr nett.

Das Baguette ist voll lecker und wir hatten zum 1. Mal die my Pizza scharf, yam yam. Die Bestellung kam schnell und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
