I was here for the first time because I didn't know it yet. It was worth seeing and relaxing to go for a walk and eat something.

Great ambience, very tasty food and the staff are super friendly. If you want to spend a nice evening with good food, you should stop by here

Let's talk vegan. The Graftwerk is the #1 point of contact for me in this regard. Not only is the atmosphere right in the Graft in the old waterworks incredibly idyllic, but everyone can find something here. There are many purely vegan options, including breakfast options, and none of them will break the bank. Many vegetarian dishes can be offered vegan. I was and am always satisfied with the service, so a big thank you to the employees!

Pizza is good. Italian sausage cheese platter? Beer ham, German salami, beer sausage, feta. , camenbert If there was anything Italian at all, it was the olives. Ordered a salad... instead of yogurt you got honey mustard dressing. Salad .. a little rocket iceberg 6 quarter pieces of cucumber and tomato, ham and cheese simply placed in whole slices.....

I've eaten there several times now for discussions. Although it was very busy every time, the service staff really made an effort. Only on one visit. He seemed very stressed to one of them and wasn't authentically friendly (if you know what I mean). But definitely not unfriendly. During my last visit there were three ashtrays on my table, which could have actually been cleared away several times despite ordering, drinks service and food service. I just pushed it into a corner and it didn't bother me too much because the atmosphere was just right and the service staff here were actually super friendly. I then asked if they could take it with them. Then, however, not a word of regret, but rather the sentence: the other guests simply parked here. The food was very good: on my last visit I had the fitness salad. Delicious!

4 stars because we didn't eat. But the latte was tasty, big enough and well priced. The atmosphere is cozy and appealing. The service was friendly and quick. Next time we'll eat something too. Now we have eaten too. As expected, the food was tasty and on the table quickly. We sat upstairs and loved the old building. As always, we wanted to eat delicious food at the Graftwerk, unfortunately both the guests and the service staff shouted at each other across the area, which really disturbed us during the conversation. We sat for 15 minutes until someone served us when asked... we ordered a steak medium, it arrived well done and after telling the waiter who had seen the steak, unfortunately all we got was "oh, I'm sorry". Unfortunately not at all hospitable or accommodating with the price. Today we didn't feel welcome. A pity.

We are here for the third time, and even if I look with a magnifying glass, I really can't find anything negative, the food was great every time, the service was friendly and attentive, even if it was packed like last time, the food came quickly and hot and the drinks cold, to the table. It's very cozy in the restaurant, the last two times we were outside on the terrace, and everything is great here too.

Nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. The interior needs to be a little cleaner. There are already threads of dust hanging on the walls. That's not so nice. The service is nice, but sometimes as a guest you have to be quite patient. First orders go quickly, but after that there is a bit of a delay. The prices are reasonable and the food is good.

We sat outside last night in the best weather and had a good meal as usual. It was pretty full and the waiters/waitresses were pretty busy, but despite everything they were very helpful and friendly.

Nice location to sit outside. Service friendly, fast and personable. Prices are okay. Lunch available. But the bowl didn't reach me at all. Bad, cheap salad with three strips of chicken... This could be better. Otherwise the lunch menu is ok. I'll be back, but the boss needs to make improvements if he offers a healthy lunch.

Catastrophe! Far too few staff outside. Ordering took forever. Then waited another long time for the drinks. In the end the beer was stale and the food was cold. Sorry, that doesn't make up for the nice atmosphere.

The impression... The worst service... Tables not cleared... Conditions preferred to flirt with the female customers at the next table instead of serving us... We talked out loud to see if someone could come - there was no reaction. But that's Delmenhorst... No wonder that the sidewalks in this city are folded up in the evenings

Service was really friendly and we were served quickly. Ambiance is not my thing, the restaurant was so dark and it didn't smell good inside. I won't eat there again. I had a burger where the meat was very dark on the outside but still very light and not cooked on the inside. My friend had chicken breast that smelled totally rotten and was totally uneatable.

After a long time we were back at the Graftwerk for breakfast... The small disappointment at the beginning that there was no longer a buffet was immediately made up for with a really great, delicious à la carte breakfast...very friendly service and large portions...really recommended! Later we had a nice coffee outside when the sun was shining 🌞

Friendly, competent staff and good cooks. Cocktails are good to drink here. In summer, very long waiting times are possible, sometimes over 15 minutes, for a drink to arrive. The wait is rewarded with very good food. The breakfast menu is highly recommended. They even offer delicious gluten-free bread. The guest is surprised here with a varied seasonal menu. This place is very popular for large celebrations.

Very nice building, we really liked the atmosphere. Breakfast is really good and of good quality. Coffee is really good and strong. Staff is trying hard. We've been there several times now, including for dinner. Quality is great and plentiful. Price/performance is right. We can definitely recommend it!

I have been a guest many times and have always been satisfied. But unfortunately very disappointed and angry on Saturday. Starting with the seat (we had reserved), which was really the "cat table" under the stairs. The waitress barely got past us to the neighboring table and we were basically sitting under the stairs. My husband couldn't see ANYTHING and I was looking at a window completely covered in cobwebs. Maybe you should just get rid of this table. I took the pizza parma, as always. There were a maximum of 5 small leaves of rocket on top and (now some people might hate me), way too much cheese. And I don't mean the Parmesan, that was also rare. The cheese on the pizza was thicker than the base and toppings combined. So you basically didn't taste anything else. The highlight, however, was my trip to the toilet. The middle of the three toilets could not be used because the toilet seat was no longer attached; the others were intact but very dirty. Of course, the service can't help it, but with many guests, someone may need to be sent through to refill toilet paper and do a little cleaning. The sink left something to be desired in terms of both cleanliness and operation. Since the soap was also empty, I preferred to use my private disinfectant. Maybe we'll try again in the summer.

Simply thrilled!! It's been a long time since I've seen such an idyllic and stylish atmosphere, but it's definitely worth coming from Bremen and the surrounding area! So far we've mostly been there for dinner, but recently there's a brilliant breakfast menu - which really leaves nothing to be desired! Great value for money and tastes great too!! I can really only recommend Graftwerk! :)

I haven't been to the Graftwerk for a long time. At short notice we got a table for 6 people on a Saturday evening. You have to be lucky sometimes too. My visit and I were unanimous in our opinion - food, service, staff, ambience 10 out of 10. really great

I can only recommend the Graftwerk for a cozy meal. The food is well prepared and the portions are nice and justify the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A relaxed and cozy atmosphere completes the whole thing. On the ground floor you can look at the delme.

Ich muss sagen an sich ist das Essen lecker aber es passieren Fehler die nicht sein dürfen gerade wenn man Lebensmittel abbestellt und man sie trotzdem in dem Gericht findet Ansonsten sind mir paar Sachen aufgefallen wie kaputte Gläser wo das Besteck drinnen steht, Tische auf die Schnelle zusammen gestellt obwohl reserviert gewesen ist Das Ambiente an sich war auch gut aber viel zu viel Deko durcheinander gewürfelt Der Löffel wurde einfach in das Essen gelegt und nicht daneben hatte also einen Löffel der voller Sauce war was nicht so toll gewesen ist

Der Avocado Fitness Salat mit Hähnchen war spitze! Als Dessert hatten wir espresso mit 1 Kugel Vanilleeis

Ich war heute früh das zweite Mal im Graftwerk. Es gab Brunch for two. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und total frisch und lecker. Der Service war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente in der alten Wassermühle ist gemütlich und einladend. Beim Essen habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, weil die Brötchen keine Bäckerqualität hatten. Hier kann man mit wenig Aufwand nachbessern. Mein erster Besuch war vor einigen Tagen abends. Dort gab's auch für das Essen 5 Stern. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen war nicht do schön, der Burger hat nur nach Senf geschmeckt.

Ich war inzwischen mehrere Male in den letzten 3-4 Monaten vor Ort. Angemerkt sei, dass es immer in verschiedenen Konstellationen war (als Paar, mit Kollegen, mit einem Kunden und als Paar). Es gab keinen Grund zu Beanstandungen. Das Personal (speziell die Mitarbeiter, die schon längere Zeit dort arbeiten) machen einen großartigen Job. Ich habe keinen Unterschied im Service feststellen können - egal in welcher Konstellation ich als Gast dort war. Mit 5 kleineren Kindern wurden wir ebenso zuvorkommend behandelt, wie als Paar. Das finde ich persönlich außergewöhnlich gut. Das Essen (Auswahl und Qualität) und Getränke sind sehr gut. Einmal gab es eine Beanstandung (Nudeln waren versalzen), die so exzellent gelöst wurde, dass unsere Erwartungen/Hoffnungen definitiv übertroffen wurden. Vermutlich lag es auch an der Mitarbeiterin, die über jahrzehntelange Erfahrung im Service verfügt und Situationen genau richtig einzuschätzen weiß und beurteilen kann. Ich werde ganz sicher wieder kommen und schöne Abende vor Ort verbringen. Vielen Dank!

Ein wunderschön restauriertes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Die Bedienung super nett und das Essen ganz hervorragend.

Das Restaurant macht einen netten Eindruck mit der rustikalen Einrichtung. Das Essen hebt sich nicht besonders gegenüber dem Wettbewerb hervor. Ich hatte das Rumpsteak bestellt (Medium). Das Gericht wurde mir serviert, wie ich es bestellt habe. Jedoch war das Steak eher zäh, aber dafür gut gewürzt. Zum Service kann ich sagen, dass das Personal stets höflich war. Allerdings wurde meine Bestellung vergessen. Dies führte zu einer eher unangenehmen Situation an meinem Tisch, da alle anderen Gäste bereits essen konnten. Ich bekam zum Trost einen Salat für die Zwischenzeit, welcher ebenfalls gut geschmeckt hat, jedoch auch kein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis war. Mein Gesamteindruck ist daher eher durchschnittlich geprägt, da es teilweise auch zu langen Wartezeiten gekommen ist.

Tolle Lage direkt am Stadtpark. Sitzplätze auf 2 Etagen und im Außenbereich am Wasser. Vielfältige Speisen- und Getränkeangebote.

Wir haben dort nach unserer standesamtlichen Trauung im Wintergarten mit 25 Personen gefeiert. Der Service war spitze, sehr professionell, freundlich mit der richtigen Prise Humor und schnell. Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam auch fast zeitgleich, was bei der Personen Anzahl schon toll ist! Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und romantisch, wenn man aus dem Fenster geschaut hat sah man das kräuselnde Wasser. Die Deko im Wintergarten war super gemütlich und dezent weihnachtlich. Ihr habt dazu beigetragen das unser Hochzeitstag großartig war! Vielen Dank an euch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Wat een leuke plek voor een hapje en een drankje. We waren met 12 personen en mochten boven plaats nemen. Vriendelijk personeel. We kwamen in gesprek met 1 van de serveersters. Ze vertelde dat ze in Nederland had gewoond en gewerkt en er veel plezier beleefd had.

Waren heute zum Frühstück hier,es gibt eine komplett neue Karte und sehr viel Auswahl und gute Portionen. Sind sehr zufrieden und die Lokation sehr gemütlich. Die Angestellte war sehr nett und aufmerksam 👍🙂

Es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Wir saßen oben ,es war kuschelig warm ,Essen war soooo lecker und viel, der Service klasse. Es war relativ laut was uns nicht gestört hat, es fangen ja jetzt auch die Weihnachtsfeiern an . Ich gebe wirklich 10 Sterne .Und probiert die Cocktails ohne Alkohol 😀
