Friendly staff, delicious food, undrinkable coffee (cappuccino). Prices are quite high, but the ambiance is pleasant both inside and out.

A beautiful day, a great ambiance, very rustic and decorated in keeping with the name and the building. The food, always something different, and always 5 stars. However, the service is getting worse and worse. Half a year ago, on a rainy day, there were maybe 8-10 people sitting... a slip-up (?) when the drink and food are placed on the edge of the table and left without a word... Today, however, the wait was a disgrace. Guests who arrived after us already received their food while we were still waiting for drinks, even though we were constantly asked if we had ordered... after 45 minutes, the drinks arrived - 6 meters from the finish at the neighboring table, they landed in the waiter's cleavage 😬😁😬 After that, everything went well, and we were satisfied with the food. But dear Graftwerk team - please process your "orders" in order and stop doing this business-damaging. "Acquaintances/friends/regular customers" are gone. I'd love to come back.

Always beautiful, both inside and out. One of the few restaurants in the area where service is still a priority. This time, a delicious, varied breakfast in a convivial atmosphere. The tables were perfectly laid out, so there was no rush or commotion from going to the buffet. The location and ambiance were top-notch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We've been to Graft Werk a few times... Everything was usually fine... But yesterday, Sunday August 10, 2025, it was absolutely unbelievable... After ordering, nothing happened for about 40-45 minutes... When we asked if our starter soup could arrive, a few more minutes later, we got everything at once: the starter soup and the main course... After finishing the starter, the main course was cold, of course... We complained, and... The only response was excuses... rude answers, etc. We'll go somewhere else in the future... I wouldn't recommend it...

Top service, short wait for food

We've been here five times now, and it's always been delicious, from steak to salads, and we're always delighted. The service staff always strives to fulfill every wish. I can only recommend coming here for a meal or even just for a quick drink. KEEP UP, YOU'RE GREAT!!!!!!

My first visit to Graftwerk. Lunch. The service was very good and the food was good. Starter: Falafel and hummus Main course: Chili fries and chicken schnitzel with mushrooms in cream sauce Okay... the sauce wasn't great... But the fries 🍟 were gigantic

Service was super nice, the ambiance was perfect, and now for the food: Vegan burger: was okay, nothing special, the patty and bun were perfect, but the burger could have been made much better with decent sauces and toppings. The fries were good. Pasta with salmon: was okay overall, a little less cream would have been fine. Pizza: not recommended, it was probably a frozen product. In general, the chic presentation and friendly service don't quite match the quality of the food; I would have expected more. Tip for the chef: fewer dishes on the menu, but more flavor and quality in the food ;)

The vegan menu is fine. Only the mayonnaise isn't vegan.

We had reserved a table in advance, and the welcome and service were warm, and the food and drinks were wonderful. The Graft complex offers a lot of attractive features, including a beautiful park. Thank you so much for the lovely evening.

Today, we visited this very nice and appealing restaurant, Graftwerk, for the first time from Bad Zwischenahn. Everything from the food to the staff was simply excellent. We'll definitely go there again and will recommend it to others.

There were four of us there – the restaurant was packed to capacity. Due to the high occupancy, we were honestly warned at reception that there might be a long wait for our food. All the more impressive that it was served in no time! The service was a real highlight: super friendly, attentive, and with a good dose of humor – exactly what you'd want. The dishes were delicious and absolutely worth the price. For us, it's a definite recommendation – we'll definitely be back! 🍴👏

The food was delicious! However, some of the waiters made you feel stressed because they wanted to get everything done quickly and didn't have time for a quick hello or other usual pleasantries. Most of the waiters were very nice, though!

Our favorite restaurant in Delmenhorst. The ambiance of the old mill is wonderful. The food is always delicious, the portions generous, and the staff always friendly. In summer, you can sit outside by the water. And in winter, the tables near the water are very popular. You can also watch the heron hunting at the fish ladder here.

We were invited. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Delicious food, served fairly quickly. Everything was very tasty and fresh. A variety of beers were available. The only drawback was the high level of noise. If that doesn't bother you, it's highly recommended.

Chicken Karaage: a very(!) manageable portion, crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside/partially undercooked. The Coke Zero I ordered was lukewarm and stale (almost no carbonation).

We were there for breakfast. It was an incredibly good breakfast, something we've rarely experienced. Something completely different, simply an experience. Highly recommended! The ambiance is also absolutely beautiful!

This was our first time eating there. The decor is very rustic, yet quaint and cozy. However, I don't understand why they squeeze a table into the corner next to a doorway, making it hard for the guest to sit. The fries were way oversalted, and the schnitzel came in a very narrow dish, making it difficult to cut. All in all, it was okay, but I don't need to go back.

We're from Oldenburg and go there often for breakfast. The service has always been good, and we've always received friendly service. And that's the most important thing: that people are friendly to one another.

We are now regular guests at Graftwerk – both privately and for numerous business dinners – and every single time we feel warmly welcomed, understood, and completely at ease. What sets this restaurant apart is not only the stylish and relaxed atmosphere, but above all the incredibly well-coordinated team. No matter who is working that day, everyone treats you with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail. You notice: Here, service is not a coincidence, but a commitment. We would especially like to highlight Cemil: With his calm, attentive manner, he responds to every request, often communicating through eye contact alone, and always striking the right tone. You feel understood, not just served. Such people are worth their weight in gold to any company – they not only make a difference in service, but also ensure that guests like us keep coming back. We will therefore continue to hold our regular business dinners at Graftwerk in the future – and are currently even planning to hold our Christmas party there. I hope that even more such dedicated and empathetic employees will be actively recognized in the future. Because they're exactly what gives a place like Graftwerk its special character. I ordered the Pink Lady appetizer for pickup. The walnuts weren't caramelized, nor was the balsamic dressing added. It all sounded absolutely delicious, but I ended up paying almost €15 for some roughly chopped beets, a burrata, and walnuts.

Great place. We discovered it by chance three weeks ago and ate a mega burger. We then reserved a table for today and had a delicious breakfast.

Every time I went there, I didn't feel well afterward. Yesterday was the first time since 2018. I thought, "It can't happen again." I knew immediately after the first bite that the food wasn't good. Since last night, I've had food poisoning, vomiting, and stomach cramps! Yes, the location is nice, but the most you can do there is get a drink!

Beautiful ambiance. However, you can only reserve seats on the upper floor. We were told this over the phone, so we couldn't bring a stroller. This problem doesn't seem to be always communicated over the phone, as other guests arrived in wheelchairs or with walkers and therefore couldn't get to their reserved tables. The food looked very appealing. It was truly lovingly prepared. However, the taste (subjective impression) wasn't outstanding. Our service was very prompt, very attentive, and super hospitable! Thank you very much for that! With the other employees, however, we had the impression that they preferred to keep to themselves. Will we come back? Maybe, but probably not. What a shame considering the great ambiance.

We always enjoy coming back. The Graftwerk is often a stop for us during our bike tour. What we miss a bit are small dishes like a snack plate or last year's antipasti plate that you can share. Nevertheless, the food is always delicious and fresh. The waitresses are always friendly and try hard, which is why we like to come back again and again.

A nice surprise since we were last here before Corona... the restaurant with the special flair directly above the Graft lock is still there. Went here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised that it continues to be well established at all levels of gastronomy. The food, service, staff and ambience are great, we'll be happy to come back... the fries are particularly worth mentioning, obviously made from whole potatoes... crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. The portions are just right... Price performance is right. Thank you for the great experience...see you soon!

Super delicious food and great friendly staff!

We tested the graft plant at the beginning of 2025. The atmosphere is really cozy. Subdued lighting, a nice restaurant atmosphere at times, with a little touch of bar character. We were greeted very friendly and taken to our place. In general, the service was nice and courteous, but there could have been more, for example a short personal introduction, the hotel's recommendations, the question of whether we had been there before and so on. For this reason there are four stars for the service. Now about the food: our junior had a chicken burger. I can't understand restaurants that have burgers on their menu if they don't use fresh produce. What's with a frozen chicken patty? Poultry meat is the cheapest meat, so it wouldn't have been much effort to bread and fry a piece of chicken breast. Instead of fries, our junior chose mozzarella sticks. Sure, they're out of the box too. As usual. Penne pollo was really tasty! Pasta with chicken and fresh spinach with feta cheese. Can't do much better. The Mediterranean steak plate is complemented with a burger patty to complete the meat selection. Hmmm. No, that wasn't that great. The fries on the plate would have easily been enough for two portions. I find ketchup and mayo a bit unloving. Placed on the plate in small ready-made sachets. The Mediterranean vegetables were hidden under the meat. Overall the taste was okay. Overall, I have eaten a meat platter like this with a selection of different types of meat better. We also had a very tasty side salad. Based on the selection of small leaf salads, I suspect that this also comes from a ready-made bag. But in principle that doesn't have to be bad and the taste was great. We will definitely come back and try other dishes again.

We go to the Graftwerk very often and, with the exception of yesterday, have always been very satisfied. It took 20 minutes for someone to try to serve us after we asked, even though there were four employees at the counter opposite us, talking loudly about private matters. Two guests at the next table had the same problem. When a blonde waitress with a nose ring went there after asking and took their order, we wanted to order too. She just rolled her eyes, turned away and let her colleague take our order. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was also carelessly prepared, very greasy and the bread rolls that were served were burnt. People didn't ask if you wanted something else to drink, but the table was cleared away quite quickly, so we had the feeling that the table had probably already been reserved for new guests. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, considering that the catering industry was extremely poor Lack of guests suffers...

We are guests there more often. However, I have to notice that the service there is getting worse and worse. Sometimes some tables are not cleared, there is simply no service or... We were pushed aside because the lady wanted to clear the table and couldn't wait another 30 seconds. The food is always TOP!! Reservation recommended.
