on a busy saturday, we still got a place to sit and my order comes quick. The chili cheese fries that I order is also warm and taste amazing. I love more spicy food which they also provide a chilli flakes that we can sprinkle by ourself, so it is recommend to stop for a finger foods at frittenwerk.

Everything went well and we were very happy. Outside was clean and well-kept, nice weather and everything was exactly as we imagined. Of course there is no restaurant, but we didn't think about it either. Everything is clear and works well with ordering through machines. Staff friendly and nice, very good and quick dishes delivered on tablet!

No nutritional table, instead this paragraph: "Do you have a calorie or nutritional table? No, because our poutines go straight to the heart. So for now, unfortunately, you'll have to guess or turn a blind eye. Insider tip: When the clocks change from summer time to winter time, anything goes. Any fries eaten within the hour gained will not set. The same goes for sweets at Christmas time. A gap in the system!" Who is this unfunny, embarrassing millenial humor supposed to appeal to? When I'm looking for information about something important like nutrition, I don't want to read material from the failed standup comedians in your marketing department instead.

Terrible fries. The toppings are fine but the fries itself were so disappointing. McDonald's fries taste even better.

Normally it was always good, but this time the stuff gave us both stomach aches and stomach problems, among other things. Everything tasted weird, nothing was really warm and I had a whopping 5 pieces of meat or something on my poutine. Plus it really doesn't have to be 4 kilos of parsley - you almost only tasted parsley. The one for €33 is weak.

I was there yesterday with 3 friends and it was really tasty... good portions for the price but sometimes there was a bit too much of the toppings that you almost couldn't manage it and I think the drinks for almost €4 are a bit overpriced but otherwise I'm very satisfied

We eat there regularly when we're shopping and are usually very satisfied. The food is always good, although on one visit the chicken sticks weren't quite cooked through. It would also be nice if the tables were cleaned a little more often. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

Big fan for several years, there is always a free seat even on very busy days, cool people, very good food. The best fries are the ones with guacamole and sourcream.

Edit: Picked up food on January 10, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. The Swarma box contained a lot of black fries or fries that had already been fried 10 times. I've never had that before. It seems that someone is no longer so behind in quality assurance (see picture). If you order online for pickup via the website or web app, you will always fall behind when it comes to fulfilling your orders. This means that people who order after you at the kiosk display or at the cash register get their food before you. This issue has happened to me twice now and means that I will no longer order via the website or eat anywhere else in the future. The falafels were also way too fried.

Self-checkout asks for tips. Actually 0/5 stars Only staff contact at the food counter. My table was sticky and not wiped. And ask for a tip when ordering; the “No” option is also inconspicuously placed… Food was very tasty.

The food was ready quickly and brought straight to the table - a clear plus point for the quick service. The ingredients are fresh and taste really delicious, which you can tell in every bite. The quality of the food and the portions are also good, so you'll feel full. Unfortunately, I have to say that the prices for the portions are relatively high, especially because each additional topping costs extra, which quickly makes the meal very expensive. It would be good if the price structure were made a little more transparent or cheaper. Despite the high prices, I would visit Frittenwerk again, although next time I would forego some of the toppings in order to make the price more attractive for me. Overall, it's a nice shop that you can definitely try out.

Having also frequented other branches of the Frittenwerk chain (Karlsruhe, Stuttgart Bolzstrasse and Frankfurt central station), the food is good and the value for money is satisfactory. However, I do not recommend the branch located in the "Milaneo" shopping center in Stuttgart because of the unpleasant and incompetent staff. I was barely greeted and they absolutely wanted me to use the terminal to order but I wanted to pay in cash so it was impossible at the order terminal. Supposedly the cash register was closed... Even though we were during opening hours... Then, the employee finally deigned to take my order, when I told her my choice, she told me that I would then have to wait around 30 minutes because they no longer had mozzarella... Finally, I tasted a delicious kebap from the competition. And still saved a few euros. Edit: A few days ago, I wanted to give this extra course a second chance (end of November 2024): opening time 11:00 a.m., I come at 11:06 a.m.: lights still off and an unfriendly employee who tells me that this is not yet open. In short, the opening hours should be changed (perhaps 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.), and the organization of the extra curriculum rethought. Employees should also undergo training to be more polite and friendly to customers.
