The fries are good. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cheese sauce. It just tastes like butter. The orders are shouted out, which is very unpleasant and completely destroys the ambience. It's loud enough as it is and you can't even hear the name. A scoreboard would help.

Mega tasty and fast service if you have to get to the train quickly.

Nice presentation. Promises a lot, food wasn't good at all. Fries were almost raw. Guacamole tasted musty. We took the food with us to the hotel, but it's just across the street, so you can't say that it was in the packaging for too long. Very disappointing. We don't come here anymore and we won't recommend it to anyone else.

My food was only lukewarm and quite soggy. And I paid more than €20 for that.

Always tasty, sufficient portions, lots of vegetarian options, friendly service - the only thing that would be great is a toilet (but every other restaurant at the train station doesn't have that either :/)

Sorry, but the overall quality wasn't convincing last night. The fries felt raw. The meat content was almost non-existent. Even if you wanted to talk about the whole thing, absolutely no one felt responsible and that with just under €40 left behind for the two of you. The only good thing, the food, if you can call it that, was ready relatively quickly. No wonder if the fries are half raw. So therefore absolutely not recommended.

Great chip shop, which I can highly recommend. The veggie curry sausage was really good and actually tasted better compared to the real thing.

Better check what you got when you take it with you. This is the second time I've received something different than what I originally ordered and of course I only notice it when I get home.

Delicious fries, served hot and crispy. The waiting time is ok, even in busy times it goes quite quickly. DS Restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated.

We just had the theme week and chose Frittenwerk for lunch. Even though there were so many of us, it was extremely quick and there was also a great deal for vegetarians!!

Everything was totally mushy and everything tasted very artificial. Although fresh, everything has a strange aftertaste. I can't recommend it.

There is only vegan mayo in this store. As a non-vegan you are completely discriminated against. If you like the true taste of mayo and want your mayo made from an egg, you've come to the wrong place. The fries were ok, but not salted enough. The mayo was salty, probably because otherwise it wouldn't have any flavor.

I eat there about every 2 weeks. Whenever I have to take the train. I always get my lunch there: Classic Quebec poutine with a portion of pulled pork. The poutine is simply awesome, at the time of this review I've just had a portion down my hatch, I'm sitting on my train and I'm full! Always my pleasure. I'd also be happy to give a little tip And to pay tribute to the ad above the pick up station: "What do we want!?" "FRIES!"

Fast food. When it should and must be quick and uncomplicated. Otherwise Frittenwerk wouldn't really be a recommendation. Above all, the fries themselves are not really that convincing, although that should be assumed with a concept that is based on exactly that. Since it could have been that the quality of the fries suffered due to the toppings, fries were of course ordered plain as a test, but here too the conclusion was rather unsatisfactory. Applies to the house fries and the garlic fries.

One word: fabulous. That would be enough. But well. I like to write a lot. In detail: I have already tried the Tijuana Street Fries and the vegan Currywurst Special. Both absolutely 10/10. The portions (speaking of the poutines) will leave you more than full. In the end it was almost a bit much for me. The poutines are also visually very appealing, but for me personally it's a minor matter. I can't get enough of looking at it. Conclusion: Clear recommendation! 💛

The food and service were good, I would love to come back. The wooden forks are ideally used to light the tiled stove, so I would be happy with less rough cutlery.

A good place near the Hauptbahnhof to enjoy fast food. Also, I had the opportunity to try some churros which were delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was fast.

Ordering via the terminal is very easy. As soon as we sat down, the food was already prepared! The taste was great. Crispy fries and well-seasoned sauces. I would eat here again.

An absolute disaster. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff really leave a lot to be desired. Over €11 (!!!) for a few fries with currywurst. The fries were old and soggy. And everything buried under a mountain of extremely fatty sauce. The excessive use of sauce was probably intended to hide the age and quality of the fries. My extras were simply forgotten. Of course, since I ordered my food to go, I couldn't complain. At least the employees had fun taking their group selfies. My trip to the chip shop was rewarded with a serious stomach ache after eating. I definitely won't come back and won't write an email to Frittenwerk, as they keep asking me to do here.

The food is of great quality and ordering is simple. The price is justified. The output could be optimized: 1. the poor guy shouted every code word at least twice and often the details of the food order before one or the other from the table tried to serve it, 2. I observed several times that take-away food was given priority, Which isn't a bad thing in itself - it's just stupid when you want to eat in the restaurant, wait forever and then the supposed "out-of-towners" stay and take the seats. Not to mention the unnecessary waste. Also a shame, there is no toilet. After eating (finger food), you have to go to the public station toilet to wash your hands for a fee.

I was in the restaurant today and ordered my order normally via the terminal and was then served disastrously. A slightly older man was really scary and unfriendly. Food was good but unfortunately that was a minus point.

Good fries with a large selection at a not particularly low price. But if you're hungry for something like that, it's perfect. What makes it exciting is the different toppings, which always give the food a special touch. This is how fast food works!

There are quite interesting versions of fries here. Exciting to read, even more exciting to eat. Was very positively surprised, also about the possible constellations like Avacado Chicken Balls 😎 The ordering system is simple, easy to understand and with the different names instead of numbers it's really cool. Portions are perfectly fine for the price. The only point that struck me personally as negative was the tipping system during the payment process with the preset options. I find that cheeky. Luckily you could also see the “No” button. Guys, this is fast food, why should I give out tips at take away? Imho, it's your job! It would be different with service... That's why I reduced it by one star.

A simple dish like fries meets attractive design and system catering. The combinations are creative, the ordering process on the screen is self-explanatory and the loud notifications that an order is ready for pickup are unique. There is no screen with rows of numbers, every order has a comic name and this is how characters like Darkwing Duck or Pluto are reactivated. Good idea. The taste or the product largely delivers what was expected. Not a highlight, but they managed to get the visitor to line up for a portion of 'loaded fries' and then even sit at the table and eat this actually mundane dish. Good job.

After a two-hour shopping spree at the train station, I intended to regenerate my lung function. As we were leaving the shopping area, my eyes fell on the "Frittenwerk", which we paid a visit to after some serious relaxation. At the food selection control panel, a diverse culinary desire awoke in me, and my preference ultimately leaned towards the fries with currywurst including pulled pork. When I was then addressed as Winnetou, I was presented with a masterpiece of a gastronomic experience. The first bites revealed a gustatory ecstasy, the meat revealed tender perfection, and the fries proved to be anything but ordinary. What was worrying, however, was how quickly I felt full - no, the entire meal had to be eaten, I thought and started a fight against the emerging feeling of satiety. We are undoubtedly planning a return visit and we are already looking forward to discovering further culinary creations.

Home fries: quick preparation, good portion at a fair price, good aroma (authentic potato taste and not overly fried), no disgusting excess palm oil, no soggy fries, Mayo tastes intense and light. Top!! Just as! Gladly again.

Speisekarte zu circa 85% vegan/vegetarisch mit Ersatz-Soja-Dingsbums, sehr kleine Auswahl mit echtem Fleisch und echter Mayo. Pommes schmecken doch am besten, wenn sie im Rinderfett frittiert werden. Also nix veganes, nix vegetarisches! Kanadische Poutine ist ursprünglich auch nicht vegan/vegetarisch. Portion i.O.

Das Essen war ok. Pommes wie in Canada mit Bratensauce und Champignons. Preislich im Bahnhof halt wie zu erwarten . Das Personal hatte bestimmt ihren Schlechten Tag, so hoffen wir, wäre das immer so wie bei unserem Besuch, zwei Worte gewechselt und ein gefühltes-geh weg- bekommen. Weihnachten. Den Frust am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag arbeiten zu müssen am Kunden auszulassen klingt vernünftig, der Kunde muss ja nicht wieder kommen. Tut er auch nicht.

Geschmeckt hat es ja wirklich. Aber recht teuer und ziemlich lange hat es auch gedauert, dafür, daß 4 Personen hinter dem Tresen standen. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, daß zur Abendessenzeit keine Fritten fertig waren. Das könnt ihr besser!

Das Ambiente is cool aber das Essen war nicht gut. Das Pulled Pork hat nach nix geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren schlecht gesalzen.
