We celebrated my birthday. The food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Unobtrusively located in the Neu-Liondau gardens, guests can expect an extensive menu featuring, among other things, a great selection of schnitzels. You can hear from the kitchen that the schnitzels are freshly pounded and prepared. The taste is excellent, and the portions are more than ample. All dishes are very reasonably priced and absolutely reasonable. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. If I'm ever in Leipzig again, I will definitely stop by "Die Klinke" again.

We ate at the hospital for the first time yesterday. We made a reservation for four people shortly beforehand. Once we got there, we got our table outside (the benches unfortunately take some getting used to and are uncomfortable – but okay, that's complaining at a high level). The service was very friendly right away, and ordering food and drinks was quite quick. It wasn't particularly busy, though: there were five tables occupied. One thing to note: The food was delicious and the value for money is absolutely fine. But we waited 2.5 hours for our food. You could tell that both the kitchen and the waitress were overwhelmed with the small number of guests, and you could even hear people shouting loudly at each other in the kitchen. Things can go wrong anywhere, but then you have to communicate with the guests. The surrounding tables had the same problem and didn't take it with as much humor as we did. Even when we ordered the bill, the waitress was more concerned with clearing empty tables at the other end of the restaurant than with charging us – which meant another 20-minute wait for the bill. So, be prepared to allow yourself plenty of time.

The food took a very long time. We waited over two hours, and then the food was cold. The waitress just asked, very loudly so the whole garden could hear, "But my stomach is full, that's fine." Then we waited another half hour to pay. So we definitely won't be coming back.

Great little restaurant. The food is top-notch and the service is very attentive. They made sure there was always something to drink. *We were invited there for a birthday party. We'll definitely go there again 👌🙂

I ate at Seenblick on the Klinke with friends today! But I haven't had such a bad meal in years. I ordered schnitzel with creamed mushrooms and fries! It came with a thick sauce thickener with a few mushrooms in it, poured all over the schnitzel, unseasoned. The fries, warning me, were salt-free! I can't recommend this restaurant anymore. I remember it from three years ago, when it was much better.

Absolutely recommended, summer and winter!

All I can say is, all in all, it was a successful evening. Everything was very good.

I've been here for the first time in a long time; as a child, my grandfather had his garden here. The food was excellent 👍🏼 and the service was great. It brought back many memories from the old days. Very, very nice. A definite recommendation for good food and a lovely atmosphere.

Dear Klinke team, I spontaneously stopped by for lunch with my children last Saturday and would like to thank you again for the great service! The children's food was delicious and, relatively speaking, arrived quickly for lunchtime! In the meantime, the kids were able to let off steam in your beautiful and large playground :) My meal was also lovingly prepared and, as expected, tasted great. We all had schnitzel dishes, which I highly recommend! The service staff was always willing to do everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. Nothing for vegetarians or vegans. There's nothing vegan. For vegetarians, they even offer a non-vegetarian dish... Conclusion: Once and never again.

The food was delicious and plentiful, and served quite quickly, considering the restaurant was quite busy. The service was also very friendly. The dessert was also delicious.

This isn't our first time here; we know the building from the previous owner and it's much better than before. The food is really, really delicious. Special requests are accommodated, such as smaller portions or special requests for seniors, or regarding the menu. You'll have a really good time here and learn a bit about the neighborhood, too ;)

The food was very good but we had to wait 2 hours for the food and the drinks weren't brought. Sad and taken for fools. There are better garden restaurants in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great service and the reasonable prices. The selection of dishes is sufficient so that everyone can find something suitable to eat. Our meals were served at the same time and everything tasted very good. The children's special requests were taken into account. (Noodles with sausage goulash and cheese ;) ) . We would be happy to come here again.

Had a funeral meal with my family. We ordered a buffet with delicious biscuits, cakes and soup, and everything tasted very, very tasty. The waiters often came by to ask how you were doing and to bring new coffee and water, which is not a given :) All in all it was very pleasant and high praise for the Bemmen with ham and horseradish. It really tasted super fresh ^^

This garden pub is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 p.m. and is definitely worth a visit. The service is very friendly. The food is good and the price is also acceptable. The dishes are still prepared in-house.

By chance we ended up in the restaurant in the summer of 2024 and were thrilled. We have been there several times as a couple, with friends or yesterday with the family for a birthday party. We were never disappointed and all the food was very tasty and the service was excellent. We have already recommended it several times! Keep it up!

You can eat well here and the gardens aren't bad either.

Rarely eaten one like this in delicious turkey schnitzel. Modern & lovingly minimalist decorated, very tasteful. Unfortunately no delivery service (yet), price average good for the quality offered. Nothing broke or boiled, perfect for all dishes. Only the mix of minimalist modern paired with old garden pub chairs and table tops doesn't quite fit, as does the (perhaps) still open entrance area. Looks a bit like on a presentation plate without any discretion for the tables in the entrance area. Otherwise, all in all very tasty, would be happy to come again at any time and would be recommended.

Well, okay. The food wasn't exceptional. Service was quick and prompt. Back-to-school decorations were still hanging everywhere in November, and even the napkins were still dirty. I wouldn't go back.

Old pub in a new look. The move was definitely worth it for the operators. The great and child-friendly outdoor area is only surpassed by the food. The small dining room is sometimes quite loud when it is full. There could be more work done with acoustic elements.

Great food. Great outdoor area. Great playground with lots of vehicles and toys right outside. This makes relaxing with children super easy.

The interior could be made a little nicer, but unfortunately it's very uncomfortable... But the food convinced us. Highly recommend the Milanese schnitzel with pesto noodles and peas. Will definitely come back.

Simply great. Rustic pub with decent food (home cooking) and seasonal dishes. Reasonable prices for today's times and large portions. Even for a small thaler you get your money's worth. The food has to wait a little longer, but it is fresh and comes to the table at the same time. Even with larger tables (10 people). Keep going. Stay as you are. Thanks

Simple, cozy garden restaurant with very friendly service. We went to the clinic for a family celebration and had a great afternoon. We had lunch à la carte and also had coffee and cake. The dishes were very well coordinated and were fresh and tasted okay. The selection of vegetarian dishes was ok, but the menu focuses on schnitzel. I would have liked a celery schnitzel with it, for example. The cake we had later was very good. I found the service particularly positive. He was very friendly and attentive and extremely quick for so many guests. Great respect!

Well... Not bad but not (anymore) my recommendation either. We have been to the clinic several times since moving to Neulindenau. At first very satisfied, the outdoor seating is super comfortable and the food was good and reasonably priced. The ambience inside doesn't fit and seems rather spartan, improvised and even uncomfortable. But you come for the food. On the penultimate visit I was disappointed for the first time because my fish smelled extremely unpleasant (like a sheep/goat/stable?). It was Easter time and there was a lot of lamb on the menu. But since I was invited, I didn't say anything. Otherwise I would have mentioned it. Last week we observed a situation where there was a misunderstanding between a large group of guests and the waitress when paying for a (!) drink. (The waitress spoke good German, but the apparently die-hard, somewhat elderly guests used phrases in broad Saxon, which the waitress apparently couldn't do anything with and didn't ask when ordering. The surprise only came when paying) The waitress got it I found the boss and his inappropriate and unfriendly (loud screaming) reaction towards the guests extremely unprofessional! A pity. Luckily there are (still) other good garden pubs in Leipzig with also good food. I very much hope that such behavior towards guests does not become the norm due to the restaurant's demise.

Were in the restaurant for the second time today. It's very comfortable to sit and enjoy the time. The service is very nice and accommodating. No matter how busy the store is, we didn't wait very long. Price performance is consistent.

Garden restaurant, I imagine it would be great in summer, even with a playground in front of the door, but in winter it wasn't so nice. Restaurant and toilets were fine, only in the large hall it seemed like it wasn't tidy, maybe they didn't have a utility room... An e-scooter near warming containers that were parked and not needed for our funeral service would not have been necessary. A pity!

Were here for a small celebration of an 80th birthday! Quite fitting for such a setting, the food was prepared with care and was almost too plentiful! I could also imagine the location being good for one of the next class reunions...let's see! Keep it up!

With a reservation 2 days in advance, we sat comfortably with 6 people and ate a delicious meal. All the dishes we chose were really good and all the plates were empty at the end. The staff was super friendly and quick.

There were 20 of us and we had a small buffet in the event room. We were about 2 hours late. The staff, and you could tell, weren't too happy. Understandable of course...! But still they were very professional and very friendly. The buffet was lovingly prepared, very creative and we all enjoyed it. You could also tell that the chefs had prepared this with dedication and heart. I can happily recommend this restaurant. You have definitely gained all of us new guests for further events. A good address for families, day trippers and lovers of home-style cuisine in Lindenau. The (seasonal) cuisine in particular stands out for me, but the service and ambience also appealed to me. I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable - I'm not the only one who sees it that way, it's also shown by the full tables and occasional waiting times, which were never unpleasant for me, on the contrary, which I'm happy to accept. Everything just fits too well, keep it up! I hope that I can visit you for a long time and would be happy to recommend you at any time!

Wir waren mit 25 Personen zum Weihnachtsessen hier. Bedienung ist sehr nett und schnell. Die Portionen ist ordentlich zu einem fairen Preis. Alles war frisch und kam zügig aus der Küche. Etwas abgelegen aber einen Ausflug wert.

Der kleine kann spielen, die Erwachsenen spielen abwechselnd mit und nebenbei kann man sich auch mal unterhalten. Super. Service war top, Essensauswahl abwechslungsreich und es hat auch prima geschmeckt. Pluspunkt: Es gibt auch Radeberger. Waren sehr zufrieden

Kleine Gaststätte in einer Kleingartenanlage. Ich hatte dort ein Rindersteak von guter Qualität und in dem bestellten Gargrad, Medium-rare, bekommen. Und das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 👍🏻 auch toll angerichtet mit der Soße extra in einem Glas. Auch alle anderen Gerichte am Tisch sahen sowohl toll aus und haben gut geschmeckt

Super nettes Personal kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten den Raum für eine Geburtstagsfeier mit 25 Personen reserviert. Ambiente war schön herbstlich gestaltet, Kuchen sehr lecker, Abendessen reichlich und sehr gut. Ohne sich ständig aufzudrängen wurde auf individuelle Wünsche selbstverständlich eingegangen. Lobenswert war auch die großzügige Bereitstellung des Freisitzes. Auch für Kinder ein idealer Platz, schöner Spielbereich im Innenraum und draußen ein tolles Gelände mit Spielplatz, Sandkasten und Wiese und vielen kleinen fahrbaren Geräten und Spielsachen. Klare Empfehlung! Gerne wieder! Personal sehr nett und unkompliziert auch im Vorfeld zur Absprache.

Waren bei einem Pensionärtreffen da. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen super, nur mussten wir fast 2 Stunden auf das Essen warten, nehmen es sportlich da ja auf dem Freisitz viele Leute waren. Ansonsten alles gut.

Ich kann "Die Klinke" nur empfehlen verschiedensten Schnitzel Varianten ,deine Zugaben ob Pommes , Bratkartoffeln usw. freie Wahl, super leckere und ausreichend große Portionen ,und super Preis Leistungsverhältnis ,muss man auf jeden Fall probieren. Ich gehe auf jeden Fall wieder hin.
