Super friendly staff, incredibly delicious fries, everything was great!

More was promised than delivered – neither the quality nor the taste was convincing. We were disappointed. I could have made a better meal at home. The price-performance ratio is simply not right. At least the toilets were clean, even though the only sink in the women's restroom was broken (seriously??). Overall, a solid three out of five – that's really all it deserves.

Absolutely fantastic! The fries were amazing, the sauces were great, and the team was super friendly. The perfect place for a quick but really good snack. I'll definitely be back!

I've been here twice because it was incredibly delicious, and I'd love to come back many more times. The potatoes are incredibly delicious, the idea is simple, but the execution is superb. The prices are quite high, but it's worth it.

I've already been to Frittenwerk in Berlin and was pleasantly surprised again. Delicious fries. Lots of selection and fast service. You can skip the ordering kiosk and just order at the counter. Otherwise, it's quite complicated with so many options.

As Amsterdammers, we thought Mannekepis was expensive, but Frittenwerk can definitely top that. We paid a whopping €73 for 6 fries with various toppings and a drink. You'd expect to get a decent amount of fries, but that was a huge disappointment. What does a kilo of potatoes cost? We were very happy they had a patio, because sitting inside is a nightmare because the food smells soak into your clothes after you've been standing there for a few minutes to order. All in all, way too expensive for what you get. Not worth repeating.

Essentially a typical Frittenwerk restaurant. However, you get the feeling that the portions have gotten smaller over time, while the prices have remained the same. Especially when ordering via Lieferando and other services, they tend to cut back on quantities. The food, however, is still delicious.

We had the Quebec poutine, and as a Quebec resident, i gotta say : it wasn't bad, but it was a bit "wrong" : sauce wasn't quite right, and the cheese is definitely not the right kind. Fresh curds i believe don't really "exist" in Europe, so it's kinda hard to make an authentic poutine without it's signature cheese, I understand. Other reviewers don't seem to mind, but i'd just like to warn other poutine amateurs so they adjust their expectations accordingly and enjoy it nonetheless. I dunno how the hell they came up with "radish" as garnish for "Montreal poutine" though : nobody ever put radish on poutine in Montreal, or in any poutine place i've ever been to (i've eaten at 50+ of em). Be as creative as you want, poutine can be a "canvas" for sure, but please call it something else ; it gives a very incorrect impression of what poutine in Montreal is like. Currywurst was good! Will gladly go back : the fries were pretty good.

The only restaurant/fast-food joint where I can say the food looks even better than it does on the menu. It tastes fantastic, and the staff is super chilled. We recently went in with an inflatable rowboat, and the staff approved. We haven't been disappointed once, and the food is quite filling.

Ambience, music, fries, etc. - all good. BUT, even my daughter said (!) the prices are through the roof. Good selections, but ultimately "standard" fries underneath. Sometimes dressing costs €1 or something - not for such a small "dip." AND, they even pocket the deposit! There are empty drink crates everywhere, so you put the Coke, etc., back there empty. At home, you can see on the receipt that you paid a deposit! Not so "Cheshire Cat," at least with us ;)

We were there yesterday. The food was delicious, but we had to wait a bit for it to be ready. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and looked very cozy.

I had Currywurst with French Fries, but for 12.90 € I would have expected a bit more special taste. Overall it was good though.

The toilets were really bad. The faucet only worked if you kept your hand on it, so you couldn't even wash your hands, only rinse them. You couldn't dry your hands either, because the faucet was broken.

One of the better Frittenwerk locations I’ve visited recently (and that’s quite a few!). Crispy fries, tasty vegan currywurst, and just the right seasoning. A true feast for the taste buds. No hesitation — a must-try from a Frittenwerk connoisseur! Despite being on a busy shopping street, the interior is calm and inviting, and the terrace is pleasantly quiet. And the restroom? Spotlessly clean. Great place!

I've never had fries as good as those here in my life. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The restaurant looks beautiful, as do the fries, which are beautifully presented.

We ordered Hausfritten (I'm vegan), Chili Cheese Fries, and Currtwurst. It was delicious (I prefer my fries a bit more toasted), and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you're ever in Koblenz and visiting the old town (Altstadt), I highly recommend it for its affordable and delicious food.

When you order, a fictitious name is given, a great idea, but it's hard to hear over the loud music. There's a bottle opener in the middle of the restaurant, so if you've had several drinks or aren't sure what to do, you'll have to run back and forth until you get the hang of it. The currywurst was quite spicy, so it was a bit too spicy for me and the kids.

Highly recommended. Especially the garlic fries. A new size has been introduced: XL. Unfortunately, this is the former 'regular' size. Accordingly, shrinkflation is also present here. A shame, hence one star less.

Order placed via liefeando. It was accepted, then marked as prepared, and even noted as being in transit. Finally, a "successful delivery" was reported, but the delivery time was still about 30 minutes in the future. (?) Then it was canceled. You don't write nice comments when you're hungry, sorry. The service was unfortunately abysmal. My previous experience at the store was neutral.

I don't understand how these positive reviews came about. We ordered a bowl made entirely of frozen avocados, and it had almost no dressing at all. The meat was average. We asked the employee about this, and he confirmed that the avocados were frozen. No alternative or new bowl was offered. We would rate the fries as "normal average." So, like everywhere else. Nothing special. The atmosphere is really great, though. Restrooms were clean. The staff wasn't particularly helpful with requests. I wouldn't visit this place again.

A little hunger drove us to Frittenwerk. We really liked the atmosphere, and the staff at the counter were very friendly. We really enjoyed the food, especially the garlic fries. This place gets a solid 5 stars, and we can definitely recommend it. Perhaps the restrooms could be made a bit more pleasant—to match the atmosphere of the restaurant.

We were there for the first time today, and it was actually pretty good. The fries were crispy, the sauces delicious, except... the fries were extremely salty. So salty, in fact, that my partner's lips were burning. Maybe use a little less salt, since the sauces are already quite spicy. Otherwise, it was okay :)

The food is incredibly delicious! The fries are fresh and prepared freshly. The Classic Quebec Poutine is my favorite topping. I often come to the shop just to enjoy these fries, and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is nice, tidy, and clean, and the staff is very friendly and the service is good. I'm always satisfied and can only recommend it. On my last visit, I also tried the churros. They're super delicious and crispy. I'm glad this chip shop exists in Koblenz. Please never close, because there's no alternative. 😍😊
