Few guests and fast food. Unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through. The feedback from the employees was that it always took the same amount of time to prepare something. No apology came from his lips. Dealing professionally with customers looks different. We definitely won't eat any more.

Nice service, enough seats. However, I would have liked crispy fries. Mine were topped with coleslaw and mushy pulled pork. It wasn't really a hit in terms of taste.

I always enjoyed going to Frittenwerk, delicious and varied food with vegan dishes. Unfortunately, things are changing more and more for the worse since the bolo fries were abolished. Always great in taste, but today there are many defects. I ordered an XL portion of the Istanbul Street Fried, but it was almost smaller than my companion's normal portion of the Tijuana Street Fries. That doesn't work at all, the only reaction was that it was served in the larger bowl and therefore looked smaller... as if the same portion were simply made in a larger bowl, which is a shame, and then there was the long, long wait of about 20 minutes because Nothing worked at all, I've never experienced that here before

Four of us (2ERW 2K) were here during the September special. The store is very clean, the outdoor seating is quite comfortable and there are plenty of seating areas available. The staff is very friendly. At first glance the prices seem quite high, but when you have the fries on the table in front of you at the end, they are quite enormous, complex portions. A clear recommendation from us, we will be back :-)

The staff is great and atmosphere is great as well. The food however, I expected better fries, they were loaded which was great, but it became soggy very quickly. I also ordered churros with pistachio cream, but it seemed like old already made churros were deep fried again, they were definitely not freshly made. This part was disappointing. Otherwise they provide everything like salt, pepper, chilli flakes, etc for the fries...the service is great no doubt. The place looks beautiful, very inviting. But I wish the fries were more crunchy and churros fresh.

The fries here are mega, just like the prices are mega expensive, the three stars are for the good food, but I have to deduct the other two because I find it extremely expensive, even back then before Corona war and co, it was already expensive , but now the prices are just outrageous

Unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through. When I asked, I was told that it was because of the sauce. I know the difference between undercooked and soft from the sauce. I hate to be kidded. Underground service! It's a shame, the ambience is great, the toppings too - unfortunately fries and service are not!

The name would suggest that here is the place to be for chips (so 'french fries' 'friet') well if that's what you are looking for 'walk on by'. Whilst the salad we had was really good the 'fritten' were marginally fried, old and sad. Also the add on costs of sauces we found to be disproportionally expensive. We were also charged deposit on the soft drink bottles (no glasses provided) which was not refunded.

After a long time we were back at the Fritzenwerk and probably for the last time. I was really looking forward to the garlic fries. However, they were only lukewarm, far from crispy and not really cooked through. I kindly mentioned this to the staff. The answer was...: "We have the same deep fryer and the same fries as always." He took a fry, broke it over and said everything was fine. Neither I nor my daughter continued to eat. Thanks for nothing.

Nice atmosphere that is clearly superior to the food and staff on offer. The fries from the “Frittenmanufaktur” are an average convenience product that doesn’t stay in the deep fryer long enough. The pulled pork is not pulled pork, but more like a hint of meat in too much, slimy sauce. People who know nothing about BBQ will be very disappointed. The employees behind the counter didn't even smile during the too long wait. You could also see how the boss there treated the Lieferando messenger very badly. All in all it was a poor performance and the kebab shop next door probably would have had better food.

It was our first time at the Frittenwerk and we wished we could have placed the order with the employee. The menu pricing is a bit misleading. You see the complete menu at the terminal and then have to pay for everything individually. That's why we decided against a menu. The sweet potato fries were very tasty.

My fries with Currywurst Special were inedible - it wasn't a curry sauce, but some kind of tomato ketchup and extremely sour on top... it tasted as if it had been soured or had simply become sour in the heat 🙁 Bad enough, but the attempt to explain the fact to the shift manager ended with the comment: The curry sauce always tastes like this here... Das nennt sich "Frittenwerk" ! Ich hatte Lust auf Pommes und was ich bekommen habe war eine Zumutung! Die Pommes waren alt, kalt und ungenießbar. Die Soßen waren ungewürzt und das alles für 8.20 € Jede beliebige Pommes Bude kann bessere Pommes machen! Und günstiger.

My favorite place to eat in Aachen! Very well located and all the staff are nice and caring, specially the ginger cashier. My favorite poutine is Montreal, the sauce is really good!

Ordering via terminals goes great. Food tastes good, just like in any other fry factory The building definitely looks pretty smart and has a nice ambience inside. Sitting outside is also great.

I ordered online a vegan currywurst mit pommes and other things and I received a normal one ( I can’t eat schwein ), I said it’s okay it can happen to anyone to make a wrong order, so I talked to the customer service and they said they will talk to the restaurant to get a new order, after talking to the restaurant the staff of the restaurant told them I was lying and that I did receive a correct order, I have photos that shows that I have indeed received the wrong order. This is unacceptable and unbelievable I paid 18 euro for this ?!

Not recommended in combination with Lieferando. Order doesn't arrive. The restaurant only informs you by phone that no order has been received via Lieferando. Lieferando has confirmed the order and delivery. As a customer, I am forced to find out who is responsible and where my money is, after waiting for 2 hours, with a growling stomach. Restaurant employees don't want to reveal their names? When asked who is the managing director or contact person, only the boss's first name is given?? After repeated requests, a strange conversation ensued with the manager. This apparently doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Order via machine, fries+ = mediocre, self-service. The best thing is the location right in the center.

Die Erwartungen waren groß ( u. A. wegen der Bewertungen hier) aber wir wurden sehr enttäuscht. Die Pommes waren außen heiß aber innen noch halb roh. Die Auflagen nach persischer Art waren anfangs noch eiskalt, nahmen mit der Zeit etwas Temperatur an ... nochmals muss ich nicht hier essen.

I have already come several times over the years and my visits to Aachen. We had lunch there yesterday and I thought it was even better. I appreciated the ordering machines because it allows you to choose from the many options without feeling like you have to hurry. The sweet potato fries were particularly excellent.

Quality has deteriorated a lot. Portions seem smaller. Pulled pork was totally mushy. Only ordering machines.

A bit pricey, and the reason for the 1 star: if you make your customers use self service order, why is your machine asking for tips? Requesting tip should be illegal, especially on a machine. Food and space are okay.

Die Aachener Filiale hat sehr interessante und vorteilhafte Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Finde ich super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Frittenwerk allgemein ist grenzwertig aber dafür kann das Team Aachen nichts.

Früher war besser😅. Die Poutinen waren i.o. Mitarbeiter die Darth Vader nicht aussprechen können und ein Gabelspender, der die Gabeln nur sehr widerwillig hergibt, nunja. Ne kleine Fanta für 3€ muss nicht unbedingt sein.

Frittenwerk really took fries to another level. Love love love everything they have to offer. There are options for everyone from halal to vegan! I am a regular customer and I recently tried their Istanbul Street Fries and hands down they are my absolute favourite now! 💕 This particular branch in Aachen is quite busy on most days with limited seating space so that is a bummer. By the way, additional tip, if you want to use the toilet there, be sure to keep your receipt for the code to unlock and access the toilet in the basement.

Alles prima! Ich habe schon Poutine in Kanada gegessen und sogar meine kanadischen Freunde fanden das Poutine hier besser als in Quebec. Gerne wieder 😇

3.20 Euro für ne nicht allzu grosse Portion können ja evtl noch mit der Inflation begründet werden. Aber 1.90 Euro für eine schnapsglasgrosse Menge Currysauce ist dann schon heftig.

Nachdem Bon in der Küche verloren gegangen war, wurde erst nach langer und sehr unhöflicher Diskussion das Essen zubereitet, auf das insgesamt sicher eine halbe Stunde gewartet wurde. Frittenwerk gerne, Frittenwerk Aachen nie wieder.

Leider die schlechtesten Fritten ever… Samstag, 20.01.2024 Mittags mal eben ein paar Fritten mit Beiwerk im Glas-Cube…hätte fein sein können. Das Bestellen am Order-Point war einfach. Lediglich die Trinkgeldeinforderung schon bei der Bestellaufgabe gehört da weg. Hatte mich für 5% entschieden und bereute das im Nachhinein. Trinkgeld: ja, aber bitte nach erbrachter Leistung!! Das Essen kam zügig und sah auf dem Tablett auch aus wie auf den beworbenen Bildern. Pulled Pork und Tijuana hatten wir. Das Dilemma: die Fritten waren nur Matsch, weil all der Saft und Soße direkt von den Fritten aufgesaugt wurden. Geschmacklich war das Fleisch gut, die Tomaten und Guacamole nicht. Und noch ein Wermutstropfen: Das kassierte Pfand für die beiden Flaschen kam auch nicht zurück. Die Flaschen mussten selbst in die Kästen gestellt werden. Kein sonstiger Hinweis. Schade, wenn durch solche vermeidbaren Fehler ein Folgebesuch eher auszuschließen ist.
