Ich war total begeistert von meinem Besuch bei Frittenwerk Aachen! 🙌 Der Service war super herzlich, aufmerksam und schnell – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders begeistert haben mich die leckeren Kreationen – frisch, kreativ und einfach richtig gut abgeschmeckt. 🌱🍟 Ob Klassiker oder ausgefallene Varianten: Hier stimmt einfach alles – Geschmack, Qualität und Atmosphäre. Ich komme definitiv wieder! 💚

Always delicious there, amazing views, and everything clean. Wait times are very short and it's a great snack for lunch or dinner.

I actually love the fries from Frittenwerk, especially the garlic fries. Unfortunately, I don't always find it hygienic here. Today I was simply given a used tray, with a grease stain and a rim. Since hygiene is extremely important to me as a celiac, I now have a bad feeling about eating. But I'd like to be fair and say this is the first time this has happened to me here.

There were four of us here, and we each had a portion of fries with a side dish, a drink, and shared a bowl. We paid €60 for that, which I think is quite reasonable. Personally, I think it's great that they have some vegan options, like currywurst, falafel, etc. But the planted steak special also goes perfectly with poutin. The atmosphere is nice, and the people there are quite friendly. 👍🏽

I enjoyed a delicious portion of currywurst with fries. The shop here in Aachen has a beautiful design, and ordering at the terminal was quick, easy, and straightforward. After a very short wait, my food was ready. As mentioned above, everything tasted really good. The shop was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend a delicious visit.

You can go there once! But you don't have to! You can get better fries elsewhere. They had fries with a mushroom cream sauce with mozzarella and radish slices. It goes well together, but you can get better (crispier) fries elsewhere, for the same/better price. When ordering from a vending machine, they ask for a tip at the end of the order (before the food!!!). For whom? The vending machine? I might give a tip after a service, but not here and not at the vending machine!!! The fries cost €7.20, the soft drink €2.90 PLUS a €0.15 deposit for the bottle, even though I ate there. I spent about 20 minutes there on the upper floor, where around 15 bottles were placed in an empty crate at the tray return, and the deposit was waived. I handed the bottle over to the cashier downstairs and asked how much I could earn with the deposit. With a smile, Blume confirmed to me that only a few bottles are returned for deposit refunds. That's how revenue works!

Delicious fries and currywurst. Nice seats with a nice view over the shopping streets of Aachen.

Fast and good service, friendly staff and in the best weather we were able to enjoy the delicacies 😋 outside...we'd be happy to come again 👍

A beautiful, modern building near the Elisenbrunnen fountain. The food was great and the staff friendly, but the prices are a bit high by comparison.

The staff were very friendly, but the ordering terminals were a nightmare! Confusing, illogical, and we ended up with two drinks too many that we couldn't cancel. Annoying...

The coleslaw salad was very small for 3.50. It came in the same size as the mayo. Otherwise, everything was very tasty and prepared quickly.

The fries are tasty in themselves, but not a revelation. The large portion will definitely fill you up, but at €10+ it's a bit expensive for what you get. Falafel were very tasty. Nice location, you can sit very well upstairs. There is no contact with the staff via display order, so there is little that can be said about it. Ordering and pickup went very quickly.

The food was very good, hot, large portions and tasty. Difficult to determine the service of the staff since there is little interaction through the self-service machines, but at least when delivering the order 0 problems. The hygiene of the place is average for a fast food place. However, I saw how they cleaned the kitchen (which already looked pretty clean), so I can attest to the internal cleanliness.

Great place for small - or big portion of putine. Fresh, tasty - all you need for small hunger!

The currywurst is almost as tasty as the Belgian currywurst. And the colas are too big.

The establishment can't quite live up to the hype. Nice and unusual variant of the potato sticks. Price management is okay. The service was not overflowing with friendliness and the tables on the upper floor can be wiped down more often.

Este era un lugar divertido para comer. El edificio es un poco pequeño, pero tiene varios niveles. Comimos en el nivel superior, que tenía ventanas alrededor. Probablemente hace calor en verano, pero a mediados de marzo fue agradable. Siempre pido el Classic Quebec Poutine, que es papas fritas con salsa y cuajada de queso. Sencillo y lleno. ¡La salsa está deliciosa!

Instead of the stated 35 - 45 minutes, we waited a "full" 2.5 HOURS for delivery via Lieferando. There was no advance warning whatsoever, let alone a response to an email from me asking whether there would be any accommodation. It's a shame because the food is really tasty.

Food was delicious, always possible!!! The glass cube itself is also mega. Few negative aspects such as staff / tables not wiped etc. but you can ignore it. Come again.

A great looking building with quite a few floors and plenty of seating, plus outdoor seating too. Seats on the upper floors offer nice views of the town centre. I ordered on the kiosk, which was easy enough to do. The receipt assigns a random name to you, which is the name that they call out when your food is ready. I found this to be odd. Why don't they just give you an order number and call that out instead?? My order was ready fairly quickly, and it was pretty tasty. I preferred the dessert more than the chilli cheese fries, but would be happy to try other items on their menu. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely return.

Always a french fry festival! Delicious poutines are the best way to enjoy fries. The store also looks super modern, with glass all around and creative sayings everywhere. Definitely worth a visit.

The receptionist was nice, the food rather cold, the coke expensive and there wasn't a glass available, no napkin, no salt served with the pommes. Second time in ten years a guest, and I won't repeat it.

The food has always been delicious and I've been there 100 times, probably really nice 100 times. The staff is always friendly, especially the manager of the store is friendly, competent and the heart of the store. You'll always be full and the churros aren't bad either!

Ate "Montreal" yesterday (around 5:30 p.m.). Yesterday, as soon as I was eating, I noticed something was wrong with the food. The sauce didn't taste fresh. Radishes no longer looked good. Had nausea and stomach pain all evening. Luckily my little son didn't eat it.

The building contrasts very beautifully with the buildings in the area. Close to the center and the food is good.

Sehr leckere Fritten mit ebenso leckeren Beilagen. Schnelle Bedienung. Das Ambiente verleitet zum verweilen. Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man draußen sehr schön. Das ganze macht einen sehr nachhaltigen Eindruck durch das durchdachte Konzept zur Plastikmüll Vermeidung. Probiert es mal aus.

The worst fries ever. I respect churros here. Bad sauces. I only come here because my boyfriend is belgian and he likes your fries. I don't recommend.

Very friendly and very nice staff. The fries are super tasty and a hit. Just as much and an exceptional selection of dishes. The garlic fries are also highly recommended. There is definitely something for those special tastes

Highly recommended. Good selection and delicious food. It's a bit annoying that you have to stand at the checkout because the orders are always called out and not brought to the table, but otherwise I think everything is very nice. Personally, I didn't find the shwarma fries particularly tasty, but the prices are very great and a portion always fills you well.👍🏻

After the service was subpar last time, it happened again yesterday. I was able to see before my eyes how an employee was shouted at by the manager of this place. This same leader had previously reprimanded my wife in front of the children (the children had Happymeal with them) while I was ordering food downstairs. The way he did it is neither customer friendly nor humane. From now on we will give this shop a wide berth.

Lokal trendy und gut gemacht. Toiletten Herren unterirdisch. Müll häufte sich , zwei mit Urin überfüllte Pissoirs. Essen ist eine Zumutung! Nicht gut gebackene Pommes treffen auf Gepampe was seinesgleichen sucht. Die Currywurst Variante war grade so genissbar, obwohl die Wurst jeden Berliner beleidigen würde . Die Variante Chili Chees mussten wir entsorgen!

Delicious fries. You can order with many additions. I chose with olive oil and garlic. I highly recommend. I was very charmed by the order number, which was a random name. Great solution for tourists. Great service in English. Very fast service, we waited only 5 minutes. The place is super decorated with an idea. Even though McDonald's is right next "door", I chose this place again and again.

This is a small but charming restaurant. The fries are delicious, and I ordered the “Istanbul Street” dish. The sauces were fantastic. There’s also a self-service machine for placing orders. I highly recommend it, especially for visitors from abroad.

Super good and the food fills you up. Remember the password when ordering. Preparation is quick and easy. Because you need your password when handing out food. The food was delicious and we were full afterwards. Ambience was good, but very crowded.

Somehow worse than I remembered, and for the absolutely mediocre food it's just too expensive for me now.

We are under 70 and clearly not the target group. Machine ordering is still possible. But picking up the order is pure chaos as is picking up the garbage and the tray. The garlic fries were rotten, soft and lukewarm, and the look showed that too. There's no comparison with Belgian fries and even the fries in Berlin for €1 are way better. It's better not to remember it and keep driving.

I was excited to try their Poutine, but I was disappointed after the first bite. The fries were not at all crispy, they were soggy right away and also undercooked, I didn't even eat some of them. The pulled pork on top was ok, as was the service, which was extremely fast... But for a place that specialises in fries, it definitely didn't live up to its name.
