After a long time we were back at the Fritzenwerk and probably for the last time. I was really looking forward to the garlic fries. However, they were only lukewarm, far from crispy and not really cooked through. I kindly mentioned this to the staff. The answer was...: "We have the same deep fryer and the same fries as always." He took a fry, broke it over and said everything was fine. Neither I nor my daughter continued to eat. Thanks for nothing.

Nice atmosphere that is clearly superior to the food and staff on offer. The fries from the “Frittenmanufaktur” are an average convenience product that doesn’t stay in the deep fryer long enough. The pulled pork is not pulled pork, but more like a hint of meat in too much, slimy sauce. People who know nothing about BBQ will be very disappointed. The employees behind the counter didn't even smile during the too long wait. You could also see how the boss there treated the Lieferando messenger very badly. All in all it was a poor performance and the kebab shop next door probably would have had better food.

It was our first time at the Frittenwerk and we wished we could have placed the order with the employee. The menu pricing is a bit misleading. You see the complete menu at the terminal and then have to pay for everything individually. That's why we decided against a menu. The sweet potato fries were very tasty.

Disgusting soggy fries were drowned in salad dressing. Not even my dog ​​wanted to accept the Piork pullet. Not recommended

Das nennt sich "Frittenwerk" ! Ich hatte Lust auf Pommes und was ich bekommen habe war eine Zumutung! Die Pommes waren alt, kalt und ungenießbar. Die Soßen waren ungewürzt und das alles für 8.20 € Jede beliebige Pommes Bude kann bessere Pommes machen! Und günstiger.

My favorite place to eat in Aachen! Very well located and all the staff are nice and caring, specially the ginger cashier. My favorite poutine is Montreal, the sauce is really good!

I ordered online a vegan currywurst mit pommes and other things and I received a normal one ( I can’t eat schwein ), I said it’s okay it can happen to anyone to make a wrong order, so I talked to the customer service and they said they will talk to the restaurant to get a new order, after talking to the restaurant the staff of the restaurant told them I was lying and that I did receive a correct order, I have photos that shows that I have indeed received the wrong order. This is unacceptable and unbelievable I paid 18 euro for this ?!

Not recommended in combination with Lieferando. Order doesn't arrive. The restaurant only informs you by phone that no order has been received via Lieferando. Lieferando has confirmed the order and delivery. As a customer, I am forced to find out who is responsible and where my money is, after waiting for 2 hours, with a growling stomach. Restaurant employees don't want to reveal their names? When asked who is the managing director or contact person, only the boss's first name is given?? After repeated requests, a strange conversation ensued with the manager. This apparently doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Die Erwartungen waren groß ( u. A. wegen der Bewertungen hier) aber wir wurden sehr enttäuscht. Die Pommes waren außen heiß aber innen noch halb roh. Die Auflagen nach persischer Art waren anfangs noch eiskalt, nahmen mit der Zeit etwas Temperatur an ... nochmals muss ich nicht hier essen.

I have already come several times over the years and my visits to Aachen. We had lunch there yesterday and I thought it was even better. I appreciated the ordering machines because it allows you to choose from the many options without feeling like you have to hurry. The sweet potato fries were particularly excellent.

Quality has deteriorated a lot. Portions seem smaller. Pulled pork was totally mushy. Only ordering machines.

The vegan currywurst is the best thing ever. This branch in Aachen is particularly nice :)

A bit pricey, and the reason for the 1 star: if you make your customers use self service order, why is your machine asking for tips? Requesting tip should be illegal, especially on a machine. Food and space are okay.

Falafel balls are not worth the money. Overall portion overpriced! Cleanliness on the tables leaves a lot to be desired.

It would be great if you had enough space to put your tray in the cutlery, salt and pepper shaker area. You could also save yourself the plastic lids for guests who eat a punch at the Frittenwerk. Otherwise everything is fine! 👍🏼

Lots of fries to choose from, food ordered quickly and was ready quickly. The food we ordered was tasty, although the fries could have been a little crispier (but that's a matter of taste). The main thing is that the children were happy ;)

Die Aachener Filiale hat sehr interessante und vorteilhafte Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Finde ich super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Frittenwerk allgemein ist grenzwertig aber dafür kann das Team Aachen nichts.

Früher war besser😅. Die Poutinen waren i.o. Mitarbeiter die Darth Vader nicht aussprechen können und ein Gabelspender, der die Gabeln nur sehr widerwillig hergibt, nunja. Ne kleine Fanta für 3€ muss nicht unbedingt sein.

Frittenwerk really took fries to another level. Love love love everything they have to offer. There are options for everyone from halal to vegan! I am a regular customer and I recently tried their Istanbul Street Fries and hands down they are my absolute favourite now! 💕 This particular branch in Aachen is quite busy on most days with limited seating space so that is a bummer. By the way, additional tip, if you want to use the toilet there, be sure to keep your receipt for the code to unlock and access the toilet in the basement.

3.20 Euro für ne nicht allzu grosse Portion können ja evtl noch mit der Inflation begründet werden. Aber 1.90 Euro für eine schnapsglasgrosse Menge Currysauce ist dann schon heftig.

Alles prima! Ich habe schon Poutine in Kanada gegessen und sogar meine kanadischen Freunde fanden das Poutine hier besser als in Quebec. Gerne wieder 😇

Nachdem Bon in der Küche verloren gegangen war, wurde erst nach langer und sehr unhöflicher Diskussion das Essen zubereitet, auf das insgesamt sicher eine halbe Stunde gewartet wurde. Frittenwerk gerne, Frittenwerk Aachen nie wieder.

Leider die schlechtesten Fritten ever… Samstag, 20.01.2024 Mittags mal eben ein paar Fritten mit Beiwerk im Glas-Cube…hätte fein sein können. Das Bestellen am Order-Point war einfach. Lediglich die Trinkgeldeinforderung schon bei der Bestellaufgabe gehört da weg. Hatte mich für 5% entschieden und bereute das im Nachhinein. Trinkgeld: ja, aber bitte nach erbrachter Leistung!! Das Essen kam zügig und sah auf dem Tablett auch aus wie auf den beworbenen Bildern. Pulled Pork und Tijuana hatten wir. Das Dilemma: die Fritten waren nur Matsch, weil all der Saft und Soße direkt von den Fritten aufgesaugt wurden. Geschmacklich war das Fleisch gut, die Tomaten und Guacamole nicht. Und noch ein Wermutstropfen: Das kassierte Pfand für die beiden Flaschen kam auch nicht zurück. Die Flaschen mussten selbst in die Kästen gestellt werden. Kein sonstiger Hinweis. Schade, wenn durch solche vermeidbaren Fehler ein Folgebesuch eher auszuschließen ist.

Bis vor kurzem hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, weil ich gerne dort gewesen bin. Nun kann aber aber nur noch mit Karte bzw digital bezahlen und somit ist der Laden für mich gestorben. Ein Angriff auf die persönliche Freiheit. Keine Barzahlung möglich bedeutet für mich klar: Auf nimmer Wiedersehen.

Ik was blij verrast. Wat een apart zaakje, met grappige eigen maniertjes. Het eten vond ik verassend lekker en smaakvol. Vers eten dat proef je!

While they offer interesting and new fries combo’s, the currywurst is not what we were looking for. The wurst is already prepared and served almost instantly. It also had a bit of a dry crust, making it more like a Dutch frikandel. Go here for fries, not for the wurst.

Der Glaskubus ist einfach eine tolle Lokation. Bestes Frittenwerk ever!

Goede friet, maar de toppings zorgen ervoor dat alles zompig wordt. De friet staat in een laagje vocht. Met houten, botte vorkjes wordt het helemaal een slagveld. Ik zou de volgende keer zeker terugkomen voor een frietje zonder topping. Er is ruime keuze in glutenvrije opties. Ik was na bestellen snel aam de beurt, helaas daarna geen zitplaats, het was druk en niet erg groot. Dat maakt het eten erg onhandig.

We visited when the place was incredibly busy due to the Christmas markets. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would recommend to anyone else. Vegan food was good.

Die Auswahl und Bestellung über das Terminal ist sehr gut, bezahlen per G-Pay top. Zubereitungszeit passt auch. Der Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe war sehr nett. Die Fritten und die Currywurst sind wirklich lecker aber die Wurst ist etwas zu wenig für das Geld.

Het restaurant was bom vol. Dus er was geen plek om te zitten. De frieten waren best slap. Ik bestelde via zo'n apparaat en kreeg geen bon. En later vergaten ze ook nog ons drinken. Niet zo'n fijne ervaring

Het eten was geweldig. En de sfeer was ook fantastisch.

Freitagsmittags servieren die Fritten mit Currywurst in Rekordzeit von weniger als 5 Minuten, dank zahlreicher SB-Terminals. Die Auswahl erstreckt sich über eine Vielfalt von Fleisch-, vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten. Der Geschmack ist exzellent, und das Ambiente des Ladens besticht durch eindrucksvollen Stil.

Sehr lecker, interessanter lichtdurchfluteter Bau, häufig recht voll, kein Wunder, die Fritten sind super.

Also entweder der Laden oder Lieferando ist hart inkompetent. Aber wenn man es nicht hinkriegt zu liefern wäre es schön, wenn man das direkt schreibt und nicht 1,5 Stunden eine Lieferung ankündigt um die dann 2 Minuten vor Ende der Lieferzeit zu stornieren. Die website ist da leider auch keine Hilfe und weisst mich wenn ich eine aachener Postleitzahl angebe auf die Läden in Berlin. Leider einfach 100% versagt.

Alles gut, mir liegen Pommes mit Belag nicht, deshalb kann ich nicht so viele Sterne geben. Es war aber alles OK.

Natürlich teurer wie 0815 Fritten dafür macht eine Portion aber auch satt, wie ich zumindest finde.

2021 juni wiedermal. Neue Arbeitskräfte von fern weg so zu sehen. Pommes sehr gut wie nieh heute. Zum ersten Mal! Die Meister von fern weg gesagt machen jetzt die sehr gute Arbeit. Coronaprozedur gut organisiert. Toilette anscheinend jetzt hat Zugangskode . Einige jahre vorher war es etwas runter gesunken

They've placed profits above customer friendliness, imposing digital ordering panels and there wasn't anyone looking to take orders from customers. The panel printed a ticket but there was no indication as to the order number. Apparently they make up a name and put that on the ticket, but unless you know... No apparent way to pay with cash. (Based on the complete lack of interest of the staff in customers (other than to call out the made up names for orders which have been placed). If you're wheelchair bound give the place a miss; the eating area which is wheelchair accessible no longer has a member of staff taking orders, so you'd need to get the attention of a member of staff on the "middle" floor then go outside, possibly with your food, to get around to the lower area to eat indoors. Oh, and there isn't a wheelchair accessible toilet. Finally, you remember those digital ordering panels? Didn't see a member of staff clean the panels at all during the visit. They should be sanitised between each customer. Apparently the health and well-being of their customers isn't a priority. Given the poor appreciation for customer's health and the poor customer service I cannot in all honesty see how they deserve more than two stars.
