Totally unfriendly, the food is overpriced and doesn't taste good at all. You charge more than what is stated in the menu, something like that doesn't work

Dear Fresh Kitchen team, My family and I ordered and ate from you for the first time today. First of all, on the positive side, the order arrived early and the delivery person was nice. On the negative side my sweet potato fries were black and wet. If you wrap your entire meal in aluminum foil, where is the heat supposed to go? Of course condensation forms. Unfortunately, I understand something different by a smash burger, but well, that's a matter of opinion. Unfortunately, my daughter's fries were also soft and soggy. She normally loves fries but she didn't want to eat your fries. My wife's taco was torn unfortunately (but it could also be due to the delivery) I'm sorry but for the money, I definitely expect more!

The food is way too expensive and the portions are very small! You definitely get more for the money. The service was okay and the inside was reasonably clean. Unfortunately there was still a tray on my table that was only put away after 10 minutes.

I've been waiting for over 2 hours for the food I ordered via Uber Eats shortly before 7 p.m. and was supposed to arrive in about 45 minutes...it still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to cancel... it looks like other customers have had similar experiences.

Unfortunately the wait for the food was very long and although the website says that card payments are accepted, this was not possible. Additionally, the food left a lot to be desired and the service was disappointing. After the long wait, my dish was served completely cold.

Ordered there for the first time today, it was quick & phew what a treat.!!!

You can't give stars here, the food arrived after 90 minutes. We had 4 burgers for just under 35 euros. The burgers were of poor quality. Not mashed and especially the meat is really not recommended. I felt bad. In addition, extras were ignored and the food was thrown into the box. Driver looked tired. Unfortunately not a good experience. You're not doing yourself any favors.

Finally something different in Osnabrück. Fresh, tasty and everyone always tries hard. 👍🏼👍🏼 TOP. 5 stars

Far too long delivery time, bad service! The first time it took 2 hours 30 minutes to deliver (on Tuesday), the second time it took 3 hours 15 minutes (on Sunday). Both times we had to call and remind them to order.

Very tasty, portions are insane. There is no skimping on meat, highly recommended 👍 Delivery time is always very pleasant, even on weekends comparatively fast.

There is no better shop than fresh kitchen that is so tasty and cheap, especially the employees who always respond to the guests' wishes. But I really have to praise the driver - I've never met a driver who was really likeable. kiss

The food tastes very good and the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces and there is a lot of choice of food and drinks. The special thing about fresh kitchen is that everything is made fresh every day and everything is prepared in front of you

The food was simply amazing – the tacos were fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned. The price-performance is absolutely great, you really get a lot for your money. The delivery to Georgsmarienhütte went smoothly and arrived on time. A small point of criticism is the delivery fee of 5 euros, which I find a bit expensive. Nevertheless, the overall service was great and the dining experience was highly recommended. I will definitely order again! Highly recommended!

I ordered via UberEats and the order was great. Even after waiting over an hour, the fries were super crispy. The taco was super tasty and highly recommended.

It's a shame that I have to write this review now. The food is really quite good but after 2 lousy orders, Fresh Kitchen has really earned this rating. I placed my first order a few days ago via Uber Eats in the early evening. A delivery period of approx. It was confirmed to me after 30 minutes - all well and good. I then waited a good hour for the food. In the meantime I was called and told that there were no more baguettes and whether I would have a taco instead. Ok, gifted. It was still warm, everything was there and there's definitely always a lot to do in the store. But what I am experiencing today is not acceptable. I ordered for 8:30 p.m. (delivery time was stated as 30 minutes) and waited patiently until 9:45 p.m. So far no delivery has reached me and I then inquired through an Uber Eats employee. The store is closed and I requested a cancellation. Then I'll wait hungrily for my money. >.> Addendum: At 10:35 p.m. my doorbell rang. I refused the delivery and told the employee the story described above and wished him a nice evening. He can't help it that it turned out this way.

The portion of fries is a disgrace for this amount!!! The driver made me wait downstairs at the front door for 30 minutes, even though he kept saying he would be there in 3 minutes.. Never left.. sorry.. I've been told he calls me when he's at the front door... mine... not his...

There were three of us and we all ordered a taco menu to eat on site and also ordered an extra taco to take away. After 30 minutes we received 2 menus. We assumed that the third menu would also be slightly delayed. Suddenly none of the staff was in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes we looked for the staff in the back rooms but there was no one there. After another 10 minutes someone finally came into the kitchen and said the staff had a meeting. They hadn't forgotten the menu for my brother, it had just been sitting there in the kitchen for 20 minutes. We then said that we would like the menu to take away. When it turned out that they had completely forgotten about the additional taco that they had ordered, I told the staff in a calm and sensible tone that I didn't think that was okay. The reaction to this was rude, he said it wasn't his fault and he hadn't taken the order. At home it turned out that the taco from the menu was also completely burnt. The owner of this company is welcome to get in touch, there is definitely a need for discussion - because that was an impudence

I've never had such bad service. Me and my family wanted to break our fast there. We ordered 2 burritos and a burger and had to wait an hour and a half. In the end it was cold and the wrong order also can't recommend it to anyone else Customers were also given priority

I had the food delivered in the evening. Maybe it was because it was quite late, but my order was completely wrong, so I couldn't even eat my taco because there was something in it that wasn't supposed to be in it. The fries were also cold and wobbly. Half of the other one was wrong and the fries were just as cold and wobbly. It's a real shame that you pay so much money for it only to throw it in the trash.

Ordered via the app, you'll really get full for the price. It was very tasty. I only recommend it.

There were three of us there and we ordered food on site. Two of the three menus we ordered came after about 30 minutes of waiting, but the third menu was a long time coming because the employees all left the kitchen and the food was left unprepared for about 20 minutes There was no employee in the kitchen. I then had this packed up to take away as my companions had already eaten. When asked how it could be that two people got something to eat and one didn't, there was only a curt answer: we just had a staff meeting and he couldn't help it because the food didn't come out, he also had the order not admitted but another colleague who is now gone. Additionally, the take-out taco we ordered wasn't even prepared.

I ordered from Fresh Kitchen for the first time today and because I was so lazy I forgot my wallet. We quickly found a solution over the phone and I have to say that I have never been treated with as much love and understanding as I have here. I didn't like it!! These aren't tacos and I thought you'd get the fries with them, but instead they were included and so soggy. But the taste is rather bad. Hardly any lettuce on it and the “taco dough” was limp. The fries that I ordered were lukewarm and tasted rather old. The delivery time was good but the food was a complete flop 👎🏻I won't order there again.

The very best shop in Osnabrück - everything is fresh, everything is delicious and the shop is clean. Sauces are a dream and the fries are always nice and crunchy and well seasoned and the meat is halal.

Meine erste Bestellung bei Fresh Kitchen in Osnabrück über lieferando war ein voller Erfolg! Das Essen wurde pünktlich von Uber Eats ins Büro geliefert. Ich entschied mich für das Hackfleischtaco mit Käsesauce, das ich eher als einen Wrap oder Burrito beschreiben würde. Der Geschmack war hervorragend, und ich freue mich bereits darauf, die anderen Sorten auszuprobieren. Das Essen war aber nicht nur lecker, sondern auch äußerst sättigend - sogar mehr, als ich angenommen hatte. Fresh Kitchen ist definitiv empfehlenswert für alle, die auf der Suche nach leckerem und frischem Essen sind. Ein gelungener erster Eindruck, der Lust auf mehr macht!

Habe dort ein crispy chicken taco bestellt und es ist bis jetzt mein Lieblings Gericht! Es wurde so zubereitet wie ich es wollte. Bin echt zufrieden 5/5 Sternen. Empfehle ich echt weiter!

Sowas hat Osna einfach gebraucht. Hohe Qualität und frische. Das Essen schmeckt und sieht aus wie selbst im Supermarkt gekauft und zuhause gemacht. Ganz klare Empfehlung sowas muss bitte der neue Standard werden für Osnabrück, zu viele Enttäuschungen hier gehabt. Zu Empfehlen ist noch Lione und Viatnam Wok.

Wer Tacos essen möchte wird hier vollkommen enttäuscht, diese gibt es hier nicht. Was wir bekommen haben war ein großer Wrap mit Hack, und Dönerartige Gemüseauswahl. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem, dennoch absolut nicht, was man erwartet.

Wir haben gerade uns das Essen ins Geschäft liefern lassen. Die Bestellannahme war sehr freundlich. Der Lieferservice, Blitzschnell ! Und das Essen war sehr lecker👍(Meinung aller 5 Personen die bestellt hatten) Also in allen Punkten nicht zu toppen. Sehr ,sehr gerne wieder und weiter so👍!

Ich finde es super, wie herzlich man erwartet wird und die Tacos/Baguettes sind echt mal eine schöne und lecker Abwechslung in Osnabrück.

Schmeckt einfach Hammer die Jungs geben sich sehr Mühe und das ist Prima einfach ein Hammer laden jeder der nicht da war verpasst was

Ein sehr sauberer Laden wo man sich glatt wohl fühlt und vor allem das essen ist eine 100/10 so lecker und frisch alles super immer wieder gerne

Super schöner laden, das Essen schmeckt unfassbar gut, dazu noch Halal und wirklich immer frisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich. Ebenso sind die Öffnungszeiten absolut wahnsinnig also insgesamt einfacher 10/10. komme immer wieder hierhin und genieße es jedesmal aufs neue. Der einzige kritik punkt ist vielleicht, dass die Preise eventuell einwenig hoch sind. Also der Baguette preislich echt super, taco eventuell 1€ weniger den Burger finde ich person zu teuer für 9€ aber ich denke ihr wisst mehr darüber und schafft ein gutes Preis Verhältnis.

Leckeres Essen, sehr nette Bedienung bzw. Inhaber und ein sauberer Laden! Wir durften die Soßen einmal Probe testen, da wir sie noch nicht kannten. Die Tacos mit Hackfleisch sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Pommes sind schön knusprig und gut gewürzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
