Fast delivery. The taste of the food is excellent. Problems are also resolved easily.

I order and pay online. Everything works great. See offers, full menu and online offers. The order is fresh and delivered within an hour at the latest. Always friendly at the door or when you order by phone. Thanks to the team.

I think it's great to find what you're looking for as a vegan. My favorite is the Margherita Vegan, which can be topped individually with the super delicious ingredients. Always a pleasure!

Absolutely rude, I would never order burgers here again. Frozen patties that have been in a pan for 30 seconds and are partly still raw, disgusting salad that is older than Wernigerode itself and rolls that have lost all of their moisture. And all of this for around 12 euros per burger. Bottomless impudence.

2 hours from order to delivery even though we live 5-7 minutes around the corner! Craziness . The food was completely cold. Unfortunately, no one was interested in the call/complaint. The pizza tasted ok and the toppings were good. The cakes were delicious, unfortunately cold so the chocolate wasn't runny. One of your noodles was delicious, the others you couldn't eat. All in all, unfortunately far too expensive for the size of the portion and the contents, you had to look for the meat, little cheese and little sauce. Never again ! Then I'd rather go to the kebab around the corner where the pizza is hot, has more toppings and is even cheaper. If you wait there you will get another drink.

The pizza is typical FreddyFresh, so very tasty. The bistro's atmosphere is OK. However, you only find out that you are not allowed to drink the beer you just paid for in the bistro after you have ordered and paid for three pizzas and drinks to be consumed in the bistro. You then have to stand in the parking lot like a bum to get the beer.

Ordered on Sunday afternoon for delivery in the evening. The food came on time and tasted as delicious as it smelled. So I would be happy to order from you again.

First order from Freddy in years and we were very pleasantly surprised.

Anyone can have a bad day, but asking me if I'm kidding the staff because I didn't fully understand them through my headphones is audacious. Then I say that I'm about to leave the window and I'm then asked if I'm crazy. The store is crazy. Not worth recommending. If you collect money, you have to be able to collect money properly and not freak out when a customer stands in front of you with headphones. Then you just have to repeat it. You have to expect all kinds of customers. Even with those who are hard of hearing. So I don't ask if they're trying to make fun of me when I don't understand someone, I just say, can you please repeat that. Or if I had simply been asked to take off the headphones, I would have even apologized for it. But you can do this track with others. This store was a success for me and was the last time I was there.

We had the Crete Bowl, Pizza Sparta and the Rösti Sticks with the house dip. Everything is simply delicious. We picked up ourselves and the food was even ready ahead of time. Super nice service on site. We would be happy to order again. Great praise.

When ordering online, a delivery time of 30 minutes was given. It then took over 60 minutes. Quality of the pizzas was okay. Quite expensive in terms of price.

It's just the thing if you don't have lunch with you! And you don't just have to eat pizza or burgers, the salads are great too! Friendly, funny service. Uncomplicated online ordering possible

Ordered online and the pizza never arrived. After 30 minutes over the delivery time, we called to ask where our order was and they just said it was on the way. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I called again only to be pushed away this time after I asked again where the food was. Total disappointment, was the last time I ordered there.

Stay away from this store! We were there once and you'll never see us here again! The aunt behind the counter is completely overwhelmed, when I asked her whether I wanted Cheddar cheese or Gouda and I asked her which cheese was best or not so strict, she said that she didn't know, that she had no idea about it has. I don't know, but if you have no idea what you're selling, you're obviously out of place in the company! We'll never come back...

This location isn't even worth one star, it was our first and last time at Freddy Fresh! The lady at reception was extremely unfriendly and extremely annoyed!!! We ordered a citizen, chicken nuggets and a salad! There was a hair in my citizen, so I took two bites and lost my food! We ordered nuggets that were completely dried out and a salad that wasn't worth 10 euros. We stated when we ordered that we wanted to eat on site. She said it was okay, but what wasn't okay was that we should eat our food with our fingers. When I asked about cutlery, the aunt behind the counter said that she was At most I would have had a fork... Thank you for the delicious food and the friendly service, you will definitely never see us here again...

With all due respect, over two hours for a delivery within Wernigerode is really too long! Even if there are complications with the online ordering system, you could at least contact the customer by phone and let them know. Good luck for the future, but you already have one less customer. Totally great service. I ordered a pasta pizza that wasn't on the menu according to my wishes, it tasted just as good as the competitors in our town. So service is highly recommended. Keep it up.

We had pork knuckles with dumplings and sauerkraut. It was very tasty and the portion was more than generous. The service was very friendly and attentive. Gladly again.

Pizza rolls ordered online for pickup. They were ready as requested and tasted really good, typical Freddy taste. Staff was super friendly. Ambiance without rating as pick-up is only possible. Store was very clean.

I was very satisfied with the 4 Seasons pizza, the taste was wonderful. And although I initially forgot to order without cheese, I was able to change that afterwards, thank you very much for that! Ordering and collection went almost smoothly (one dish was 7 minutes late). The only catch is the prices. In a restaurant you pay a similar amount, sometimes less, sometimes a little more. And you can sit there nicely, get served, etc., so it has significantly more value. I am very reluctant to support this pricing policy and find it very unreasonable to charge so much money. In my opinion, 16.69 euros for a large pizza, which is only of normal size and which you can get just as well elsewhere for 2/3 of the price, is unjustified and excessive.

The surprise bag ordered via "to good to goo" was not there. Here the customer is being played for a fool. It's just a disgrace, the offer wasn't canceled, so 5 minutes after the promotion started, the door was opened and the employees argued and then the bell rang. No apology, just excuses. 30 later a notice was sent saying the offer was being cancelled.

Delivery came after 2.5 hours. Pizzas were not the ones previously ordered and were almost cold. Only received stubby answers both in the pizzeria and from the delivery service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Today, December 3rd, 2023, I am editing my review from 5 years ago and unfortunately I have to rate it worse than back then: The picture attached is from today, the picture from the website and next to it our pizza. Unfortunately there are worlds in between... They tasted ok, but were dry and poorly topped. It's a shame, they weren't worth the €40. 5 years ago: I gave it 4*: Very tasty, but waited 10 minutes longer than stated when ordering online and picking up.

Ich war immer ein Fan von Freddy Fresh. Die Pizzen schmecken mir gut und die Lieferzeiten waren immer in Ordnung. Jetzt ist aber etwas anders. Wir haben in diesem Jahr 2x mal bei Freddy Fresh bestellt, mit Lieferzeitpunkt. Und beides Mal war die Lieferzeit deutlich drüber, um 45 Minuten. Das ist ein bissel dolle :-/

Essen wahr supi trotzdem hatte ich vorbestellt und 18.08 Uhr hatte ich mal nachfragen wann ich meine Lieferung bekomme und da wahr es noch nicht fertig und es hat weitere 15 min gedauert.

Pizza wurde für 17.30 Uhr vorbestellt und ist pünktlich eingetroffen. Ganz frisch, sehr heiß und super lecker so wie immer

Leider wurde mir zunächst nicht das gegeben was ich bestellt habe. Nachdem ich angerufen und mich beschwert habe, wurde mir die korrekte Bestellung innerhalb von 30min geliefert und es gab eine sehr freundliche Entschuldigung.

Bestellung kam sogar früher als angegeben. Alles war sehr lecker, die Pizzen heiß, das Eis noch hart gefroren.

Die Frittierte Kinderteile waren der Hammer. Richtig frisch.👍

Lieferzeit war okay. Die Pizza hat geschmeckt. Allerdings war ich mit dem Salat absolut nicht zufrieden! Ich habe mir einen Chefsalat bestellt und nur Paprika und Petersilie abgewählt. Ich mache den Salat auf,und Siehe da kein Ei da. Es waren 4 Gurken Stücken (kleine) und 2 Tomaten halbiert also 4 Hälften. Ansich hat er geschmeckt auch ohne dies,allerdings sollte für den Preis schon alles drauf sein sowie es in der Produktbeschreibung steht.. Schade.

Pizzen und Bürger schmecken gut. Allerdings haben 2 Zutaten auf meiner Pizza gefehlt. Auf dem Bürger war relativ wenig Sauce. Für den Preis den man dort zahlt erhoffe ich mir schon das alle Zutaten auf der Pizza drauf sind.

Leider keine gute Bewertung! Die letzten Bestellungen wurden qualitativ immer schlechter. Bei der letzten konnte nicht alles geliefert werden, somit nachträglich eine Alternative suchen müssen. Ok - kann passieren! Die lange Dauer bis zur Lieferung war auch akzeptabel, da Sonntag. Aber die Pizzen waren sehr unterschiedlich, denn 3 von 4 hatten einen so harten Rand, dass Essen nicht möglich war. Geschmacklich eher Durchschnitt, jedoch kein Highlight. Man merkt also klar, dass es hier irgendwelche Defizite in der Organisation gibt. Sorry - aktuell verzichten wir drauf.

Waren gerade während des Umstiegs hier, Haben einen Salat bestellt, dieser war auch nicht gut, der Service müsste mal verbessert werden, keine Gabel oder Löffel, und die haben nicht mal ein Cappuccino. Die Zwei Sterne für die nette Dame an der rezeption die auch nichts dafür kann

Die Bestellung war schnell bei uns zuhause, trotzdem waren die bestellten Käseherzen nur lauwarm und die dazugehörigen, mit bestellte Preiselbeerensoße nicht mitgeliefert worden. Zudem war auf dem bestellten Crispy Chickenburger Röstzwiebeln drauf, obwohl wir die in der Online-Bestellung herausgenommen/abgelehnt hatten. Haben zum ersten Mal dort bestellt und dann passieren gleich solche groben Schnitzer, das sollte nicht sein.

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Fahrer und der Service ist auch bei Problemen sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert. Die Aktionen sind auch immer super.
