Domino's Pizza Wernigerode in Wernigerode

I ordered three dishes today. Among them was Pasta Orlando for €10.49. There were 5 small pieces of cooked ham in it, and the rest was pasta. And there was no Italian hard cheese to be found!!!!!!! So it was a disaster for the price.

Bad pizza. First, an hour late. Well, it's Friday and maybe a lot to do. But then the call. Absolutely incomprehensible. Broken English below school level. Then someone in the background tried to mediate. Then eventually the food came. The lettuce was completely wilted and tasted that way. The biscuit as dessert couldn't be used as such because there were almost only crumbs in the bag. Guys, you can expect more from a "chain" with standardized processes. So it was an absolute failure. Not recommended.

Zero out of 5!! Dough barely baked through, looks more like a cake, very low quality

The pizzas are actually very tasty. It can sometimes happen that you forget an ingredient, but that has happened too often now! Extra ingredients are forgotten that you pay dearly for! Even basic ingredients are missing! Perhaps the ingredients in question are no longer available due to high demand. But that should also be communicated. Unfortunately we will never order here again. It's better to check the pizzas with the driver immediately!!!

I ordered a chicken teriyaki pizza without broccoli and it only had chicken on it and nothing else.... so if you don't listen to the customers something like this happens. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

The pizza was OK-ish while hot. Nice topping on the "Veggie Supreme", but not enough cheese in my opinion and the dough did not convince me. Cold it was worse... The "Vegayaki" tasted both (too) salty and sweet.

Good pizza place when you're in a hurry. Waiting time on site 8 minutes. The selection is large and the price-performance ratio is very good in my opinion. Everything tastes fresh, except for the salad sauces, that's C-Food. But ok.

We were eating pizza and suddenly I started feeling a lot of pain. Nice screw hidden underneath cheese. I called straight away - they said they didn't have any screws in the kitchen so no one could explain where it came from. Nevertheless, I should bring the screw over the next day and I would be promised a golden card. I came back the next day with the screw and there was another colleague who of course knew where the screw came from, thanked me and said that he didn't speak German very well, so a colleague would get in touch with me. It's been over a month, no card, no need for any compensation, nothing but lies. It can happen (it shouldn't) but then you just shouldn't lie. That there are no screws in the whole store but you still want them? If only one had been honest, I would never make something like this public.

Today we were there for lunch. The pizzas were prepared quickly, baked well and were very tasty. The service on site was very friendly and accommodating.

I ordered a pizza with fresh champions on the pizza there were dried out burnt champions. The worst pizza I ever got, the next day I (82 years old) drove to the pizzeria with the pizza and wanted my money back. No money like that Like the pictures you order from, it's never a pizza - the fresh champions are ultimately burned at 300 degrees. Great., but no reason to reimburse me. Hello Mr. Seret, I wanted to contact you but as expected your staff did not pass on my number to you. I also couldn't reach you when I called you. I would like to inform you again that I lost 10 euros because of your bad pizza, which was definitely burnt, as your staff had also confirmed this to me. Visited this Domino's and had a terrible experience. Staff were rude and unprofessional, order was wrong, and no apology or correction offered. Won’t be coming back. Avoid this location. And won't taste like domino's at all

Dominos pizza is the tastiest pizza ever. We always go to Dominos when we're on vacation because they have x types of pizza in 3 sizes. There is something for every taste. You can also order pasta, sweets, etc. We ate directly at "Dominos", there are 3 tables.

I wanted to order a pizza roll box by phone, unfortunately the employee did not accept the order at the stated price. But this would have been possible on the Internet for that price. When I insisted on the price as described in the advertising brochure, the employee insulted me and then hung up!

So far we've only had good experiences, the food was good and came quickly... today the order was placed at 5:30 p.m., the delivery was supposed to come from 5:48 p.m. to 6:08 p.m., which is a really good time window. This was then postponed from 18.08 to 18.23, and everything was ok for Sunday. There was great joy when a supplier's bike showed up at the door, but he wasn't looking for us. The good man didn't speak German, couldn't find his customer and I tried to help him. When there was no longer a live tracker available on the Internet and I had to rate my delivery, which hadn't arrived yet, I called the shop. The gentleman wasn't really interested in my request, just said the driver would be there soon and the tracker was misleading. He had incredible crystal ball knowledge and just said the order would be coming soon - all without my order number... when the bell rang at 6:56 p.m. the driver from before was standing at the door, still speaking bad German and apologizing that it was me It was my second order, the one in front of me had better luck. The pizzas were cold, the boxes were partly squeezed together and the overall impression was poor... next time we'll order somewhere else for now..

Ordered and paid online, delivery not received. We couldn't be reached by phone that day or the next. Luckily I got my money back via Paypal. Stay away from the store!

The delivery came 40 minutes later than announced. The pizzas were cold and simply tasted bad. The consistency was wobbly. I've never eaten anything worse.

Moin, wir haben gestern für 8 Personen zum mitnehmen bestellt als Abendessen eines Geburtstages. Dementsprechende kann man sich denken das es etwas teurer war und ich find es echt schade und eine Frechheit das alle Pizzen extrem wenig Belag hatten und dazu fast keine Soße ( meine Pizza chicken hatte 3 chicken streifen) Leute bitte das doch nicht euer Ernst. Ich war an sich zufrieden mit Dominos aber das war echt nen null Ding.

Ich habe online dort 3 Pizzen bestellt und bezahlt. Nachdem ich nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit angerufen habe, wurde ich um eine weitere halbe Stunde vertröstet, woraufhin ich die Bestellung storniert habe. Jetzt laufe ich meinem Geld hinterher, da der Store selbst nicht in der Lage ist die Stornierung abzuwickeln. Das läuft nun über die Zentrale, in der natürlich niemand erreichbar ist. Ich finde das sowohl von Dominos als auch vom Store hier eine Frechheit.

Pizza war zügig fertig und schmeckte lecker. Große vegetarische Auswahl an Speisen. Preis-Leistung vollkommen okay.

Haben Pizza dort gegessen am Stehtisch. Pizza war richtig lecker. Die Crew hat untereinander sehr laut geredet, Musik oder Videos laut abgespielt, jeder stand mit Handy rum. Das sieht nicht schön aus, da sollte die Geschäftsstelle was ändern.

Sehr nettes Personal, Pizza war super, keine lange Wartezeit vor Ort.

War soweit alles in bester Ordnung und lecker, nur denkt bitte in Zukunft an das Basilikum Pesto auf der Funghi Pizza 😉

Habe Pizza Salami vor Ort bestellt. Beim Schneiden kann noch etwas Druck aus das Messer geübt werden. 0815 Geschmack. Man kann damit satt werden.

Schnell und zügig, sehr praktisch mit der Dominos App und Klasse-Service. Pizzen sind solide, schmecken definitiv.

Leider bestehen die Pizzabrötchen fast nur aus Teig... hier spart man wo man kann. Ich hatte Pizzabrötchen mit Schinken und Käse, wo bei einem sogar komplett der Schinken fehlte.. bei dem Essen meines Freundes sah es nicht besser aus. Also mit etwas mehr Füllung wären sie ok gewesen. Die Lieferung dauerte aber nur eine halbe Stunde.

Gerade das Mittagsangebot ist Top da ansonsten doch etwas teurer. Pizza Note 2, Teig in der Mitte sehr wabbelig, geschmacklich sehr gut.

Wir haben Pizza vor Ort per Handyapp bestellt und abgeholt. Die Pizza war sehr lecker, Vorallem die Kruste war der Hammer. Das Personal war auch sehr nett und hilfreich, gerade was die App und Bestellung angeht. Definitiv ein Besuch Wert!

Wollte bestellen, geht nicht weil angeblich außerhalb des Liefer Radius von 3 Kilometern, lt google maps sind es 2,8 km mit dem Rad! Hier sollte Dominos dringend nachbessern, hier wohnen auch viele Studenten. Das geht gar nicht! Wir sind in einer Kleinstadt. Hinweis: Die Rezension bezieht sich nicht auf den Franchise Nehmer, sondern auf Dominos Update: Natürlich muss man fair sein, vermutlich wird jetzt anstatt Bing, Google maps benutzt, oder der Liefer Radius wurde erweitert. Es wurde geliefert , trotz der Dominos "Maschinerie ", schmeckt die Pizza und alles andere lecker, Preis/Leistung Ok, nur die Lieferzeit wurde nicht ganz eingehalten aber passt schon, vermutlich weil eben der Radius erweitert wurde. Pizza Fahrer war freundlich. Gerne wieder

Ich möchte ja nicht kleinlich sein und denke ihr habt viel zu tun, ich warte nun aber seit über einem Jahr auf meine Pizza. Wir hatten direkt am Eröffnungstag bestellt 2× Chiken Döner Pizza und zuerst eine ganz andere Bestellung bekommen, weil uns der Lieferant auch kaum verstanden hat, hatte er seinen übersetzer rausgeholt als er zurück gefahren ist, ist er in einer Einbahnstraße gefahren nachdem aber unsere Bestellung ankam hatte ich direkt beim Öffnen 2 Schwarze Haare auf meiner Pizza (ich habe blonde Haare) danach habe ich die Pizza mit Vorsicht gegessen und der Appetit ist mir danach immer mehr vergangen

Die Pizzen waren so dünn wie ein Blatt Papier. Pizza schneiden sollte man vielleicht mal üben . Die bestellte Pasta war mit Mais obwohl abgewählt und hatte keinen Geschmack. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Am Samstag Abend in 30 Minuten geliefert...TOP, das schafft in WR kein anderer Lieferdienst...Personal sehr nett sowohl am Telefon als auch der Lieferant...3 verschiedene Pizzen waren heiß und echt lecker...jederzeit gerne wieder :-) nur ein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Ich konnte meinen Domino`s Gutschein online nicht einlösen...wurde einfach nicht akzeptiert obwohl ich alles genau nach Vorschrift gemacht habe...vielleicht ein technischer Fehler ?

Großes Pizzangebot, welches bisher immer schnell geliefert wurde (innerhalb von 30 Minuten im innerstädtischen Bereich). Die Käse-im-Rand Option gefällt mir gut. Die Pizza war immer heiß. Nur der Boden ist oft etwas zu weich, so dass die Zutaten beim anheben herunterfallen.
