Freddy Fresh Pizza Meerane in Meerane

Had 3 pizzas, totally dry and the ragout didn't even have anything to do with it. Taste wise, a disappointment. It's a shame about the trip to Meerane

I'm really impressed! I had my food delivered and unfortunately the delivery person forgot the EC card reader and after a call I received a small sweet with my order. That really caught me off guard and was a very nice surprise

Fast delivery and excellent quality in terms of taste

Unfortunately it was really bad. If you're familiar with Freddy Fresh's food, it's a big disappointment. The dough base was 1mm when it comes up. There was simply nothing there. There was very little topping and on another pizza the whole ham was burnt. I really wouldn't say anything about a 5 euro pizza but they all cost around 10 euros?! I really expect more. Sorry, I'm disappointed. You can still see something from Zwickau.

I am always satisfied with my orders, a very nice driver and very tasty food. Every now and then there is more and sometimes less on the pizzas, which is noticeable, but otherwise everything is always perfect and it must be clear that delivery sometimes takes a few minutes, but as long as the food is not cold, everything is fine. I can only recommend ordering there.

Great service, fast delivery and super nice supplier. The Saloniki pizza is my favorite pizza. Keep it up. See you next time

I think the food is delicious and the service is always good. Of course there are days where delivery takes time, but there's nothing you can do about it if a lot of people order but no one wants to do the job of delivering it, then it just takes time.

Today I ordered something again for a long time and was a little disappointed. I ordered a salad, a burger and a pizza. So far so good... I ordered an Atlanta pizza with chili sauce and was delivered something with a few crumbs of minced meat and a few fine strips of red onion. It simply didn't taste like anything!!! And yet I paid the price for the Atlanta! The stars therefore only go to the nice lady who called me and apologized for the late delivery and to the very nice driver - Steven - who also apologized again for the late delivery.

No service!!! Essential ingredients not in stock at lunchtime on Monday. You can search for covering. Pizza is more of a flatbread and the food was cold too. When a complaint was made over the phone they simply hung up. Will never order there again!!!

Everything was great, really nice service, delicious pizza and very good service.

Delivery lady was very nice You can't eat the food, it's just disgusting, it was the last time we ordered there. The mushrooms and fries, everything, was neither baked nor fried...on the whole it wasn't worth the money at all

Food didn't taste good at all... Pizza Hawai definitely didn't taste like it. The food only arrived after 75 minutes, so it wasn't hot anymore!!!! Definitely not again! Ordered via Lieferando...FF Meerane....

Best pizza I've had so far.. Super nice service, pizza was prepared quickly and tasted delicious.. I'll definitely come back..!!! The furnishing of the store is a matter of taste, but the taste is much more important and that convinced me...👍🏼

Absolutely delicious and plenty of toppings, pizzas delivered super warm and within 40 minutes, even though the journey to me is just under 25 minutes

The app, delivery times and quality are subpar. Even the delivery boys come with their own cars, which is a shame for such a chain. I would understand if it was a non-name pizza joint.

Food was delicious, time was good for pick-up. However, all EC devices were on the way, even though I previously stated that I wanted to pay by EC. Hence a star deduction.

For a new start, the employee in order acceptance should be trained more optimally; Price ratio is well above average in the area. Perhaps a slide rule should be provided in the checkout area for employees. I find such statements from employees to customers, such as “From now on people won’t be able to buy 50€ notes”, “card payments aren’t possible either” and “our prices are stupid” extremely inappropriate. We prefer to stay loyal to the other pizzarias in Meerane. :)

Hello, I recently ordered the new “Summer Dream” pizza. When I saw the pizza I was horrified. No trace of the promised burrata. Everything very dry. €15.99 for that… no thanks.

When I ordered in advance, delivery came exactly to the minute. Very nice delivery service. Food was as ordered and still hot with top quality. I can only recommend.

A restaurant of liars! They say they called me 3 times to deliver me but that’s not true! And they refuse to reimburse me.

We also ordered from Meerane, but unfortunately we expected more. Other recessions seem like it's a 'Meerane problem' and not one from Freddy Fresh. But the staff was great!

Simply disrespectful you can't even go to the toilet without buying something not even if you have an emergency (period in this case)

Great food, super friendly staff and hardly any waiting time. The woman behind Theresen was very friendly. The staff prepared the pizza very quickly and appetizingly. The atmosphere is very well maintained and clean. I was asked several times if everything was okay with me and if I had any wishes. Top service. Gladly again!!!

Unfortunately very disappointing, I'm used to a different quality, pizzas didn't arrive on time, but the pizzas were cold and were therefore very dry when eaten... It's a shame, as I said, I'm used to a different quality.

Food is good but way too expensive

Overall, you can be happy with the food you get there. I think the burgers and small pizzas are very good. Medium pizzas are probably supposed to be too thin. What I have to complain about are the salads. Just a bit too small for the price and not of adequate quality. But the service is good, employees are always friendly. And deliveries have always been relatively quick.

Ordered from Freddy Fresh for the first time today and also the last time!! Pizza arrived lukewarm and it was far dry with almost no sauce on it. Price performance is absolutely not right here at just under 14 euros for a pizza, you can take a slice from UFO Meerane, they have a better handle on it!!

Leider haben wir auf insere Pizza sehr lange warten müssen ca. 1 Stunde znd hätten wir nicht noch einmal nach gefragt wäre warscheinlich keine Lieferung erfolgt. Was ebenso ärgerlich war das auch noch 2 Pizzen fehlten.

Diesmal leider sehr enttäuscht, Festtagsbraten Pizza bestellt, leider viel zu wenig Belag, halbe Pizza war gefühlt nur Pizza Soße und so hat sie leider auch geschmeckt, nach Teig und Soße. Leider auch nicht richtig geschnitten Bin eigentlich besseres von Freddy Fresh gewohnt😢

Toller Laden, leckeres Essen und super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Essen war schnell auf dem Tisch dazu hübsch angerichtet und heiß. Da kommt man gerne wieder!

War wie immer mega lecker. Lieferung sehr schnell und das Essen richtig heiß. Und der kleine Fehler wurde ohne zu zögern schnell behoben und Nachgeliefert. Sehr freuliches Personal. 👍🏻

Immer wieder zu frieden. Essen wurde pünktlich geliefert und hat gut geschmeckt. Leider etwas wenig belegt, aber noch in Ordnung. Wir wurden von Martin beliefert, ein sehr netter und sympathischer Mensch - so wie das gesamte Team. Immer wieder gern.

Das Essen ist eigentlich immer sehr gut. Aber bei manchen Bestellungen kam es bei den Käse Wedges immer wieder zu Fehlern und Die Sesambrötchen haben bei einer neusten Bestellungen einen älteren Eindruck gemacht, da sich das Brötchen beim hineinbeißen gedrittelt hat und auch so nich sonderlich frisch geschmeckt hat. Aber Sonst war ich immer mit den Bestellungen zufrieden und freue mich darauf weiterhin Bei Freddys zu bestellen.

Bin Immer sehr zufrieden mit euch. Das Essen kommt schnell und warm/heiß an. Arbeite selber als Koch und wurde geschmacklich noch nie enttäuscht bei euch. Finde es daher schade das ihr zur Zeit geschlossen habt, ihr werdet bestimmt eure Gründe haben aber ich freue mich umso mehr, sobald man wieder bei euch bestellen und euer leckeres Essen genießen kann.

Heute wieder lecker bei Freddys gegessen. Geliefert wurde schnell und zuverlässig. Das Personal ist wie gewohnt extrem freundlich, das Essen war warm und echt lecker. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Bis demnächst mal wieder in Meerane.

Walla einfach diese beste Pizza. Ich war Besuch aus Frankfurt und ich haben dort bestellt, war einfach gute. Vorallem diese eine mit blonde Strähne.

Naja was soll man sagen die Pizza dünn so wenig Käse das man den Boden schön durchsehen konnte...nur gut das mein kind sie essen musste..(3Jahre er kannte sie von freddy nicht...).keine Getränke bei der kidibox dies sagte mir mir nette Fahrerin.....leider gab es dafür kein Rabatt oder ähnliches 2 kidiboxen also 2x fehlendes Getränk und kein Rabatt sehr ärgerlich....cambertdonuts und fingerfood Box sogut wie kalt....Burger sind Geschmackssache...uns haben sie nicht geschmeckt aber wie gesagt ..Geschmackssache naja

Grundsätzlich ganz gut aber zum wiederholten Mal kein Knoblauch Dip. Würde mir wünschen dass Pizzen und Nuggets usw. bissl Knuspriger

Die Nudeln waren heute sehr gut. Sonst bestellen wir Pizza, die könnte besser und vorallem vom Boden dicker sein und besser belegt für das Geld.

Komme aus Chemnitz und war bei meiner Mutter in Meerane zu besuch, mein kleiner Bruder (6) wollte umbedingt Pizza essen hatte sich total gefreut und hat am Ende nur ein Stück seiner Salami Pizza gegessen, verständlich wenn man die sich angeschaut hat, die sah aus wie von vorgestern und war einfach kalt, meine Mutter ihre Pizza genauso mein Bürger war okay aber auf den pizza Brötchen war der falsche Belag drauf.. Sehr entäuschend für den Preis.

Hat wie immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Nur leider schon zum zweiten mal eine medium und eine small bestellt und zwei small erhalten. Ist nicht dramatisch, die Fahrer sind immer freundlich und pünktlich vor Ort aber somit noch nicht perfekt.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich gut, das Lieferpersonal ist freundlich und meistens in der angegebene Lieferzeit da. Leider ist das Essen einmal kalt bei mir angekommen, mir wurde eine Gutschrift in Höhe des Bestellwerts (ca. 40€) versprochen die bei erneuter (ausschließlich telefonischen) Bestellung verrechnet werden sollte. Bei der neuen Bestellung wurde dies erst bestätigt und dann jedoch verneint, ich könne nur 20% Rabatt auf die Bestellung haben, schade. Edit 15.12.22 Habe per Mail eine Entschuldigung und zwei Gutscheine über einmal 25€ und einmal 20€ erhalten, danke dafür.
