First class service, delicious fresh food, which is worth the admittedly high price. The Aperol Spritz is also just right! We felt completely comfortable.

We had already gotten to know and appreciate the food and service. But now with 14 friends a completely different experience: summery outside, a unique table festively set with white textiles, sunflowers and yellow lemons, and with a view of the pulsating Kudamm. First in great sunshine, then getting darker in the evening with subtle table lighting. We were all absolutely amazed, great and thank you! Special praise again to the attentive service staff.

We had a great white pizza with chanterelles, mozerella and bacon ham and a cool drink with an extra portion of ice cubes - it was 33 degrees outside.

Good Italian. The lunch menu of minestrone or salad, pizza and coffee is a good bargain. The crème brûlée looks good, even though it is probably made without vanilla beans. Very good tiramisu.

An expensive but chic restaurant. The food was good, but not outstanding. Unfortunately the service was poor. It takes many, many minutes for the service to register that you want to order. It takes even more time for the food to arrive. In addition, the service is hopelessly overwhelmed and unfriendly. Wishes or suggestions remain unaffected. All in all a bitter disappointment. A lot of appearances, not a lot of class. It's a shame and absolutely not recommended!

We have enjoyed going here for over 10 years, however the quality of the food has declined greatly in the last few months. The map has also been significantly thinned out. The price level is still very high, and apparently some (good) service staff have also left the restaurant.

I had the pleasure of visiting an outstanding Italian restaurant on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The location is first class and creates the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the high-quality sound system, which created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The starter platters were excellently put together and tailored to my allergies - a truly remarkable service! The cocktails, both non-alcoholic and with alcohol, were masterfully mixed and exactly what I wanted. The coffee was of the highest quality, and the pizza was the crispiest I've had in over ten years. The homemade pasta, which I had already seen praised in the comments, did not disappoint and was a real treat. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service of the waiter and the young man with a beard. He is part of the family that has run the restaurant for many decades and impressed with his excellent knowledge of food and wine. Both were extremely attentive and weren't afraid to put on a little show with a cocktail cart right at the table. The homemade tiramisu was the icing on the cake on a completely perfect evening. An absolute must for lovers of Italian cuisine in Berlin!

A nice restaurant on Ku-Damm The avocado salmon tartar and pasta AOP were really delicious. I got the Parmesan cheese freshly grated over the pasta. Very nice in white gloves. Thanks for the good service

We love Italian cuisine and think the True Italian 72hrs initiative is great 👍, which consists of the offer to try a drink and an aperitivo for €9. Many Italian restaurants and salumerias are taking part and that's wonderful because that's the best way to get to know the cuisine and Italian hospitality. But every now and then there are black sheep who participate and are on the list, but do not stick to the agreement. Unfortunately, the Francucci on the Kudamm is one of them. The receptionist was very friendly and then called the colleague in charge. We wanted to try the €9 deal but the waiter said he was sorry, everything was sold out and they had nothing left. It was just after 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 24 Instead we were given the menu from which we were supposed to only order from that. We then got up and left. Anyone who tries so cheaply to abuse a good idea in order to attract customers/guests is trampling on Italian hospitality, culture and customer service. It would have been more than easy to offer an alternative suggestion such as a Crodino or Prosecco with bruscetta or small antipasti. I think something like that shouldn't happen and should be punished so that the campaign's good reputation is not jeopardized. Therefore I can't say much about the food or the ambience because we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

We were there today at 6:00 p.m. because of the 72hrtrueitalianfood promotion. Several Italian restaurants took part in the campaign; for €9 you could get an aperitivo (a drink and a small Italian dish). When we got there we were presented with the normal menu, the aperitivo was already sold out. The waiter didn't bother to offer us anything else comparable. It's a shame, we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

This is the place in Berlin to eat authentic Italian food. We come here for many years and always come back. Great food for great prices, friendly Italian waiters. Don't miss out.

The best Italian restaurant on the Kudamm

Very unfortunate situation with a valid 50 euros gift card we decided to use at this restaurant. Waitresses recognised the gift card before eating but when we were about to pay the gift card didn’t work and we accepted to pay the bill with the promise that they will give us the money the next day. This didn’t happen and the owner accused that the web page atento.me is false and they don’t work with them. Our complain is not about the money because we can pay 50 euros but the way the situation was handled shows that this place doesn’t care about the customers because they would rather save 50 euros (by the way they will get 100 because I paid the bill and they will get extra 50 euros for the gift card we know is valid) than keep a client that for sure won’t eat at that place again.

An instance on the Kudamm for decades. A great Italian restaurant with very tasty food and super nice service. Been eating there for many years and it tastes wonderful. In the summer you can sit outside, but the inside of the shop is also nice and cozy. Highly recommended.

Ristorante Francucci, Berlin, bella Famiglia since 1962! We were warmly welcomed and politely served. The service is unobtrusive but present. Also pour water and wine at times, although we don't necessarily need it here. If staff still recognizes customers even after 9 months, then it doesn't show arrogance but rather true customer service. The food is very well made and tastes good. The prices are okay, the quality is right. Because the food here is fresh, the menu is kept small. However, it also offers very high quality meat. The wine list is a good size and also contains fine items, as well as the necessary wine climate cabinet. And.......the open red wine is chilled here. Something the guest shouldn't forget is the good olive oil and homemade bread that comes with it. The Ristorante is cozy, a bit like being in a mountain hut, very cozy! Beautiful checkered blankets, cloth napkins with paper napkins, and boar heads on the walls. There are a few counter seats and a small bar area, ideal for a vino. The large terrace offers a good overview of the Kurfürstendamm, although the corner at the end is a bit quieter and not so busy in the evening. A very cozy outdoor area protected from the wind has been set up for smokers. Animal fur protects against the coolness from below.

The ambience is always a matter of taste. Charging €19 for a pizza with gorgonzola cheese and spinach is sporty. I ordered it without garlic and my girlfriend ordered it with it. The waiter (with his mind off work) said quite disinterestedly that both pizzas were garlic-free. He then brought garlic in a jar for my friend. It then turned out that my pizza was with garlic…. Conclusion: the price/performance ratio for this run-of-the-mill pizzeria is by no means right. That was my last visit.

At Francucci I ate the best pesto/pasta of my life. The ambience has a certain flair and charm. Service attentive and nice. The only catch is a long waiting time for reservations due to high demand. Understandable ♡

It was a nice place, but it was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. Unfortunately the service was slow and inattentive. The quality of the food we ordered was good but not enough for the number of people. Our comment was responded to unkindly.

This restaurant adheres to Italian traditions. Italian cuisine, menu in Italian with translation into German, waiters speak Italian. Not cheap, but if you want to feel like you’re in Italy, I recommend it.

Food has somehow diminished. Nothing special. Or as our guests said, school lunches in a good atmosphere. But the desserts are specifically excluded. The dessert was great, especially the tiramisu!

Oh my god, what happened here? My once favorite store has mutated into a huge customer rip-off. The food is insanely expensive and exceptionally bad. The waiter who served us had a condescending and ironic way with us. It was always very expensive here but at least the waiters were friendly and the food was tasty. I love the ambience of the restaurant, but there isn't much left of what it once was. Prices have skyrocketed and quality has deteriorated dramatically. As my friend said so beautifully: It has francucciized.

What just happened? What happened to this wonderful restaurant where you could always eat well? The prices were never cheap, but you got top quality, both in terms of food and drinks as well as the service. Today we were there again after a long time - the menu is extremely reduced, the prices have increased by 50-60% because the portions have also been shrunk. Food (lasagna) was cold, pizza too thin, hardly any spaghetti on the plate. Even more tables than usual, it's hard to get through. Service seems to work somewhat in a “trance”, more like on an assembly line. When we asked what exactly these changes were supposed to achieve, the only answer we got was that the boss wanted to try something new. It's not entirely clear to us where exactly the journey should go. At the moment it looks to us as if management doesn't know exactly what they want to achieve. We are not used to this loveless card and poor quality from Francuccis. It's completely unclear what the point is here.

Leider hat sich in den letzten Monaten viel verändert. Neue Karte mit weniger Auswahl, dafür deutlich höhere Preise. Das Essen wurde leider kalt serviert. Der Service war ebenfalls schon mal wesentlich besser und viel aufmerksamer. Positiv ist allerdings, das man nicht mehr reservieren muss, weil mittlerweile immer häufiger Tische leer bleiben.

Seit Jahren gehen wir zum Francucci, allerdings seit neusten gibt es eine neue Karte, wo die besten Gerichte gestrichen und die Preise angehoben wurden. Desserts überteuert. Service ist dafür miserabel. Eine Pizza allerdings kann man immer noch essen.

Speisen sind gut gemacht und qualitativ einwandfrei, jedoch für die sehr geringen Mengen auf dem Teller exorbitant teuer, da hilft dann auch der sehr gut eingespielte Service Nichts Lage direkt am KuDamm gegenüber der Schaubühne... ziemlich laut.. zum Stammkunde wird man hier nicht...

Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort. Wir hatten eine Vorspeise und einen Salat mit Hühnchenstreifen. 1 Cola Zero und eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Preis unglaubliche 69€ Sorry, mit den Preisen wird sich das Restaurant nicht mehr lange halten. Man bedenke es war eine Vorspeise und eine Hauptspeise. 69€ Euro!

Wir waren heute seit längerem mal wieder im Francuccies. Ich hab mich so gefreut, denn auch wenn die Pizza mit Rosmarienschinken noch nie günstig war, so war sie unnormal lecker. Was ist passiert? Ich fasse es zusammen: Preise sind deutlich gestiegen, Die guten Sachen sind von der Karte gestrichen (auch mein Rosmaeinschinken), gegen minderwertigere Qualität ersetzt, nach Brot und Oliven muss man fragen und extra bezahlen! Die Pizzen sind zudem ca 30 % im Umfang/ Volumen geschrumpft- Auch wenn der Service weiter nett ist- es ist Zuviel Änderung zu Lasten des Gastes! Kleinere Speisen, geringere Qualität, kein Brot/ Oliven mehr und das alles teurer- bitte entschuldigt, das Ist zu viel. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen. Schade

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, Francucci zu besuchen und hatte gemischte Gefühle über die Erfahrung. Das Essen war leider nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechend und fühlte sich im Vergleich zum Preis nicht angemessen an. Der Service hingegen war ausgezeichnet, obwohl manchmal etwas hochnäsig. Das Highlight war definitiv das Ambiente des Restaurants, welches wirklich beeindruckend war. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Restaurant mehr Wert auf Erscheinung als auf Substanz legt.

Kann man mit Worten nicht sagen. Einfach super Essen und super nette und kompetenter Service.

Sehr unfreundlicher, hochnäsiger Service. Das Restaurant ist die Definition von mehr Schein als Sein. Bruschetta mit Trüffel schmeckt nach alten Meeresfrüchten, das bruschetta mit Knoblauch Confit schmeckt nach Knobi Paste aus der Tube. Echt eklig und 0 Liebe in dem Gericht. Die Pizzen sind in Ordnung, aber die Pastas kann ein durchschnittlicher Privat Koch Zuhause besser machen. Es gibt wirklich soo unglaublich viele bessere Italiener in Berlin, die wesentlich günstiger sind. Für diese Preise ist der Laden einfach nur reine Abzocke. Unser Geburtstagskind hat 3 mal das falsche Essen bekommen und als Entschuldigung ein „Zitronensorbet“ bekommen, das flüssig wie Wasser war und letztendlich Zitronensaft mit Prosecco war. Ein 5 cm langes Plastik Stück gabs zu dem versauten Geburtstagsessen und dem weinenden Geburtstagskind gratis mit dazu. Wir alle haben noch nie so etwas erlebt. Geht lieber ins Belucci oder in die Osteria Ribaltone :) Francucci ist eine Beleidigung an die echte italienische Küche und eine Beleidigung an jeden, der dort so viel Geld lässt.

wenn ich in Begleitung das Restaurant betrete und der Kellner uns am Eingang nach kurzer Begrüßung unvermittelt vor unserer Nase wortlos den Rücken zukehrt, um mit einem Kollegen zu sprechen und uns einfach längere Zeit so stehen läßt, haben wir hier nichts mehr verloren! Zum Glück gibt es hervorragende Alternativen in der Stadt, wo der Gast noch respektvoll ohne Allüren empfangen wird.

Es ist lange her, dass ich da war. Damals war es gut!

Tolles Ambiente, Bestuhlung ist ein wenig eng gewählt. Essen ist lecker, jedoch recht teuer. Service war immer top!

Wir waren gestern Abend mit einer größeren Gruppe dort. Wir kennen das Lokal seit vielen Jahren und leider ist festzustellen, dass sich die Qualität der Speisen und vor allem auch das Angebot aufgrund einer verkleinerten Karte sehr verschlechtert haben. Die Preise dafür sind gestiegen. Diese Kombination ist nicht mehr haltbar. Das mit 48 € sicherlich nicht preiswerte Striploin- Steak erschien zum einen zu klein und war komplett durchgebraten und nicht essbar. Nach Reklamation wurde ein neues Stück gebracht, welches außen sehr dunkel und innen roh war (Der gewünschte Gargrad war Medium). Soviel wir mitbekommen haben, gibt es in der Küche eine neue Koch-Crew, die ihr Handwerk offensichtlich nicht versteht. Ach ja, für 48 € bezahlt man nur das Fleisch. Die Beilagen sind mit ca. 10,— Euro auch völlig überteuert. (Das Restaurant war ja noch nie preiswert, aber das ist nunmehr wirklich völlig überzogen… dann müsste die Qualität stimmen. Tut sie leider nicht) Die anderen Speisen waren früher auch schmackhafter. Für langjährige Kunden dieses Restaurants ist zu sagen, dass aus unserer Sicht relevante Gerichte leider nicht mehr angeboten werden, beispielsweise: - Spaghetti Montecati (mit Pata Negra) - Spaghetti al Imperial (mit Gamberone) - Muscheln - Steak mit Gorgonzolasauce - Straccetti Zu guter letzt noch etwas Positives: Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor toll und wir empfanden den Service auch als nett und zuvorkommend. Mein Tipp an den Inhaber: Den Koch schulen oder austauschen und die Preise wieder normalisieren.

Seit über 15 Jahren unser Lieblingsitaliener in Berlin.

Leider hat das Essen nur zum Teil überzeugt. Bruschetta super, aber das war’s auch schon. Huhn mit Spinat ( super fad) für 22 Euro ( da Beilagenwechsel 3 Euro extra — unfassbar ). Pasta ungewürzt und langweilig. Rotwein gut und Aperol ( Venedig) perfekt. Die Damen im Service super freundlich ( weiter so ), die Herren eher nicht. Sehr gemütlich aber laut. Störte aber nicht, passte irgendwie . Das Essen muss dringend verbessert werden, da kennen wir ganz andere Italiener. Schade !!! Location wunderbar !

Ich finde für 28€ ist dieser Teller wirklich beschämend. Trockener an manchen Stellen zermatschter Ruccola mit etwas Zitrone drüber und trockenem Schuh Sohlen Fleisch anzubieten ohne eine Beilage ist für mich wirklich eine Frechheit. Ich habe den Kellner darauf hingewiesen als er frage ob alles Okey sei das ich es eine Frechheit finde so etwas anzubieten und noch als ein Hauptgang darauf ist man nicht eingegangen sehr schade! Das Essen war auf der Karte komplett anders beschrieben als es angekommen ist. Ich hätte mir mehr Kulanz von dem Laden erhofft dann wäre es jetzt auch nicht zu einer schlechten Bewertung gekommen.

Francucci ist seit vielen Jahren unser "Haus-Italiener". Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Service. Das Essen ist immer über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Was ich persönlich besonders gut finde, ist dass man als Gast zwischen mittelpreisig und teuer skalieren kann und immer eine solide, "preiswerte" Leistung erhält. Mit Mandanten, Gästen und Familie kommen wir immer sehr gerne zu Francucci!

This is a very balanced restaurant: food, service and vibes are all on point while the price isn't the highest compared to other italian places on Kudam. I recommend getting a pizza with spicy salami and the best dish they have - Tiramisu.

Also.... ich bin hier seit vielen Jahren essen, wohne auch nicht weit. Mal bin ich oft hier, mal Monate nicht..... Ich war letzte Woche wieder mal da. Und wir hatten eine Kellnerin die hatte so lange verdrahtete Rasta-Strähnen. Und ich habe mich schon immer so sehr geekelt vor solchen Haaren. Da kann man nicht mit dem Kamm durch, und sich nicht richtig waschen etc.... ich weiß, das ist in manchen "Szenen" modern. Dennoch finde ich, solche Haare gehören niemals in ein Serviceberuf, wo man mit vielen Menschen UND dazu noch MIT ESSEN zu tun hat. Ein absolutes NO Go. Ich konnte das von ihr gebrachte Essen kaum essen, und mir wurde regelrecht übel.... Was da für Bakterien, Tierchen und wer weiß was noch wohnt in so einer "Frisur" .... es tut mir sooo soo leid, aber mit solch einer Bedienung kann ich leider nichts essen, und werde auch nicht mehr kommen.... Ansonsten, von meinen langjährigen Erfahrungen kann ich nur Gutes sagen, das Essen ist super, das Ambiente auch, die Lage sowieso. Schade, und das mein ich im Ernst

صرلنا ٣ سنين منروح على نفس المطعم و لا مرة تغيرت جودة الاكل او الخدمة او الجو الحلو.. يلي بيعرف الاكل الايطالي حيعرف اديش الاكل بهاد المطعم جودتو عالية جداً و المذاق اكثر من رائع! كل مرة منتفاجئ اديش الاكل طيب عندون. ايدين الشيف يلي عم يعمل الاكل ملائكية 🤍🙏 الاعدة كتيييير راقية و حلوة والمكان بجنن خرج تروحوا عشا رومنسي او مع رفقات او عيلة 🤍🤍 و اذا اول مرة بتجربوا الاكل الايطالي فا بنصحكون بالمطعم! وشكراً للطاقم وللخدمة و الشيف الاسطورة! رائعين🤍 مليون من مية! نصيحة اشتروا من زيت الزيتون يلي بقدموه ع طاولة كتييير طيب 😋

Meine Freundin hat mich bei euch gebracht. Francucci für mich ist das beste Italienische Restaurant von ganz Berlin. Ganz besonders mag ich die Kellner, man merkt das die mit ganz viel lust arbeiten. Mein Tipp - probiert unbedingt die hausgemacht Nudeln, Pizza und was nicht fehlen darf ist : Joghurt Mascarpone mit beeren 😍

Unprofessionelles Personal! Ich war neulich mit meiner Familie zum Abendessen bei Francucci und war sehr mit dem Service enttäuscht. Wir hatten einen Tisch um 21h Uhr reserviert und nach dem wir mit Vorspeisen fertig waren würde uns mitgeteilt das die Küche schon geschlossen hat und wir können nur noch kalte Gerichte bestellen!?!? Am Samstagabend schließt die Küche um 22h? Und wenn es so ist sollte man nicht die Gäste schon rechtzeitig informieren???? Und das in so einem Restaurant in der City???... Sorry, dafür habe ich keinen Verständnis, nicht in der Preiskategorie.

Focaccia mit serranoschinken 32 Euro und Spaghetti ala cecca (Tomatensauce, Mozzarella, pinienkerne) 18 Euro. Sorry einfach zu teuer und diese gerichte haben mich nicht umgehauen.

Francucci war früher unser lieblingslokal am Ku’damm! Seit einem halben Jahr hat der Service extremste abgenommen! Diese Woche wollten wir es ein letztes Mal ausprobieren und haben den Weg dahin gewagt! Am Empfang ein Stammkellner und wir baten ihn um einen Tisch für drin, weil wir nicht Raucher sind. Zu aller erst meinte er, alle Tische drin wären nicht möglich weil drin wohl geschlossen sei, obwohl alle Tische gedeckt waren. Schon wieder fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Nach kurzer Überlegung hat er uns ein Tisch am Eingang angeboten. Wir saßen zu aller erst und warteten auf die Speisekarte. 3 Kellner warteten gefühlte 5 Minuten direkt am Tresen auf Getränkeausgabe. Eine Kellnerin versteckte sich hinter brotstation und die letzte Kellnerin deckte einen Tisch und interessierte sich 0, dass neue Kunden im Laden waren. Wir warteten 10 min auf die Speisekarte. Es kam einfach niemand. Dann standen wir auf und gingen. Am Ausgang begegnete uns der stammkellner und fragte was sei gewesen? Ich meinte alles bestens und bin dann gegangen. Er wird schon wissen weshalb wir gegangen sind.

Das Essen schmeckt mir dort nicht aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung und Jeder soll sich selber einen Eindruck verschaffen. Zum Glück haben wir alle einen anderen Geschmack.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant direkt am Ku`Damm. Das Personal rund um den Restaurantleiter Alessandro ist immer nett und freundlich. Die Speisen schmecken sehr gut, ich liebe besonders den Pata Negra. Und neben den tollen Weinen gibt es auch frisch gepressten Orangensaft.

Comfortable place , optimal service especially the waitress with dreadlocks , so nice so thoughtful and attentive.

Essen gut. Service ok. Wahrscheinlich war viel los. Aber vom preis leistungs Verhältnis im Rahmen. Sehr gut war: das wir direkt einen Platz ohne Reservierung am Samstag Abend bekommen haben.

Alles sehr gut aber auch sehr teuer.

Eigentlich kann man dort gut essen und wenn man draußen sitzen kann auch ein bisschen Leute beobachten 😎 Frech fand ich, das bei der Weinempfehlung einfach gleich eine 70 EUR Flasche angeboten wurde, obwohl es auch andere sehr gute Flaschenweine gibt....

Oh je, nie wieder francucci, irgendwas ist hier passiert. Neue Karte, komplett neue Kellner und das Essen einfach schwach bis richtig schlecht. Das kann man keinem Italiener anbieten. Pasta teilweise widerliche Pampe. Ich komme hier seit 15 Jahren 5 Mal im Jahr hin. Und ich war noch vor zwei Monaten hier. Aber das Angebot zu diesem Preis ist schon eine Frechheit. Billig Fake italienisch zu Premium Preisen. Schade

Das ist mit Abstand eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Berlin. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und der Service ist immer sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen, die Gerichte werden stets frisch zubereitet und angesichts der aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Lage gibt es keinerlei Grund zur Beschwerde. Meine Familie kommt sehr gerne hier her und wir können dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren jetzt 3 Mal dort essen. Beim ersten mal super Bedienung, beim 2. Mal hat man schon eine leichte arroganz uns als Kunden gegenüber verspürt und beim 3. Mal war der Aufenthalt einfach nur enttäuschend. Es gab immer Brot mit Öl vorne weg, beim 3. Mal nicht. Es gab immer ein Schnaps aufs Haus, beim 3. Mal nicht. Das Essen sonst ausgezeichnet, aber sieht und verhält man sich nicht wie eine wichtige Persönlichkeit, wird man dort auch so behandelt. Daraufhin gab es natürlich auch nur ein kleines Trinkgeld und für uns nicht mal mehr ein auf Wiedersehen.

War heute Mal wieder hier. Es ist einfach ein super Restaurant! Leckere authentische Speisen. Sehr bedauerlich finde ich die gekürzte Karte...

Unfreundlicher und überheblicher Service...völlig überteuerte Preise für mindere Qualität...NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!!
