Just like you want when you go out to eat and drink in a Bräustüberl in Bavaria. All expectations met, and in some cases even exceeded. The beer is fantastic and the apple kringles for dessert are a 10 out of 10!

We were here for dinner on October 12, 2024. There were 5 of us here and we all ordered something different and we all enjoyed it very much. The service was also very friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a cozy atmosphere. If I go on vacation to Rosenheim again, I'll be happy to come back.

As an Aussie I enjoyed the German style, food and drinks. Traditionally clothing and food was wonderful, exactly what I wanted as a tourist. As for the food, I ordered a classic snitzel, which came with awesome potatoes. The house wine was to be expected, but 100% enjoyable.

In contrast to Erlensee, it was very expensive here and not particularly good

Rustic restaurant with an authentic ambience. The staff was very friendly, quick and accommodating. The meals were all very tasty and reasonably priced. Particularly noteworthy is the informal atmosphere; you can also easily talk to other guests.

Ein gemütliches bayerisches Lokal. Nette und schnelle Bedienung, Flötzinger Helles, Bayerisches Essen mit einen nicht zu bemängelnden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nicht das erste mal beim Flötzinger.

We ate there on a Sunday afternoon and really loved this restaurant. The service was really very friendly and gave very good advice on the beer selection (there are many different ones). We had a Munich schnitzel and cheese dumplings on cream vegetables. The food was very sophisticated and filling, both in terms of appearance and taste. (Schnitzels were two large pieces of meat)

One of my favorite restaurants in Rosenheim with top service, very Bavarian food, just as I imagine a Bavarian restaurant! Eating Ochsenbackerl was always a total pleasure! Kudos to the kitchen, the plates are beautifully prepared and everything tasted absolutely flawless and great. I would be happy to come back as a rickshaw driver because a delicious meal and a good atmosphere are basic requirements for doing the job as a rickshaw driver well, so I'm looking forward to the evenings with a good meal and beer, of course! We visited the beer garden at lunchtime and found it pleasantly quiet. The waitresses were extremely friendly and both drinks and food came to the table quickly. The beer garden itself was beautifully designed, only the sticky table spoiled the experience a bit. Most of the food was tasty, although the cheese spaetzle unfortunately lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Overall it was still a good lunch.

Inconspicuous from the outside, but a really great beer garden in the middle of Rosenheim. We were there without a reservation and got a table for 4 people in the beer garden without any problems. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. There is something for young and old! Personally, I really enjoyed the beer soup. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful beer garden with a chestnut tree in the heart of Rosenheim. The selection of dishes is great and traditional Bavarian. There is something for every palate and there are changing daily specials. The food is consistently of the highest quality and the ingredients are sourced locally. The service is friendly, competent and very fast. The interiors are also tastefully and high-quality furnished - with attention to detail. It's definitely worth a visit! Reservation recommended.

“Only” the beer garden was open. Food was good and sufficient. Typical Bavarian cosiness. It doesn't work without a reservation.

Based on the reviews and a recommendation in the tourist information office, we ended up here for dinner. However, we were disappointed with the food and would choose a different location the next time we visit Rosenheim. With the dumplings with chanterelles you had to look carefully to find mushrooms in the very floury sauce. The soup tasted like packet soup and the cheese spaetzle lacked a kick... a shame... The service was very nice and the beer garden with the chestnuts was cozy (even if the table was a bit sticky and the beer mats urgently needed to be replaced...)

Very centrally located inn very close to the city center. The inn is beautifully furnished and there is also a beautiful beer garden. The beer tastes good, the quality of the food is okay, but it doesn't justify the comparatively high prices.

Vorweg: das positive ist der freundliche und zackige Service. Der Biergarten ist ganz nett. Das Essen leider maximal Durchschnitt. Das Bräuhauschnitzel sind 2 dünne Scheiben Schweinelendchen mit Bratensauce und kurz unterm Salamander überbacken. Der Kaiserschmarren war entweder convenience oder einfach nur semi gemacht. Mir ein wenig schleierhaft warum es zu den am besten bewerteten Restaurants in RO gehört. Denke viele Auswärtige. Aber für ein Bier und Brotzeit kann man schon hingehen.

Nice, quiet beer garden. The food was plentiful and enjoyed by everyone. No matter what kind of dish. There were 8 of us. All I can say is...you've got a hard time with the chef 👍🏼 Big compliments to the kitchen. The service is also absolutely organized. Smooth running. Everyone does everything and does it with joy and power. Great team 👍🏼

A small, very well-managed beer garden in the inner courtyard. Well attended, lots of parasols, pleasant atmosphere. We had reserved 5 places. This is recommended. The onion roast is highly recommended.

Friendly, clean, very good regional cuisine. The pike perch was simply great, and the meat pan also tasted excellent. Good mix of old and modern. The beer garden was designed with plenty of space between the chairs, so there was no sardine feeling. Thanks to the central location, a walk through the city was still possible. Lovely again.

This restaurant offers typical local Bavarian cuisine, accompanied by their numerous beers. On the menu you can find snacks, first and second courses, all prepared with regional and seasonal products. The dishes are delicious and the portions are very generous. The choice of beers is very vast, ready to satisfy every taste. You can also buy them in bottles to take away. The interiors are very traditional and immerse you in the local culture. We got a table even though we only made a reservation 2 hours later. We were passing through and didn't know exactly when we would arrive. My cordon bleu tasted very good, but I didn't know that you could get a cordon bleu so thin. I guess I'm a bit spoiled here in Swabia. The wheat beer was excellent. The staff was very different. The young men were very friendly and accommodating. We were very worried when it started to rain. The lady was very grim and didn't even smile in the two hours we were there. You didn't get the feeling that she enjoyed her job and that you were welcome as a guest.

Kaiserschmarren and Spätzle were a 10/10.

It looks like it was incredibly quick to give it 5 stars, but I simply have no choice. The ambience is exactly what you want in a classic Bavarian restaurant, everything done right. The food was absolutely perfect and the schnitzel I ate was one of the best, classic fried potatoes rounded the whole thing off perfectly, and there weren't too many, which often bothered me in other restaurants. Even my special request, which is not always welcomed, was met perfectly and without hesitation. But now to the best part of the evening, to the service, especially to our service man Louis. We arrived 1 hour before our reservation and Louis gave us a table straight away - the menus were already there. It wasn't long to wait for the drinks and even if the food took a while, that wasn't a problem at all. Firstly, it was very full and secondly, quality takes time. In between we were told that our food was next. I've never seen anything like that in a restaurant and it really impressed me. My Franconian parents were also very satisfied and were partly surprised by the extremely good service. All in all a very nice evening and definitely not our last visit. Rustic inn with the usual dishes. The food was delivered quickly, tasted excellent and the portions were more than sufficient. The friendly, young-at-heart waitress looked after us very well and also had a few easy-going sayings. There is a large selection of the tastiest beers.
