Anyone who enjoys Bavarian cuisine simply must visit the Flötzinger Bräustüberl! Superb food, excellent beer, and very friendly service! I'll definitely be back!

We were on our way back from Austria today and only ended up here by chance because we were a little hungry. It's a charming little restaurant. The soup and main course were quite alright. However, the Kaiserschmarren with raisins, almonds, and apple compote was outstanding and highly recommended. The portion is very generous for one person. If I were to visit again by pure chance, I would definitely order the Kaiserschmarren as my main course 😅🙈. The service was very friendly and attentive.

My wife and I spent four days in Rosenheim. We went to the Flötzinger Bräustüberl for dinner every day and each time we had excellent food, drinks and service. I can highly recommend the Flötzinger Bräustüberl for its delicious food, excellent Flötzinger beer and friendly service.

A lovely, old, and charming pub. The staff is very friendly, although we had to wait a bit before we could order. After asking for their attention twice, someone finally came to take our order. Their own beer and shandy are fantastic! For starters, we had the pretzel with homemade spread, which was also very good. For our main courses, we had the onion roast beef and the cordon bleu with pulled pork. Both dishes were incredibly delicious, and the portions were generous. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable 👍 If we're ever in Rosenheim again, we'll definitely come back!

Rustic brewery. Delicious food, delicious beer. Busy on a Sunday evening, but we still managed to get a table for two without any problems.

Roast beef with onions: Top quality meat, sliced ​​a bit thin. Gravy: Delicious. Fried potatoes: Convenience and not crispy. Beans: Good, bacon not crispy and crumbly. Onions: Impeccable. Overall, too little of everything. Small mixed salad: Good dressing, a large Batavia leaf as a topping (unfriendly to eat), and three smaller piles of carrot, bean, and cucumber salad underneath. The beans tasted like they came from a jar/can. Obstler: Excellent. Beers: Top-notch. Service: Very friendly and attentive. Ambience: Lovely old inn.

What a lovely brewery! 10 stars for the smaller portions. We miss that so often. The beer and schnapps are fantastic. We'll be back.

For an evening trip to Rosenheim, the AI ​​recommended the Flötzinger Bräustüberl. So, there I went. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get in without a reservation. We were lucky and were seated after a 10-minute wait. The ambiance is actually quite plain. But the service, the food, and the drinks are highly recommended! The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're within the usual (expensive) range. Let's hope the VAT reduction to 7% is passed on to customers in the future...

I was Assaulted in Public inside the Hotel Holiday Inn Express Restaurant, I was explicitly explained by the Beer Sipplier of IHG that my daughter on Dialysis with Kidney Failure Stage 5 in Room 430 is of No concern nor interest of the Beer Supplier Flötzinger Bräustüberl. I was then humiliated to Apologize to the very close Friends of this party. After Police arrived which the Hotel Staff kindly called, I slept in fear of my child's Life and left at 6 oclock in the morning. The Hotel Staff helped me to take the Fresenius Cycler down and pack everything in my car. I was not able to eat breakfast as I needed to drive to Krankenhaus Agatharied for a CT scan with my 11 year old daughter on half an evening of Dialysis. I will raise a Police inquiry tomorrow of Child Endangerment, Assault and Battery. The Police report case number already raised I will add to the review upon the Police Statement validation.

Overall, it's just not enough. The service wasn't unfriendly, but it wasn't friendly either. The ambiance could be nice, but attention to detail is lacking, and it feels very cold. Playing loud chart music in a Bavarian restaurant is unfortunately completely inappropriate. The noise level was absolutely stifling. We had to wait over an hour for the food. Unfortunately, the quality and price didn't match up for me. As a local, I definitely won't be coming back; there are much better options. It's a shame, because it has potential.

Whether in the morning for a snack or in the evening just before the kitchen closes. We were always warmly welcomed and never left hungry. The brewery tour with Wolfgang was also fantastic. Perfect all around. Flötzinger deserves more than five stars.

We arrived in 35°C heat with our small child and asked for drinks. We were told that no drinks would be served without food. So we were left standing on the street in the heat with our child without drinks. Unfortunately, I can't give it any fewer stars.

The Flötzinger Bräustüberl is a typical Bavarian brewery restaurant. The food is very good and served quickly. Unfortunately, the restaurant can be quite loud when it's a bit crowded. We weren't able to try the beer garden due to rain. But it's definitely worth a visit, especially because of the diverse selection of in-house beers.

In short: If I make a reservation and get it confirmed, arrive on time, only to be told there's no room left ("tough luck"), then it shows me that I can't recommend this place in any way. Gastronomy begins and ends with the service. No matter how great the food is, it's no use. Simply abysmal, not customer-focused, and definitely not problem-solving. A shame.

Bowling lane was unavailable despite reservation confirmation. Reason: "It just happens!" No apology, nothing. Just have to wait until a lane is available... Nope!!! So why am I making a reservation in advance?

The interior looks like a cheap Ikea imitation of an old pub, even though it's actually an old pub. The atmosphere wasn't captured well, in any case. The schnitzel wasn't juicy – almost dry, and the potato salad and dumplings tasted like they were bought ready-made at the supermarket. Overall, everything could have used a bit more seasoning. The price definitely doesn't reflect the quality and is unjustified!

The beer garden is beautiful, and the food was truly delicious – definitely a plus for that. The table service was also very friendly and attentive. What really soured the visit, however, was the extremely unfriendly reception. The gentleman at the entrance seemed annoyed, acted rudely, and lacked any kind of courtesy. That's no way to welcome guests – first impressions count! It's a shame, because the food and service deserved a better representation at the reception. This leaves a bitter aftertaste that unfortunately spoiled our visit.

Yesterday, the two of us were on the terrace. The guys serving were very nice and friendly. The female server was unfortunately very unpleasant. Drinks came quickly. The two salads we ordered took a relatively long time. When the salads arrived, I unfortunately noticed that one was moving and had a large caterpillar in it. The salad was immediately returned, but unfortunately it took ages for it to be brought again. The quality in relation to the price was not even remotely justified. A giant leaf of Lollo Rosso cheese with nothing more than a side salad of cucumber, beans and carrot salad with 10 chanterelle mushrooms for 16€. The three thin slices of baguette had a musty taste. Unfortunately, there was no apology in the form of an espresso, ice cream, discount or anything like that. I've known it to be different from other restaurants. We will unfortunately never go back.

Wonderful beer garden with very good beer. But... we had a reservation for eight people and arrived early in town. The table was already ready, and the beer garden was still very sparsely attended. We were asked to either leave and come back at the time we were supposed to, or to stay and leave at the reserved time. Staying there for such a long time drinking beer would not be tolerated. If we came back, we would also be checked to see if we hadn't drunk too much elsewhere. Mind you, we were eight men over 50. So we canceled without further ado and went to another beer garden where we were warmly welcomed and were able to eat and drink for hours.

We drank the dark Flötzinger beer in the beer garden. It was fantastic. A super nice beer garden in downtown Rosenheim. The server was super nice and helpful. Everything was top-notch, highly recommended.

After the brewery tour, hunger took us to the Stüberl, and we weren't disappointed. Here, you can get the full range of Flötzinger beer in liquid form, and you can also purchase all sorts of brewery items (glasses, pins, aprons, etc.). The service was incredibly good; despite the really busy place, we were served promptly and treated with kindness. Kudos again for staying so relaxed on such a busy Friday evening, absolutely fantastic. The food was also phenomenal, see the pictures. Truly delicious and generous portions. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Rosenheim! P.S.: Be sure to check for a parking space beforehand, because parking is pretty much out of the question here at the Stüberl!

Beautiful beer garden, typical Bavarian cuisine and hospitality

After a long break, we went to Flötzinger for dinner last night. We were hoping the food would have improved in the meantime, as we weren't particularly satisfied with the food last time, but attributed this to the high occupancy and unfortunate circumstances... Big mistake! This time, too, it was a complete flop, with tons of convenience items in the food (soups, mini dumplings, sauces, etc.), at least half of the salad was from a can, and the other half wasn't fresh (we were there on a weekday!). The best part was the meat, which was tolerably prepared. A poorly mixed half-roll of Russian sausage was the least of it. What also bothered us was the cigarette smoke during the meal; that's not up to par these days. The service was very quick and courteous, which prompted me to give it at least 3 stars; the food alone would have deserved a maximum of 2. In any case, we are sure where we will not go in the future.

We arrived at the Flötzinger Bräustüberl at 8:45 p.m. on a Tuesday evening – according to the opening hours, it's open until midnight. Unfortunately, we were immediately told that the kitchen was already closed. This is disappointing for travelers looking for something warm to eat and relax after a long day at work – especially since it was midweek and you'd expect a bit more hospitality here. Hungry and a little annoyed, we left – and were warmly welcomed right next door at "I'm Irish Rosenheim": friendly service, warm food, good live music, and even half-price craft beer on Tuesdays. Thank you, dear Bräustüberl – the money I would have gladly spent with you has now been wisely invested elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can't rate the food at the Bräustüberl.

Unfortunately, the anticipation of finally and absolutely visiting the "famous" Flötzinger restaurant didn't last long. In detail: 1. Arrived shortly after 5 p.m. on Tuesday without a reservation >> got a seat in the beer garden without any problems = positive 2. Orders for food and drinks were taken promptly = positive 3. The waitress's facial expression unfortunately tended toward the unfriendly, barely a smile, not a word too often = we considered this a negative point, we felt unwelcome 4. Order 1: Onion roast >> top-notch meat, also served according to the degree of doneness upon request. The potatoes, fried onions, and beans could have been left in the kitchen; all run-of-the-mill fare, tasteless, simply unloving convenience food, lacking charm and flavor. 5. Order 2: The Swiss sausage salad there prefers to hide its contents under three large lettuce leaves and turns out to be a Flötzinger rip-off. The sausage and cheese aren't sliced, but rather drenched in vinegar and oil. The taste wasn't an experience either. 6. The value for money for both the food and some of the drinks was inadequate for a beer garden; the salad was just under €14, and the roast was a whopping €25. 7. Unfortunately, the drink prices there have now reached a level that no customer can consider acceptable. At least the pub keeps the price of a half-liter of Helles lower than in neighboring pubs. In return, you'll have to pay a lot for a Hugo. People, please honestly(!) reflect on your costs and the effort and benefit of preparing a drink like that. 8. The ambiance in the beer garden is acceptable, but not worth five stars. 9. The service is limited to standard questions, but doesn't keep up even if you answer the question about the food by saying that the meat is very good. I'd actually give it two stars maximum due to the lack of enthusiasm shown, but I'll still give it three. Maybe the lady was just having a bad day. The bottom line is, today was two visits in one. The first and the last. There are no pictures of the food today, so go there yourself and form your own opinion. Perhaps it was all just a coincidence today.

We were guests in Rosenheim, traveling over 400 km. We wanted to go to the beer garden at 6:30 p.m. but were rather rudely turned away because we didn't have a reservation, but the beer garden was still half empty. We've rarely experienced such arrogance. It's easy to politely explain that there are no tables available in the beer garden. Apparently, they don't need one. That's how you feel as a guest in Rosenheim.

They missed my reservation and then fobbed us off in a very rude manner, even though I had confirmed the table by phone long before. It's a shame, because the food there was otherwise excellent.

I was disappointed with the food. The side salad and potato salad were good, but the breaded pollock fillet was dry, and the coating was unseasoned and fell off. The supposedly homemade remoulade turned out to be just plain mayonnaise with a few herbs sprinkled on top. My complaint was at least met with an offer of a free espresso.

The poor service we received here is unbelievable. Despite having a reservation, we not only had to wait a long time at the entrance for a table, but were then asked to leave by the waiter because a guest was sitting incorrectly. He did so in a rather rude manner. Fortunately, there were/are excellent alternatives in wonderful Rosenheim at Stockhammer, Tante Paula, or Augustiner.

Wir hatten reserviert und wurden im ersten Stock im Bräusaal platziert. Die Atmosphäre fand ich ganz schön, das Bier war gepflegt. Service war mit drei Kräften m.E. ausreichend besetzt. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war relativ lang (40 Minuten), es kam schließlich per Speiseaufzug von unten. Es wurde auch gleich an den Tisch gebracht, aber es war nahezu kalt und die Qualität ließ zu wünschen übrig. So war der Semmelknödel beim Schweinsbraten hart und allenfalls lau, ebenso der Kartoffelknödel. Beim Bräustüberl-Pfandl war die Soße pampig und bereits wegen Erkaltung mit einer Haut überzogen. So macht Essen keine Freude!

Schon am Eingang war der Ober sehr unfreundlich. Ist für die Gastronomie nicht geeignet. Leider war die Einsicht von dem Herrn nicht gegeben.Schade!!
