Very nicely located, not too crowded, self-service, good selection of drinks and food, including vegetarian options. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff and service.

Very comfortable to sit in. Even when the beer garden is full, there are no extremely long queues for drinks and food.

I was at Flora & Fauna with two friends on June 3rd around 6:00 PM. I started with a tarte flambée and a small non-alcoholic beer, then a large one (see screenshot). The large non-alcoholic beer was charged twice. I was the only one who ordered a non-alcoholic beer, and everyone paid for their own order. Unfortunately, they don't give you a receipt. I didn't notice it until I got home. I was always careful when they took money. I hope it was an accident :(.

A cool location in the middle of nature! The park is already a highlight – and the beer garden makes it even better. Especially convenient: The Mineralbäder stop is right nearby, so you can arrive and depart by train in a relaxed manner. A real highlight for me was the pasta Bolognese – surprisingly good! It tastes like homemade and, for me, was the best Bolognese I've had in all of Stuttgart so far. I honestly wasn't expecting this, which is why I'm all the more thrilled. Highly recommended!

Everything is great, the overall package is just right. There's nothing to complain about, and you can sit right next to the subway station with a beautiful view of the countryside and Rosenstein Castle.

Great location, food was okay. I asked if they had lactose free milk. This was answered in the affirmative. When I happily accepted my cappuccino, I noticed that it had been made with oat milk. I don't drink that kind of crap. Unfortunately I had to make do with a mediocre cappuccino with cow's milk, which was only handed to me grumpily. Too bad!

Tarte flambée is ok, ambience is very good

Very nice complex, well located! Due to the location it is also very crowded, but that doesn't change the fundamentally great place. Still highly recommended.

As soon as the temperature is over 10 degrees and the sun is shining, all hell breaks loose here You shouldn't underestimate how many tarte flambées are eaten here in the south.

Rude staff, we ordered a beer at 10.20pm, the closing time was scheduled for 11pm, after 10 minutes from the order (among other things to be paid immediately) which took place at the counter because they don't provide table service, the staff came to us several times telling us to hurry up and drink the beer quickly, we felt mistreated, also because there was still more than half an hour left until closing. It is better not to seat customers if they are then treated like this. The place is called flora and fauna, but perhaps they forgot that the customers are human beings.

It would have been the perfect experience if the waitress was friendly.

Otherwise had good experiences. Unfortunately today I was served by an unfriendly employee. Didn't want to say which cake was still available, pointed twice indifferently to the back of the fridge, like "check out what's in it for yourself". Disrespectful!

It's always cozy here and you immediately feel at home. Whether in the beer garden in summer or indoors in winter. Friendly staff and a varied, very tasty cuisine. Completely mixed audience and always a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

It's a great place to wait for the tram...

It has a very great location and invites you to chill and linger But the service leaves something to be desired in that you rely on the guests to clean the tables. The food isn't that great either, the cakes are good, the seating is very uncomfortable. Too bad. Update. The people behind the counter are becoming more and more unfriendly because they are young boys and the women are much nicer.

A very simple place with a lot of charm, right next to a train stop, and right in the park, there is a large selection of drinks such as beer, but also food, I didn't eat anything there, but at least it looked tasty.

Freundliche, nette, flinke, kompetente Frau bediente uns, die in der Küche nachgefragt hat wegen Allergie. Gute Beratung bei der Auswahl der Speisen , das Essen war sehr lecker!

Saturday 3.30 p.m., 80 decibels inside because of music that is more to the taste of the young staff than to the well-being of the guests. After another wedding party arrived, there were 85 to almost 90 decibels, and many other guests fled. Simply keep the music a little quieter and, if necessary, choose a relaxed song, so no one has to shout at each other to be understood. The food was good, but unfortunately you couldn't enjoy it. It's a shame, I hope it's an isolated case. We'll be back, but outside again.

While having a coffee I was able to look around the interior and watch what was happening: all guests were welcomed and treated in the correct way, the food served looked good and apparently tasted good, the service was friendly and quick. The coffee was perfectly fine and the cake was fresh ! So, now Corona is over and I'm here again: there are no more waitresses, everything has been converted to self-service, customers are arguing in front of the checkout counter/counter and crowding around the surrounding tables that are occupied by guests, that's not how it should be move on!

Great bar and a nice beer garden in summer. The bar quiz in the winter season is the highlight! I can only recommend it :)

In winter the Kässpätzle are highly recommended

It couldn't be better. Great food, reasonable prices, quick and friendly. My recommendation is beef goulash, but also the spaghetti Bolognese or the lentils are great. Iced coffee too. A non-smoking area outside would be great. Just have to be away from smokers. Or a special place for smokers so that the delicious food can also be enjoyed outside. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

It was very tasty. The vegetarian tarte flambée was to die for. I would have liked to have put another one in straight away. We also really appreciated the relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of seating options. Also deck chairs distributed. Great ambience. We were there at lunchtime but it is definitely very nice in the evening too. The connection to the castle garden is also a big plus. Another great point is that the tram stops less than 20 meters away. Come again :)

The Flora and Fauna is simply perfectly located in a good location for the subway and the Rosenstein Park and Castle Park. The small lake in front of it is a wonderful place to relax. I personally like to eat there with my clients (people with disabilities). The place is barrier-free, the food is reasonably priced and the waitresses are always friendly. When you order, you will receive a pager to pick up. When it comes to food, I only deduct one point because the menu is quite small but manageable. There are seasonal dishes. You can also play table tennis there.

Sit outside and eat properly - and of course drink good Stuttgart beer - in the Lower Palace Garden. Wonderful beer garden atmosphere, with the emphasis on “garden”. Self-service outside, the ordering line can stretch right to the door. The preparation goes quickly. E-charging station (power plug) is also available.

Unique atmosphere. Always. Food sensationally good. Real recommendation: Warner, fresh potato salad. Exceptionally delicious. Keep it up.

Good beer garden food in a relaxed atmosphere. When the weather is nice it is very crowded with queues at the checkouts. There is enough seating, but there are too few parking spaces for bicycles. Service is still quite friendly despite the stress. Cycle and footpaths lead directly past, which is good for accessibility, but becomes almost chaotic when it's full. Once you get settled in, it's nice.

At the last minute there is almost nothing left. Waiters don't kill for friendliness

Inmitten des Schlossparks liegt dieser Biergarten sehr schön und zentral zur Stadtbahn. Man isst Rechtsgut, die Portionen sind ausreichend bis üppig. Lediglich der Eiskaffee wird mit Sprühsahne und etwas lieblos zubereitet, aber immerhin bekommt man einen, was ja für einen Biergarten nicht selbstverständlich ist. Man sitzt auf einfachen Stühlen, jedoch trotzdem recht gemütlich. Die Zeit dort kann man sich mit Raben beobachten vertreiben, man sollte sein Essen nie unbeobachtet einfach stehen lassen. Das wird sonst ein Festmahl der Vögel. Heute konnten wir dort sogar einen Storch beobachten

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by card when measuring drinks outside. The splash is a gold medal for me anyway.

I'm there every now and then. The dishes are consistently good and appropriate to the concept. Today I treated myself to the currywurst with fries. The fries were delicious, the sausage (itself) was underground! I've never been sold such a bad sausage. Foamy and flexible in consistency, when you pressed it, it slowly straightened up again. We sat very comfortably under the umbrella in the rain and hunger still drove this gastronomic misstep into me. Conclusion, next time the delicious Kässpätzle again. This sausage will no longer be on my plate (price doesn't matter!)

Can’t do much better than this on a beautiful day. Always busy for a reason. Perfect setting for a beer and a meal/snack. When taking the U Bahn I often stop here for a beer and a break to people-watch and enjoy the weather. A must-visit!

Nice location, but public viewing there is not recommended. Over-motivated DJ comments on the German European Championship games and turns the sound down. At the same time, lounge music plays on a continuous loop. Unfortunately, this doesn't create a European Championship atmosphere.

Can you imagine that during the European Championships the sound of the commentator would be turned off and an employee would comment completely incomprehensibly? No? Me neither! But that's exactly how it is here. I'm horrified. If I didn't want to miss the game, I would go somewhere else. That's crazy.

Nice location but very crowded (greetings from EM). There are some tables in the shade and also outdoor loungers on the lawn. Mosquito spray recommended. There were still seats inside, but it was very stuffy and the tables weren't really clean. Ordering food was only possible with self-service. There was a line that was barely getting any shorter. The drinks line was also very long. There are few opportunities to sit down at tables. Better be there on time. Prices are fair. Solid drink selection. Small but fine menu with classics at fair prices (for Stuttgart)

My favorite pub in Stuggi. Food is great and the price is completely okay. Beer (Dinkelacker Export) is great. The people there are great too. Right next to the Mineralbäder stop.

One of the best Biergartens in Stuttgart. The place is located in the midde of Stuttgart Park so it's a perfect place for a break after a walk in the park. It's a self service Biergarten, so they give you a device which blinks when your order is ready. The view of the park and the pond is something I look forward to when visiting this place. They serve local beers and also food. I would highly recommend checking out their day menus before ordering.

Nice large beer garden in the lower castle garden. There are two table tennis tables (equipment can be rented on site) and a table football table. When the weather is good, the bar is open outside and you can only pay in cash. If the bar is closed, there may be longer waiting times if there are large crowds.

Flora and fauna is simply a gem. Especially suitable for long summer nights and in a great location. The connection to the train is very good and is a great springboard for a trip to the city center. Eating, drinking and relaxing is all possible.

Here you can sit in a beer garden on the edge of the castle garden. Also easily accessible via the Mineralbäder subway stop. By the way, Flora & Fauna is self-service and drinks can be taken directly from the bar. You get a radio buzzer for the food, and as soon as it rings you can also pick up the food.
