The place is wonderful, but unfortunately, the food has reached a low point this year. It's no longer good, and it's become more expensive. I certainly won't be coming here for dinner again. It's a shame considering the great location.

The beer garden has reasonable prices; the red sausage is tasty and reasonably priced. Anyone who wants a beer can get a Maß (liter of beer); I drank the dark beer. It's very drinkable. The location is perfect.

A very nice beer garden in itself. But last year they had Afri Cola and Bluna, and now it's just Pepsi? Please switch back to Afri Cola and Bluna!

I was there for the first time yesterday. I was satisfied. There's a large selection of food. It tasted good. The atmosphere was okay, and there are plenty of shady seats. There's a large beer garden. They played nice music. I highly recommend it. 👍

The food and drinks are great, but I don't understand why they subject their guests to such "filthy and smelly" restrooms? The later the evening, the greasier and smellier the restrooms become. Couldn't they have someone come out and clean them once or twice? I'd be happy, and it would definitely be a good reason to go there more often.

The meat on the burger was terrible; I had to leave it out otherwise I would have been sick. All three of my friends thought it was exactly the same. It was way too expensive for that. My complaint at the cashier was neither understood nor taken seriously, so I'm sorry I have to write this. The beer was sublime, of course, an Augustiner, the ambiance was nice too, a real beer garden, and finding a seat was no problem despite the nice weather. They could do so much more with this place. It's a shame, Stuttgart desperately needs a good, authentic beer garden. Eat well! ;-)

Great location, great ambiance, good selection of food and drinks. But unfortunately, once again, there's an ashtray on every table. No non-smoking area. Non-smokers and children are obviously not welcome as guests.

A beer garden like the ones you see in books. Very large, beautifully shaded under large old trees. You sit on long rows of benches and look out at the greenery. Nice! You have to get your own food and drinks, and if it's busy, you'll also have to wait in line. But that's just a beer garden, and the service behind the bar is fast—everything is well organized. You'll also have to wait in line for the restrooms: the crowds on busy days will be challenging. The food is good, average, with large portions. The snack boards with a selection of ham, sausage, pickles, cheese... are particularly recommended. The pulled pork burger was also great. Very hearty, tasty, and good! A very nice beer garden!

First of all, this is certainly one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Stuttgart. With its large trees and the orchestra shell, it's a real pleasure to sit and look at. But that's about it. The waiters at the counter are so rude, they can't wait for you to place your order and be gone in a flash. And the food tastes the same. At first, it looked quite delicious, but the taste was definitely worse than cafeteria food. But the prices are like those at a gourmet restaurant. So I really wonder why we should go there again.

The beer is perfect. As well as food. You eat in the shadow of the nearby trees. However the service could be improved. If you want food and drink then you need to wait in 2 cues. If there would be another small bar under the trees that sell only beer then the cues will be 3 times shorter.

How much meat was in the meatballs? I have no idea, but it wasn't 90% either. The beer garden is very well organized, both at the bars and in the clearing service. The beer garden itself is beautiful. The old trees make up for any imperfections. Oh, and the restrooms were super clean!!!

Beautiful location. I ordered meatballs with potato salad, which tasted perfectly fine. Nothing special, but solid. What I did notice negatively, however, were the prices. We ordered an Aperol for over eight euros and received it in small wine glasses half-filled with ice cubes. The glass was empty so quickly, we moved on to one of the nearby cafés. We didn't feel like paying so much for so little again. Aperol is traditionally served in LARGE wine glasses. And if you want to deviate from the norm, why not just offer them for less? For a beer garden, I don't think the price-performance ratio is good overall. There's definitely room for improvement.

The only thing I can recommend is the location itself. The seating under the chestnut trees is lovely, perfect when the summer sun is beating down. BUT the food is pretty awful, carelessly prepared and slapped onto your plate. The food and drinks service is extremely poorly organized; you'll be standing in line forever, and the owner himself is the epitome of unfriendliness and listlessness. I don't understand why the beer garden is always so full. It can only be due to the wonderful location.

No, the staff needs to know when to stop serving a chicken. The staff doesn't speak German very well, and the fries had to be thrown away. Luckily, they exchanged them for bread, and the two left on the plate were enough. It's a shame about this otherwise lovely beer garden. We were the only ones there, which isn't surprising given the lackluster staff.

The draft beer tastes great! The food is okay, but nothing earth-shattering. The chicken didn't look that good. The prices are okay, but it shouldn't be more than that. Overall, I can definitely recommend it for an after-work beer – you don't have to eat.

Full of anticipation, we went to the beer garden today after shopping and were unfortunately disappointed. Although the internet says it's open until 11 p.m., we found the doors closed. It would be fair and sensible to update this! More than annoying!

Nice beer garden with very nice staff. Unfortunately the chicken tasted rancid. It's probably been doing rounds on the grill for several days. Schnitzel was worse than in the canteen. Unfortunately not recommended in terms of food. Maybe things will get better if more people visit the beer garden again for the start of spring.

The beer was very tasty, but unfortunately the food was cold. As usual in a beer garden, you get your own food and drinks, prices are very fair.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, but I have to say, there is no more audacious ploy than using a lawyer to embellish the reviews. I was there with my wife in 2019, the quality left something to be desired and then in 2021 the lawyer accused me of not being there and now we were accused of defamation. Disgusting behavior!

Unfortunately, a lawyer tried several times to have my review deleted. I stand by my statements, you could do more with it. I was one of the first guests when the beer garden opened a few years ago. Since then I have noticed that every year the prices have increased, especially for the food, and the quality has declined. A sausage salad now costs over twelve euros and the portion is carelessly packaged in a mason jar. No decoration, no sideboard. I now avoid going there because the price-performance ratio is really no longer right.

The place is nice to enjoy a beer and also offers food options. However, it is a little far from the train station. If you are staying near the Hauptbahnhof, it is not recommended to go there due to the distance.

Personally, I think the food can be improved, if the tarte flambée is put in the freezer in front of you, then that's not nice. I had a vegetarian sausage with fries for 10 euros. Well, no sauce on it or anything. Food has room for improvement, the rest is fine.

Not a tourist trap, but close enough. After settling in an area that doesn't serve until 3 p.m., we got the first round ourselves. So far so good. When shortly before 3 p.m. all the tables around us were gradually set apart from ours, we expected that we would now be able to take advantage of the service. Far from it. The waitress consistently ignored us. After 30 minutes we had the faxes and moved to another table. Here too, the initial contact with the staff was not pleasant. We were lucky at our new table. The waitress was there quickly and took the order. I ordered a sausage salad...and unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. For 11.80 I expected more than just an appetizer. The taste is okay, but nothing more. All in all, nice atmosphere, beer prices okay, service could be improved a lot, portions don't fill you up. Too bad!

Well 🫤 Juice spritzer unfortunately has no carbon dioxide. Chef was annoyed when ordering. Half chicken dry and too salty. Dumplings with cream sauce had way too much fennel. - It's really very expensive! The atmosphere is very nice and the band today was also great. Apart from beer, I wouldn't get anything else in terms of price/performance :/

Really nice beer garden in a historic location in Bad Cannstatt. In my opinion, the Cannstatter Kurpark is the most beautiful park in Stuttgart. Definitely worth a walk. Beautifully shady under ancient trees. The trees also provide plenty of shade for guests in the Augustiner beer garden. There is a large selection of drinks and food. The food is decent and the price is absolutely reasonable. In the summer, when the weather is nice, short concerts by the Stuttgart music associations take place. In my opinion, a beautiful tradition and a unique selling point of the Augustiner Biergarten.

Nice beer garden behind the Cannstatter Kursaal. The Augustiner beer tastes great. On warm evenings you can sometimes have to queue for 15 minutes.

The most beautiful and probably oldest beer garden in Stuttgart. You sit in the idyllic spa gardens of Bad Cannstatt in the shade of the big old trees. The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly. For example, there is homemade iced tea and great fresh salads that have been prepared in a preserving jar. Everything else is well-rehearsed and goes really quickly. In the concert shell there is always music or football at big tournaments. There is also a mini golf course and the Gottlieb Daimler Memorial next door. The large Kursaal and the Cannstatt brine pool are also right around the corner.

Very nice beer garden for public viewing (EM 2024). Well organized, quick drinks distribution! Food and drinks are also significantly cheaper than in the fan zones in Stuttgart.

Located almost directly at the tram stop on the edge of the park. Very convenient to reach. Large complex with large shady trees and self-service. The used dishes are picked up by the staff. The prices are local, for example: E.g. a Hefeweizen €4.90.

Food and beer good. Self-service, but cleared away by helpers. It is often crowded and loud with lots of screaming children. The toilets smell of urine and are not clean. I don't like it there that much and prefer smaller and more pleasant beer gardens. This is just a mass beer garden. I only go here once a year for a regular meeting.

We wanted to watch Turkey's European Championship football game, but unfortunately the transmission and connection were not working. We would have to leave in the 30th minute, not recommended!
