Very nice. It's a bit noisy inside, but the atmosphere is cozy and we had a good conversation. The meat was excellent. We'll be back!

Probably the best meal I've ever had in Berlin! I invited my boyfriend here because he loves steak. I'm not a big meat eater myself, but in the end, I slightly regretted choosing the vegetarian option. We had entrecôte with chili peppers, truffle mashed potatoes, and my personal favorite was wild broccoli with soy sauce, chili, and garlic. Everything was incredibly delicious—they also had great vegetarian options, and we were both completely stuffed. The only downside is that the layout makes it quite noisy, making conversation difficult.

Fleischerei is definitely on the pricier side, but honestly it’s worth it. The interior strikes this perfect balance between industrial and cozy: raw concrete ceilings, white tiled walls that somehow give “laundry room chic” in the best way possible. It’s stylish without feeling pretentious. We’d had this place on our wish list for ages, and finally got to go and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was amazing cooked perfectly, full of flavor, just super satisfying. We had a salad and mashed potatoes on the side, plus a nice red wine, and finished off with an espresso. Everything felt really well thought out and high-quality. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, great for a dinner with friends or a date night. Sure, it’s a bit expensive, but every now and then, it’s nice to treat yourself and Fleischerei definitely delivers on that.

I cook for myself and wouldn't recommend this place. - The space is stylish, but very noisy. The seating consists partly of old, painted school chairs or backless benches. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable. - We ordered a large bottle of still water. What we received was an open carafe of water, I suspect tap water, for €4. Sparkling water was also only available in carafes. - The appetizer arrived super fast, even before the drinks we ordered. - The drinks were excellent. - The steak tartare was presented without any care (tartare on a plate, egg yolk on top, done). The meat quality was very good, but the flavor was completely overpowered by the very generous use of mustard. A shame; if I want to taste mustard, I'll eat a sausage with mustard. - The schnitzel was okay, but the accompanying potato salad was one of the most boring ever. - The steak was very good. - Every side dish had to be ordered and paid for separately. The wild broccoli could have been cooked a few seconds longer. The seasoning was very sparse. And I also found it outrageous that two small stalks of wild broccoli cost €7. - Conclusion: The steak and drinks were worth the price, the rest wasn't. - Poor value for money, an overpriced dive.

The food was simply excellent! Absolutely delicious!! It's incredibly loud at your place, which is why I'm deducting two stars. I was slightly hoarse after my visit, and my ears were ringing like I'd just left a club. Therefore, I won't be returning.

The beef tartar was unfortunately a disappointment. The high mustard content almost completely overpowered the meat's flavor, which cast doubt on the entire dish. The side dishes, which seemed rather undesirable overall, were also unconvincing; they were undercooked and very understated in their seasoning. The entrecôte, which was prepared almost perfectly, and the schnitzel, which was also good, deserve special mention. Considering the prices charged, however, the overall impression is rather mixed: In terms of presentation and taste, the food leaves much to be desired. For the standard offered, one would have expected better service. The cocktails, on the other hand, were excellent. The bottom line: I would return if invited again, but for this price and the level of service offered, there are much more attractive alternatives in the region. For half the price, you can enjoy a far more upscale culinary experience elsewhere.

Meat, surprisingly, takes center stage at this butcher shop, and they're great at it. Simple, good cuisine Small but fine wine list. Service seems consistently relaxed and motivated.

Six of us were at the restaurant on a Thursday evening. We had a reservation. The reception staff was very friendly. It was so loud in the dining room that you could only have a conversation with the person sitting opposite you. Apparently, they're still renovating. The menu is very limited and priced quite high. Given the name "Butcher Shop," I expected a bit more meat dishes. The drinks 🥤 were taken and brought promptly. A 0.2 oz Coke Zero costs €3.50. We actually waited almost two hours for the food. They apologized in between that it was taking so long, as they were so busy and we were next in line. The food itself was quite good, but the portions were very small for the price. The additional side dishes were quite okay. To compensate for the long wait, we were offered a small alcoholic drink on the house. A nice gesture, but if you don't drink alcohol, it doesn't add any value. It's a shame; asking in advance would have been great. Given the prices, some bread with olive oil beforehand would have been appropriate. All in all, a nice evening, but I don't feel the need to come back right away. Perhaps when it's a bit less busy.

Simply soooo delicious and great service.

I just celebrated my birthday with my wife. The food was fantastic. The Angus steak was tender as butter, the prawns were perfect, and the sauce was delicately seasoned. The side dishes were perfect, and the service was super attentive. You can still feel the old butcher shop, and the ambiance was a contrast to the menu. We'll be back.

Kinda bangers all around. Nice staff, atmosphere, pricing is fair for Wally beautiful meats and the prep is perfect on all the steaks we had. One of the beta tarars I've had in Berlin.

The meat at the Berlin butcher's shop was really, really good – top-notch in taste and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the presentation was disappointing: The meat was served somewhat carelessly and "all by itself" on the plate, without giving the impression of a well-rounded composition. We also ordered a green leaf salad with nuts – but I couldn't see or taste the nuts. I've also rarely gotten so little salad for €10 – it felt like it was just three leaves. That seems significantly overpriced to me, with all due respect. Of course, the butcher's shop is a trendy, trendy spot, but I also consider good value for money to be a must there. The quality of the meat was top-notch, but the rest unfortunately didn't convince me.

Great place for everyone who loves meat! Amazing quality and it was really on point. The previous restaurant before the construction work was more cozy tbh, but we still enjoyed our evening!

Lol they removed my 3 star review, like they did with all reviews that have 3 stars or less. How sore! Look for honest reviews at TripAdvisor. If they want to know: they are overpriced, the food is average and you need to wait too long to be served.

Very friendly and attentive service, excellent food (fillet steak). Due to the space and the high occupancy on a Friday night, it was relatively noisy.

The Chateaubriand is highly recommended!

A really great place, first-class service, the tartare was very good, but I would have liked the risotto and entrecote to be a bit better, especially since the piece of meat was simply lying on an empty plate, with no salt or pepper to decorate the plate or a little splash of sauce, well, something to make the plate seem less boring.

Woke up and went looking for food after 9 hours on a plane, ended up here. An extraordinary cascade of fates. Food was amazing! Loved the service. The Great Dane for pets! Wanted to try dessert but was too full. Highly recommend.

Went there a while ago and had a bad experience due to lack of spices and bad nightmanager. Now comment was deleted without any answer or Improvement. Would simply not recommend going as there‘s much better places in Berlin.

Finally back after two years of renovations. Everything has turned out beautifully! The menu is still being updated, as is the wine list. But what they have so far is great! And the cocktails are delicious too! Service is charming and attentive. I'm looking forward to cozy evenings with friends in one of the best restaurants in town!

They're back. After renovating and rebuilding the building, the butcher shop is back. Service and food are as excellent as they always were. The soft opening is very charming, with a small but fine dinner and wine menu. Prices and portion sizes are very reasonable. A gap at the bottom of Schönhauser Allee has been filled. We went to this restaurant after it opened only one day before. The service was excellent.We were taken care of so nicely. The food , cocktails and red wine were perfect. I will want to go there whenever I am in Berlin. That means I fully recommend the restaurant.

Lovely terrace. Wonderful staff. And then;two burnt cauliflower florets for €19! Listed as broccoli + cauliflower, but the broccoli had apparently fled the scene. Food took over an hour. Still, somehow, the first bite made us forgive them. Restaurants are strange that way-chaos, delay, missing vegetables… and you leave thinking, yeah, well. Chateaubriand? Good. Béarnaise? Fine. Wine? Nice and not absurdly priced.

Wir waren von dem Ambiente angetan und hatten uns sehr auf den Abend gefreut. Was folgte war ein mäßiges Essen zu hohen Preisen, dass uns von einer unfreundlichen Bedienung serviert wurde.

I ate here very early in the evening so it was not cramped or noisy as others had mentioned. However, if you are seated outside or at the window seats (as I was), the view is of street construction which doesn't make for a great ambiance. That said, the steak was delicious and the sauce that came with it was absolutely wonderful (it was a foamy bearnaise??). I had wondered how attentive they were to details when I saw that the glass on the menu display at the door was shattered (and it didn't look like it had happened yesterday), however, I just checked their website and see they are now closed until November for renovations which explains why the ambiance may have been off.

The white wine is good, the taste of steak was okay, nothing special, could be better for this money, the place is overpriced but cute (if we will not count the view to road reconstruction). Also please pay attention to the serve of wine, the customer should see the bottle. The service is great, quick and nice waitresses.

Hier gibt es Fleisch, sehr gutes Fleisch. Modernes Ambiente, guter Service und eine gute Auswahl an Weinen. Die Beilagen und Soßen sind genauso gut wie der Star des Tellers…

Great ambience. Good for groups (can get loud) and also more intimate setting. Short menu, people will find something they like. Overpriced by 20% for quality and portion sizes; wine list on the upper end too. Trying to be upscale but… not delivering on that at any level. Service a bit curt. Schnitzel was good but watery (potatoes had great flavor!), cesar salad was heavily dressed. Quail egg on the tartare was excellent and the chicken is the highlight. I think the side dish of steamed carrots - which was recommended by the waitress - is the worst dish I’ve been served at a restaurant and charged €6 for. Would come back if I wasn’t paying myself. Would recommend for ambience.

Essen, interior, ziemlich gut und dafür ist es akzeptabeler Preis. Aber gibt es dagegen ein riesiges Problem. Wir haben auf unseres Essen für 80 min gewartet, aber hat sich niemand dafür entschuldigt und uns vorher ums Verständnis gebeten. Was ich nicht verstehe, dass sie meistens nur reservierte Gäste annehmen und die Gäste aber auf Essen über ne Stunde warten müssen. Beim Zahlen hat die Kellnerin uns nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Ich war ziemlich wütend, aber haben uns darüber nicht beschwert. Ich habe ihr geantwortet, dass wir kein Trinkgeld zahlen würden. Sie ist auf einmal so kalt geworden und ohne Wort weggegangen.. Nach dem zufriedenen Essen sind wir aber traurig das Restaurant verlassen. Ein seltsamer Geburtstag.

One of my favorite local spots in Berlin. Great service, excellent food and lively atmosphere. All the steak cuts are top notch and the selection of sides are equally tasty. I recommend the asparagus soup when it’s in season.

I was looking forward to eat here but it was such a disappointment. The staff was ok but I can not say the same about the food. The burguer meat was dry, the mayo had way too much salt, the schnitzel is the smallest I´ve seen in Germany and was also quite dry, and the chocolate souffle is pretty mediocre for a 10 euro dessert. As some other reviews point out this place is clearly overpriced.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit sehr nettem, aufmerksamem Personal. Außergewöhnlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Essen war wirklich sensationell! Burger, Steak, Brathähnchen - Tiptop! Es war auch kein Problem, dass ein zusätzlicher Gast kam. Freundlichkeit der Bedienung war super; Dame hinter dem Tresen hingegen sehr grob und unfreundlich. Versuch der 'Berliner Schnauze' nach hinten losgegangen. Leider Punktabzug.

Preis-Leistung aus unserer Sicht nicht stimmig. Hatten für ein Geburtstagsessen einen Tisch reserviert - eine Tischdeko oder irgendeine andere Aufmerksamkeit gab es nicht. Die Speisen sind sehr hochpreisig aber dafür eher auf einem Standard-Niveau. Saußen zu den Steaks waren fast kalt, die Beilagen maximal ok. Die Steaks waren lecker, kühlten auf dem Holzbrett aber schnell aus.

Ein eher enttäuschender Besuch, der Service ist unterkühlt und ein Hauch Arroganz schwebt in der Luft. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich.

Steaks perfectly cooked and delicious. The vegan miso cabbage dish was a flavour explosion as well. There were some issues with our service, the kitchen lost our mains order and we had to rush to eat the luscious steaks in under 10 minutes. Due to a show. There was also some lacks in knowledge but it was so yummy we will be back and hope for a smoother ride.

Lekker, maar duur. Hygiëne was ook niet fantastisch. Hond aaien en knuffelen en verdere cocktails maken zonder handen te wassen. Maatbeker leegdrinken en nadien opnieuw gebruiken zonder af te wassen. Maatlepel aflikken en verbruiken zonder af te wassen...wat je al niet ziet als je aan de toog zit...

Coole Location Top Essen Leckere Getränke bzw. Gin&Tonic Preislich etwas höher angesiedelt aber trotzdem stimmig. Unbedingt vorab reservieren. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen Platz am Fenster bekommen. Nettes freundliches Personal

We had a really nice dinner, steaks were good, schnitzel was tasty, and the beef tartar was really good. Deserts were not on the same level, feel free to skip them. Service was really good!

Essen war lecker, Getränke waren super nur leider wurde uns nicht zu Beginn mitgeteilt, dass die Zeit begrenzt ist. Wir konnten nicht mal mehr ein Dessert essen. Als wir noch was bestellen wollten, hieß es das wir das zwar machen können, aber in 15 Min gehen müssen. Das Tische doppelt besetzt werden ist per se vollkommen in Ordnung und dass man es vielleicht auch nicht von Beginn an sagt, um das Gäste Erlebnis nicht zu schmälern, ist auch okay aber dann muss man auf die Gast eingehen. Wenn man merkt, dass Gäste länger verweilen, dann muss man sie rechtzeitig informieren, dass die Zeit leider begrenzt ist.

Wir haben unglaublich gut gegessen!! Das Fleisch, die Scampi, der Salat, alles herrlich und unsere Begleitung war sehr glücklich mit dem veganen Gericht. Ein Muss wenn man in Berlin ist!

Von aussen eher unscheinbar,von innen top. Das Lokal versprüht als Special-Location im Industriestil eher den Anschein in einer Metzgerei/Schlachterei zu sitzen als in einem Restaurant. Dieses spezielle Ambiente macht das Lokal aus.Das Essen war super lecker, sowohl Burger ,wie auch Steak hatten den absolut gewünschten Gargrad und waren geschmacklich lecker

Had an amazing dining experience at Fleischerei. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. The service was top notch and the ambiance was sophisticated yet comfortable. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a great night out.

Die Fleischerei ist schon einen Besuch wert. Das Essen, besonders das Fleisch, war wirklich sehr gut! Das Verhältnis zwischen Fleisch und den anderen Bestandteilen des Gerichtes war nicht sehr ausgewogen, aber du kannst problemlos nachbestellen. Leider haben wir, trotz verbindlicher Vorbestellung Wochen im voraus, nicht das Essen bekommen, was wir bestellt haben. Besonders ärgerlich war dies bei der vegetarischen Variante, da die Alternativen nicht wirklich befriedigend waren. Wir hätten uns in dieser Situation zumindest eine Information vorab gewünscht. Der Service war ausgesprochen herzlich und bezaubernd, trotz voller Auslastung. An der Getränkeauswahl könnte noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Und das Ambiente ist besonders. Eben wie in einer alten Fleischerei - etwas kühl, schlicht, modern. Die Preise sind hoch, aber noch angemessen. Hier kannst du einen schönen Abend mit gutem (vor allem Fleisch) Essen verbringen. Super Ambiente, super Essen und Service. Der burger und burrata empfehlenswert. Der Keller war spitze, extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Hätte sogar meine Jacke noch verkaufen können 😅

The service and food totally didn’t correspond to the level they suggest with the pricing. We waited for the food for about 45 minutes (empty Sunday evening, more than half of the restaurant was empty), and what arrived was grass-tasting beans that we returned, and a fruity weird potato salad that were both atrocious and we also returned. The kohlrabi and beef tartare were very good, but generally, I’d never go back to the place. A side note: some of the personnel spoke 0 German (not even knowing how to answer “wie groß ist der salat”) which was very uncomfortable - I myself don’t speak amazing German but the family members that we were there with struggle with English, so it was just not a good experience. Basic knowledge would’ve cut it.. Anyway, to the owners - please either raise the level of service and food, or decrease the pricing. :)

Ich bin bisher 2mal da gewesen und beide Male sehr zufrieden gewesen.Die Fleischerei bietet ein lockeres und gemütliches Ambiente. Beide Male wurden wir von Michel bedient. Sehr zuvorkommend, locker und immer ein lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen.Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und von Anfang an gut abgeholt. Das Essen war ein Traum.Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle weiter.

Ein tolles Restaurant, ein sehr aufmerksamer und wirklich netter Service (Michel). Unsere Gläser waren nie leer, das Essen war wirklich sehr toll und das Ambiente spricht für sich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für einen tollen Abend bei und mit euch.

Ich war am Samstag mit meiner Frau zu Besuch und wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service einwandfrei. Wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter namens Kai bedient. Ich habe lange nicht mehr solch einen aufmerksamen Service erlebt. Beide Daumen hoch!

Wow, really bad experience. Even though I had reservation for a table, waiter seated us at the bar. He was completely confused. He did not spoke in English, and even though we told him we did not speak German, he was talking to us in German. I had to wait 2 hours for main course. It was overpriced for its quality. Looks better outside than inside. In reality it’s just average restaurant with poor service.

I visited the restaurant last night and gotta say the service was excellent! Food looked and tasted delicious and the accommodation was great! A special thanks goes to Kai who assisted us during the entire evening providing an amazing service, friendly and highly professional, totally recommended!! Will definitely come back !

Ick fang ma mit dem Juten an : Pommes - sehr gut Quetschkartoffeln - sehr gut Wein - sehr gut sagt die Frau Gurkensalat - sehr gut Ambiente - gut Sooo... Schnitzel sah super aus wie ein echtes "Wiener" aber es war sehr trocken und die Panade gewöhnungsbedürftig. 23€ auf jeden Fall nicht wert. Pommes waren auch sehr wenig sowie ein Schnapsglas voll Kartoffelsalat der aber schmeckte. Nettes Team, nur mussten wir erst die deutsche Servicekraft rufen da wir des englischen nicht unbeding mächtig sein wollten. Ist also eher wat für Touris,wir werden nächste ma wieder bei uns umme Ecke nach´m Griechen oder zum Dönermann jeh´n.

Very nice ambiance, great food - amazing for birthdays, dates or business dinners alike.

Wir waren mit fünf erwachsenen Personen dort und hatten zum Essen auch Wein und Bier. Auch wenn man den Shabby -Style pflegt, fanden wir es letztlich nicht weiter empfehlenswert. Die Preise sind teils zu hoch. Beilagen sind für die gelieferte Menge viel zu klein. Die Roastbeef selbst waren lecker und das Fleisch war gut. Es ist recht unbequem auf grob weiß lackierten Holzbänke und -tischen. Dünne Polsterauflage. Letztlich kamen dann in der Hauptzeit Samstags um 19:30 - 20:00Uhr noch Getränkelieferungen die bei offener Tür dann komplett quer durch den Laden liefen. (Siehe Fotos) Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde erst reagiert und man bot uns dann ungefragt einen Schnaps an. Die Bedienung möchte kess wirken und stellt einem dann einen unetikettierten Schnaps auf den Tisch. Weiter wird nicht gesagt. Letztlich dafür zu teuer und überdreht sowie auf Grund der Aufmachung innen zu laut.

Wirklich tolles Essen - super Fleischqualität! Die Kürbissuppe war fantastisch! Sehr freundliches, leider aktuell aber gefühlt etwas unerfahrenes Personal. Daher 1 Stern weniger Aber man gibt sich Mühe und hat immer ein Lächeln parat. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir kommen 1x im Jahr und werden auch weiterhin kommen. :) was Steaks angeht eine Top Adresse im Berlin.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht: ich war mit meiner Familie hier, aber leider war das Essen kalt, kam erst sehr spät, die Tür war die super lange offen für eine Lieferung (auch nach mehrmaligem Bitten, sie zu schließen) und es hat sehr gezogen und war kalt. Am Schluss gab es keine Nachspeisen mehr (wir waren auch gar nicht so spät da). Das Schnitzel und die die Garnelen waren aber lecker. Leider war es auch sehr laut, sodass wir uns kaum unterhalten konnten. Schade!

Geniale Lokalität, super leckeres Essen, aber man muss etwas mehr Zeit mit einplanen;)

Essen ok, aber kaum Auswahl für Vegetarier, laute Akustik und die Bedienung schiebt auch gepflegt und laut Kisten durch die Gegend. Für den Preis und die geringe Auswahl ist der Störfaktor dann doch zu groß

Delicious steak, interesting decor. Service was functional (not in a bad way).
