We received a wonderfully warm and friendly welcome after unfortunately not being able to get a table at the Brunsbütteler Damm location, despite having a reservation. However, the lovely waitress took care of us and, together with the owner, arranged a table for us! We even received a few extras as compensation! Totally fair and thoughtful. Thank you so much again for everything. By the end of the evening, we almost felt like VIP guests 🤭 Delicious food, great atmosphere, and above all, fantastic staff. We'll definitely be back.

We had a lovely evening with the family at Plancha. The steak and pork fillet were really well prepared and of good quality. Unfortunately, the pork fillet was missing the sauce, which the menu says should come with it. After we pointed this out, they brought it back, but we still charged for it – which we found a bit disappointing. However, the taste was excellent and the meal was delicious, served in a pleasant atmosphere.

Due to numerous price increases following the coronavirus pandemic, I haven't been there for a while. It was disappointing again, and I received the wrong dish. The pizza is a convenience store item, so perhaps it was freshly topped.

Ordered food again today, June 29, 2025 That was a joke, the chicken breast fillet was super small, and the price was way too high! Cordon Bleu with bones... Will not order food from there again in the future!!! I've never eaten food this bad!!! Sour as hell

I ordered on the homepage. Despite being 6 km away, the food arrived after about 30 minutes. It was well packaged and tasted very good. There were even small rolls and a toasted slice of bread with herb butter. Even the children ate it up and found it delicious. Even the fries were good. Thank you for the delicious food.

Unfortunately, instead of the Gorgonzola sauce we ordered, we now get this simple, tasteless cream sauce. What a shame. When we ordered again, many things were unacceptable, so we won't be ordering there again.

This was our second time there. Everyone ordered the same food as the first time. Among other things, Tagliatelle Salmone. This includes tagliatelle with salmon and crab in lobster sauce. We got tagliatelle with 5 small pieces of salmon, no crabs in tomato sauce. We said this. Reaction that's what you ordered. Another waitress came over and took the food and said it was being made NEW. 2 minutes later the same plate comes back with cream included. FUCK. Then we wanted to pay. Cash or card...we cash...the price was mentioned but no invoice. When we asked, we said it would come later... after 20 minutes we left.
