Great hospitality, even better food and Everything was on point. Will definitely visit again.

The furnishings are super attractive and at the same time really cozy, you immediately feel at home. The waiters are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The prices really surprised me, really cheap for the quality! All in all, a great place if you want to have a really good meal without spending a fortune.

The service was very unfriendly, I had ordered schnitzel Mexicana with fries, in my opinion schnitzel was molded meat (chicken), the fries were not yet cooked through and I didn't know that a Mexican sauce only consists of tomato soup and onions. It was the first and last time I had a meal here.

Best waiter, delicious meat, especially steak and chicken in pepper sauce. I recommend from the bottom of my heart and would be happy to come back with my family.

"An absolute highlight for steak lovers! As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The selection of steaks is impressive and the quality of the cuts of meat leaves nothing to be desired. My steak was perfect Cooked - a nice crust on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. The side dishes, especially the fresh vegetables, were also a pleasure. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the waiting times were minimal. For anyone who enjoys high-quality meat in a pleasant atmosphere If you want, this steakhouse is a must! I'll definitely be back.

We are visiting family from the Rhineland. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law raved about this and what can I say... we can understand it. After the four of us went out to eat yesterday, the two of us went there again today. The quality of the food is high, the price is absolutely crazy. But what convinced us 100% was the warmth, the friendly service and the feeling that we were not just another customer! I wish we had a restaurant like this 🤩 Please keep it up and the next time we're in Staaken, we'll be there again.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the food came 1.5 hours late, even though that's a 10 minute journey. The dressing was missing from the salad and I also had a hair in it. The fries were also soggy. Then of course I called the restaurant directly and explained my situation objectively. The man on the phone kept interrupting me and therefore only understood what I wanted after 5 minutes. He got very mushy and ultimately assumed that it was my hair (I'm blonde and my hair was black) and brazenly hung up on me. Conclusion: apart from the poor price-performance ratio, I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and just don't order there.

I've never been there, so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. But I have often had my food delivered and this is now my favorite restaurant. No matter what dishes I have had so far, I have always been very satisfied. I think the burgers are probably the best. The volume of the burgers is really crazy. Even though I'm a damn good eater, I'm completely full after a burger. I also think it's mega in terms of price. The drivers have always been very friendly and very accommodating.

We ordered from Plancha via Lieferando, unfortunately the drinks were not delivered but were charged for and no subsequent delivery was made. The opening hours are also not correct; when we were in the restaurant in person, we were no longer served at 10:45 p.m., even though the opening times are stated until midnight. Very cheap food preparation. It feels like the dressing comes out of the packaging and molded cheese is used. Conclusion: Not recommended, you can order food in an absolute emergency

Pizza was absolutely subpar. The bottom was like cardboard and the cheese was partially burnt. The spaghetti carbonara was ok.

We just ordered today via Lieferando, it was supposed to be there in 1 hour, but it only arrived after 2 hours. Then half wrong. I had ordered spaghetti carbonara and it came with potato gratin with chicken in tomato cream sauce. The chicken schnitzel for my husband was in the pan for about 10 minutes too long. But the fries were good and the salad with them and the free Coke because of the delay. Next time I would like my carbonara. We'll give you another second chance.

We had dinner there this evening because this plancha is always open very late. Today Thursday until 11.30 p.m. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant is located in a fairly quiet location in a 30s zone. There is a nice large terrace here... The staff is always very friendly and you are served quickly. Today was the first time we weren't so lucky with the food. We expressed that too. Our complaint was accepted and it was handled in a very customer-oriented manner. I think that's very important. Because every now and then there is something to criticize. What matters is how the company or restaurant deals with the complaint. Thanks to the friendly waitress and thanks to the boss who made a decision within a minute. I can recommend the fillet steak medium and the mushrooms in Gorgonzola sauce. That's what I usually eat here. Delicious. And that's why we'll see each other again soon.... 😏

Small, nicely furnished restaurant, has plenty of outside seating where you can enjoy the sun. The map is clear, which I personally think is good. Pasta, pizza, meat dishes and some salads are offered. We had a selection of dishes and were very satisfied apart from the little things. The nice waiter often came to the table and politely asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything else..... The price/performance ratio is good, so you shouldn't expect it to be a first class restaurant......!!!! Unfortunately, I've already read some comments complaining about vague things, completely unnecessary. I can recommend it.... And I'm glad that we have it in the immediate vicinity and don't always have to drive into the "city" to grab a bite to eat. The pictures speak for themselves.

A 50% promotion is running all summer long! Really prices like before Corona and that doesn't compromise the quality. You can sit outside under the umbrella and it's a quiet environment. This way you can also enjoy your food. The ambience around it is not quite as well maintained. Then there is still room for improvement! But food tastes good!!!😊

I ordered on the homepage. Despite being 6 km away, the food arrived after about 30 minutes. It was well packaged and tasted very good. There were even small rolls and a toasted slice of bread with herb butter. Even the children ate it up and found it delicious. Even the fries were good. Thank you for the delicious food.

A quietly located, cozy restaurant with a large outdoor area, very good, friendly service and a variety of dishes and drinks, at very good prices. We were lucky enough to take part in the 50% off everything promotion for the company's 30th anniversary. The menu left nothing to be desired if you like steak, burgers, Mexican cuisine and I like that. I chose the 300g steak grill plate with very tasty fried potatoes. I'm very disappointed, the schnitzel was very tasty but the fries were too dark and hard and the service leaves a lot to be desired - there is no communication with the guest and if so they always just walk away. I have the feeling that if you eat from the special menu you are a second class citizen. I think since it was now the second attempt it will have been the last.OP

Very cozy, delicious food at great prices and the staff is absolutely on their toes. There were over 20 people there and the dishes were almost all ready at the same time and cooked to perfection. Respect!

Not warm, carelessly prepared, very long delivery time and significantly worse in taste. Today the delivery finished us off. 1 hour 45 min. delivery time. The food was very unappetizing in terms of taste and appearance. We regretted ordering again. That was the last time. Got very, very bad.

War heute mit meiner Freundin dort essen und na ja….das Bild spricht denke ich für sich! Wir hatten beide das Cordonbleu mit einer Champion-Rahmen-Sauce, aber das darf sich echt nich Cordonbleu nennen! Es war nur Schinken mit Käse und zu lange frittiert…es war einfach kein Fleisch da!!!…die Sauce war eine Pfeffer-Sauce (falsch) und als ich die Bedienung darauf angesprochen habe war diese auch nicht drum bemüht mir etwas Neues anzubieten o.ä…naja das Bier hat gemundet…1ste und letzte mal.

Mir ist schleierhaft, wieso bisweilen nur so wenig Sterne vergeben wurden. Wir sind gerade das erste mal dort gewesen. Service, Ambiente, Auswahl an Speisen sind hervorragend. Wir haben heute, hier, ein neues Stammrestaurant für uns gefunden….

Das Essen war lecker wie immer schnelle Lieferung und kam warm bis heiß an. Kann ich nur Empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei mal tiramisu zum mitnehmen gekauft es riecht und schmeckt verdorben, mein Schwager ist hin gegangen um sich zu beschweren und hat das Geld zurück verlangt was 11€ sind. Erstens wussten die Kellner selber nicht mehr wie lange der tiramisu da liegt und zweitens haben sie mein Schwager mitten im Restaurant angeschrien und sche*ße behandelt wahrscheinlich wollten sie ihn nicht ernst nehmen, weil sein deutsch nicht perfekt ist und sie wollten das Geld nicht zurück geben. Also dass wir schlechtestes Essen kriegen und dann noch so behandelt werden??? Wie unprofessional und respektlos! Wir hätten Lebensmittelvergiftung kriegen können. Nach langer Diskussion und Drama vom Mitarbeiter oder Boss haben wir noch das Geld zurück bekommen was selbstverständlich sein sollte. Wir kamen eigentlich öfter vorbei und haben öfters süßes bestellt, aber nach diese Behandlung kriegen sie kein Cent mehr von uns.

Ein Restaurant mit einem wunderbaren Außenbereich. Die Speisen sind super lecker. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte gehabt. Aber besonders großartig ist die Bedienung durch Adam gewesen. Seine freundliche und humorvolle Art hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht!

Eine schöne ruhige Terrasse zum gemütlichen Essen. Essen war lecker und hat nicht lange gedauert. Preisleistung ist okay komme gerne wieder. Bedienung war Nett und zuvorkommend.

Extrem ekelhaftes Essen! Ich habe dort Cordon Bleu bestellt und das einzig genießbare waren die Pommes und die Sauce, ansonsten sehr ungenießbar. Genauso wie die Pizza von meinem Bruder, sehr sehr seltsamer Geschmack!

Sehr schönes kleines liebevolles eingerichtetes Restaurant , schön sauber ist es auch jedesmal als wir da waren ! Kellner sind sehr freundlich und Kinder sind dort gerne gesehen . Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Preise sind angemessen ... ! Gehen sehr gerne dahin 😊

Plancha hat mich noch nie enttäuscht, seit viele Jahre immer wieder gerne. Essen von der Qualität kaum zu überbieten. Steak sowie Fleischspieß sind meine persönlichen Favoriten. Über Preise möchte ich weniger reden, ist mit Sicherheit nicht zu teuer und irgendwo muss man für das was man bekommt auch denen dankbar erweisen. Üppiges Trinkgeld ist bei mir selbstverständlich, Restaurants haben es in der Zeit " Kunde möchte so billig wie möglich essen" nicht grad einfach.

Sehr lecker, riesige Portion, gute Preise, nette Bedienung, angenehmes Ambiente. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen!

Leider auch 2. Bestellung nicht gelungen. Statt Reis kamen Pommes. Pfifferlinge schmeckten bitter. Bolognese Sauce war sauer.

wir haben essen bestellt - sehr lecker lieferung innerhalb von 60 minuten

Wir haben gestern dort bestellt und die Lieferung war unter aller Kanone. Wozu bestellt man zu sich wenn man es dann gefühlt doch selbst abholen muss. Wir haben zu uns auf Arbeit bestellt und es wurde nicht dort hingeliefert wir mussten es von ganz vorne vom Haupteingang draußen abholen da sich die Dame geweigert hat reinzukommen. Ist bis jetzt der einzige Laden! Jede andere Firma hat bis zu uns direkt geliefert. Sowas geht garnicht. Geschmacklich hat die Pizza einfach nach Pappe geschmeckt und war schon kalt, da die Pizza dazu auch noch zu spaet geliefert wurde. Plancha hat total nachgelassen. Da wird definitiv nicht mehr bestellt!

Ein schönes Restaurant, welches einlädt länger zu bleiben als man es eigentlich vorhatte. Wir waren mit der Familie dort und jeder ist auf seine Kosten gekommen! Das Rumsteak war der Hammer! Der Laden ist auch ganz süß eingerichtet, vielleicht noch etwas mehr passendere Deko an den Wänden - dann wirkt es nicht so kahl. Mein Manko, weswegen wir wahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen werden, so lecker und toll es doch auch war, es gibt keinen Wickeltisch - obwohl das Behinderten WC mehr als genug Platz böte - und die Wege sind etwas eng um einen Kinderwagen dort hinzustellen. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Gerne gehen wir hier zwischendurch mal essen...leider war ein Mitarbeiter nicht aufmerksam und vergass 2 Dinge aus unsere Bestellung auf Nachfrage kam nichts! Nach Austausch des Mitarbeiter...hatte er sich für seinen Kollegen entschuldigt

Klein und nett eingerichtet. Essen gut und Portionen mehr als Fair. Pizza würde ich mir nicht holen , aber die Fleischgerichte sind wirklich nicht verkehrt. Berücksichtigt man die Preise ist das Verhältnis echt in Ordnung und man kann gut zu Mittag essen. Deshalb meiner Meinung nach gerade als Mittag oder Mal eben für zwischendurch empfehlenswert. Draußen kann man nett sitzen. Plätze gefühlt ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da.. die Pizza hat leider nicht geschmeckt. Es gab noch weitere Gerichte, die kamen gut an. Der Service war sehr nett und das Restaurant ist von innen einladend eingerichtet und lädt zum Sitzen bleiben ein.
