The food and atmosphere are okay. However, the white-haired boss is absolutely unbearable. Rude and unprofessional. He has no way with customers. He should learn to keep his mouth shut. He's a disgusting guy. The rest of the staff were much more tactful.

The ambiance inside could be more cozy. The opening hours stated it was open at 11:00 a.m., but I arrived at 11:30 p.m. I had to wait and wasn't given a particularly welcoming or friendly welcome. The food was okay, but I didn't try anything else. It's a shame.

Everything was freshly prepared, well-seasoned, and harmoniously balanced. You can tell the chef is passionate about his work and puts thought into both taste and presentation. The prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely justified given the quality. Anyone looking for fresh fish in a pleasant atmosphere will definitely find it here.

I was there for the first time today. I passed by by chance and recognized it from a TV report. A quaint restaurant with a variety of fish options. I ordered fish and chips and was satisfied. It was delicious, well prepared, and I was full. I'd love to come back.

Un très très bon restaurant de poisson et de fruits de mer à 5mn de la station Eberswalder Str.. L'accueil est attentionné. Le choix est simple et gourmand. Les poissons sont d'une exceptionnelle fraîcheur. Nous avons pris le poulpe (octopus) en plat du jour. Ceux qui me connaissent savent que je suis très exigeant. La cuisson , le goût et la présentation sur l'assiette étaient parfaits. La cuisinière accompagne ses plats de graines germées délicieuses. C'est appétissant. C'est bon. J'ai demandé par gourmandise un filet de hareng et trois couteaux. C'était parfait. Prix très raisonnables. Une adresse que je recommande. Elle a dû succès vu le nombre de clients. Bravo. Et merci pour la gentillesse.

The fish factory is simply great! My absolute favorite dish – fish and chips – is available here in the best quality: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The owners are super friendly, the whole team is really welcoming. You immediately feel comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

I visited this snack bar today because it was featured as a good snack bar on the rbb broadcast yesterday. There were two glasses of wine, various fish, mussels and shrimp. The taste wasn't bad, but I think it would have been better to go somewhere else.

Overly sweet shop where the boss also cooks with love himself. I'm just eating the tagliatelle with seafood and it's just the sea in my mouth 💙

It’s rare to find a place in Germany where you can compare different types of oysters like this — thank you for the experience! I paired them with a glass of Chardonnay, which was a perfect match.

The place is small and cozy, and you can watch the chef as he cooks. We ordered the fish platter for two, which comes with a glass of wine for each and is priced at 60€. The platter was delicious, and the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The chef was also very accommodating and cooked the meal in oil, rather than butter, since I’m dairy intolerant. We will definitely be back!

I love it! Food fresh and fine, depending on the offer of the day, simply prepared on the grill, no frills and the host is lovely! As is well known, this is not a given in Berlin. Always happy again.

Male salesperson, probably the boss (gray hair, beard, is almost always there) was extremely rude/unfriendly. His colleague sat us down at a table. The gray-haired man then shouted at us with the words “the table is not free”. When we explained that his colleague had given us the seat, all we heard was complaining, no apology, nothing. If we had a competent, polite employee who is supposed to be so obliging, we would have waited for a replacement place, but 4/4 of us potential customers have lost their appetite for the restaurant. And that wasn't Berliner Schnauze, that was just stupidly bold and unprofessional. It's a shame because we like fish and are neighbors too.

Tiptop store. I saw a TV show about this snack bar and was already impressed. On the spot, everything that had been announced in advance was fulfilled. I'd love to go there again. Small menu (I like that a lot), quick ordering and a typical Berlin atmosphere. So if you like eating fish you should stop by there.

Positive: good fish quality, correctly cooked, excellent oysters Negative: unless you're sitting outside, inside ventilation is just not enough and one inevitably gets a pretty strong fish odour in hair and clothes. Unfortunately, shells have sand (understandable as they take them directly from the stock on sale, so they couldn't have time to properly wash them: washing shells requires half a day in water at least), which in my humble opinion is unacceptable.

The fish was good and prepared quickly. However, the service could be improved, especially at the checkout. I only ordered one drink but was charged for two. Although I was refunded the difference, I was told that when asked at the checkout, "How many drinks did you have again?", I answered with two, which was not the case. The tone of his answer bothered me. The employee even had the table number.

Thanks to the friendly and attentive service, which made our visit perfect. A must for everyone who appreciates real seafood of the best quality. Particularly practical: If you want to take a piece of fresh sea food home with you, you can buy the delicacies directly on site.

Very delicious fried fish. Acceptable potatoes. The treatment of the person who collected the bill from us was very hostile (apparently he is the owner) he was extremely upset because we had been carrying our drinks before and we did not buy from him. They saw us coming in with liquids and didn't say anything to have prevented this. A terrible shame that this guy is so hostile to his clients. We will not return again.

We ordered a fish platter for 2 people (€56). It was over. There are no more fish. OK. Baguette, which should be in every dish, was also out. Then we were suggested a mixed platter. The waitress specifically asked how many people there were. We confirmed: For two. Then the record came to you. This was delicious. Fish was well prepared. The bill was a fish platter for €82. That shocked us. The waiter then just grinned and said: A good price for three people...

Last week I was in a restaurant with my friends. But we had a VERY scary and disturbing experience. Later that evening after our visit we all felt sick and sick! One of my friends even had to go to the emergency room and it turned out we all had food poisoning! The fact that they sold us bad fish shows how irresponsible the owners of the restaurant are. I just want to say: Shame on you!

Undoubtedly the best fish n chips in Berlin (I’m English). The quality of all of their fish and seafood in general is outstanding. Their prawns are as delicious as it gets. If your looking for your perfect hole in the wall spot, this is for you.

Small shop with an “open kitchen”, looks like a snack bar, but still very tasty dishes, friendly service. But not that cheap - around €56 for a mix platter for 2 with drinks. Card payment would be desirable.

We were in the mood for fish and so we visited the fish factory. There is little seating but we were lucky. The staff, especially the captain, were very friendly and in a good mood. We had two oysters, very tasty bouillabaisse and a tuna burger, with two glasses of wine. Everything was very tasty including the tuna on the burger on point. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit Berlin

Excellent fish preparations cooked live in front of you while you wait. Seating is very basic and limited so you might need to wait. Once they sell out of an item, it’s finished until the next day. Definitely recommended

We had a bouillabaisse and didn't really expect much. The soup was made fresh and with so much skill and dedication that we were absolutely thrilled. Based on the reviews about the boss, we were a bit skeptical, but he is a real Berlin original and was very helpful and friendly to us. If it works, we'll be back there today.

Uncomfortable shop, boss insults his employees and no prices on the fish. I have never come across tuna priced at 95 euros per kilo in any fish shop. This is an outrage. I didn't really want to go shopping here, but unfortunately my local fish shop was on vacation. Too bad about the money. Very professional answer by the way. To assume that the quality is bad is pretty cheeky. Even if your fish were the best in the world, that doesn't justify the price being almost three times higher than others. Best regards I find it really remarkable how much they assume. I've traveled a lot, but I've never seen a price of almost 100 euros per kilo for tuna. I'm not dictating prices to them, I'm just complaining about them. And that is my right. Then you probably realized that all the answers full of 😂😂😂😂😂😂 emojis weren't really helpful. Good decision. It is still a shop that you should avoid
