It was a great visit, with a very tasty meal.

We were there for dinner yesterday, it was super tasty.😋 Service was very good and we didn't have to wait long for our food. We would love to come back!

A great place with a view directly over the lake where we always like to stop in the summer, either for lunch or just for a fish sandwich on hand or a nice cold drink on hot days. Delicious food, fresh fish and a nice selection with a great ambience and nice service :) It's worth it! :)

Simply a great dining experience with very good food

A wonderful place to eat delicious fish and relax. Especially in summer you can sit right by the water and enjoy one of the delicious fish dishes...

Lakeside restaurant. It has several dining rooms. Three people without wine main course and cucumber salad. 25 euros per person. Warm atmosphere in autumn. Specialized in fish. Polite and correct treatment.

We've eaten here twice in the last few weeks and are very satisfied 🫶  Really a nice location and a restaurant with good, down-to-earth cuisine. The service is nice, quick and very attentive and the view of the lake is just beautiful. We'll be back here soon. 🍺🍽🍷 Addendum: On Wednesday we made a stopover from the tennis club (27 people) on the way back from Schwerin. The service and handling were very professional. My fellow travelers were very satisfied and as a tour guide I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much and all the best 🥰🥰

The menu is manageable, but what is on it is very good. Plus friendly staff. Here you can enjoy yourself at a high level. Gladly again

Schlechteste Retaurant der Region. Da ich nur ein Tee trinken wollte, kam der Spruch: "Solche Gäste wie sie brauchen wir hier gar nicht." Ich protestierte. Dann wurde uns Hausverbot auf Lebenszeit erteilt. Wo gibt es sowas??? Drecksladen.

We had a lunch of fish called sander. It was 3 fillet cuts. Comes with cucumber 🥒 salad and heaps of fries. I only ate a salad and three pieces of sander. The amount is too much. We catch fish from the neighboring lake first thing in the morning and serve it to customers from the large pond near the kitchen.

Went there today, Friday 10/11/24 at 6:30 p.m., of course for a nice dinner... that was our plan. When we arrived, we were kindly told that we could eat until 7 p.m. because it was closed then. Thank you… incredible.

Whether self-service in the beer garden or with service...the outdoor area right on the lake is unbeatably beautiful and the food is delicious. Whenever I'm in Ratzeburg I either sit by the lake with fish sandwiches and beer, or in the winter in the restaurant.

Great location on the lake with a view of the cathedral peninsula. If you like fish, you're in good hands here. If you don't like fish, you can find something else. Vegetarians and vegans should enjoy the fantastic view over the lake with a refreshing drink.

Best place in Ratzeburg to eat outside.

Staff friendly but that was it. I had salad with shrimp skewers. Garlic dip from the tetra pack, prawns not fried. There was supposed to be an espresso on the house, but unfortunately I had to pay. Don't come back

We are often in Ratzeburg and just love coming to the Fischerstube. Whether by car or motorcycle, the trip is worth it. The outdoor area is lovely and with a view of Lake Ratzeburg it is simply fantastic. Very friendly staff at the Fischerstube. There are a lot of bikers there in the summer and there is also extra parking space for motorcycles at the immediate castle lawn. There is also a popular ice cream cafe in the parking lot. The swimming area at the lake in a perfect location is also recommended for relaxing. Just enjoy Ratzeburg

Cheers! Delicious food, tables right on the lakeshore, fresh fish!! The fish plate for 2 people is particularly recommended: a very large portion of delicious fried fish with excellent fried potatoes and an unbeatable mustard sauce. One of the best fish dishes we have ever eaten. Definitely try it out!

Our Ratzeburg excursion came to a successful conclusion in the Fischerstube. We ate wonderful fish that was served to us by very friendly staff.

On September 20th, 2024 I was invited to lunch at the Fischerstube in Ratzeburg! We were quickly assigned a nice table in the restaurant! Ordering was easy and the food came out of the kitchen very quickly! The fillet of char with fried potatoes and chanterelles in cream sauce really impressed me and my girlfriend. Everything was delicious and tasted great!! A wonderful mushroom with it was a very good choice. I can only confirm that this restaurant has very good cuisine, very good accompanying drinks, wonderful service and a very appropriate ambience!! I will definitely plan another visit!! Thank you! Great fish restaurant in a prime location on Lake Ratzeburg. The zander fillet with fried potatoes and cucumber salad tasted excellent. The portion was well sized and the service was very friendly. I'd love to come back!

A nice place to eat fish and look out over Lake Ratzeburg. I had a herring roll that was completely soggy, like a piece of rubber. This happened to me last year, so I won't eat fish sandwiches here anymore. The ladies at the counter are always very reserved (to put it in a friendly way). However, the fish dishes on the menu look good.

Sitting directly on Lake Ratzeburg, enjoying a fried fish with potato salad and a nice beer...what could be nicer? The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter (self-service area) are always nice and courteous. We have not yet tried out the area in which it is served.

Very good, inexpensive food, fantastic atmosphere right on the lake, were there for lunch two days in a row, the first day the service was super nice, often asked if everything was good. Unfortunately, another colleague was there on the second day and asked for a decisive hello before taking our order. We greeted loudly as we entered the restaurant. All in all, a very pleasant stay there

We went to your place today to eat fish sandwiches from the farm shop. The rolls were so delicious that we ate a second one. The service was very pleasant and very friendly, high praise. The outdoor seating with a view of the lake was world class. You can also eat there a la carte. If we are in Ratzeburg again, we will definitely come. And today we had super delicious zander fillet.

The cult restaurant on Lake Ratzeburg. Delicious, freshly prepared fish dishes. Large portions, excellent taste and the prices are also very moderate. People like to come here again and again, also because of the friendliness of the staff and the many outdoor seating options with a view of the lake.

The terrace at the water's edge, with your feet in the sand, is very cool. I didn't know about "Putins", ie fries with toppin. The version with Chili is great if you like spicy food

I have never eaten worse fish!!!!!!!!! Totally burnt fish and potatoes, old used oil, fish was moldy. I know what I'm talking about, I'm a master fisherman myself and have been fishing professionally for over 30 years. No apology or even a discount. Only profit and no service. No advertising for our profession.

This place invites you to linger and with a great backdrop. We arrived before the big rush, so we got our food relatively quickly. It was hot, tasty and fresh, what more could you want. There are various water bowls available for dogs, which we as dog owners naturally think is great.

The food was very tasty, the ambience by the lake was very nice. I have to mention that I was there on Sunday, so it was very full and we were lucky to get a decent seat. Other guests were always directed to the “beer benches” by the lake with reference to reservations. Also nice, but not sooooo comfortable. The restaurant is obviously a destination for many biker groups, so it's like a dovecote with a lot of public traffic. Bikers will definitely feel right at home, but guests looking for peace and quiet may not feel so much. I would like to highlight the always friendly service staff, who always kept an overview in all the hustle and bustle, took time to say a word or two, were very friendly and were able to serve us food extremely quickly. Great!

Delicious fish dishes in a great location in Ratzeburg. Nice service, but we recommend making a reservation if you want to sit outside - no problem inside, even in good weather. You can also order fries, currywurst and schnitzel. PS: Fish sandwiches to go are great and you hardly have to queue.... :-))

I'm not thrilled. The cucumber salad was good and sufficient, everything else was ridiculously small.

Had lunch outside with a parasol in the warm sunshine. The fish dishes (zander and cod) tasted delicious. The price/performance ratio is reasonable. Always happy. I can only recommend.
