An experience, delicious food, great ambience

Nothing that I would find remarkable next to a chip shop...

The service was very nice and accommodating, and special requests were taken into account. However, the food didn't impress me. The tomato soup was almost unseasoned, the fries had no salt and the rice in the curry was rock hard. After commenting on the rice, new rice was brought to us, which was not included in the bill, but was overcooked and bone dry. The salad was also inedible, had brown spots and felt like it was 3 days old. The ambience is very pleasing to the eye, both inside and outside. So if you want something for the eyes, you're welcome, but you can't expect more.

We spontaneously decided to go out for dinner at the finca yesterday afternoon. We sat outside. We ordered Schnitzel Senor with fries and an apple spritzer each. My fries were cold, very hard and full of oil. Only fries that have been fried for too long look like this, or the fries have seen the deep fryer twice. Unfortunately, a waitress only showed up to pay. Complaints were not possible unless I walked through the restaurant with my plate to look for service. Very unfortunate.

Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food was not beautifully presented, wilted salad, and the quality of the food used was unfortunately not that good.

Super bad service. First my bowl was forgotten, 10 minutes later they said there were no more. Everything takes a super long time.

After 11 minutes we got our tickets ourselves. After the drinks were taken, everything was ok. After another 35 minutes we had to ask the waitress that we would like to order something to eat. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, my fries were cold and not completely cooked through. I then said something and my plate was taken away even though there was still something there. I also asked to put up the umbrella because it started to rain and this was not taken into account at all. Unfortunately I didn't get full and unfortunately 2 out of 3 people now also have a stomach ache after eating.

Very pleasant atmosphere (casual and family-friendly) and rich buffet. To be perfect, the "refilling of the offer" would only have to be done a little more quickly - but it is really already very good.

Really nice finca located on the outskirts of the city. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. Drinks came relatively quickly. There is also a small play area for children. Staff friendly...

Unfortunately, we were always a bit "disappointed" on our last visits. Most dishes are missing at least one ingredient. During our last visit, 2 ingredients were missing from a salad and 3 from a bowl. We mentioned this to the waiter and the missing ingredients were immediately added. The salad was a bit brown and the carrot sticks that were served were already past their best. Despite everything, we will come back and hope for "flawless" dishes.

The ambience as well as the food is very good. The service is nice and friendly but could be a little more attentive.

We had breakfast for 47.50 euros! It wasn't exactly cheap. I wanted a boiled egg with an egg cup. I was told you can't get an egg cup! Don't have that many and needed them for place settings? We only paid about 50 euros!!! I left the egg thing behind!!! We were treated like second class rudeness!!! We don't go to this store for breakfast.

For the quality you get here, the prices are a disgrace. The glass that was served with the cola was brought in advance with a spotty greeting from the guest. The food was cold to lukewarm. The fries on the edge of the plate were cold enough that they too could have been a greeting from a previous guest. At least the sauce was still lukewarm, so the fries could get some heat from it. The potato gratin was on the plate in the sauce that actually goes with the meat, which was perhaps intended to keep the gratin on the plate? Some of the sauce ran off the plate and was probably lost on the way. In general, you should explain to the kitchen and the wait staff that the food belongs on the plate and not decoratively underneath. In my imagination, a gratin is also baked with cheese until golden brown and there is no risk of confusion with a potato salad. The grilled vegetables looked like they were left over from the buffet, but at least the taste was okay. The salad was about as warm as the fries, the tomatoes split open from being kept warm. The carrots were brown, as was the lettuce itself at the edges. Anything but fresh. 2 drops of dressing on it and it looked so appetizing that we left it for the next guests, as I'm sure a few before us did. The portion without salad even had leftover salad from scraping(?) hidden under the fries. A little advice again for the employees. Serve the salad cold and the warm food warm. For me it was definitely the first and last visit there.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to Kafe Bar Celona. We ordered a Fredo Cappuccino but what we got was milk with coffee. That didn't meet our expectations at all. The quality and service were inadequate and we certainly won't be returning.

Always great to have brunch here. It's relaxation for the soul. Just enjoy and relax. The buffet is always amazing.

Breakfast buffet was very good, nice staff, everything was good

I used to go to Celona several times, but today it was a disaster, the chicken was completely burnt. I then told the waiter and he took it away and brought it back to me much smaller and even more burnt than before. I have never experienced anything so embarrassing and disrespectful.

I think the selection, especially for vegan dishes, could definitely be expanded. Unfortunately, apart from ice cream, there are no vegan desserts. Unfortunately there is no vegan cake in the afternoon either. Nowadays it is actually unusual that there is no alternative. When I asked the waiter, the only answer I got was “Are you crazy, we don’t have anything like that here.” What a shame! For others with food allergies or who follow a vegan diet, I would like to see more desserts without animal products (vegan) in the future. Cake is so easy to bake in vegan form! Or just vegan vanilla ice cream with strawberries in summer.

Passing by while travelling for work. Place looked nice so we stopped. Had a few tapas and have to say i liked the meal. Could be a nice place to go on a weekend, a bit of food and some drinks, probably decent cocktails as well. Has a nice looking outside area for the summer and a separate room upstairs for large parties. Will go back the next time i have to be in the area

Ordered breadless burger According to the menu with cheese and guacamole It was missing and unfortunately it didn't taste good but no one was interested The waitress approached me and probably didn't know the menu. She asked the kitchen and they apparently didn't know the menu either (otherwise they would have done it right) Waitress came back and said the kitchen said it had to be that way

The café has always been a good place for us students to go, but from today on we will no longer enter this café. The reason for this is: the German European Championship games are broadcast with sound and the others are not.

It's a shame... the atmosphere is really great. But the lunch buffet... croquettes soggy, as were the vegetables. Also, the food was cold. I'll still go again. Second chance. It can happen sometimes. Then I would definitely correct the rating. But first ladies down.

It's always worth going there and having breakfast

I had breakfast there, the breakfast buffet at the end of the day is too expensive for me and I don't want to eat so much at once. So I ordered scrambled eggs and a sandwich. That was okay so far. Once the location reached a certain level, the volume was almost unbearable; I could no longer understand the person I was talking to. The service was great as always!! For me, the finca at the end of the week is a complete disaster, but as I said, really only because of the noise inside, it's bearable within the week and if you can sit outside everything is great. I would say just try it out for yourself.

Went there for a small celebration. Reserved for 15 people...relocated outside upon request! No problem. Delicious food, served quickly. 💦 The casserole dish could be more attractive and cleaner!!! But everyone could eat at the same time. Price performance fits.

In my opinion the food there is not good and is disproportionate to the prices. The portions are quite small, the fries are dry, the raw material had black spots. The schnitzel was fried for too long (deep fryer?) and wasn't tasty. The ambience is pleasant, the music is sometimes quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Especially if you are sitting at the table with several people.

On Ascension Day, from 9:30 p.m. onwards, people simply claimed that deposits could no longer be taken back and that I should bring my cups back to the next event.. brazen money-making!

Price/performance for the food was good. Unfortunately, the service was a bit sloppy, which may be due to the fact that it was mostly trainees or temporary workers. Otherwise a lovely, successful afternoon.

We were in the finca on May 1st, 2024 and I was disappointed, it was very expensive in places, so you had to pay 9 + 1 deposit for a Charly. Brandy/Cola was signposted but brandy wasn't available so we switched to Lillet. The bratwurst wasn't particularly tasty either as it was raw on both ends. The mood was great, the music was great and the atmosphere was great as usual.

Was there on May 1st and wanted something to drink. Entrance fee 5 euros. Bouncers were very unfriendly. It's not about people as guests. Just ripping off the guest and not offering much. Was the last time we were there.

Went to celebrate on the grounds of the finca today, May 1st, 2024. After we wanted to go home we had to go to Ammerländer Heerstr instead of the front. where our bikes were, we left the area at the back and had to do a big lap of honor! What kind of complete idiots are on the organizing team? I will definitely celebrate Father's Day somewhere else!

If you want to wait an hour for the waiter, you should go there 🤦‍♀️🤣

Great ambience with good food and cocktails

The very, very nice shop invites you to eat, drink and chat together. Extremely attentive, flexible and friendly staff. We were there with our little daughter (1 year old). There is even a play area and a playground outside. Perfect for families as well as small or larger groups. Price/performance 5/5!

We are simply thrilled! The new management after the renovation has transformed the finca into our new favorite restaurant. The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. The service is simply a dream: honestly friendly, courteous and incredibly attentive. Even the little ones are taken into consideration with a play area inside, a small playground outside and a well-stocked changing room. There's also a great selection of children's meals and free coloring books and pens to keep you busy. The great ambience and the relaxed manner of the staff create a great atmosphere in which you get a real holiday feeling (even if you can't use the spacious outdoor area due to rain). We are happy to recommend you and will DEFINITELY come back ♥️

The service was excellent even when the breakfast/brunch buffet was at full capacity. We were there with a dog and water was immediately offered and refilled upon request. Since the “balcony” has a great view and we had enough space for the dog, we were all very happy. The selection at the buffet is extensive and everyone has found something for themselves. I particularly enjoyed the crepe station. I would only like to see better labeling of the individual offers. When it came to the types of cheese, we went by feeling 😁

Went there again for the first time after the renovation on Saturday. The food was a disaster. Pizza ice cold, dry and the sauce and cheese could be found on the pizza. My girlfriend had a tuna salad, more iceberg lettuce than other ingredients for €16, really sad. Fries almost 6€ also ice cold and over salted. When asked about it by service, it was simply ignored. Although we return almost all of the food. So we don't come to dinner anymore. Too bad..

Spontaneous meeting on a Saturday morning in the finca. Enjoyed a very nice breakfast buffet in a very attractive atmosphere with very attentive and friendly staff. Always happy. The only criticism is that there is very little labeling at the buffet.

On the way back from a long weekend we made a stopover in Oldenburg and have to say that Finca Oldenburg surprised us. We really enjoy going to the Celona Group's restaurants and have found the Bielefeld Finca to be by far the best. The newly designed Finca Oldenburg more than impressed us with its ambience and service. Although almost all tables were occupied at lunchtime, we were still able to get a seat. The lunch buffet was well stocked and was apparently replenished regularly! The service staff was attentive and experienced. And the toilet facilities... a dream! We wish the entire team much success in the new rooms and good, dry weather for the outdoor area! We are already looking forward to the next visit!

Actually only one star, but because the service was so nice, I gave it two. Food was a disaster! Everything cold! The nice service then brought us new food, but the burger buns were still untoasted the second time, which simply made the whole burger taste bad. 50€ for two people with bad food repeated twice... unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We were in the finca today with six people and were extremely disappointed. All six dishes were served lukewarm or cold. After we complained about the order, the second portion was also served incorrectly and carelessly. The burger bun was not toasted and therefore very sticky. There were also complaints about cold food at the next tables.

After your renovation, hardly anything has changed. Play area is probably a joke too. There's hardly anything there. Nice on a staircase. Changing room without changing table and trash can. According to the employee, it hasn't been delivered yet. Had to change child on the tiles. Service can hardly be kept up.

We went to the bar for a few drinks so I can't rate the food. With three people, we were able to get a free table, were served relatively quickly and got our drinks quickly. A good location for sitting longer and entertaining. Would come again

Maybe think about changing some of the service staff. After waiting at the table for 30 minutes at 9:30 p.m. when there isn't much going on, I think it's a bit excessive. The employees prefer to chat instead of doing their work. The last visit for us, as we have unfortunately experienced it several times before.

Ambience is really nice. The waitresses were consistently friendly and attentive. The price and performance were generally good. The drinks are a bit overpriced, but that's still bearable. The breakfast buffet is tip top. Very good and plentiful selection. We will be back definitely. 👍👍👍👍

I often eat there with my wife. The food there is very tasty and plentiful. The only drawback, and we're not the only ones who feel this, is that the place is very loud when it's busy, especially the music, so you'd have to think about it.

Really nice atmosphere, even full house at brunch or evening events. Events such as bingo on Mondays are well organized and fun. What unfortunately doesn't go well with it is the bad food. Most of the food is in the style of Celona Group's cost-cutting measures a la frozen foods. Unfortunately, pizza, burgers and the like are not recommended here. But the ambience hides this wonderfully 😊

Per: Tasty, average food. Very nice staff. Cons: Some of the food wasn't quite hot anymore. The vegan cheddar smell takes some getting used to. When it comes to toilets, getting used to is no longer enough. Every station toilet smells nicer. The service is friendly, courteous and rewards small mistakes with free drinks. When an incorrect side dish was delivered with normal sweet potato fries instead of the ones ordered, an additional portion of sweet potato fries was brought out very quickly and without further ado.

The finca is closed due to renovation. But there is also a hut for this time. Food for little money and direct service from the employees on site. Quite rustic but something different

Nach langer Zeit waren wir mal wieder in der Finca Barcelona in Oldenburg. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sehr schön draußen sitzen. Im Winter, wenn alle Türen geschlossen sind, ist es dort zu laut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und megafreundlich. Für mich kam das Essen gefühlt zu schnell. Es war lecker und heiß 🔥. Preis/Leistung sind o.k.

Bar Celona halt. Man weiß was man bekommt. 🙃 Ambiente ist nett - allerdings recht laut (nehme an das liegt am hohen Raum), die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings finde ich die Preise inzwischen reaktiv hoch. Insgesamt kann man aber gut hingehen.

Es war ein toller Abend. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben Silvester dort gefeiert. Es war sehr schön und lecker.

Wie immer perfektes essen sehr netter Service, hauptessen wurde sehr zügig geliefert und war außerordentlich lecker. Jedoch wurde erst 20 min nachdem wir den Nachtisch bestellt hatten bescheid gegeben , dass der kindereisbecher gar nicht verfügbar ist , hätten uns dann mit einfach nur 2 Kugeln Eis zufrieden gegeben , aber selbst diese wurden dann 15 min später immernoch nicht serviert woraufhin wir dann bezahlten und meine kleine Tochter auf das Eis verzichtet hat . Ambiente wie immer schön Auf die Sauberkeit der Toiletten in einem so netten Restaurant sollte aber jedoch mehr geachtet werden , eine zugekotete Toilette und eine andere mit Urintropfen auf der Brille muss nun wirklich nicht sein, wobei man da auch an die Gäste appellieren muss, wie man sich so dermaßen unterirdisch auf einem Restaurantklo benimmt

Ambiente ist ganz schön, ist aber auch etwas laut,hat mich aber nicht gestört. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war Ratz fatz da. Toiletten benötigen mal eine Renovierung.

Gut besuchtes Lokal mit trendiger und gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Getränke in großzügiger Auswahl vorhanden zu gängigen Preisen. Nettes Personal. Zu empfehlen.

The food and service is always good at Finca. The only negative point is their toilets. They need to pay more attention to this.

Did the breakfast buffet. Good selection of food available. Various cheeses, breads, cold meats, warm meals and dessert items. Unfortunately had a piece of charred meat (was just me) and the chillies tasted weird. The service was phenomenal (friendly and helpful) and they refilled the items quite quickly.

Das Büffet ist immer wieder ein Genuss und es wird ständig nachgelegt. Das gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die vielen verschiedenen Sorten von Brötchen, Ausschnitt, Fisch, Omlett, Käse oder kleinen Antipasti von Oliven, Artischocken, Tomaten, Gurken, gebratenen Würstchen und Bohnen in Tomatensoße, Bacon, bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas Köstliches an. Und trotz des vollen Hauses findet die junge Bedienung noch die Zeit für ein paar nette Worte! Das war ein gelungenes Erlebnis!
