As concertgoers at Huxleys, we ate here beforehand. From the outside, it's very unassuming, and the entrance area isn't inviting, with shelves, boxes, and buckets lying around—unusual. Inside, the restaurant is cozy. You have to order your food at the counter, and it's then served. We ordered hot bowls and received really great food. The ginger tea was also delicious. Unfortunately, the menu is confusing. During our time in the restaurant, five guests left without ordering because the menu didn't clearly describe the delicious dishes they were supposed to receive. There's definitely room for improvement there. Unfortunately, there's only one restroom available for all guests. That's a shame. I'm deducting points for the comments. The food is absolutely delicious!

I regularly come to CAI for lunch. Delicious vegan Szechuan dishes and fast, friendly service. My favorites are the marinated udon noodles in extra-spicy peanut sauce (warning: really, really hot) and the cold marinated Sichuan-style noodles. Card payments only, no cash!

It's not exclusively vegan. Partly vegetarian, and there was also meat... It's no longer called Kiez Vegan.

Our visit was unfortunately rather disappointing. Several things went wrong with the service, and not just at our table. Cutlery arrived far too late, and my food was cold. No compensation was offered; apparently, that's just how it is. Even when there were two of us, our food didn't arrive at the same time. None of this would have been a problem, but the food itself was also quite disappointing. Only the drinks and dessert were good; the rest didn't impress us – perhaps next time. Everything was vegan, thank you 💚

Rundum perfekter Burgerladen - rein pflanzlich, ohne auf irgendwas verzichten zu müssen. Neben üblichen Klassikern (Cheeseburger, Fries) hatten wir auch Fish n Chips - besser als das Original;
