Unfortunately the food wasn't good ..

I really like paying for good food. However, what I got here for my money was simply a disgrace. The Fiesta was known for having a good price-performance ratio. But now that's absolutely no longer the case. I ordered the salad with avocado, mozzarella sticks and spring rolls and paid 18 euros for it. I got ready-made sticks with 2 ready-made spring rolls on a side salad. And the dip was placed on the same plate so that you could take up even more space on the plate. Not to mention my wife's salad and my daughter's soggy fries. Was the last time...

Child (2 years old) accidentally emptied drinking glass over tarte flambée... After taking two bites... were allowed to clean themselves... and unfortunately didn't get a replacement of the food... Never again....

Relaxed atmosphere, nice beer garden, extensive menu, there are regular promotion days, bar counter with a large selection of drinks, reasonable prices, friendly staff

The restaurant has a nice location. We have been there several times as it is not far from our home and the food and service were ok. We previously had situations where, for example, the meat was not cooked enough, but this was resolved relatively quickly with the staff. That's why we had no problem coming back. But after today's situation, when the salad was ordered with oil/vinegar and the salad came with yogurt (which I can't tolerate, just like milk) and the staff didn't properly accept the complaint, we won't be coming back. The waitress brought the same salad back to me and said that it had oil/vinegar! (Although you can see from the helicopter, there is yogurt there). And then she dares to ask herself if everything is okay. Well, for our money we'll go somewhere else where customer requests are taken seriously.

Apart from the courtesy of the service guys and the nice location, the worst food we found in our entire holiday in the black forest... shame for a place with a lot of potential

Nice beer garden with unmotivated, unfriendly service. Frozen food served carelessly. But the beer is cold and the ambience is nice.

Ate here twice (schnitzel fries salad/flambée with small salad) everything was very tasty, plentiful and the price/performance level was right. Delicious beer with it, what more could you want. Very nice young waitresses who were quick, friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

Hello dear Fiesta team, Eight of us were your guests this evening and had an absolutely wonderful time. The service was friendly, the preparation was quick, the food was delicious, and the playground for the children was a real highlight. We felt like we were in seventh heaven. Unfortunately, there was an incident that I would like to address. My son broke the glass when he put down his mineral water glass (in style). The waitress present noted this and my wife apologized and placed the broken glass on the plate. When we wanted to pay later, a young man came to our table and pointed out that in such cases we should inform the staff immediately, as there is a risk of injury if the glass is simply left on the plate. Although the tone was friendly, the choice of words was a bit unpleasant in my opinion and irritated me and my guests a bit. I then sought a personal conversation with the shift manager and told him my point of view. I found the situation unpleasant because it seemed to me like a lecture that bore no relation to the actual incident. Unfortunately, the conversation somewhat tarnished the overall positive impression, which I think is a shame because everything had been wonderful up until that point. Best regards, Ilker Gülcin

The Fiesta restaurant in Kirchzarten is beautifully located and easily accessible and has a large outdoor garden. We had a salad plate which tasted good and the spaghetti Bolognese was also good. Unfortunately there was far too little Bolognese sauce for me. The drinks were good. The service staff was friendly. I really liked the outdoor area because it was spacious. The scales in the back weren't that eye-catching. Conclusion Superior price-performance ratio with a nice ambience. Very easy to reach by bike and also family friendly.

The service was quite good and the ambience was nice. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The fish was extremely dry and the noodles were bagged noodles. The salsa tasted like a sweet and sour sauce flavored with some chili. The guacamole tasted like nothing. Also, I don't understand the philosophy. My husband is Mexican and when I showed him the menu he thought it was an insult to Mexican cuisine.

The restaurant is nicely located and has a nice beer garden with a small playground. Unfortunately, the service is very slow, as the service is simply overloaded when the beer garden is full. Friendly, but just too few for the work. The food is unlike what you would expect, not Mexican and rather average.

0/5 stars. We (2 adults, 1 child) were the only guests sitting inside. Card opened, 2 “cockroach-like animals” fell out. Good start... After 20 minutes we left because no waitress dared to come to us despite repeated eye contact. Catastrophic

This rating results from my free opinion: The burger was the worst I've ever eaten. It contained corn and diced tomato pieces, although this was neither on the menu when I ordered nor that I wanted it. The burger sauce was also atypical and didn't taste appealing. Plates far too small, drinks watered down. The operation is completely overwhelmed with little things and the EC device. The floor in the self-proclaimed “beer garden” is full of sand, ruining your shoes. I wouldn't want to eat here again, unfortunately we were very, very dissatisfied.

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn dort. Der Biergarten ist nett und mit Spielplatz praktisch für Kinder. Service war jedoch nicht besonders auf Zack und das Essen nur durchschnittlich. Schade!

It's worth going to Fiesta again and again... The ambience alone, especially in the summer, is really southern, like going on a quick vacation. The food was a little better 10 years ago, but that doesn't mean it's inedible now. It's good anyway

Actually a nice location with a large garden and playground. Unfortunately, the food was more than inedible. The meat of the schnitzel seemed and tasted inferior. Unfortunately also very poor service, very forgetful, brought alcoholic shandy instead of non-alcoholic shandy. We're definitely not coming back. A few years ago the food was even more edible.

Very interesting place. The beer garden and indoor area have the charm of a good sports bar. The service started off really nice and friendly. But broke off during the evening. We had burgers. This was far from a real burger. Apart from a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato, there was only a tiny dollop of sauce on it. Burger bun looked like a pita. Pattie was homemade but undercooked. The fries were missing and had to be reordered. That took a very long time. Necessary cutlery was not delivered despite ordering from the staff. Conclusion: There is still a lot of room for improvement.

We've been going to Fiesta for years. Pay attention to your quality. Better make the portion smaller and as delicious 😋 as usual. (meat dishes)

I'm on the toilet right now and I can't believe what happened. The burger I ate here was a disaster. The meat was raw and that made me really sick. I have rarely had such a bad experience in a restaurant. That was definitely my last visit here. Very disappointing!

The service is absolutely subpar, orders are forgotten and mixed up. The staff doesn't listen and is rude when you point out mistakes. We won't be visiting this store again.

A great place near the camping site in Kirchzarten, definitely worth a visit. + Family friendly (playground for kids outside; pets allowed inside); + Great service (friendly waiter came quickly, gave us good recommendations about dishes and sizes, allowed us to switch the pork for turkey in one dish; the kids food arrived in minutes, together with our salad, and the main dish really soon after; even gifted our kids a small toy each); + Delicious food (large portion of Pommes, fresh and tasty meat, and the salad was one of the best I have ever eaten). + Atmosphere (colorful but not shiny walls make it a cozy place, they show sports, but it's never too loud, and the tables are spacious enough for all group sizes) = Prices on the high end, but still acceptable; = many special offers are weather influenced, which is a pity, because we were looking forward to the all you can eat BBQ. Luckily, the camping restaurant needed a reservation, which we did not have, so we had to go out for a short walk in the town and found this great place. We'll definitely go there again, for that salad especially.

I celebrated my 30th birthday with 22 people in the lounge in the next room and everything was prepared exactly according to my wishes. Sparkling wine with glasses of orange juice, food came very quickly, plates for cake and great service! I can only recommend! 🎂🥂

A lot has changed in the Fiesta. Not to mention the massive loss of quality in the food and the horrendously expensive prices. The interior is flashy and restless, it is loud, the waitresses were all unfriendly (all three ladies) and we were ignored 10 times by walking past. The salad tasted like Maggi even though it was supposed to be a yogurt sauce. The pork steak was undercooked inside, the fries were soggy and tasted old. The whole thing for 20 euros. Never again. There was good food there with a pleasant, fresh atmosphere and very nice staff. The time is over.

Nice beer garden with a playground for children. There is room for improvement when it comes to food (quality) and especially service. Drinks quite expensive. More structure and attentive service are required.

Food delicious, price performance ratio very good for the portions. Unfortunately you are ignored/overlooked by the staff. (Order & when paying) Unfortunately, the young people are very inattentive and when the tables are occupied everyone runs all over the place. Sometimes you lose track of things and seem overwhelmed. You should consider whether you are willing to wait 20-30 minutes before you can order and then also for the food. Assuming you get your complete order.

Industrial ready-made schnitzel from the deep fryer. I can't remember ever having such a bad schnitzel. Service friendly.

It is a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful trees in the garden and a diverse mix of guests of all ages.

Went there again for dinner after many years. And it was definitely the last time. Schnitzel and sauce from the package! An absolute no-go. And the price is outrageously high. Therefore, I do not recommend it!!!

Staff very friendly, I will never order the grill plate again. Turkey was great, the pork steak was way too dry. The portions too small for the price. But we'll come back and just try something different

If you like system catering with cheap food from the deep fryer, you've come to the right place, but you shouldn't expect culinary delights. Generally very high volume.

Sorry, but I don't like raw schnitzel and they probably came from the deep fryer, the fries were stone hard. The sauce wasn't great either. Salad was plentiful and really good. Service very friendly. There was a 10% discount for complaints. It was probably a joke, but we know where we're not going anymore.

I've enjoyed going there again and again for decades. Ate a really delicious rump steak in the fall of 23. Price/performance top. Been there this March. Salad not dressed, carrots hard. Schnitzel from the deep fryer, without taste. Prices are pretty decent now too. Not again so soon. Very unfortunate.

A big disappointment...up until now we always enjoyed sitting in the beer garden...Today we had a very unpleasant experience with the service and the kitchen - we have never been treated so rudely before - it remains an impressive experience - unfortunately it is no longer our restaurant... It's a shame …

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly over the last year. Were there about 2 months ago, the sausage salad wasn't dressed at all. Ordered to go again 2 weeks ago, the cream sauce was so salty that you couldn't eat it, the potato wedges were soft. Overall, unfortunately not as it used to be.

Was here on a Monday evening. There wasn't much going on. The location is cozy and also varied. It is possible to have something to yourself or have a table close to the bar. On nice days there is a large outdoor area which is also great for children. Of course with a playground. Particularly noteworthy are the girls who were on duty that evening. Their atmosphere and good mood, as well as friendliness and great service simply have to be emphasized. I arrived in a rather gloomy mood and went home cheerful. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, there is still a small deduction when it comes to the food. It was plenty and I didn't have to leave hungry, but something can definitely be done about the price-performance ratio... All in all, I'll be happy to come back and look forward to another daily special.

The food is ok, but nothing special. In summer it is a nice place to relax. The only and best sports bar in town.

THE address in Kirchzarten. Super delicious food, brilliant specials, super friendly staff and Stefan's cheesecake! There is a beer garden and a small children's playground. Smoking area available. Well stocked bar. Parking spaces are available. Train station nearby. Also a good location for birthdays etc. Adjacent to the pedestrian zone and shares the building with a small shopping center with an ice cream parlor.

Leckeres Essen und gute getränke. Nur die Kellner wirken ein wenig angespannt. Zum Ambiente kann ich nur sagen das es wirklich schön ist aber bedingt durch die offene Raumgestaltung und des doch jüngeren Publikum im Fiesta recht laut. Trotzdem kann ich das Fiesta besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Mein Besuch im Fiesta in Kirchzarten war ein rundum positives Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus herzlichem Service und schneller Essenszubereitung hat uns besonders beeindruckt. Es ist nicht alltäglich, dass man in einem Restaurant so zügig und doch so aufmerksam bedient wird. Das Essen selbst war qualitativ hochwertig und hat unsere Geschmackserwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Gerichte waren perfekt zubereitet und serviert, was das Esserlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Ich schätze gute Gastronomie und das Fiesta hat bewiesen, dass es zu dieser Kategorie gehört. Ich würde dieses Restaurant ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen, besonders an diejenigen, die Wert auf Qualität, Schnelligkeit und freundlichen Service legen. Ein Besuch hier ist definitiv empfehlenswert!

Ich komme gerne mit meiner Partnerin hier her seit ca. 25 Jahren, auch wenn es vom mir 120km eine Strecke sind. Der Salat Fiesta ist es alleine schon wert hier 3-4 mal im Jahr her zu fahren. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Lokal mit konstanter Preis/Leistung und Qualität. Auch einen Parkplatz findet man immer in der näheren Umgebung was für mich auch ein sehr wichtiger Punkt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Biergarten und sehr schönes Ambiente! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. Natürlich haben die Preise auch hier aufgeschlagen, insgesamt aber faires preis-leistungsverhältnis. Perfekt auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Dank des tollen Spielplatz im Biergarten.

Un super concept, dans un lieu très agréable. Une cuisine simple mais goûteuse et bien servie, Un accueil avec sourire et efficacité. Découvert par hasard, c'est une adresse désormais bien notée ! Das Restaurant ist 18:30 Uhr gut gefüllt. Leider auch hier viel vorreserviert. Das freundliche Personal schaufelt einen Tisch für uns frei und fragt nach Getränkewünschen. Currywurst war super, das Pils vom Fass kühl und lecker. Das Personal war super aufmerksam. Hier kehren wir gerne wieder ein

Wer keinen Wert auf kompetent und netten Service legt, ist hier richtig. Mussten über eine halbe Stunde warten, bis man uns überhaupt beachtet hat, um uns dann mitzuteilen, daß wir z.Zt. kein Essen bestellen können, da die Küche zu viel zu tun hätte. Als wir dann doch noch was bestellen konnten, kam das Essen zügig und war gut.

Schöne location mit Spielplatz und schönem Biergarten. Leider laufen meist junge, ungelernte und unerfahrene Kräfte als Bedienungen rum, oft planlos und unorganisiert. Das Essen ist für den Preis eher mittelmäßig. Zum gemütlich was Trinken zu gehen ist es zu empfehlen.

Großer Biergarten, sehr freundliches Personal und lecker Essen. Trotz vollem Biergarten bekamen wir unsere Getränke innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Auf unser Essen mussten wir keine 10 Minuten warten. Besser geht´s nicht!

...Lohnt nicht fuer Burgerliebhaber. Patties nicht frisch, sondern wohl aus der Packung (und nicht von regionalen Lieferanten), jede Beilage und Sauce kostet nochmal extra! Portion Pommes F. z.B. allein 5,50 Euro... Fuer den Endpreis kann man am Ort schon gutbuergerlich badisch essen, -aber mit frischen Zutaten!

Leider war die Karte sehr unübersichtlich, das Tagesangebot 18 Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar. Kellner hat sein bestes gegeben.
