FIDELIO Bistro & Restaurant in Heide

Mein absoluter Lieblingsplatz in Heide. Hier gehe ich immer wieder sehr gerne hin. Super leckeres Essen, keine langen Wartezeiten und immer eine sehr nette Bedienung. Bis bald!

Wie immer nichts auszusetzen .Eines der seit Jahrzehnten gut geführten Speiselokale in Heide. Faire Preise und saubere Küche. Essen kommt relativ zügig . Bin immer wieder gerne hier mit der Familie .Und für 30 Euro pro Person mit Getränken ist das voll in Ordnung .

Endoriburger (vegan), gut, aber Kantinen-Niveau (Foto) Sehr sehr schade, der Burger war gut, aber Anrichtung mit den Pommes wie in einer klassischen Kantine. Man hatte sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, den Käse zu schmelzen. Was bei veganem Käse funktioniert! Und das für 15,90€ (Burger + Pommes) st schon deftig. Ketchup und NICHT VEGANE Mayonnaise gab es auf einem extra Teller, die klassischen Frittenbuden-Tütchen. Die Servicekräfte, heute Freitag 15. Mai um die Mittagszeit, nicht unfreundlich, aber man hat sich als Gast nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Eigentlich ein schönes Restaurant, nur das Essen heute war miserabel. Habe den Grillteller bestellt, Brot und Pommes langweilig und geschmacklos. Das Fleisch trocken und kaum essbar. Kurz gesagt, mit Abstand das schlechteste Essen was ich jemals hatte. Ich werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit wirklich sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten jeweils ein schnitzel, das kam unfassbar schnell und war sehr lecker. Gemüse knackig und das Dressing Lecker. Wir hatten für 1,50€ pro Person eine extra dekorierung und bekamen sogar pralinen am ende, dass fand ich sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war das neben uns ein Tisch weggenommen und durch den halben Laden geschoben wurde, dies war sehr laut und störend. Bis auf die 15 Sekunden wo der Tisch geschoben wurde war es ein wirklich gelungener Abend! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres frisch zubereitetes Essen. Freundliche Bedienung. War ein schöner Abend im Fidelio. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Die Pizzen und Fleischgerichte hatte ich schon häufiger und fand sie immer sehr lecker. Als Vorspeise ist das Pizza-/Käsebrot mit Dip ein Highlight. Der Service ist auch immer nett und das Ambiente ist auf eine gemütliche Art trubelig :)

❗️ Leckeres Fleisch ❗️ Das Ambiente ist ganz schön, das Essen kam auch sehr schnell, aber leider war das Fleisch das Beste. Die Bruschetta war sehr lasch, die Bratkartoffeln bekomme ich zu Hause besser hin, das Knobi Brot war Ideenlos und die Pommes waren ok.

The quality was good. The service was attentive and friendly. It was busy, so a reservation is recommended. Garlic bread was served with the meal. This would have been better suited to a starter (salad) rather than the main course. The price was reasonable.

Overall, it's consistently good. The only downside... the chairs are really worn out by now...

The menu is very varied, with something for everyone. The service is very friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food.

We just stopped by, it was very nice there, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It was a bit noisy, but I can live with that.

The pizza bread with the Fidelio dip as an appetizer is simply the most delicious thing I've ever had at an Italian restaurant :) And the staff are always cheerful and ready for a joke and a laugh :)

Delicious, great value for money!

It's important to mention that you have to say you have a voucher before paying. Otherwise, it will be refused, and you'll have to redeem it another time. That was the first time I'd heard of this... after a short discussion, it was accepted after all. Otherwise, everything was fine!

The salad was very tasty, with what I think was sirloin steak. It was cooked very well, medium-rare. The schnitzel was mediocre, and the fries 🍟 could have been crispier. But even though we didn't have a reservation, we were still given a nice seat, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you very much, we'll be back.

Always happy to come back. It's sad 😢 how the restaurants in Heide are slowly bleeding out. Evidently, eating out is being cut back. The restaurant was shockingly empty at lunchtime on our last visit 🤔😞😢

A definite 5/5 for us: the ambiance is beautiful, the service outstanding, and the food delicious. We'll definitely be back and look forward to our next visit.

The food was good, but not outstanding. My breaded schnitzel with mushroom sauce turned out to be a thick béchamel sauce with mushrooms from the grill. The pork on the grill was too dry, but the beef was cooked to perfection and the turkey was juicy.

Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, where the customer is still king. Great salad with salmon. Cheeseburger cooked to perfection – not too dry! I'd happily recommend it.

The quality of the food has declined considerably. It's a shame, as we used to enjoy eating there. The staff was friendly and competent.

Really good schnitzel, at a fair price. Very friendly service. Will be back. Next time we're in the area. Decorated like an English pub. That's exactly what's missing in Germany.

Always great!!! my favorite shop! I've been here several times and am thrilled every time. The food is not only delicious, but really, really delicious! You can tell that the cooking here is made with love. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff is really friendly, and you just feel comfortable. Whether spontaneously or planned, I always like to come back. Clear recommendation!

Very cozy restaurant in the center of Heide. Just a few minutes walk from the market square. On weekends a table reservation is an advantage. The service is very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Good choices on the menu. A short wait until the four of us got our food at the table. The kitchen was able to respond to a request due to intolerance without any problems. Good price-performance ratio and good quality. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

Disappointing experience – not recommended We ate with our child at the Fifelio Restaurant in Heide and were unfortunately disappointed. The portions were tiny, but way too expensive. The food was carelessly prepared and the taste was not convincing. My husband had a burger, but the bun was old and dry, the dressing was sour and the taste was barely noticeable. The fries that came with it were cheap, cold and served without any love. My friend had hardly any carbonation. My meal was also a disappointment - the grilled meat was dry and bland. For the high prices we would have expected significantly better quality. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really warm and we both had stomach problems shortly after eating. Overall, a disappointing experience – definitely not recommended!

I ate here again after a few years, the food is even tastier than I remembered. I can highly recommend the Penne Arrabiata! Cozy atmosphere & the music was pleasant, not too loud. Prices are also absolutely fair!

FIDELIO Bistro & Restaurant deserves a full 5 stars. The food is incredibly delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The service is excellent – ​​friendly, attentive and professional. I particularly like the pleasantly clear menu, which shows that the emphasis here is on quality and focus, as befits a good restaurant. A great experience that we would like to repeat. Absolutely recommended!

Grill plate was really good, meat was nice and juicy and fries were crispy. Ambience was nice, but the restaurant was pretty full which made the noise a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the food was served very quickly and almost at the same time to everyone at the table.

Were there with family at the beginning of October 24th. Food was good and quick, service was friendly and prompt. Will go again.

Ambience OK, service nice, food unfortunately not good. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Our children's fries weren't quite cooked through, the Penne All' Arrabbiata were okay, but we wouldn't order them again. Unfortunately, the worst was my dish, Spaghetti Crema di Fungi (mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, turkey, spring onions, white wine, cream sauce). There was a big plate full of (boring, bland) sauce into which I had to fish out my food. I've never had such an unappetizing amount of sauce on my plate. There was dry meat floating in it and white wine never affected the taste of the sauce, and I couldn't find any spring onions either. Very unfortunate.

The FIDELIO in Heide offers solid, appropriate food at fair prices. Of course you shouldn't expect 3-star cuisine, but the dishes are delicious and the quality is absolutely appropriate. Particularly noteworthy is the charming style of the furnishings – cozy and inviting. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, which makes the visit even more pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxed meal in a pleasant atmosphere, you've come to the right place!

Have eaten there many times, unfortunately things have changed to the detriment. The fillet was so dry that I could hardly eat it. My husband's beef was cold and the pork was also dry. In addition, my husband and I received the food at a different time, as did other guests. The alternative to continuing to eat was to wait half an hour for new food. So we continued to eat and satisfy our hunger, but we also had to wait longer than usual. When paying, the waiter said that I wasn't that happy and that's why the drink was free. Would have preferred a decent meal. We give Fidelio another chance because we were always satisfied, but this is the last one because it doesn't taste good and the meat is tough, so it's too expensive.

I have never eaten such a terrible grilled dish as at Fidelio! Minced steak and pork steak were not enjoyable. The baked potato with fried turkey leftovers wasn't a hit either. The kitchen and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for serving their guests such filth! Fidelio no thanks and never again!

It was tasty, but could have been a little more seasoned, delicious baked bread and very good dips. Nice service, good value for money, gladly again.

The food didn’t have any taste and was unseasoned. Parts of it have been served cold. The food for the smallest child was forgotten. The waiters are impolite and do not really care. The best part of it? The bruschetta was really good.

The food is good as long as you don't order casseroles. The restaurant is cozy and clean. The service staff were a bit casual and seemed very stressed, but that wasn't surprising because the store was full and there were only two of them working. So be forgiven!!!!!! We like to go there

Leider wurden wir an einem Samstag bereits um 13:40 mit der Begründung abgewiesen, dass man um 14:30 schließen würde. Das war dann das letzte Mal, dass wir dort essen wollten.

I've been enjoying eating here every now and then since 2015. So far it has always been tasty, the toilets have always been clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Every now and then I had problems understanding things on the phone, but the table was always reserved when I called 😁 so everything was fine.

After spending the day in the country and its people, we spontaneously wanted to go out for dinner. We were greeted immediately as we entered the store. We didn't have reservations, there were still free tables, but they were apparently reserved. We looked at the book to see if there was anything available, suddenly three waiters stood there looking, one of them mumbled something about "let's take a look", then the phone rang, it was answered, waiters disappeared again and we were waved away. We're not really sorry or trying to see if there's something else that could be done. Extremely unfriendly. From what we could see from the ambience at the front of the entrance area, it looked inviting. But because of this no-go treatment, no thanks, we won't come back or call and reserve a table.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has drastically decreased. I had the Fidelio house pan with pork medallions and a chef's salad. Analogue cheese on both dishes and the pork medallions were not medallions but very dry pork...😡 The service was great, great staff, but we won't eat there again..🤷‍♂️😔

Drove to FIDELIO and wanted to enjoy a lasagna! Lasagna was on the menu, but it wasn't available. (By the way, it was significantly more expensive on the menu than it read online) Okay, so I ordered a very simple pizza without oregano. Food arrived and what can I say, bon appetit for my companions. Unfortunately I had to wait because pizza with oregano. I didn't like it at all!

Service was poor and unfriendly. Prices were too expensive for the small portions. I used to enjoy eating there. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend it.

Endlich ein Restaurant, dass auch im März zur Mittagszeit geöffnet hat. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und ein reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Essen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kinder bekommen Malstifte und können aus vielen Kindergerichten auswählen. Es gibt eine Wickelmöglichkeit.

Useful restaurant, nothing more and nothing less. The food is cost-optimized, like in the system restaurant. The ambience is good - but also very loud when it's full. I like to go there occasionally; if you want to eat well, you can find better quality food in the area. In the photo there is a salami pizza that actually wanted to be more of a “Margherita”.

My first impression was...quaint. Staff very friendly and always working. In the evening the restaurant was used by larger groups. The food was great 👍🏻

Went there at lunchtime on the recommendation of a friend. It wasn't overcrowded, the staff was friendly and the food was served quickly. It was hot, tasty and sufficient. Will come back there again when the opportunity arises.

BUT 🥗🥩🍤 I ate a salad with meat and shrimp, there are two sauces to choose from, I chose honest and würzig and it smelled like gasoline or diesel fuel, it was sour and smelly, the salad was delicious, the sauce was terrible 👎🏽🥴

Wow !! Sowas von lecker das Essen und sehr netter und vor allem schneller Service, obwohl der Laden anlässlich des 2. Weihnachtsfeiertages sehr voll war. Wir waren alle total begeistert und kommen definitiv wieder . Weiter so :)

Unser Lieblingslokal in Heide! Wir gehen stets gerne im Fidelio essen! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und schnell auf dem Tisch. Die Bedienungen sind alle super freundlich, kompetent und man merkt, dass ihnen der Job großen Spaß macht. Ob Fleisch, Pizza, Pasta oder Salat man hat eine große Auswahl aus leckeren Gerichten. Wir werden weiterhin gerne das Fidelio besuchen. 🤍

Wir waren alle sehr begeistert vom tollen und aufmerksamen Service und auch das Essen war sehr lecker! Preis/Leistung war perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Essen war völlig in Ordnung. Der Service ist arrogant gewesen- vielleicht nur ein schlechter Tag ? Luft nach oben was die Freundlichkeit angeht...wurden nicht nach zweitem Getränk gefragt..Personal wollte wohl pünktlich Schluss machen...

Was es hier mit einem Restaurant auf sich haben soll wird sich wohl nur dem Pommesbuden-Stammgast erschließen. Das meiste Essen ist Convinience-Food, schnell warm gemacht und einfach auf den Teller geklatscht. (Leider gibt man sich nicht einmal dabei etwas Mühe) Da wir in einer größeren Gruppe zu Gast waren und diverse verschiedene Essen hatten, konnten wir einen recht breiten Eindruck davon bekommen, dass hier hauptsächlich Fertigessen auf den Tisch kommt. Immerhin war der Salat frisch, aber natürlich mit Fertigsoße. Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon einmal hier, damals war es deutlich besser. Schade! Wer einfach nur satt werden will, kann hier gerne Gast sein, wer etwas Leckeres sucht, geht besser weiter.
