Amazing German food, from the extra-large schnitzel, which is prepared to perfection in-house, to the pork loin, super tasty, with very friendly service. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. Highly recommended to everyone; I love coming here.

Reasonable prices for the Rheingau region. If you like schnitzel, you should try this place. It's still perfectly pan-fried, and the meat is of good quality. Half a schnitzel is usually enough. During busy times, you should reserve a table.

One schnitzel with béarnaise sauce and mushrooms, and one with cheese and apricots. It came with fries and coleslaw. The schnitzel was excellent quality, but unfortunately, for me, the breading was a bit too peppery. All in all, it was wonderful in every way. Half a portion is enough, at 300g. €12.50 is a good price. I can recommend it without reservation.

Incredibly large schnitzels! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We sat outside in the lovely beer garden, and the food was delicious and, above all, plentiful! If you don't want to take any leftovers home, you should definitely order half a portion 😉

I happened to wander by there, completely starving after a long day of hiking. The schnitzel was super delicious, and the portion was amazing... The service was really friendly, but unfortunately a bit slow. The beer garden's ambiance was also a bit dated. But in a restaurant, it's all about the food, and the food was top-notch 👍👍👍

What portions... There were four of us, and it was our first time there. We overlooked the quantity information on the menu. Among other things, schnitzel is available as a whole or half portion. A whole portion is 600 grams! That's quite generous :-) Excellent meat, very tasty. We'd be happy to come back.

This quaint place offers indoor and outdoor seating, along with lots of menu options to choose from. It's a local hangout, and if you love schnitzel, this is the place to come. There are many options for Schnitzel to choose from. Half and whole portions are available, and you can order half-and-half flavors too! I wish that I could try them all. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The patio was delightful.

Mega-tasty schnitzel! No frozen food! Everything from the butcher… Huge and unbeatably priced. The terrace is lovely in the backyard… The chef is super friendly and, if the crowd allows, comes to the table to personally ask if everything's okay. Doggy bags are always available! Hello Fetzer team, we ate at Fetzer's Weinstuben for the first time on Sunday and were absolutely thrilled with the fantastic selection. The Jaegerschnitzel was amazing. Cozy restaurant, friendly, nice service and fun host. Very tasty schnitzels, something for every taste. Dogs are also very welcome. If we're nearby, we'd love to come back. 7 adults and 3 dogs.

we have just visited this small restaurant with my family, we are very satisfied and full to the brim. the schnitzels are of such a size that they do not need any additions and the taste is unique and the service is very nice. I recommend it wholeheartedly, we will definitely come back here.

We weren't welcome here. Had reserved 3 weeks in advance for 8 people. We were then assigned 2 tables of 4 people each. When we commented that we wanted to sit together as a group, we were told that we could set up the tables ourselves, but in such a way that the service staff could get through. One had the very impression that 4 children were unwelcome on a busy Saturday evening. Thanks for nothing, we definitely won't be coming back.

Really great schnitzel. I got the schnitzel with lemon and it was beautifully seasoned and had good flavor. I even ordered a schnitzel to go, took it home and even out of the fridge the next day heated up the schnitzel was still really great. The only drawback is that you really need to make a reservation when visiting this place and they have limited opening hours. The owner of the restaurant was extremely nice and was friendly with all the people that came in to eat, but they actually had to turn some people away because they had no seating. I did call the Restaurant about 30 minutes before they opened and luckily they answered the phone and I was able to reserve the last table available, which was sort of a community bench table, but since I had a party of four, we filled it out. I also had the krautsalat (coleslaw) and the potato rösti, which were pretty good, but I don't think that they were homemade, but tasty nonetheless.

We ended up in this restaurant spontaneously and by chance. Was a direct hit! Very nice and courteous owners and great food! We'll be back!

A lot for little money...Jägerschnitzel was almost perfect and the advice from the waiter in advance about the portion size was very helpful and fair. If it hadn't had a burnt taste (either it had been exposed to too much heat for too long or the frying fat or oil was no longer ok) and the ready-made sauce with the freeze-dried mushrooms could simply be exchanged for a homemade sauce with fresh mushrooms...then you would be happy to take an extra euro. That The taste would then be really great and the sauce wouldn't have that artificial packet taste that is always a little over-seasoned and poured over everything... my tip is to serve the sauces separately so that the schnitzels don't arrive at the guest with soggy breading. Interior design is a matter of taste but you can certainly make it nicer if you get someone with experience on board, overall everything is pretty dark and outdated.

We have known the resto for over 20 years and come here regularly because we live further away. The onion schnitzel is simply divine - you have to try it. Shown in the uploaded photo is the -lt. Card- 1/2 portion. Great! ❤️

Holy schnitzel. This place was insanely good. Our friend introduced this place to us. The 1/2 size portion was big, so definitely come hungry! I got the 1/2 size of Jagershnitzel with mushroom and with rosti potatoes. My husband got the cordon blue (full size) and our friend got the Fetzer’s Schlemmershnitzel. The staff who work here were super welcoming and friendly. There one girl who took our order and we were surprised she spoke English, so that was helpful for us. The portion sizes are large so you’ll have leftovers (they give you foil so you can wrap up whatever you don’t eat), so this is a plus that we didn’t have to cook lunch the next day! This place beats ANY place in wiesbaden when you think of amount of food, quality of food, and price. They were packed on a Friday night at peak time, so reservations are advised. We were fortunate enough to get a table for 3 as a walk-in because another table was just about to open up. They ended up giving an originally reserved table to us since that other party wasn’t coming for another 20 minutes. The only bad part about this place is that we will want to come back often!!! This will not be good for our waistlines. 😂

I really have a hard time with negative criticism in the catering industry because I know how much effort catering costs. I like to remember the past when we, as a group of men, celebrated our first Father's Day together, had a regular get-together and ate well. Unfortunately the sauce was not good, smeared, finished and over-seasoned. The main point, however, was actually the service. In the end, as a guest, I billed her by hand.

It's noticeably decreasing! Large portions alone don't make the difference. Unfortunately the service gets worse from time to time! The food is always great - as long as you get it! Today 50% of the order was forgotten at a table of two. The staff walked past several times - but no longer paid any attention to us. I thought the food might be a little delayed and didn't say anything at first... But unfortunately nothing came of it. The person sitting next to me was already finished and I ordered the bill... my schnitzel then appeared on it again. Maybe we should work it table by table and not all over the place like today

World-class schnitzel and not just run-of-the-mill. The size is amazing and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Super nice employees who are very relaxed when dealing with customers. The ambience isn't that great now, but it still has your charm...

Unfortunately the food is not fresh. Schnitzel is freshly fried and then pasted with a ready-made sauce. The sauce is more like jam. Service completely overwhelmed.

Hello schnitzels are simply delicious. Sometimes a little too big, but you can pack it up.

Rustic facilities, very nice service. Schnitzel specialties are the main course here, other dishes are rather limited. The schnitzels are very large, even the 1/2 size offered is still huge. The schnitzels are probably prepared in the deep fryer and left in there for too long, because when served they are very dark brown and therefore already dry. Nothing special in terms of taste, but if you like a rich and inexpensive meal, you'll get your money's worth here.

We ordered a small schnitzel, it was very tasty 😋 and good 👍 to fill you up. Everything was very good and the service was very pleasant and friendly.

There's still plenty of meat here! If you order in advance you can even get the 1400g Teutonic Schnitzel, simply gigantic! You really should do something like this once every year...at least.

The rustic atmosphere is authentic, very hospitable and nice people and the schnitzels are world class! Below you can see the schnitzel, named after a mobile ethnic minority (I have to rewrite it because otherwise Goggle will block my post again), it was super juicy and crispy and was about the size of the sole of a giant's shoe 😂 (length about 30cm)...

Very cozy, friendly establishment. Warm greetings as we walked in the door--it felt like we had been invited into someone's home. The schnitzel was amazing. I had a full order of the Bacchus and it was the biggest portion of any meal I have ever seen. I couldn't come close to finishing it (too much snacking at the local Christmas market didn't help). Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, fantastic traditional food. I really hope to return someday soon!

Tolles, uriges Restaurant zu sehr zivilen Preisen! Schnitzel sehr zu empfehlen. Ein normaler Mensch schafft nicht mal das "halbe"! Und schmeckt sehr gut!

Absolut empfehlenswert, komme gerne hier her. Portionen sind reichlich, habe deswegen immer Tupper dabei.

Diese Lokalität ist ein Erlebnis, wenn man ein Freund von Fleischgerichten ist. Mehr Schnitzel, mehr Geschmack und ein besseres Preisleistungsverhältnis geht nicht. Dazu ein phänomenaler Service, eine Bedienung wie früher, hemdsärmelig und mit viel Herz und um keinen Spruch verlegen. Resümee: Ein absolutes Highlight! Aber aufgepasst: Wer eine ganze Portion bestellt, muss schon einen mega Hunger mitbringen.

Sehr leckeres Schnitzel! Schon das "halbe" Schnitzel ist eine echt gute Portion. Leider war der Service nicht so gut. Wenn man etwas mitnimmt, bekommt man nur so einen Streifen Alufolie um es sich selber einzupacken. Da gibt es andere Restaurants, wo das besser funktioniert.
