Fetzer`s Weinstübchen in Oestrich-Winkel

I really have a hard time with negative criticism in the catering industry because I know how much effort catering costs. I like to remember the past when we, as a group of men, celebrated our first Father's Day together, had a regular get-together and ate well. Unfortunately the sauce was not good, smeared, finished and over-seasoned. The main point, however, was actually the service. In the end, as a guest, I billed her by hand.

The schnitzels are super tasty. 1/2 portion is really huge. We waited about 1 hour for our food.

Cheap and good. But it's rather dark outside due to the terrace roof. Very long waiting time. Overall, however, recommended.

We were very happy about the friendly and funny nature of the staff, who enjoy the restaurant. The food was very tasty, especially the sauces. If there was too much, we were allowed to take it with us without any problem. The kitchen team also has fun after work and we had a nice stay after our hike on the Rheinsteig. Really decent portions. Even half a portion is really big. The entire service team is friendly and in a good mood. You'll be happy to go there again.

It's noticeably decreasing! Large portions alone don't make the difference. Unfortunately the service gets worse from time to time! The food is always great - as long as you get it! Today 50% of the order was forgotten at a table of two. The staff walked past several times - but no longer paid any attention to us. I thought the food might be a little delayed and didn't say anything at first... But unfortunately nothing came of it. The person sitting next to me was already finished and I ordered the bill... my schnitzel then appeared on it again. Maybe we should work it table by table and not all over the place like today

Absolute madness here. The small portion was absolutely enough for me! I ate a gypsy schnitzel (that's what it says on the menu - so nice!!!). The quality is right here, as well as the quantity. Price performance top. Absolute recommendation

Very large, delicious food, the quantity should not be underestimated. TIP: You can do half half with whole schnitzel, e.g. half hunter schnitzel and half flame schnitzel.

World-class schnitzel and not just run-of-the-mill. The size is amazing and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Super nice employees who are very relaxed when dealing with customers. The ambience isn't that great now, but it still has your charm...

Unfortunately the food is not fresh. Schnitzel is freshly fried and then pasted with a ready-made sauce. The sauce is more like jam. Service completely overwhelmed.

Hello schnitzels are simply delicious. Sometimes a little too big, but you can pack it up.

Rustic facilities, very nice service. Schnitzel specialties are the main course here, other dishes are rather limited. The schnitzels are very large, even the 1/2 size offered is still huge. The schnitzels are probably prepared in the deep fryer and left in there for too long, because when served they are very dark brown and therefore already dry. Nothing special in terms of taste, but if you like a rich and inexpensive meal, you'll get your money's worth here.

We ordered a small schnitzel, it was very tasty 😋 and good 👍 to fill you up. Everything was very good and the service was very pleasant and friendly.

There's still plenty of meat here! If you order in advance you can even get the 1400g Teutonic Schnitzel, simply gigantic! You really should do something like this once every year...at least.

The rustic atmosphere is authentic, very hospitable and nice people and the schnitzels are world class! Below you can see the schnitzel, named after a mobile ethnic minority (I have to rewrite it because otherwise Goggle will block my post again), it was super juicy and crispy and was about the size of the sole of a giant's shoe 😂 (length about 30cm)...

Here you can eat as it should be, incredible schnitzels that are second to none, breaded like those at grandma's and sooo tender that you just have to eat them (if you really manage to do it) no, really sooooo good.

Very cozy, friendly establishment. Warm greetings as we walked in the door--it felt like we had been invited into someone's home. The schnitzel was amazing. I had a full order of the Bacchus and it was the biggest portion of any meal I have ever seen. I couldn't come close to finishing it (too much snacking at the local Christmas market didn't help). Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, fantastic traditional food. I really hope to return someday soon!

Tolles, uriges Restaurant zu sehr zivilen Preisen! Schnitzel sehr zu empfehlen. Ein normaler Mensch schafft nicht mal das "halbe"! Und schmeckt sehr gut!

Absolut empfehlenswert, komme gerne hier her. Portionen sind reichlich, habe deswegen immer Tupper dabei.

Diese Lokalität ist ein Erlebnis, wenn man ein Freund von Fleischgerichten ist. Mehr Schnitzel, mehr Geschmack und ein besseres Preisleistungsverhältnis geht nicht. Dazu ein phänomenaler Service, eine Bedienung wie früher, hemdsärmelig und mit viel Herz und um keinen Spruch verlegen. Resümee: Ein absolutes Highlight! Aber aufgepasst: Wer eine ganze Portion bestellt, muss schon einen mega Hunger mitbringen.

Saulecker un reichlich. Urgemütlich drinnen wie draußen. Immer freundlich, auch wenn's oft stressig ist.

Sehr leckeres Schnitzel! Schon das "halbe" Schnitzel ist eine echt gute Portion. Leider war der Service nicht so gut. Wenn man etwas mitnimmt, bekommt man nur so einen Streifen Alufolie um es sich selber einzupacken. Da gibt es andere Restaurants, wo das besser funktioniert.

Wir waren heute zum ersten, jedoch definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Man sitzt im Innenhof unter Weinreben, jedoch überdacht. Tolle Wirtsleute mit der richtigen Portion Sonnenschein im Gemüt. Die Schnitzel waren der Kracher. Hier stimmt alles, daher absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank!

Schnitzel satt. Selbst die halbe Portion (Foto mit Pommes) ist reichlich... Lecker zudem! Exzellenter und aufmerksamer Service. Sehr bodenständiges Publikum. Absolut empfehlenswert, besonders für Hungrige, zB nach einer Radtour oder einer Wanderung. Ein bisschen nervig sind die Parkvorgänge im Hof, wenn man draußen sitzt. Aber das ist mein persönliches Problem...

Das Lokal ist schlicht eingerichtet, was mich nicht sonderlich stört (ich will essen und nicht gucken). Das Essen ist der Hammer, der Chef sehr bodenständig und sehr nett,der Service top! Preise sind super. Ich bin hier neuer Stammgast!!!

Hatten sehr leckere Schnitzel, die in der Pfanne gebacken waren, das hat man gesehen und geschmeckt. Riesige Portionen, aber das war im vornherein klar und gewollt 😊 Ein Stern Abzug weil der Wein nicht ganz so gut war, ein Stern wieder drauf weil der Wirt super war und auch der Service sehr nett (wenn auch eine der beiden Damen etwas überfordert). Empfehlenswert, wenn man Schnitzel mag und großen Hunger hat. Raffinierte Küche darf man allerdings nicht erwarten. Muss es aber auch nicht immer sein.

Einfach ehrlich, lecker Schnitzel

Die Schnitzel sind super. Große Portionen. Eine halbe Portion ist schon sehr viel. Das beste ist, die Beilagen kann man selbst wählen oder lässt sie weg. Kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Sehr leckere riesige Schnitzel und eine herzensgute Bedienung machen den Besuch bei Fetzer's zum Highlight. Die Kinderportionen sind üppig.

Wenn jemand ein Schnitzel wie bei Muttern essen will und großen Hunger hat der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Thema großer Hunger das normale Schnitzel hat 600 Gramm man bekommt aber auch eine kleine Portion die hat dann nur 300 Gramm!!! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nett. Der Preis des Essens ist für mich mit Bewertung der Qualität sensationell günstig.
