Azad Speisegaststätte in Oestrich-Winkel

I've been a regular since the very beginning, so I'm not exactly neutral. But when a restaurant maintains its standards for so long – exceptional!

At the invitation and recommendation of an acquaintance, I went to this restaurant yesterday (August 2, 2025). We wanted to have dinner there, have a business meeting, and take a meal for a sick young man. It wasn't raining, but he was still sneezing. We sat outside and ordered our drinks. When the waitress, or rather, the manager, brought our drinks, she said in a loud, annoying voice, "You're not allowed to sit here, it's raining." When I briefly informed her, I said, "Please be quiet, very quiet. You don't have to exaggerate, it's not raining yet." She then lashed out and blamed me: "You can't talk to me like that, I'm not exaggerating." I replied, "We'll sit for half an hour at the most and then leave." She continued talking loudly: "Your food won't be prepared for half an hour." The host and I were quiet. She went to the upper terrace, stood in front of the entrance door, and said, "I will not serve this table." Her manager, or rather, husband, confirmed her. After a few minutes, the manager came to our table and said, "You should be friendly to my staff. Thank you for your visit and have a nice day." We didn't respond. He took the menus and went inside. We finished our drinks, paid, and left. We travel several times a year and eat outside at least once a month. I have never experienced such poor treatment from this restaurant owner in pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc. On the way back, I ordered a family pizza in Walluf. It was about two hours later, and it still hadn't rained.

I ordered a mixed appetizer platter to go late one Sunday evening. I don't usually write Google reviews, but this restaurant deserves it! The portion is large and could easily pass as a main course. I particularly liked the eggplant and the börek. Top, 5 stars

Pure disaster, the worst meal in my life. the pizza was a joke for €10. I feel sorry for anyone who eats here and I feel sorry for it being rated good.

A place where you feel like family. This is an excellent Turkish cuisine restaurant in the heart of the Rheingau. Authentic, delicious, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend anything with lamb. Order a glass of Turkish red wine, and let your taste buds do the rest!!

Very tasty dishes, both the starters and the main courses! We'd love to come back. Only cash payment possible! The icing on the cake would of course be card payment.

Nice place to enjoy Turkish cuisine. The many decorative items overwhelmed me a bit.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in Bahnhofsnähe in Östrich-Winkel. Ich bin reingekommen ohne besonders viel von einem Lokal nahe eines Bahnhofes zu erwarten. Nachdem ich aber zu meinem Platz geführt wurde, fühlte ich mich ausgesprochen wohl. Die Beleuchtung war angenehm, die Dekoration schön und die kurdischen und egalitären Ausdrücke an der Wand waren sehr einladend. Zu essen hatte ich eine Pizza und sie war wirklich eine der besten Pizzen, die ich in Deutschland gegessen habe. Eine derart fruchtige Tomatensauce habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell, allerdings regte letzteres möglicherweise daher, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt kaum einer hier war.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Portionen groß und die Gerichte sind toll. Das Team ist nett und zuvorkommend. Es wird immer darauf geachtet, dass man bedient wird. Lage an der Hauptstraße völlig in Ordnung. Alles sauber, kleine loci.

Das Essen und das zusätzliche "Luftbrot"sind der Hammer. Für den Service bzw. die Kellnerin kann man nur 5 Sterne geben, denn sie war sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Ambiente ist alt und leider auch raucherfrundlich aber das bleibt der einzige negative Faktor für uns. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Inhaber! Ich würde mir lediglich mehr vegetarische Gerichte zur Auswahl wünschen.

Uriges Lokal, sehr sympathischer Service und vor allem fantastisches Essen. Der Vorspeisenteller und alle Hauptgerichte, die wir hatten, waren hervorragend. Gemütlich und lecker - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sind mega lieb und das Essen wird vom Chefe persönlich gekocht. Gehe mit meiner Familie sehr gerne hin. Parkplatz finden is aber immer ein Problem.

Absolute Herzensempfehlung ♥️ beste türkische Küche, die man weit und breit bekommen kann. Akif und sein Team sind Spitze,der Service unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich immer herzkuch aufgehoben und das Essen ist einfach eine 10/10. Immer und gerne wieder wieder!

Zur kleinen Weihnachtsfeier sind wir in dieses nette Lokal eingekehrt. Von außen und im Eingangsbereich sieht es nicht so klasse aus. Aber: der Gastraum ist urig, gemütlich und angenehm gestaltet. Das Personal/der Besitzer sind super freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Den positiven Eindruck verstärkte dann noch das leckere Essen: hier kann man wirklich türkisch essen gehen. Es war ein rundum schöner Abend und wir kommen bestimmt wieder einmal in dieses nette Lokal.

Eher vertreten durch einheimisches Publikum und nicht Familien gerecht denn Zapfanlage stand offen.. Zum Essen kam es erst garnicht da wir mit einem Kind unterwegs waren..

Kleines, aber sehr feines türkisches Restaurant. Sehr gute türkische Küche; hat mich an meine Türkei-Reisen erinnert. Sehr guter Service. Sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bei Azad muss man mal gegessen haben. Besonders beliebt ist das einzigartige Luftbrot.

Heute mal wieder nach vielen Jahren beim Akif das sehr leckere Beyti gegessen. Das Essen war echt sehr, sehr, sehr, sehr lecker 😋 😋..... Preisverhältnis war sehr top und angemessen. Das kleine Familienfreundliche Restaurant hat aufjedenfall weitaus mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Die Bedienung ist immer; wirklich immer sehr gut gelaunt und sehr nett. Mit ihnen kann man immer mit Spaß und guter Laune kommunizieren. 😀 Akif & die Crew, macht weiter so!!!!!! 🙏❤️ ❤️[ Her Biji ]❤️
