The pizza could have had a little more toppings, my husband's food was good. The restaurant is cozy and the food came very quickly, but the drinks were mixed up and the waiter objected to us wanting to pay by card, the reason being that so many people had already paid by card, I think now my part. Whatever the reason, only card payment is specified

The food wasn't good, the salmon was dry like the sole of a shoe. The bruschetta was the opposite of crispy and came at the same time as the main course. Pizza was average, not great. Too expensive for the poor quality! And the service was bad too.

Not the best food but the location is great

The food was fair in taste and quality. The chairs and design were lacking, but the highlight was a staff member named Emir. His smile, client management, and kind behavior stood out, especially on the very busy day of the football match between Turkey and the Netherlands. It was the main reason we chose to stay in this restaurant for drinks and dessert after our main dish.

I found the Margherita pizza very bad, 2 other colleagues share my opinion. But coffee was good, service and ambience were good too.

They didn't want me to pay by credit card....after all, we are in 2024. Hopeless!

I can't say anything about the quality of the dishes as we only had a drink here. What I can say, however, is that I have rarely experienced such a completely unfriendly (head?) waiter: I - very politely - asked for a second round of drinks from one of the waiters (or “just” service staff?) who regularly passed our table. ordered (admittedly not from the waiter with whom we placed the first order, but he was also not available at that time) & said waiter confirmed this order with eye contact & a nod. Now I was actually of the opinion that we would be able to get these drinks in the near future, but that turned out to be a gross misconception on my part. When, 10 minutes later, the drinks we had ordered still hadn't reached our table, we were asked by the first waiter (who apparently was/is something like a head or head waiter) if we would like something else to drink. I truthfully replied (very politely! There was no reason to be rude, since every waiter can forget an order when it's busy...) that I had already ordered from my colleague. Unfortunately, this was the completely wrong answer, because the supposed head waiter now reprimanded me in the most condescending and arrogant manner, which I have actually never experienced before: what I allow myself to order from someone else and it will probably be clear to me that orders can only be placed with him! Well, I'm very sorry, but as an obviously stupid Ösi, I wasn't aware of this tradition that only one waiter is allowed to write and everyone else just has to walk back and forth with dishes. I would also like to add that on my 7th trip to Berlin, I am definitely able to recognize the famous “Berlin snout” - although this was not even close to such jargon with coarse humor - said “upper” waiter wasn't any more Berliner than I am. Hence my conclusion: the next time you feel hungry or thirsty, just walk a few meters further! No matter how good the food may be, there are certainly countless restaurants in Berlin where the food is at least as good, but you won't be judged by the staff!

The service was very nice, the wine was good too. The carpaccio was a disaster. How did you come up with the idea of ​​putting some kind of salad dressing on the carpaccio? This sauce ruined the dish, the meat was drowned and all you could taste was the sauce. The pizza was undercooked, so it was very soft and doughy. A good pizza maker has to see something like that. The taste was also very bland, somehow soulless. Even when the store was full, you can expect consistent quality. It just takes a little longer. There will be no second visit.

Ich war mit ein paar Freunden dort. Der Kellner forderte uns mehr als 3 mal auf, etwas zu bestellen, doch wir teilten ihm mit, dass wir etwas Zeit brauchen. Ebenfalls zwang uns der Kellner etwas zu essen zu bestellen, obwohl wir nur kurz etwas trinken wollten. Nachdem das Essen kam, baten wir den Kellner uns Öl zu bringen, doch er vergaß es. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr schwach. Nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten, wirkte es so als würde der Kellner uns los werden wollen, indem er uns aufforderte zu zahlen.

I was there on Saturday lunchtime and spent about two hours in the restaurant's outdoor area. First of all: it was the DFB Cup final and there was a lot going on. The service came promptly and the milk coffee we ordered was there in no time. And also very tasty. Afterwards I ordered a Caprese pizza and a Spezi, the latter of which was missing a few carbon dioxides. The pizza itself came to the table hot, with fresh mushrooms. Top! The taste was good, but I found it lacking a bit of spiciness. When I asked if I could get some ground chili flakes, the waiter brought me chilies he had cut into small pieces and had pickled in oil, saying that they were hot. I like spicy, I can do spicy. So don't skimp on the seasoning and yes damn, it was really spicy. So the chilies could do something... It's normal in the corner to get visitors at the table from time to time and beg. Lots of tourists, so ladies walk around in skirts asking for some money. Can be a bit annoying after the second time. Otherwise you have the Memorial Church and Breitscheid Platz right next door and enough people to observe. Toilets were very clean despite the crowds. The price was absolutely right for the location, the day and the orders. Have no reason to complain.

The service staff is rude. The bald waiter suddenly asked us to pay the bill. The reason was that he was about to get off work (it was 5 p.m.). It could definitely have been solved differently. Very dubious and unprofessional behavior.

Sehr schade - nur wenige Italiener sind nicht kinderfreundlich. Von den bestellten Vorspeisen kam nur eine. Der Rest wurde vergessen. Pizza und Brot sehr fad und ungewürzt. Das Brot schmeckte auch, als hätte man das Salz im Teig vergessen. Der Kellner wurde im laufe der Zeit auch eher unfreundlicher… Schlimm. Dafür war es allerdings wenigstens recht teuer für die miserable Leistung. Schönes Lehrgeld. Zukünftig machen wir dann doch mal eher einen Bogen um Touristen-Nepp.

The portions were tiny and unfortunately the food wasn't particularly good, the sauce on the pasta wasn't thickened properly and was very messy. The pizza was ok. The food was simply thrown onto a flat plate. The waiter wasn't particularly friendly. A cola cost €6. Unfortunately I won't be visiting the restaurant again even though it looks very nice.

We just had lunch in the restaurant and I have to say there weren't a lot of dishes on the menu that we wanted Eswen which was very strange for us. We then decided on a Funghi Pizza and Penne Arrabiata. The pizza Funghi was so-so and Arrabiata was far too little for the price, not even a plate full. I give the ambience 4 stars and the service 3 stars because the waiter apologized and also saw that we were disappointed. Food gets 1 star. Been there once and definitely not again and especially not for the price.

Very nice restaurant right next to the Memorial Church. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I can only recommend it and we will visit again when the opportunity arises. Price-performance ratio was completely okay.

Wir kommen aus Berlin !! Wir waren echt enttäuscht. Die Toiletten sind unter aller S. ... .!!! Und der Service lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig . Ziemlich unfreundlich . Ich arbeite selber im Service .... .Das Ambiente ist eher wie in einer Bahnhofshalle . Das Essen selbst war nicht ganz so schlecht . Obwohl meine Schwester eine Nudel und etwas nicht intentifiezierbares in ihrem Salat hatte . Es ist wohl mehr für Touristen ausgelegt. Es gibt definitiv bessere Restaurants in der Umgebung !!!

Not great, but not a bad restaurant either. The basics works, but its the small things that are missing. Price was good and we all are until we got full, but dont think I will return.

Scheinbar denken viele Restaurants in Berlin das ihre Besucher eine Magenverkleinerung haben. Schon das zweite Restaurant, bei dem ich für viel Geld, wenig auf dem Teller bekommen habe. Der Service war auch nicht wirklich sehr freundlich.

We had a dinner with my girlfriend, we ordered two soups, which were awful and over salted. Then we ordered main dishes that disappointed us as well. Overall bad experience. Service was also very bad, we waited for coca cola more than 15 minutes. And here is what we got for 23€.

Das Essen war gut, man darf nur die kleinen Zeichen am Rande nicht übersehen. Ist mir leider passiert und so war meine Portion schärfer als erwartet. Der Service hat auf meine Verwunderung sehr positiv reagiert und sogar ein neues Gericht angeboten. War allerdings mein Fehler, von daher hab ich es ausgeschlagen. Wir waren auch erst gegen 22 Uhr dort und sehr erfreut, dass es dort noch warme Küche gab, mitten unter der Woche.

Expensive, very, very expensive

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit unfassbar leckerer Pizza. Auch mit Kritik (Cola ohne Kohlensäure) wird perfekt umgegangen.

Toller Service, nettes Restaurant drinnen und draußen. Kaffee (Milchkaffee) war super lecker 😋 wie er sein sollte, die Pizza ließ keine Wünsche offen und war ebenfalls erstklassig. Tolles Lokal und da kommt man gerne wieder 👌

Das Essen war prima und die Ausstattung des Lokals ist ansprechend. Die Preise sind auch für Berlin recht hoch. Der Kellner ist schwer zu beschreiben. Er wirkte, als hätte er es irgendwie eilig, drängelte schon bei der Bestellung. Das trübt natürlich den ansonsten positiven Gesamteindruck.

Pizza leider sehr matschig und wenig Belag, dessert war leider sehr trocken und sicherlich nicht frisch. Sehr schade

Pasta was vrij vlak en smakeloos en de pizza was zompig. Gorgonzola leek niet erg best. En voor 3 personen was 100 euro voor 1 voorgerecht en drie hoofdgerechten echt te veel. Inmiddels op 25-9-2023 om deze review benaderd door een bericht van een advocaat via Google. Ik zou hier nooit hebben gegeten. Nu een kopie van het bankafschrift afgeleverd. Ben benieuwd maar ik verwijder niets.

Hyggelig sted med god pizza. Betjeningen var hyggelig og atmosfæren var god. Tok ikke kort, noe som var litt ugunstig.

Dit is echt wel 1 van de leukste plekjes waar ik gegeten heb. Het etn was echt verrukkelijk en het dessert was ook heel lekker. De sfeer is ook fantastisch en ik ben heel erg blij dst ik hier heb mogen genieten van mijn maaltijd😍😍❤️❤️

Ich habe mir eine Pizza Margherita und eine Panna Cotta bestellt. Als Vorspeise gab es einen Salat. Ich muss sagen, dass ich als Italienerin sehr positiv überrascht war. Da ich sehr kritisch bin, wenn es darum geht, auswärts zu essen. Es war tatsächlich ein Genuss, 5 Sterne meinerseits, gerne wieder!

Ich kam an dem Restaurant vorbei und sah, dass einige an ihrem Tisch nur Getränke hatten. Ich hatte selbe keinen Hunger und wollte nur Wein trinken und die Freundin von mir, welche 5 Minuten später auch kommen sollte, wollte, dass ich auch für sie Wein und Wasser bestelle. Dadurch, dass viele Tische im Freien nicht besetzt worden sind, habe ich mir einen rausgesucht. Sobald der Kellner kam und erfuhr, dass wir nur trinken möchten, wurde mir gesagt, ich muss mich an einen anderen kleineren Tisch setzen, der ganz nah am Fußweg stand und offensichtlich nicht so bequem zu sitzen war. Ich sagte zum Kellner, wir bleiben nicht lange - für 20-30 Minuten und dann gehen wir. Das hat nicht geholfen, den Tisch beizubehalten. Ich hätte das nachvollziehen können, wären alle Tische im Restaurant komplett besetzt und wären auch die anderen Menschen, die nur Getränke hatten, genauso wie ich auf einen weniger attraktiven Platz verwiesen worden. Das war nicht der Fall. Wenn das Restaurant genug Kapazitäten hat, hier aber einige Kunden an unattraktive Plätze verweist, andere wieder an ihren Plätzen sitzen lässt. Was soll diese Willkür? Meine 3 Sternchen sind für den Wein. Der Wein war gut.
