Please pay attention to the date on the bill, as ours was dated 3 days prior. Furthermore, the card reader (mobile phone) didn't work, and the food was unfortunately very poor. All in all, never again!!

We had pizza and drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't really like it, which is probably a matter of taste, but the drinks weren't good either, as they were heavily watered down. So, unfortunately, I can't recommend it...

⭐️⭐️ We went to Ristorante Ferris, which at first glance appears very cozy. The welcome was warm, and the service overall was attentive and friendly – ​​we really enjoyed that. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to this positive impression. I was expecting a beef salad for €21 – something special, of course. Instead, what was served was a simple iceberg lettuce with some arugula and half a tomato, along with 4-5 small pieces of meat that didn't offer anything particularly outstanding in terms of taste. I found that very disappointing for the price. My companion's pizzas were okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. I would like to highlight the server, who was very attentive and brought me an extra large pizza bread – that somewhat saved the evening. Conclusion: Nice atmosphere and friendly service, but the value for money for the food wasn't right for me. I probably won't be coming back a second time.

Pasta lacking in flavor, cola, after complaint, still non-carbonated and warm, pizza not hot, and service rating 5

The carpaccio, with four thin, small slices of meat, was just a spoonful, without any Parmesan, more than meager, but expensive. We had to send back the cocktails because they were stale.

The pasta and appetizers are okay, but the steak pizza is terrible. There is basically no service. I can only say avoid it.

Nice location, but bad food and service. The pizza was really bad, so was the stake. Pasta was only acceptable. Basically no service at all. We had to ask for cutleries after getting our starter. When we were paying our bill, the waiter asked for 10% or 15% tips, despite the nonexistent service.

Visited September 2025. Stopped in here for dinner. Sat outside on the patio. Ordered the cannelloni roma and tiramisu dessert. Food was good. Service was a little slow once a few large tables showed up. No amex accepted here but take visa.

Horrible experience... Grilled chicken fillet that was like a piece of rubber to chew on. They forgot the french fries, and when we asked about them, we were told they were sold out. At the same time, a cola without carbonation, so it was like soda/juice.. And a spaghetti carbonara without bacon (ham was used) and without nutmeg, so it actually just tasted of nothing.. The fact that it was also teeming with banana flies was just the final nail in the coffin. The place gets absolutely 0 stars from here - stay away from the place - cannot be recommended under any circumstances.

The worst lasagna of my life. And too small even for a child's portion. I've tried ready-made lasagna from LIDL at a friend's house, and even that was better. The ambiance itself is nice, but the restrooms are a disgrace. Completely run-down, demolished, and filthy. Even as a man who can pee standing up, it's disgusting. Berlin can do better and doesn't deserve a restaurant like this in such a central location.

It was the worst carbonara I've ever had. It was just cream with pasta and ham. It tasted like oatmeal.

Good food if you have no taste or desire to live. The food took a long time, the pizzas were not baked enough. The pasta carbonara, which is otherwise a simple and light dish, was completely ruined, it was spaghetti with a lot of cream, some cheese and no eggs. They tried to fix it with some pieces of hamburger back that were torn, but always a good atmosphere with some bad cover bands that tried to create an Italian atmosphere, but not very Italian when there is jamming of Bob Marley but sung by a hoarse ham. But overall, stay away if you still have light and desire in life

It's absolutely awful. The food is incredibly bad, and no one cares. It's utter stupidity. We tell them we're vegetarians, and they don't even bother to answer. We ask if it has meat in it, and there's no answer. The menu doesn't even list meat, but what comes is meat. We ask for Apfelshörle, the tap water with zero carbonation. We say this isn't normal, and they bring back the same thing, claiming we brought it with carbonation. What they're doing is utterly shameless. Their ridiculous behavior is ridiculous because they know you're a tourist. Don't ever, ever come here and make money for these people. It's in a nice spot on the street under the trees, so they don't care about the customers. The pizza is a complete disappointment. If you want your meal to be terrible, go there.

Never again! The osteria may have a nice ambiance... BUT: The portions are an absolute joke and outrageous considering the price. €20 for a few pieces of chicken, five leaves of iceberg lettuce, and a few leaves of arugula? The restaurant industry can't be THAT bad that a €2.50 cost of goods has to be charged a 700% markup. All of this is topped off with unfriendly service. To the tourists in our city: Go somewhere else. There are plenty of alternatives nearby.

The food was delicious, a friend of mine introduced me to that restaurant. I had chicken skewers and loved it. Their prices are very fair and their service is amazing. Thank you for the amazing works you guys do. Highly recommended this small family owned business.

We stumbled upon this restaurant spontaneously because Italian food is always a good idea. We received a friendly welcome and the service was attentive. All six people at the table were very happy with their food. We wanted to take the rest of the pizza with us and communicated this, but it never arrived. What I found truly disastrous were the restrooms. They were dirty, in need of renovation, and smelled bad. That shouldn't be allowed these days. I would never go in there with children.

Average at best food. Fish soup was ok but the salmon pasta wasn’t great.but the worst thing is the place is full of flies and I got one in my white wine. The staff took away the glass, didn’t apologise and bring me back another glass of what was left behind. I couldn’t put myself into drinking it. There was no apology no explanation. I don’t even know if they poured a new glass. Most probably not. I will avoid this at all cost

We came here for breakfast. There are 4 different types. Two at low price including coffee and orange juice. And two are 3 euros more without orange juice. They waited until we both chose the classic breakfast (one of the low price types) that they tell us that only the more expensive types are available. They told us that the credit card machine was broken when we arrived, but not that classic and French breakfast weren't available. If your best breakfast offers aren't available any don't you tell us upfront? The omelette that I had was ok although a bit dry and not very hot. At that price, the omelette has to be to notch. The side salad was drenched in salad mayo even though there was oil and vinegar on the table. Again, why not ask if people want your mayo?

The food is subpar, the toilets are dirty, partially broken, and unkempt, and on August 25th, Christmas music is played!

Rump Steak al Barolo ...with a delicious red wine sauce with garlic. The rump steak was cooked medium-well, but the fat was a bit too thick.

Chaotic service. It wasn't clear which table we were supposed to sit at. The server was confused. He couldn't remember our order. The information on my vegetable dish wasn't entirely correct. The information I received said the vegetables were grilled, but some were raw. The still water was lukewarm, with temperatures above 29°C outside. The rating on the website was too high in my opinion. Once, not twice.

Unfortunately, my visit here was very negative. I came to the restaurant with a friend. While he was looking for the restroom, I wanted to pick a table for two. An employee came in, said "Buongiorno," and immediately followed by "only for guests." When I explained that we were guests and were looking for a seat, he responded in a dismissive tone, saying I must have "stormed in just to use the restroom." He then turned away and ignored me. The second employee stood next to me, just smiled, and didn't react to this rude behavior. I find it incomprehensible that guests are treated so disparagingly upon entering. I then clearly stated that I would not eat anything here with such service and left the restaurant. Respectful behavior is paramount in the restaurant industry; unfortunately, I experienced the opposite here.

The salami pizza was too dry, and the dough was somehow unsalted. Completely tasteless. The atmosphere outside was good. Card payment didn't work.

Hello, the food was molto bene super. Unfortunately, only the bass of the music was blaring. I mentioned that, but they didn't care. Unfortunately, I didn't get any napkins, but I was asked three times, "Is everything okay?" The restrooms are unacceptable for a good restaurant. Again, the food was great...

The restaurant exudes a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The waiters always have a smile on their faces and are always quick and friendly at work. The meal was a journey of flavors—it felt like I was eating in a small Neapolitan restaurant where passionate grandmothers still knead the pasta by hand. For a city centre it's average. It's worth replacing the glasses, those worn out graphic inscriptions are embarrassing in Poland. In our country the worst places have worn out glasses, goblets etc.

Absolutely outrageous. The two of us were there at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday morning during the Cup weekend. We ordered two beers and were served two pilsners in wheat beer glasses. So far, so bad. The beer was "at least" warm enough to boil an egg in. When we asked the waiter if that wasn't possible, he revealed that he didn't have it any colder. The beer had just been delivered. Who would have thought that there would be people at Breitscheidplatz that weekend (the Cup final)????🙈 He then offered me ice cubes...pilsner in a wheat beer glass with ice cubes...respect. When I wanted to pay, my friend yelled at me because I gave him a 50-euro note. He asked me if we all had too much money...!! We paid and left the full beer. Never again!!!!

The food was truly delicious and prepared with love. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive—a real plus! Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't particularly clean, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The surroundings were also quite noisy, but that's probably due to the lively location on Kudamm. Overall, though, a lovely visit with culinary delights!

We were in Berlin during the DFB Cup weekend, and after a few hours of celebration at Breitscheidplatz, we were hungry and craving Italian cuisine. Incredibly, we got a table right away, even though there seemed to be 20,000 people partying around the restaurant. So, I can't comment on the ambiance. Our order was taken quickly and politely. Considering the hustle and bustle, the staff's service was surprisingly positive. Thank you for that... We ordered pasta with vegetables and a spaghetti carbonara, along with an aqua panna. The drink arrived promptly, along with a basket of white bread. The pasta was served to us very quickly. There was nothing wrong with the pasta with vegetables. Warm, plentiful, and tasted quite okay. The spaghetti carbonara, however, was a complete disaster, and no Italian on this earth would tolerate such a thing. The spaghetti was way overcooked; someone, but not a chef, poured a cold, flavorless cream swill over it and had it served as spaghetti carbonara. I don't want to leave out the three pieces—no idea what they were, but no pancetta or guanciale—that I don't want to leave unmentioned. I should have ordered a pizza instead; they at least looked like Italian food, and the customers at the next table called them "delicious." Dear restaurant owners, please teach your kitchens to cook real spaghetti carbonara or remove it from the menu. This is an insult to Italian culinary traditions. Please don't be offended 🙏🏼...

In Germany's capital, you could only pay with cash. By the time the pasta arrived, there was no Parmesan left in the entire restaurant.

Nice staff and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the toilets smelled strongly and the only towel available was Zewa. Salami pizza for €13 and then only 5 slices of salami was already weak… Unfortunately the beer was not well chilled and a pizza was delivered cold. The dough was well made.

Today we went to the restaurant at 2 p.m. full of anticipation for pizza. The waiter was a real multitasking hero: with one ear on us, the other on the next guests - hats off! Drinks and pizzas were received promptly, although the drinks initially took a small detour. But no problem, that was fixed quickly - we are flexible! As a small greeting there was a bread basket - unfortunately a bit vintage, but at least bread is bread. The waiting time for the pizza was more Italian-cozy: after half an hour we had another drink, and after another half hour we finally got the long-awaited pizzas. But wait... my pizza went astray and ended up at the next table. But that too was solved charmingly and with an apology - and after another 15 minutes I was in pizza heaven. For the little mishaps we got two espressos on the house - we thought that was really nice! When paying, another little number-crunching adventure arose: a beer that we never saw and a pizza wrong on the bill. But this was also clarified directly and friendly at the table. Thumbs up for the uncomplicated solution! Finally, we wanted to quickly visit the toilets in the basement - and unfortunately this is where things got really adventurous: the men's urinals were a third full, no soap, no towels. Unfortunately it was a similar story for the women. That was a bit too much adventure for our taste. Conclusion: Friendly service, mediocre pizza (when it's there), but there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of sanitary facilities. We didn't have fun - we won't see each other again.

Unfortunately, the lasagna is not recommended. It came without minced meat and was dry. Even after a tip-off, there was no apology or accommodation of any kind. Instead, we were informed that this had already happened several times today and with this Boss needs to be discussed.

A disaster... after almost an hour we noticed that our order hadn't arrived in the kitchen. Then something was quickly prepared... the lasagne had nothing to do with lasagne, just cheese slush with tomato sauce, even pasta wasn't included... the salt for 18.50 couldn't be beaten in terms of poverty, the bruschetta was just plain careless with tomatoes lying next to it. We have already switched to alternative dishes because the pizza supposedly takes longer... what nonsense... the employees are constantly hectic and there are lots of waiting guests... the cheekiness but the portions... zero stars would be justified.

Location is good, that's probably also what was on the positive side. The food was mediocre, overpriced, my boyfriend was served the wrong dish first, so I had finished eating when his food finally arrived, no apologies from the staff from here. Completely overpriced. Mixed salad for a whopping €12 with supposedly homemade dressing, was more like something ready-made with mayo. Right at the beginning you are informed that you can only pay in cash and that there is a lack of hygiene and toilet paper in the toilet. They make you wait forever, whether it's a drink (a bottle of water for €10) or a pizza that would have needed a few minutes longer in the oven. Never ever. Tourist rip-off.

I ate the pizza for €18:50. For the price I really expected something and not such a loveless and above all dry pizza. The pizza there is not recommended, sorry even if the service was nice, but you really have to change something about the pizza.

Afterwards: Wait, wait... we were actually able to order food even after being ignored for a long time. .... Hope arose ... Around us there was still chaotic back and forth from the completely overwhelmed waiters ... Neighboring tables with guests who had arrived later were provided with bread baskets, drinks and food ... We didn't get any food ... It's a shame that you have to have such experiences at such a central location in Berlin on Kurfürstendamm. We set off hungry after 1 1/2 hours and were suddenly noticed. There was also approval for our departure from other dissatisfied guests. Italian in Berlin at Ferres Ristorante Caffe Bar Pizzeria is not recommended. Giving stars is a joke, unfortunately no other option was possible.

Not recommended. After 60mi with 2 children at the table, ladies who arrived later and were perhaps better looking were fully served. We didn't get any food. We then left with thumbs-up signs from other guests. It was 7:30 p.m. Italian love for children - none!

Underground. With 2 small children we wait an hour and a half for food, people who come later get food earlier.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. We had just placed our drink order when we were informed that EC card payments were not possible this evening. Where are we PLEASE? I think something like that is a no-go these days, in a central location in such a large metropolis. It's Saturday evening...The waiter was rude and inattentive. The portions are far too small for the price and the quality is also poor. I had a Sarti Spriz, there probably wasn't any Sarti in it. I have never eaten or drunk so badly. We cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.

The restaurant seems cozy and no one had to go to the toilet, but the food had two pastas, both independently, as if the pasta had been cooked hours before. The carbonara was totally bland and dry, the ailoli, the pasta was just as tomato overcooked and garlic was slightly burnt, service as described by the others, no attention, a shame

I can't recommend the place. We ordered beer and our glasses were empty. Then we wanted to order new beer and that wasn't possible. The waitress saw our empty glasses and ignored it. I spoke to her and she just kept walking. And there was nothing going on in the restaurant. Then our food came. That looked good. I ordered chicken and got a rare steak. And that doesn't work at all. At least they apologized and then brought me the real food. There were fries on the floor for a while and the waiters all kept walking past. We pointed this out to them and then they picked up the fries. That was the first and last time we were there.

It's my first time here... but it was very tasty and I was warmly welcomed... Thank you, I'll come back.

Very overpriced. I had the Tortellini. The Tortellini were the same kind that you buy at the supermarket for 1 euro a serving. Mass produced and frozen. Very little sauce and that's it. Not even a parsley garnish. No parmesan. No waiter in sight. I had to get up and go into the restaurant and get the parmesan myself while 4 waiters were standing at the counter gossiping. I can see why people would stop here while shopping on the Kudamm they have a very nice terrace. I suggest a beer for people watching and eating elsewhere.

The bruschetta bread was not toasted & garlic was completely missing. Overall very boring. Noodles and lasagne were very creamy and tasted ok. The waiting times for pizza are incredibly long (over 1 hour) and the food doesn't come at the same time. Some at the table had already finished their meal when it was first served to others. (approx. 20 minutes later) The hygiene of the toilet rooms is catastrophic and the towel dispenser is broken. There was no toilet paper either. Some employees smoked up to three times between the time the order was placed and the food was served. The response to the wait is apologetic but indifferent. Unfortunately not recommended

Unfortunately we didn't take any photos. We had steak with some fries and a pitiful 3 mushrooms on it. The sauce was barely enough for the small portion of fries. And a piece of salmon with 2 crabs on top in lobster cream sauce, with a small metal basket of fries. Here too, the little bit of sauce was hardly enough. The salmon was seared on the bottom. Each dish was accompanied by a small plate of carelessly prepared salads. In terms of taste, well, okay. But either it must be a taste surprise given the sizes and prices, or it is just overpriced. In this case overpriced. Men's toilet also very ugly. The service was very friendly and nice. The only positive thing here. We expected more at such an address. Too bad

Disaster!! The spritz costs €10.50 and didn't even see any daylight on the Aperol. We don't have to talk about the pasta, there was a whole garlic in each plate. The prices are an absolute disgrace and should be sentenced to at least 10 years in prison.

We got a pizza a steak and a pumpkin velouté soup. The pumpkin soup was very tasty with a nice texture and the difference was made by the Parmesan cheese. The pizza had Italian dough in a wood-fired oven, so it was tasty. The steak was average because while it was very nice and properly cooked on the inside (it had the classic pink color but no blood), on the outside it was a little overcooked on the border of burnt. Also, the taste was nothing special. In general, it is a good choice of food, not something bad, but also not something special

The price is not appropriate for the size of the portion. The door to the ladies' room was broken. The disabled toilet, which is located in the women's toilet, does not have enough space for a person with a wheelchair.

I eat today there with my kids, Excellent customer service with great food, waiters are friendly and truly make you feel home. Will come back next time in Berlin.

Very boring and dry pizza, i dont understand the price (well i do, its in the most touristy part of berlin but not being a tourist i wasn‘t amazed with it). On top of that, the men‘s toilet didnt have soap, they out dish soap instead. And it smelled like barn down there at the WC. Only silver lining was the staff, they were pretty nice.

Actually a relatively cozy restaurant, with quite tasty pizzas. I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately the pizza we ordered was not according to the menu, the plockwurst and pepperoni were missing. We could have chosen a different pizza, but we didn't want to let our daughter eat it alone. To make up for it, we got tiramisu on the house, but we should have been informed about the missing ingredients before preparing the pizza, then we would have chosen something else.

We went to this lovely restaurant on our last evening. We only ordered 2 small dishes of pasta and pizza. There was hardly any wait and the quality of this order was very good. The service before and during our visit was also very courteous. The furnishings were very homely and comfortably furnished. We can fully recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting it again.
