Very overpriced. I had the Tortellini. The Tortellini were the same kind that you buy at the supermarket for 1 euro a serving. Mass produced and frozen. Very little sauce and that's it. Not even a parsley garnish. No parmesan. No waiter in sight. I had to get up and go into the restaurant and get the parmesan myself while 4 waiters were standing at the counter gossiping. I can see why people would stop here while shopping on the Kudamm they have a very nice terrace. I suggest a beer for people watching and eating elsewhere.

The bruschetta bread was not toasted & garlic was completely missing. Overall very boring. Noodles and lasagne were very creamy and tasted ok. The waiting times for pizza are incredibly long (over 1 hour) and the food doesn't come at the same time. Some at the table had already finished their meal when it was first served to others. (approx. 20 minutes later) The hygiene of the toilet rooms is catastrophic and the towel dispenser is broken. There was no toilet paper either. Some employees smoked up to three times between the time the order was placed and the food was served. The response to the wait is apologetic but indifferent. Unfortunately not recommended

Unfortunately we didn't take any photos. We had steak with some fries and a pitiful 3 mushrooms on it. The sauce was barely enough for the small portion of fries. And a piece of salmon with 2 crabs on top in lobster cream sauce, with a small metal basket of fries. Here too, the little bit of sauce was hardly enough. The salmon was seared on the bottom. Each dish was accompanied by a small plate of carelessly prepared salads. In terms of taste, well, okay. But either it must be a taste surprise given the sizes and prices, or it is just overpriced. In this case overpriced. Men's toilet also very ugly. The service was very friendly and nice. The only positive thing here. We expected more at such an address. Too bad

We got a pizza a steak and a pumpkin velouté soup. The pumpkin soup was very tasty with a nice texture and the difference was made by the Parmesan cheese. The pizza had Italian dough in a wood-fired oven, so it was tasty. The steak was average because while it was very nice and properly cooked on the inside (it had the classic pink color but no blood), on the outside it was a little overcooked on the border of burnt. Also, the taste was nothing special. In general, it is a good choice of food, not something bad, but also not something special

Disaster!! The spritz costs €10.50 and didn't even see any daylight on the Aperol. We don't have to talk about the pasta, there was a whole garlic in each plate. The prices are an absolute disgrace and should be sentenced to at least 10 years in prison.

Food wasn't that tasty. The pasta had already been cooked for too long.

The price is not appropriate for the size of the portion. The door to the ladies' room was broken. The disabled toilet, which is located in the women's toilet, does not have enough space for a person with a wheelchair.

I eat today there with my kids, Excellent customer service with great food, waiters are friendly and truly make you feel home. Will come back next time in Berlin.

Very boring and dry pizza, i dont understand the price (well i do, its in the most touristy part of berlin but not being a tourist i wasn‘t amazed with it). On top of that, the men‘s toilet didnt have soap, they out dish soap instead. And it smelled like barn down there at the WC. Only silver lining was the staff, they were pretty nice.

Actually a relatively cozy restaurant, with quite tasty pizzas. I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately the pizza we ordered was not according to the menu, the plockwurst and pepperoni were missing. We could have chosen a different pizza, but we didn't want to let our daughter eat it alone. To make up for it, we got tiramisu on the house, but we should have been informed about the missing ingredients before preparing the pizza, then we would have chosen something else.

We went to this lovely restaurant on our last evening. We only ordered 2 small dishes of pasta and pizza. There was hardly any wait and the quality of this order was very good. The service before and during our visit was also very courteous. The furnishings were very homely and comfortably furnished. We can fully recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting it again.

Cafe location is great for people watching. That's why I choose to sit outside. It's really funny that every dishes arrived at the same time, so by the time I finished my soup the pasta has turned icy cold. The waitress was friendly enough. Price is reasonable, but taste is really ordinary. There was no reason to come back here again.

Price-performance doesn't fit at all

1x spaghetti carbonara it was edible. 1x Argentinian entrecote. I demanded medium. The waiter left with a goofy smile. The entrecote was cooked through (wish not fulfilled). The waiter dropped the cap of the mineral bottle on the floor, picked it up without wiping it and screwed it back onto the bottle! We asked for bread again with our meal. The waiter smiled at us and we never got the bread.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. A chicken breast with 3 large watery chanterelles, a little cream sauce on it and a small amount of fries was far from worth the €25. The service was very good and friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't worth the money.

There was hair in my pasta, the pasta only tasted like cream... never eaten such bad food The restaurant is not recommended at all. Doesn't even deserve a star The service staff was unfriendly and didn't even apologize because the food was bad...

Delicious Italian dishes in a prime location at the Memorial Church. Unfortunately the service is just average. Even when the restaurant is almost empty, the waiter is busy with other things and doesn't manage to offer new drinks or ask for other requests. The attempt at eye contact also fails.

The waiter forgot one dish, when asked about the reason, he said it was our fault because he wrote down everything we gave him, when asked about a glass of tap water, he looked askance and charged us a glass of bottled water. Portions are relatively small for the price compared to the center and nearby restaurants, which, despite their location, have a much better quantity-to-price ratio. Avoid

We came here to have a coke. The arrogant waiter gave us a very expensive coke. We had no cash with us and had to go and pick up money because he only wanted to accept cash. I therefore wrote a 1* review that very briefly stated "Stay away! Expensive and bad. Only accepts cash" which apparently was not to the owner's liking because he filed an objection with Google to remove the review because of " slander". I can honestly say that I don't get any benefit from bothering with writing random bad reviews. I do feel that it is my duty to share my experience so that people are informed of what they can expect if they want to consume something here. It is a shame that a catering business like this gives the Berlin catering industry a bad name. The way they work here is not in line with Berlin hospitality.

The food wasn't good, the salmon was dry like the sole of a shoe. The bruschetta was the opposite of crispy and came at the same time as the main course. Pizza was average, not great. Too expensive for the poor quality! And the service was bad too.

Dingy and rather dirty when you go to the toilet. Then the food came… as shown in the picture according to the menu with vegetables… dead fried steak. Service very unfriendly and impolite. We cannot recommend the restaurant under any circumstances.

Preferably zero stars. The food was a disaster. The fries were served half-frozen, and there was some cartilage or something similar in the chicken breast fillet. The bald waiter was super unprofessional and rude. He looks at you, smiles briefly but doesn't say a word to the guests. As soon as the plates have been cleared he comes and says he has to hand over his cash register, which is why he has to settle the bill, even though you are still sitting there drinking something. A “restaurant” that I will never visit again.

I was eating there with my girlfriend or wanted to go out to eat, then the menu came, where one spelling mistake after another made it seem like there was no desire to offer the customer anything special or to present something sensible. After ordering, the food came. Unfortunately a mini portion of fries (which were still cold in the lower part of the mini bowl) and the meat wasn't exactly cooked through either... The bald waiter really lived up to previous reviews by billing us early because he had to do the checkout even though we hadn't even finished eating yet. Don't understand that at all. It came across as if they just wanted to make money and get rid of you quickly... Not nice at all and definitely too expensive for price/performance. Never again! Think twice if you want to be disappointed.

We spontaneously went to Ferris for dinner on a Thursday. Service very friendly and accommodating. The food (bruschetta, pasta dish, meat dish and salad) was very tasty. Portions decent. Price-performance top for Berlin! Drink selection clear. Recommended.

If you feel hungry after an extensive visit to Berlin, you'll be happy to get a free spot at the popular Breitscheidtplatz in the heart of City West. As expected, the look at the menu was anyway he in the high-priced range. A grilled chicken fillet and a few fries for €22.50 with salad!!! That's pretty intense. But the food was quite tasty. For the price I would have been happy with some bread and a few olives before dinner...

As always at Ferris, it's very tasty and the service is always friendly.

When a handful of customers wanted to have breakfast at 11:00 a.m. in the store there was apparently no breakfast left, a poster on the window said BREAKFAST UNTIL 12:00 P.M. But breakfast was served at the same time! Don't even let us sit down, he probably didn't like the fact that there were 5 of us!

Completely overcrowded & poor quality. The waiters are quite nice, that's about it. The fans in the men's toilet are moldy on the ceilings (nobody cares). The tables are very small & narrow. We ordered the most expensive menu on the menu, the "fresh vegetables" advertised were simply a small ready-made salad. People don't make the mistake like we did :)

The taste was good, but the portion was really small. So we paid €7.75 per (still slightly hard) canneloni. For other dishes, the portions are more reasonable.

I don't recommend it. Waited over 30 minutes for pasta. However, this is not the only disadvantage. The chef probably has a congenital coronavirus. Dishes without any flavors, sterile. Money down the drain. A solid 1.5 ☆ out of 5. I don't say hello.

Terrible! First off, what kind of Italian restaurant doesn’t know what a Negroni is? I could see the ingredients at the bar but they wouldn’t make one. Fine. But then we had to ask for water and bread 3 times. Service was slow and rude. Food and wine was not as described on the menu and pretty much garbage. May possibly have been the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Avoid at all cost!

La Carbonara era solo un trozo frío y pegajoso de espagueti con unos pequeños trozos de jamón. Muy poca salsa carbonara. ¡Dejé la mitad y nunca dejé nada! Muy decepcionante. Luego tuvimos que pedir dos veces la factura y solo recibimos eso porque me puse de pie y fui a pedirlo por tercera vez. Este lugar es dependiente de uno solo personalizado y gran volumen. Claramente no les importa lo que ponen sobre la mesa. ¡Dale a este lugar una oportunidad!

Worst carbonara I've ever had with cooked ham

Typical tourist restaurant with the classic waiters trying to get foot traffic into the restaurant. We were there, after ordering drinks we also wanted to order something to eat. After the waiter didn't show up for over 30 minutes, we spoke to our colleague. The waiter then complained to us that you should say something when you order. Not only was part of the order not delivered, we didn't get the typical side bread. The quality of the food also leaves a lot to be desired, fast food chains have a similar quality. Unfortunately disappointing.

I spontaneously stopped by with friends at the Italian restaurant Visavis at the Memorial Church. Even without a reservation, Bibi, our carefree yet very attentive waiter, arranged a table for us on the heated and busy terrace. The short waiting time was sweetened with an aperitif "offre da Casa" .. ;-) I had a very well mixed whiskey sour and my companion had a gin and tonic with lime if requested.. Pasta and salad as well as my veal schnitzel were highly recommended and a focaccia, I have rarely experienced anything so fluffy and fresh. I've been there before and I can see that the change of operator is bearing fruit. Soon there will be delicious drinks and cuisine until late into the night, accompanied by relaxed music and all in a relaxed atmosphere. We'd love to come back... to the new Ferris Ristorante & friends

I would have given 5 stars for the service, the food and the ambience, but.... . If the waiter drops glasses on the floor between the guests and leaves the shards lying around (children and dogs were there too) it doesn't work at all.

We ate at this restaurant on Wednesday the 14th of August, my daughter and I. The food was good however the service afterwards was not. We realised after leaving Berlin that my daughter had left her sunglasses on the table. We have tried calling on multiple occasions, and also had friends from Berlin calling them. Nobody answers the phone, and even on one occasion where my friend managed to speak to someone at the restaurant, they promised to call back, but we haven’t heard anything back from them. These were prescription sunglasses that cost over 300€……and we’re extremely disappointed not to have had any response. This is really poor customer service!

Food was ok, drinks were only half full and didn't taste bad. The waiter was unmotivated and sometimes ignored us and forgot what we ordered.

Pizza ok. French fries too. Carbonara very average and tasteless with three arugula leaves. The waiter did not know what type of beer was available in the restaurant. I will 100% not come back here.

Too expensive, even for its location, the food was bad (I ate penne all'arrabbiata, it had too much garlic, 2 bad-sliced cloves) and the toilettes were dirty af, it smelled bad and there was no soap. The waiters weren't mean, but they weren't kind neither, just German average service. A BOTTLE OF WATER WAS 7,50€ 💀💀

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant and it does not deserve the name Osteria. The pizza tasted like an average kebab shop. The edge wasn't really crispy and the salami on top was of poor quality. Prepared with love is different... The carbonara was dry, bland and made with turkey ham. The waiter smiled nicely, but nothing more. We didn't even ask if we liked it. Once and never again....

The pizza could have had a little more toppings, my husband's food was good. The restaurant is cozy and the food came very quickly, but the drinks were mixed up and the waiter objected to us wanting to pay by card, the reason being that so many people had already paid by card, I think now my part. Whatever the reason, only card payment is specified

It's ok, you can do it. Everything was pretty average. I had salmon pasta, which was quite good, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the penne arrabiata

Came here for breakfast, it was 17€ for an omelette and bad coffee. This place should be banned.

Not the best food but the location is great

The food was fair in taste and quality. The chairs and design were lacking, but the highlight was a staff member named Emir. His smile, client management, and kind behavior stood out, especially on the very busy day of the football match between Turkey and the Netherlands. It was the main reason we chose to stay in this restaurant for drinks and dessert after our main dish.

I found the Margherita pizza very bad, 2 other colleagues share my opinion. But coffee was good, service and ambience were good too.

They didn't want me to pay by credit card....after all, we are in 2024. Hopeless!

I can't say anything about the quality of the dishes as we only had a drink here. What I can say, however, is that I have rarely experienced such a completely unfriendly (head?) waiter: I - very politely - asked for a second round of drinks from one of the waiters (or “just” service staff?) who regularly passed our table. ordered (admittedly not from the waiter with whom we placed the first order, but he was also not available at that time) & said waiter confirmed this order with eye contact & a nod. Now I was actually of the opinion that we would be able to get these drinks in the near future, but that turned out to be a gross misconception on my part. When, 10 minutes later, the drinks we had ordered still hadn't reached our table, we were asked by the first waiter (who apparently was/is something like a head or head waiter) if we would like something else to drink. I truthfully replied (very politely! There was no reason to be rude, since every waiter can forget an order when it's busy...) that I had already ordered from my colleague. Unfortunately, this was the completely wrong answer, because the supposed head waiter now reprimanded me in the most condescending and arrogant manner, which I have actually never experienced before: what I allow myself to order from someone else and it will probably be clear to me that orders can only be placed with him! Well, I'm very sorry, but as an obviously stupid Ösi, I wasn't aware of this tradition that only one waiter is allowed to write and everyone else just has to walk back and forth with dishes. I would also like to add that on my 7th trip to Berlin, I am definitely able to recognize the famous “Berlin snout” - although this was not even close to such jargon with coarse humor - said “upper” waiter wasn't any more Berliner than I am. Hence my conclusion: the next time you feel hungry or thirsty, just walk a few meters further! No matter how good the food may be, there are certainly countless restaurants in Berlin where the food is at least as good, but you won't be judged by the staff!
