It's cozy and the service was quick and friendly - that's fine. BUT: If you broadcast the women's DFB Cup outside, please do so with sound that can also be heard. Guests have come to you four times (!) and specifically asked to turn on the sound and/or turn it up. Turn the sound on, then turn it off again, then turn it on, etc. So it seems like you're only showing the game half-heartedly, without any real interest. Without sound it was just annoying and completely pointless. Then please leave the screen off completely – that would be more consistent and more pleasant for everyone.

I have visited Bremen many times over the years. The experiences I have had have generally been good unlike today's experience. We came to Feldmans and were tempted to taste their fresh asparagus and wiener schnitzel. This accompanied by potatoes and hollandaise sauce. We ordered beer with the meal. I asked for a large lager. Was quickly informed that the Max could be 40 cl. My partner, on the other hand, could have a 50 cl weisbirre. The beer arrived relatively quickly on the table. After some waiting, two plates of food were thrown on the table and the young man evaporated just as quickly as he had come to find out if everything was as it should be and it was not ok. We had neither cutlery, napkins nor salt and pepper. After a bit of a wait, I chose to go in to ask for the ones we were missing. The boss looked wide-eyed. But a waitress had understood what it was all about and immediately gave me two sets of cutlery. Back at the table I inspected the food available. A piece of wiener schnitzel. Just barely 100 grams of meat. Panned According to the rules of art. The potatoes were clearly overcooked and visibly falling apart. They should not be chewed. They melted by themselves on the fork. The nice asparagus. Cooked. And probably more than what is good for them. Finally, the sauce. Disgustingly cold. It could have been entitled to 5 stars but instead became something closer to 1. The operation. As I see it, none of those visibly present were professionals. They were absent and inattentive. Didn't follow up on the serving and didn't even see that the food that came to the table wasn't good enough. To forget the very basics is, in my eyes, a fad.

There were two of us, we sat down, and no one noticed us. We sat for 20 minutes and weren't served. Afterward, we left the restaurant. The worst service I've ever experienced!

The atmosphere is not very comfortable, it was cold in the dining room. The service is absolutely fine, tried hard and very friendly. There is clearly room for improvement when eating, the fried potatoes were lukewarm and the pan fish was obviously warmed up in the microwave or something similar. This was indicated by a slightly dried sauce surface. Drinking is okay, eating is not necessary.

Yesterday the six of us went to Feldmann’s Bierhaus for a few drinks. Unfortunately, our last evening in Bremen was marred by a series of unfortunate circumstances. Right at the beginning, a guest at the neighboring table made a negative impression by burping loudly - of course the staff can't do anything about that, but it still marked the start of our evening. The store was moderately busy, which apparently affected one employee's motivation. It took a while for her to come to our table to take the order. The drinks were served quickly afterwards, but not in a friendly manner - putting the glasses down seemed like a clear sign that our presence was not wanted. When we placed our second order, we were told in no uncertain terms that we should please finish our drinks quickly as the staff wanted to finish work in about 20 minutes - even though we were by no means the last guests in the restaurant at that time. When we finally nodded along to the beat of the music and obviously enjoyed the music, it was demonstratively changed from the tablet at the bar - apparently out of displeasure with our good mood. Unfortunately, overall we felt anything but welcome. The visit to Feldmann’s Bierhaus was a disappointment for us and we would advise against a visit.

Delicious home-brewed beer, interesting local dishes and more, for football fans, games are broadcast here. There are also outdoor seats and a beer garden close to the river.

Lots going on in this place. The service was very, very nice. Quick food, nothing special. But suitable for this place.

Unfortunately the worst salad (Greek salad, April offer) ever eaten. It was served on a flat plate, so the number of lettuce leaves was very manageable, dripping with water (i.e. floating in water), the dressing consisted of a maximum of a tablespoon of yoghurt/mayo. Pepperoni was missing. Then paid 12.90 for that. Never here again. Unfortunately. Seating (high tables) was great..

What could be better than drinking a few beers at the Schlachte when the weather is nice 🍺

For food I can recommend the Knipp and the Labskaus...both very tasty

The store was solid, the food was good and you can watch great football. There is a beer garden in front of the shop, which is also a great idea, but everything has become a bit expensive. Service can be expanded, especially in terms of the way it is handled. Overall, you can say it's a good shop, you spend a good time here and you're satisfied.

We ate here for the first time on a sunny Saturday. The service was attentive and friendly The food came after about 15 minutes We think the price-performance ratio is very good. The portions were decent The spaghetti is very tasty and seasoned better than most Italian dishes. The schnitzel is tender, the sauce is spicy. Crispy fries The farmer's breakfast turns out to be a monster because it really contains a lot of potatoes and eggs. The cucumbers are very tasty and round the whole thing off nicely Gladly again :)

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the food the second time. If you want good food, don't eat here. Unfortunately, it's now only for tourists because of the outdoor area.

Wir hatten das Feldmann's schon mal vor ein paar Jahren besucht und da wir diesen Besuch in guter Erinnerung hatten, sind wir hier wieder eingekehrt. Unsere Wahl fiel auf das Schnitzel Wiener-Art mit Pommes und Salat, sowie dem Knusperfisch (Limandes) mit Bratkartoffeln. Das Schnitzel war offensichtlich TK-Ware, aber zumindest von der Faserung kein Formfleisch und ok, die Pommes leicht versalzen, der Salat mit dem Joghurt-Dressing top, positiv auch das es je ein Tütchen Mayo und Ketchup gleich ungefragt dazu gab. Der Fisch hingegen war von einer extra dicken Panade umgeben, dafür wenig Fisch, dazu fast kalt und auch nicht von guter Qualität, Bratkartoffeln paßten zumindest. Wir teilten dem Kellner auch mit, daß der Fisch zu kalt und nicht ok ist, er meinte nur, er würde es an die Küche weitergeben, aber eigentlich war es ihm vollkommen egal, ob der Gast zufrieden ist oder nicht. Nach unserem vorherigen Besuch war es dieses Mal absolut nicht zufriedenstellend und ist höchstens für ein Kaltgetränk zu empfehlen.

We were served quickly and friendly. The Bremen Panfish in particular is recommended, very tasty and a decent portion. You get fed up with it.

My personal recommendation. Great staff, short waiting times and a very cozy atmosphere.

Poor service. Despite a reservation, we had to wait outside for more than an hour to get a table too late. Unfortunately, the staff could not follow suit and chaos prevailed. I hope it's not like this every day.

Ein solides Lokal. Leider ein großer Gastraum, deshalb sehr laut. Ohne Reservierung ist es schwer, einen Tisch zu bekommen! Die Bedienung war freundlich und "auf Zack" - wir mussten nicht lange mit einem leeren Glas sitzen. Das Essen war lecker und Preis-Leistung passte!

A solid restaurant. Unfortunately it's a large guest room, so it's very loud. It's hard to get a table without a reservation! The service was friendly and "on the ball" - we didn't have to sit for long with an empty glass. The food was delicious and the value for money was right!

My meal from the weekly menu, the fish platter, was bad. It consisted of three fried fish sticks, three fried squid rings, five small pieces of roasted potatoes with wild herbs (although these were missing), fresh salad and a small bowl of dip. The only thing worth highlighting was the salad, as it was well seasoned. The stars go to the courteous service

Very tasty food, maybe use less salt. But it's also a matter of taste. Open restaurant where the atmosphere can sometimes be louder. You can watch the Bundesliga, or just drink beer, or, or. Relaxed staff, courteous and friendly. Clear minus: The decline to the toilets and the like. This doesn't go well with the food at all. From experience I know that the situation is due to the people walking and drinking from the Schlachte because the toilets are often used from outside. Nevertheless, there is an urgent need for action. Still worth a visit for me.

Unfortunately we had to leave immediately because the restaurant smelled extremely like drains. Something urgently needs to be done here.

A bit old. Operation OK. We didn't eat anything, just drank something. The toilet (men's) didn't work. Smelled like a train station toilet and some corners haven't seen a cleaning cloth in a while. Conclusion: You can do it, but you don't have to.

Seldom eaten so badly! Baked potatoes not cooked through, mushrooms from the jar instead of fresh ones, hunter's sauce with the schnitzel is hard to enjoy,... The toilets are a disgrace, both in terms of cleanliness and smell, and there is also a toilet lady sitting there to collect money. The restaurant in general is not clean, sticky and dirty tables, etc. Only the staff was friendly.

A somewhat outdated restaurant with terrible sanitary facilities! Despite paying €1 per toilet use to the cleaner sitting there, smelly, dirty toilets, empty toilet paper rolls and smeared feces on the walls. There are also defective fittings in the washing area, which no one seems to care about. I think paying for clean toilets is completely okay - especially during the Christmas market. But if I contribute 8% of the cleaning staff's minimum wage per use, I can probably expect a certain amount of effort towards cleanliness. Not again!

First of all, a big compliment from my colleague and I to this top service. We were served by two younger waiters. Both more than accommodating. Especially the younger man, he can deal with his guests very well :) The food was also very tasty and as Bavarians in Bremen we got a taste for it. When we're back we'll come back.

The river seats only serve beer and small snacks like bratwurst. You have to go inside for main dishes. Food is ok and the house's beer is decent.

Very disgusting food, ordered schnitzel and it tasted like a ready-made frozen one that they heated up. I can't speak for their other food, but the schnitzel was incredibly bad.

We came here to eat and unfortunately we weren't impressed. The shop is not nicely decorated and looks dreary. There were cevapcici and schnitzel, both of which were brought to the table within 2-3 minutes. Some of the food was very fatty and the meat was of poor quality. The portion was OK and the service was friendly. :-)

Were there on Saturday afternoon. It was relatively full because of football. That was ok for us. However, the table was only covered but not wiped down (drink puddles were still there). But then it was made up for. The food was good, but unfortunately the fried potatoes and vegetables were very greasy and still glistened with fat. Unfortunately I didn't particularly like that. Otherwise everything is ok.

Great friendly staff and the food was so good that even though my turkey fillets were messing on the dish I did not complain because the dish was delicius but a waiter noticed that the forgot the meat and brought it to me in middle of meal. We just had a drink there. Ordering turned out to be extremely complicated because the waitress obviously had no idea about the menu (Haake Beck is the same as Becks, what is tap and what is bottled beer, what is non-alcoholic, what is not...). However, I found the toilets really bad...

I had the market pan. The medalions were very small. The mushrooms didn't taste like anything and everything was only lukewarm. The Hollondaise sauce listed on the menu was only delivered upon request in the form of a glass bowl that held about 10 grams and was cold. The food was a complete disappointment. The waiter responsible for us was very nice and accommodating.

Fast service and reasonable prices

The service there on Saturday was super nice, the food came relatively quickly and was tasty, but what somehow didn't work was the constant use of the wrong glasses for our drinks, e.g. Ramazotti from a water glass, Sambuca from a Malteser glass! And it was incredibly cold in the store because the door was open the whole time and sorry, it's no longer 25 degrees outside! Otherwise a very nice evening

Sehr gute Lage an der Schlachte mit tollem Außenbereich. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die jederzeit für unsere Gruppe verfügbar war und stets freundlich reagiert hat. Essen ist okay, aber man merkt das es eine Großküche ist, das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich nicht ganz stimmig, aber geschmacklich konnte man sich nicht beschweren

Peeing at 3 per mille will be difficult (toilet in the basement) but otherwise everything is great
