Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und schöner Biergarten. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Direkt neben dran wunderschönes Wald Gebiet. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir bei unsrem ersten Besuch in diesem Biergarten. Er liegt fast komplett im Schatten und man kann sich wegen der Größe einen schönen Tisch selbst aussuchen. Nicht ganz perfekt funktionieren das Aholsystem von Speisen u Getränken u der Rückgabeereich des Geschirrs. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Das Wirtshaus Fasanerie hatten wir wegen langer Wartezeiten und überheblichem Personal eigentlich schon abgeschrieben. Am Donnerstag haben wir ihm aber noch einmal eine Chance gegeben – und wurden positiv überrascht. Besonders Marie und Harald auf der Terrasse haben uns begeistert: herzlich, aufmerksam, professionell und dabei nie aufdringlich. Die beiden werten das Wirtshaus definitiv auf und sind ein echter Grund, wiederzukommen.

Schöner Biergarten mit Selbstbedienung.

Waren im Bedienungsbereich auf der Terrasse und war alles spitze. Nette Bedienungen, leckeres Essen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Beilagensalat, der ist sein Geld wert. Käseknöpfle und Flammkuchen geschmacklich sehr gur.

War nett nur wenn die Leute um einen herum alle rauchen ist halt doof... Bedingung nett Man kann sich auch ein Eis ect für den Spaziergang holen 😉 Kinder können hinten bei dem Sandkasten und Schaukel spielen ...

Super schönes Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und auch der Biergarten ist schön! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Steffen war super aufmerksam, freundlich und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und willkommen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Urige, rustikale Gaststätte mit Biergarten. Bayerische Schmankerl sowie gutbürgerliche Küche. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Preis/Leistung passt. Der angrenzende Park mit Spielplatz lädt zum längeren Verbleib ein.

Mitten im Wald, Preise sind fair. Man sollte auf Zecken aufpassen. Service gibts keinen da Selbstbedienung.

Wir waren zu 6 im Restaurant. Das Restaurant selbst ist schön. Eine Person fragte nach dem Schnitzel als Senioren Portion, da wurde ihm die Kinderportion empfohlen, diese er dann auch nahm. Diese Portion ist allerdings auch für Kinder ein Witz. Lieblos angerichtet und das Schnitzel so mini und unschön, dass selbst für ein Kind die Portion traurig ist. Nach dem abtragen der leeren Teller, saßen wir über 1 Std. da und keine Kellnerin war mehr am Tisch. Die 3 bis 4 Bedienungen standen sich lieber zusammen an der Theke die Füße in den Bauch. Service von daher echt schlecht und unprofessionell....

Der Biergarten hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Für Selbstbedienung zu teuer. Keine Sitzkissen.

Schönes Lokal. Schlechtes unorganisiertes Personal, schlechte Aufteilung der Ausgaben( Kasse extra, Getränke extra gegenüber, Essen Ausgabe auch extra. Jedesmal Kreuz und Quer durch den Biergarten. Butter Brezel für überteuert, aber zum Selber schmieren. Aus Freude wird Frust. Daumen runter.

„Bestell mir ein Getränk im Biergarten, setz mich hin – fängt’s an zu schütten. Als ich nicht nass werden will, werde ich unfreundlich rausgescheucht, weil ich angeblich am falschen Tisch sitze. Dabei gehört das alles dem gleichen Laden, nur Biergarten und Restaurant sind irgendwie getrennt. Absurd unfreundlich. Wer da freiwillig hingeht, ist selber schuld.“

An der Kasse 20 Minuten angestanden, obwohl der Biergarten nur mäßig besetzt war. Hier ist organisatorisch noch Luft nach oben.

Tolle Lage, halbschattig und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - aber was für ein desaströser Service und was für eine chaotische Organisation: Bei mäßigem Betrieb 20 Minuten anstehen, bis die Getränke bezahlt werden können? Währenddessen starrt -dabei assistiert von zwei offenbar ebenfalls hilflosen Kolleginnen- ein Mitarbeiter aufs Display und scheint von seinem Kassensystem komplett überfordert zu sein … Geht das nicht zügiger oder wollen wir gar kein Geld verdienen? Wie wären eine zweite und eine dritte Kasse statt dass alle drei Mitarbeiter ratlos aufs selbe Display starren? Und der Knaller: es ist ein warmer Freitagabend und ab 20:30 h wird nichts mehr verkauft? Geht’s noch oder geschlossen wegen Reichtum?

Wow, endlich hat es Wlan für Gäste und sogar bestellen per QRCode, wenn viel los ist .... Aschaffenburg modernisiert sich

Super gemütlicher Biergarten und innen schöne Stuben in traumhafter Umgebung am Waldrand super nette Kellner und leckeres Essen es gab Spargel pur

Wir haben die Fasanerie gestern Abend um 19.30 Uhr besucht. Wir kannten das Restaurant noch von früher und waren ehrlich gesagt bitter enttäuscht. In einem Teil des Gastraums waren die Stühle auf den Tischen, was nicht sehr einladend war. Man hätte diesen Teil des Gastraums durch die vorhandene Schiebetür "unsichtbar" machen können. In den Toiletten roch es sehr unangenehm und man hatte den Eindruck, dass schon längere Zeit kein Reinigungspersonal mehr die Toiletten betreten hatte. Die Speisekarte war ok, jedoch ist es peinlich, wenn man eine Vorspeise bestellt und diese nach dem Hauptgericht serviert werden soll. Die Qualität des servierten Essens ( Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffel und Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut) entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Die Bratkartoffeln badeten im Fett und bei dem Schnitzel handelte es sich offensichtlich um Formfleisch. Insgesamt machte alles einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck. Wir haben uns gefragt, wie man in einem kurzen Zeitraum das Niveau einer früher beliebten Gaststätte so schnell nach unten fahren kann. Zudem vor dem Hintergrund, dass die Inhaber der Herz & Hopfen Gastro GmbH mit einer großen Brauerei in der Nähe in Verbindung stehen. Wir werden sowohl den Biergarten als auch das Restaurant in Zukunft meiden.

Wir haben eine Konfirmation im Nebenraum gefeiert. Es wurde alles sehr schön eingedeckt. Der Service war super! Chef sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war ein wunderschöner Tag. Gerne wieder - vielen Dank!!!

Völlig überteuert . Völlig unorganisiert. Leider Schade.

Leider insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Biergarten war nur zu ca. 30 % gefüllt, trotzdem mussten wir extrem lange warten. Das System ist aus unserer Sicht sehr unpraktisch organisiert:Erst an der Kasse anstellen (ca. 10–12 Minuten), danach mit dem Bon nochmal beim Getränkeausschank warten (ca. 15 Minuten) und anschließend nochmals fürs Essen anstehen (wieder ca. 10 Minuten). Am Ende wartet man also teilweise über 30 Minuten, bis man überhaupt Getränke oder Essen bekommt. Das Preisniveau liegt dabei auf gleichem oder sogar höherem Niveau als bei vergleichbaren Locations mit Bedienservice in Aschaffenburg. Dort bekommt man Essen und Getränke deutlich entspannter und kundenfreundlicher. Besonders unangenehm war dann zum Schluss noch der Umgangston. Wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter bzw. dem Wirt lautstark angemahnt, warum wir unsere Sachen nicht selbst wegräumen würden und dass man „solche Gäste hier nicht braucht“. Gerade bei vier Familien mit Kindern und entsprechendem Umsatz fanden wir das völlig unangemessen. In der heutigen Gastro-Situation mit viel Wettbewerb sollte Service und Umgang mit Gästen anders aussehen. Für uns daher leider keine Empfehlung.

Wir waren dort spazieren mit dem Hund,es ist sehr schön dort.Auch für Kinder dort gibt es einen großen Spielplatz der gut besucht ist.Für die Erwachsenen gibt es einen schönen Biergarten,Preis leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Uns hat es Spaß gemacht.

Waren im Biegarten, immernoch sehr schön dort, aber viel zu teuer.. Zwei kleine Pommes und zwei Getränke + erzwungenes Trinkgeld 20€. Man muss sein Trinken selbst holen, sein Essen selbst hol3n, sein Geschirr selbst wegräumen und dafür wird man bei Kartenzahlung noch gezwungen Trinkgeld zu geben.. Das ist sehr sehr schade. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer mal wieder, aber dieser Besuch war definitiv der Letzte..

Eigentlich ein schöner Biergarten etwas teuer aber sonst Ok . Leider ist die Organisation da rede ich von Seperater Kasse anstellen dann wieder zur Ausgabe von Getränken wieder anstellen. Wenn die eine bessere korordination hätten könnten die wesentlich mehr Umsatz machen . Besucher verdunsten derweil!

Selbstbedienung, man muss für essen und trinken insgesamt dreimal anstehen. Erst Bons kaufen (dort fragt das Gerät auch sehr auffällig na h Trinkgeld), dann an den Getränken anstehen und warten,bis der Buzzer sich meldet, damit man dann noch mal zum Essen abholen ansteht. ...und dafür soll man Trinkgeld zahlen, dass man drei Mal selbst die Arbeit macht? Veganer gucken traurig aus der Wäsche, da gibt's nur Beilagensalat mit Essig/öl. In 2026 ein irgendwie fragwürdiges Konzept. Werde nicht mehr hingehen, gibt bessere Plätze in Aschaffenburg.

Es ist Selbstbedienung. Man bezahlt zuerst und erhält dann einen Bon für die Getränke.

Schöne Osterzeit. Wenn Sie in einer Gastronomie mehr als 44 Minuten warten wollen und wenn Sie Dann höflich nach Besteck fragen bekommen Sie vielleicht auch von einem Herrn "Steffen" gesagt , dass Sie nicht rumpöpeln und unverschämt sein sollen Wenn man sich dann noch erlaubt darauf hinzuweisen, man wird das in Großostheim vielleicht entsprechend erwähnen. Lebte 8 Jahre dort. Dann kann man doch nur noch das Restaurant zu dritt verlassen, und für sich zu entscheiden nach über 40 Jahren nicht mehr hier einzugkehren und auch meine Bekannte darüber zu informieren. Am Anfang wurden wir auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, daß es länger dauern kann und es kam nach einer höflichen Nachfrage nach 40 Minuten nur der Hinweis von Herrn "Steffen " ,wir sind kein Schnelltestaurant. Anstatt 2 weiteren Essen kamen dann gleich drei Portionen nun alldings mit Besteck Das Essen war soweit gut Schöne Ostern

Familienfeier 18 Personen war sehr schön eingedeckt, Sektempfang bestens vorbereitet, Essen sehr schmackhaft und zeitgleich serviert. Service war aufmerksam und prompt.

Ich ware heute mit meiner Familie hier essen und wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare 5 Sterne!

Service war super nett und gut organisiert, außerdem schmeckte das Essen gut und das Ambiente war sehr idyllisch. PS: das Dessert ist sehr empfehlenswert

So schlechtes Essen habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nirgendwo sonst probiert – eine Katastrophe. Ich habe keine weiteren Kommentare, einfach nur bodenlos.

Sehr hoher Geräuschpegel im Gasthaus, ( keine normale Unterhaltung möglich ) , bis auf eine junge Frau , sehr unfreundliches Personal, das essen war weit unter dem Durchschnitt ( z.B. fettig und ölig ) . Wir haben uns leider zu viel versprochen und werden es zunächst einmal vermeiden, da nochmal hin zu gehen.

Schöne Lage und das Essen war vom Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis gut. Was ein bisschen stört, ist das ständige anstellen. Erst an der Kasse, dann bei den Getränken und zum Schluss beim Essen. Bei den Getränken sollte man auf jedem Fall Bierdeckel für die Getränke mitnehmen. Die sind ein guter Schutz gegen die vielen Bienen. Außer Pommes gibt es für Kinder nicht wirklich was zu Essen. Keine Schnitzel oder Nuggets. Wir waren auch mal mit der Firma im Winter vor Ort. Das Essen war immer noch sehr gut. Für größere Gruppen kann ich es aber nicht empfehlen. Der Lärmpegel war sehr hoch. Am nächsten Tag war ich heißer. Auch das Personal schaffte es nicht, regelmäßig bei uns vorbei zu schauen. Wir haben dann selbst an der Bar bestellt. Bei öfteren auftauchen, hätte sie locker die 3fache Menge an Getränken umsetzen können.

Schöne Location, aber enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Die Fasanerie Aschaffenburg punktet zunächst mit sehr schönen, urigen Räumlichkeiten. Besonders angenehm sind die teilweise abgetrennten Bereiche, die sich gut für privatere Veranstaltungen eignen. Leider hört das Positive für mich hier weitgehend auf. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht mehr. Ein Beispiel: Der Aufpreis vom normalen Schnitzel (ca. 15,50 €) zum Kochkäseschnitzel beträgt 3,00–3,50 €. Dafür erhält man lediglich einen kleinen Klecks Kochkäse, nicht einmal überbacken. Der Beilagensalat schlägt zusätzlich mit 6,90 € zu Buche, sodass man am Ende für ein eher kleines Kochkäseschnitzel deutlich über 25 € bezahlt. Die Portion rechtfertigt diesen Preis leider nicht. Dieses Beispiel steht stellvertretend für mehrere Gerichte. Auch bei den Getränken gab es unschöne Erfahrungen: Zunächst wurde ein schmutziges Glas serviert – das kann passieren. Allerdings war auch die dazugehörige Flasche außen verschimmelt. Dafür habe ich grundsätzlich Verständnis, es dem Gast jedoch so beim Essen auf den Tisch zu stellen, empfinde ich als grenzwertig. Der Service wirkte ebenfalls unausgewogen: Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr häufig angesprochen, während des Essens – genau dann, wenn man noch etwas trinken wollte – kam hingegen niemand mehr vorbei. Insgesamt sehr schade. Die Fasanerie ist leider nicht mehr das, was sie einmal war.

Wollten heute Nachmittag nach einem schönen Spaziergang einen Glühwein auf der Winterterrasse trinken und wurden sehr bestimmt und unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass man nur wenn man zum Eistockschießen gebucht hat, auf der Terrasse was zu trinken bekommt. Das war im letzten Jahr bei Bantschow noch anders. Von Freundlichkeit keine Spur mehr. Können wir leider nicht mehr unterstützen.

Tasteless mulled wine for €5!, sold by unenthusiastic staff...

We visited on Boxing Day with a party of 18. When we made the reservation (with the previous owner) for December 25th, 2025, on March 8th, 2025, we booked a private room. We didn't get it, however, due to the owner's curt remark that "someone else is sitting there now." The food was delicious (kudos to the kitchen), and the service staff was attentive. Then, again in a curt manner, we were informed that our table would be needed for new guests a quarter of an hour later. We were essentially ushered out at the last minute! Not a single friendly word or farewell. This is no way to treat guests! The owner definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. There's a lot of room for improvement!

49€ for an hour of curling is completely outrageous.

The most lasting impression first: The (apparent) owner was unfortunately the most unfriendly person in the entire room. Our family (18 people) had eaten and drunk for the appropriate bill plus tip. Then we were ushered out in the most unfriendly manner. Without a kind word, without an apology, without any semblance of courtesy. The young, attentive servers were far nicer and more pleasant. Furthermore, our preferred table, which had been explicitly confirmed in writing in March, was denied in December with an equally curt and unfriendly, "Well, you were probably too late." Unfortunately, this overshadows the good food. The food tasted good and was attractively presented. Special requests were also accommodated. Service was prompt and very friendly. It was nice that our dog was allowed to join us. The management should not only read the lofty company philosophy on their own website, but also work hard to implement it. Perhaps we'll come back again then. We certainly won't let ourselves be kicked out like that again. Not recommended!

Excellent food. Freshly prepared. Lovely atmosphere, nice and friendly staff. Would gladly come again.

We had reserved the small room for a wedding. We received no information whatsoever that our two contacts were unavailable. The manager who was present left everything to her staff. Agreements were not honored; for example, the champagne reception had to be arranged by our guests and us ourselves – not ideal. We were also responsible for clearing some of the tables ourselves – not ideal. Some of the staff were very rude. I could go on… On the positive side, the kitchen was excellent. If I could only give five stars, I would give the kitchen staff ten… Regarding dogs: I like dogs, but they have no place in a restaurant, especially when they're lying in the middle of the walkway…

We had planned our wedding at the Stübchen venue with great anticipation, expecting 20 guests. We were not informed twice that our contact person was no longer available. Three days before the wedding, we were told that the contact person was ill. We were told to relax. It was very disappointing. There were no napkins or coffee spoons on the table. We arrived half an hour early. A champagne reception was planned. Guests had to pour their own champagne. It was very impersonal and simply sad. The staff seemed disinterested. The food, to the kitchen's credit, was excellent. Towards evening, the service deteriorated even further. I even cleared the dessert table myself. If you don't want to host a small wedding, you shouldn't accept it. We were paying guests just like everyone else and are usually generous with tips. But this was unacceptable. Again, praise to the kitchen. Unfortunately, this otherwise beautiful day was left with a bitter aftertaste.

The food is really great and delicious! However, the service could be improved; unfortunately, not everyone there is friendly. And personally, I don't like that there are so many dogs here, especially after it's rained – it can really spoil your appetite.

They messed up the reservation and instead of a proper apology, they seated us at the kids' table and looked at us reproachfully all evening! What a shame!

Our visit to the Fasanerie was a complete success. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the curling. We all had a delicious meal and loved the traditional German cuisine. The staff was fantastic and always friendly and approachable. We'd love to come back!

The price-performance ratio is completely off. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and service are really great. The portions are very small. The price for the Spätzle is disproportionate. It's hardly affordable for families.

I've been visiting the Fasanerie for many years, and this is my first time under new management. Today I had to eat inside due to the winter temperatures. Well, I can't comment on the food, as mine—and another one—were forgotten; there were 20 of us. The ambiance is still very nice, but the service leaves much to be desired. Some drinks arrived after the food, which was delivered so unevenly that some people had already finished eating when others received their food—or sometimes not at all. Oh, and it would be a good idea NOT to order hot cider in a group of 10. It takes a good 10-15 minutes for two hot drinks to arrive; apparently, that's all the microwave can hold. A little tip: put a pot on the stove, pour in the cider, heat it up, and fill 10 glasses at once. Then you don't need a microwave, which only has room for two glasses.

We went there for goose dinner. The service was excellent and the food was good. However, it was so loud inside that you couldn't hear yourself think.

We celebrated our Christmas party this year at the Fasanerie – and I can only say: it couldn't have been better! The organization was flawless, the food excellent. The service was incredibly professional and attentive, and they catered to all our needs. We also rented the on-site curling rink in the beer garden. A huge thank you to the entire Fasanerie team for the perfect evening!

We celebrated our Christmas party here with about 25 people – and it was simply fantastic. The food was excellent, especially the duck and the game dishes, which we were very impressed with. The service was attentive and warm, and the organization was impeccable from the very first contact. A real highlight for us was the private curling rink in the outdoor area. Many thanks to the entire team for this thoroughly enjoyable evening – we will definitely be back!

I find it very cozy here, both inside and out! The food is delicious too! I'd like to point out that I find it quite ugly that a visitor is complaining about dogs in the inn! Dog owners have always met in the pheasantry for walks and then stopped at the inn afterwards! That's perfectly normal and not prohibited in any inn! As long as dog owners know how to behave in the inn! I think it's outrageous to attack the owners like this about dog hair! Someone here is clearly very hostile towards dogs and is blaming the owners for it! I call that unfair! It's a shame that someone is trying to sabotage our community spirit in this way!

Hello... At first I didn't want to write a review, but I can't help myself... 🙈 We were there in the evening, around 5 pm, and as soon as we walked in I almost tripped over the first German Shepherd, which was half under the table with its rear end right in the way. But there were three other large dogs inside. I like animals, but I think in a restaurant... just not acceptable... Sorry. Then the server seemed a bit overwhelmed taking our order, and they forgot to bring the salad... One breaded schnitzel for €15... PLUS €3.50 for a little bit of hunter's sauce... 👍 And with too few fries, or even the fried potatoes... My conclusion... Far too small portions, but ridiculously overpriced... And free dog hair thrown in... Unfortunately, I can't recommend it, and I won't be setting foot there again.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food and friendly, fast service. Large playground for children. Surprisingly many dogs in the dining area.

New owner! Delicious food! Friendly and very accommodating service. Cheese spaetzle and a varied salad – top-notch! And so much more choice.

The seating is very pleasant, the food is truly delicious. The cooked cheese and the accompanying bread are a poem! Something I noticed last time, and which surprised me a lot, is that the card readers now have a tipping option. But what's the tip for? There's no service at all; you go to the counter, order, and pay, and get your own drinks and food. Of course, you can choose not to tip, but in return, you get the "Are you stingy?" feeling (as I said, that would be the only thing you get served). I find it annoying when I'm expected to tip everyone who's just doing their job. I can't leave anymore, because I only get my salary without tips.

Totally unfriendly and rude. Never again.

Very relaxing place to enjoy a refreshing beverage

No. The beer garden was full. One cash register was occupied. And the cashier was completely overwhelmed. It caused a cash register blockage. After a third person arrived, the cash register was working again. The first cash register was then occupied. A 15-minute wait. Completely unacceptable considering the prices are self-imposed. Better to go to the Zeughaus.

Great place. Delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The owner has changed, and there's still room for improvement. The food is too expensive, and the wait time is long. We used to love going there, which is a shame!

Unfortunately, nothing special (the schnitzels were all dry and lacked flavor), coupled with endless wait times. The price/performance ratio isn't good here. Drinks (non-alcoholic, except for water) are only available in 0.33l containers. I used to really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, not anymore.

For me one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Aschaffenburg.

Great restaurant with a large beer garden

Food was decent..finally got the bratwurst I was craving. The live music was cool.

It's unbelievable what I experienced again. Now I also know the name of the person in question, who truly—there's no other way to put it—behaved rudely towards the guest. I was "asked" in a commanding tone to get the food (the beeper's battery was apparently dead, and I didn't know the dish was ready). Regina was so rude that even the guests at the next table reacted. And they gave me their phone number in case Regina distorted the facts. And she did when I spoke to her again. Now, since Regina is apparently in some kind of boss position, as she wants to imply, and I get absolutely no information otherwise, she can behave however she pleases. HEART and hops? No, that name isn't appropriate here. But those who lack self-knowledge probably need a little more time. What do I wish for you—Regina? To meet someone like YOU! With me, several more people are now out of the question as guests for you in the future. It may not be significant, but with this kind of "behavior," we couldn't enjoy the food any more. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Once again, we experienced rude information at the cashier!!! Receiving such an annoyed response to a question is absolutely unacceptable. And then calling after us that we could go to another beer garden is also beyond words!!! As I said: Not for the first time!!! And if I may mention this: At the next table, the behavior itself was also noticeable: the unfriendliness evident in their facial expressions. It goes without saying that you should choose those establishments where friendly behavior and a smile are a given. And that wasn't the case here.

What we had to experience here today is truly unbelievable...we received a €50 voucher for Christmas...wanted to redeem it today...unfortunately, that's no longer possible??? Because apparently a new "owner" will be in charge starting in March? You can't just issue vouchers in December at will, knowing that insolvency is imminent.... There were other guests there at the same time as us who had the same experience as us. I'll inquire about whether and how this can be handled...

We were a party of 20 people booked. No tables were prepared. The staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. The menu was meager (e.g., no fish). Some just wanted a drink and were practically pressured into ordering food. Since the change of management, it's been a no-go. We won't be coming back next year. It's a shame, given the lovely ambiance.

Very nice inn and a great beer garden. Price-performance is great and there is something for everyone! You feel warmly welcome here and the unique service rounds off the fantastic food.

Unbelievable, but €4.70 for a beer in a self-service store. I just think it's a disgrace to wait forever in line at the checkout. And then wait forever at the counter.

After a few weeks of abstinence from the Fasanerie beer garden, I gave it another try today, unfortunately. The chicken was, with a lot of goodwill, considered cooked, but anything but crispy, and definitely pretty tasteless. I've rarely experienced such wobbly chicken skin and left it lying around. My wife had a side salad, although it was more of a salad. Forget the colorful leaf salads, it was almost all lettuce. And the selection of vegetable salads was very limited. Well, it was almost a bargain for €6.50. But at least the former tenant adopted the falafel spelling with a special twist, so falaffel. Just a little joke, but otherwise it wasn't funny.

I don't recommend the food at the restaurant. The roast beef tasted reheated, and the chicken was still raw inside. The skin wasn't crispy at all, but rather completely soft. They tried to disguise it with pre-cooked fried onions. It's a shame, because the location is beautiful, but the chef doesn't seem to be having any fun.

The most beautiful beer garden in Aschaffenburg. Depending on the day of the week, hot food stops serving after 7 or 8 p.m. The menu is small and now reduced. If you come often, you're confused as to what to eat. And I'm not ready to pay €13.40 for a currywurst with fries. The staff is friendly and pleasant. At peak times, there are long waits at the cash register and for drinks.

The food is okay and the location is nice, albeit very renovated with ugly fences. Unfortunately, the beer garden's concept is entirely self-service. This may be less staff-intensive, but it's really annoying because, even on predictably busy days, sometimes only one cash register is manned. With several hundred seats, that's simply not enough, so you end up waiting in line for a long time. The system is also so confusing that the cashiers have to explain it to the guests, which further slows things down. I would also like to clarify that the staff was always friendly and professional within their capabilities. The problem is the concept and the lack of people overall. Better to walk a few meters further up the hill; there's a better beer garden there.

Ambiance great, food not recommended and service: there are no good manners

We've been going to the beer garden for years; it's a lovely place with generally good food, everything delicious. But unfortunately, it's not always at the same level. During the summer holidays, we noticed again that the food is prepared differently this time. The quality isn't as good as usual. Fries, meat, everything is different. Chicken, too. Different people are always involved in serving and preparing the food. Consistent quality at all times would be very desirable.

If you go with two people, one person has to wait forever for the other to come back from the checkout and the drinks stand. 2. The chicken was truly awful. Quickly warmed up in the fryer and so dry. I could barely swallow it. For the price, it's a disgrace.

No table selection (we had to do that, the staff oversees it). The menu is poor (no fish), and the staff are slow and unfriendly. We won't be holding our reunion here next year. It's a shame for such a beautiful location.

Fasanerie Beer Garden – Summer Evening Happiness Under Old Trees A wonderful place to end the day! We were there with friends for dinner – and thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite the busy crowd, there was plenty of space, and the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and simply wonderfully summery. A real highlight was the live music – atmospheric but not too loud, just right for a balmy evening under the stars. While we enjoyed the food and the company, the children were able to let off steam in the adjacent playground – a huge advantage for families! The food arrived quickly, was fresh, and delicious. Particularly noteworthy: the oven-fresh bread – crispy, hearty, and obviously locally sourced. So simple, yet so good! In conclusion: A place where you'll enjoy spending time – whether with family, friends, or just for fun. We'll be back – at the very latest on the next warm evening in Aschaffenburg!
