wir bestellen seit ca. einem Jahr bei Dean & David und sind begeistert von der vorzüglichen Qualität und Frische der Mahlzeiten.

Ich bin regelmäßig in meiner Mittagspause hier essen gegangen. Haben eine schöne Auswahl an leckeren und gesunden Gerichten. Die Musik ist manchmal "seltsam" und oft zu laut. Dadurch dass die Qualität, der Service, sowie die Portionsgrößen merklich nachgelassen haben, komme ich nun nicht mehr so oft. Wenn ich 14€ für einen Salat bezahle, will ich auch einen ordentlichen Salat haben von dem ich satt werde! Auch die Menge an Soße und Dressing ist sehr schwankend... Mal ist es gut, mal ersäuft der Salat in Dressing, ekelhaft. Ständig neues Personal das überhaupt nichts auf die Reihe bekommt, rundet das Disaster ab. Ich gehe immer mal wieder hin um zu sehen ob es besser geworden ist. Und bereue es immer wieder...Das ist echt schade, denn ich bezahle gerne für gutes Essen. Allerdings nicht gut bräunlichen welken Salat und nicht ordentlich durch gebratenes Hühnchen ertränkt in Dressing. Sehr sehr traurig. Ich bin so gerne her gekommen.

Am Automaten bestellt, 10% automatisch zugebucht. Ohne Hinweis und für welchen Service? Self-Service, Selbstabholung an der Theke und dann ein Trinkgeld? Unverschämt!

Achtung Abzocke am Automaten . Es ist bereits das Trinkgeld voreingestellt übersieht man den kleinen Abwählbutton gibt man Trinkgeld für null Leistung da alles Selbstservice ist . Eine absolute Frechheit die bereits der Verbraucherschutzzenteale gemeldet wurde .

Man bezahlt doppelt chicken, bekommt es aber nie! Man sitzt an klebrigen Tischen, Stühlen und Bänken und und auch das Geschirr ist in der Regel rund um verklebt! Der Salat welk und die Hygiene mangelhaft! Ich habe stellenweise täglich zu Mittag gegessen und jetzt ist Schluss! Service, Hygiene und gesamtes Ambiente mangelhaft! Man muss sein Essen selbst holen, sauberes Besteck selbst suchen und am Ende das Geschirr selbst abräumen und trotzdem wird an der SB Zahlung nach Tip gefragt! Rotzfrech!!

War an sich valid aber der Tisch war 1 cm zu kurz, weshalb mein Ellenbogen in der Luft hing. Die Stühle waren nett und der Teller hatte eine coole Form. Valid aber verbesserung bei dem Tisch wär valider. Tmm Tschüss.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen, wer keine Ansprüche stellt ist wahrscheinlich zufrieden. Hatte rotes Curry Welches nach Tomatensoße geschmeckt hat, leider überhaupt nicht wie ein Curry

Ein Bestellterminal, das Trinkgeld ungefragt einkalkuliert, ist ja an sich schon fragwürdig genug – vor allem, weil man es aktiv abwählen muss und es leicht zu übersehen ist. Aber wenn man dann noch nach dem ominösen Betrag auf der Rechnung fragt und von der Bedienung nur einen flapsigen Kommentar kassiert, dass es nicht zu übersehen wäre und 2,60 € ja wohl nicht der Rede wert seien, dann ist das nicht nur dreist, sondern unverschämt. Und als wäre das nicht genug, war der „Service“, für den man diese 2,60 € ja bezahlt hat, praktisch nicht existent – im Gegenteil: Eine der Bedienungen wirkt grundsätzlich maximal genervt und vermittelt einem dieses ganz besondere „Willkommen“-Gefühl. Das war dann wohl das letzte Mal dean&david.

Zu laut, unfreundlich, auch wenn das Essen gut ist, will man nicht hin. Die Teller in der Küche werden hingeknallt, die Musik ist soo laut…

Es war sehr lecker. Richtig schön hergerichtet. Das Auge isst nämlich mit. Kann ich jeden empfehlen.

Ich weiß es nicht, ob die Mitarbeiter überfordert sind oder einfach unterbesetzt. Es wurde zum wiederholten Male Dressing vergessen. Die Bowls sind nicht gerade billig! Und ohne Dressing schmeckt es leider nicht! Das war jetzt wohl das letzte Mal! Schade!!

Es war lecker und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Kombination aus Mango-Curry-Reis hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen 😋 👌

Wir gehen seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig zu dean&david und wurden bisher noch nie enttäuscht. Zwar haben wir außer bowls nichts anderes probiert, aber die sind so gut, da will ich nichts anderes 😊 für uns die #1 als Essensmöglichkeit in der City

The salad was fresh, could use a bit more avocado since it’s called avocado chicken salad! But other than that, it was very fresh and filling! Good for a quick lunch.

The food was delicious but a bit overpriced. My iced strawberry matcha, however, was: 5% ice cubes, 1% matcha, 2% strawberry, and 100% milk.

I really enjoyed my meal at Dean & David. The food was fresh and tasty, and I liked that there were so many healthy options to choose from. I tried chicken teriyaki bowl and it was flavourful and filling. The place felt clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. I eat there often and always enjoy it. Healthy, fast, friendly. That's exactly what a restaurant should be. I feel comfortable, and the food tastes fantastic. Plus, it's a healthy alternative to all the fast food...!

I've always enjoyed going there. Today, after ages, I finally got a bowl. I ordered it without beets. It was put on anyway – then removed, and the produce underneath was put back in again, so far. But when I got home, I was really disappointed. The avocado was completely black. It wasn't sliced, just half of it. There was hardly any salmon in it – maybe 1 tablespoon. Otherwise, just salad and rice, that's it. €16 for that is pretty cheeky!! Especially when the quality and quantity aren't up to scratch – the rice and salad didn't even cost €2. And the sauce was wrong, too. I was looking forward to it, but this was a real disappointment!

I only order via the app. The food is really delicious. But you can also expect stable prices. Unfortunately, the promotions have been discontinued... I think as a regular customer, you can occasionally get a smoothie or a slice of cake with your order ;)

Beef wrap without beef for 10 €

I ordered through Lieferando at 10:00 AM. The delivery time was specified as 12:00 PM. The delivery was over an hour late. My call was met with a very fussy response, telling me to be patient. Unfortunately, this is the last time I'll order from here.

An order placed at lunchtime for delivery between 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. sharp, I received a message via the app that the order had been canceled. Thanks for nothing!

Ordered two bowls to go, paid €35 ​​for them. When we got home, we noticed there were no sauces in the bowls. When we called, they initially said the sauces were for salad and rice, but they didn't. However, the sauces can't be delivered to us because it wouldn't be worth sending a driver for them. We'll either use a €10 voucher or hope that a driver happens to be driving our way again that evening. So, we've now paid €25 for dry salad with dry rice (assuming the voucher arrives). Thanks for that... Edit: After emailing customer service again, it turns out there are no €10 vouchers. Instead, they can offer us a voucher for a salad. So, when we have problems on the phone, we get fobbed off with solutions that don't even exist. Respect...

Food was good but I had a spider in one of the dishes

The portions are generous. The dishes are consistently excellent and prepared with fresh ingredients. I tried the Mango Chicken Curry for the first time and I really enjoyed it.

Could have been tasty if the curry had been warm. It was actually almost cold, only the pumpkin was warm. I actually wanted to add chicken strips, but that was forgotten. When I wanted to complain I was treated very rudely. Too bad!!!

I'm super disappointed. The food isn't that cheap and what you get delivered isn't what you ordered. I ordered a Caesar and a teriyaki wrap yesterday. One wrap was completely without sauce and without chicken (Ceasar) and also without salmon (Teriyaki). That was the first and last time. I invited two friends over and we thought we would order Dean&David and try it. So the delivery time was 55 minutes and we waited over 1/2 hour for our food!!! At least you could call and let them know that it would take longer! It said 55 minutes, and in less than 1/2 I have ever waited so long for salads!! So to eat the melon summer salad that I had, my wife had the salmon avocado bowl, and my guests had a hot grilled wrap and a creamy coriander avocado flatbread, the food was very very sour and inedible. Price-performance ratio very overpriced for almost €15 a salad with 60 grams of meat! Mini portions and the bread was from the day before! Hard and dry! I will never order from that Dean & David store again😡😡😡

I recently visited Dean & David in Aschaffenburg and was absolutely thrilled! The fresh, healthy dishes such as bowls and salads are perfect for a quick but nutritious meal. I particularly liked the large selection of vegan and vegetarian options. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, which you can tell with every bite. The service was friendly and the atmosphere in the City Galerie was pleasant and modern. For anyone who values ​​healthy eating, Dean & David is the right place!

Unfortunately, there is an employee who does not follow the recipe instructions. Finding a ton of cinnamon on the rice with the curry is not tasty when I ordered a dish without cinnamon! Unfortunately, he often doesn't give the sauce he ordered with the bowl, but just any sauce. There were times when he even poured it over the bowl instead of into the small container. The result was a very soggy affair until we got home to eat it. Today we ordered 90 minutes in advance for a specific time, which is what is offered. He didn't manage to do that either; the meal was so late that the bus was missed. He also became very rude when asked about it. I think you should know! The food has its price, which I'm happy to pay if it's convenient. It's not a good fit with this employee because he "messes up" the food!

Great place to eat a salad. The service is good and fast, the location is right in the middle of the city. One weakness is that it's maybe slightly too expensive, but the quantities are big enough that it feels fine. The position is also not great as the mall can get very noisy.

Had a curry beef bowl... whoever cooked this rice and seasoned this sauce should be punished with nothing but their own food until they learn how to cook properly. The meat was really not good either, probably marinated in way too much baking soda to make it soft. Trendy, overpriced hipster restaurant, you can get worlds better food at any run-of-the-mill Asian stall. Absolutely not recommended. Dirt's chain.

Good experiences so far. However, the last few times the orders came much too late. In addition, parts of the order were missing several times and Dean & David did not respond professionally. You have lost me as a customer!

Food average. But the way the boss treats her employees...that's not possible! Are assigned shifts for 3 hours -> but should only start when the first order comes. They are supposed to arrive on time for their shifts but if nothing is going on they are sent home after 30 minutes -> but if orders do come in they are called and then please come back immediately. Or you can simply enter breaks later for which you won't see any money later. In winter you have to ask several times whether it would be possible to put winter tires on your company car because otherwise you are afraid of the risk of accidents. If you can't cope with all of this, you'll be fired overnight and a new "stupid" person will be looked for. When asked about the termination that money is still missing because of the breaks that were simply entered, there is simply no response. So I've never experienced anything like that in my life. How you can exclude young people who want to earn some extra money while attending school or studying.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Dean & David in Aschaffenburg. The food contained an avocado with brown spots and tasted spoiled. For the high price I definitely expect better quality. In addition, the staff was obviously not trained in hygiene. The cash was collected with the same hands and the food products were then handled without gloves. For this price and the poor hygiene I will definitely not come back.

For hungry guests like It gives me the option to upgrade to double meat. There is also enough choice for vegetarians and vegans. There should be something for everyone here. Today I picked up my food via Too Good To Go and unfortunately I have to say that the selection was very limited. I got four wraps, only two of which were different types. The toppings weren't very appealing either. There was hardly any sauce and more iceberg lettuce than anything else. Luckily I placed the order via the app because almost 5 euros for a wrap that mainly consists of iceberg lettuce is not justified in my opinion. Unfortunately there was no other selection like bread or similar, even though the shelves were full.

Fast and friendly service, delicious and fresh food. We generally like to eat at Dean & David, especially the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and Crunchy Chicken Bowl and were not disappointed again. Delicious!

Ate here for the first and last time yesterday. Price performance ratio too expensive! I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and ate it there. The only good thing is that you can sit around the corner in peace and not just in front. The salad needs more lettuce leaves, parmesan and chicken! There were four mini chicken pieces in it?! For the money, €12.75!, you want to be full. What's the point? How do you save on lettuce leaves? The only star goes to the sauce. Funny that there are two salt shakers on the tables, no pepper shaker, no balsamic vinegar, no oil??? This is the spice you look for in a store like this. The young, short, dark haired employee at the salad bar urgently needs training - how to deal FRIENDLY with customers. She seems annoyed and answers without making eye contact, even though nothing was going on...

Food great as always! However, some of the staff are very unfriendly, customer is king is probably not a priority here! A brown-haired lady would definitely need a course on how to treat customers with respect, ridiculous!

Lecker und frisch wie immer. Preise sind gefühlt etwas über dem Durchschnitt. 10 Sterne für den Fahrer heute der zuerst im Büro war, mein Versehen, und ohne zu zucken nochmal durch die Stadt zu mir nach Hause gefahren ist!!
