Could have been tasty if the curry had been warm. It was actually almost cold, only the pumpkin was warm. I actually wanted to add chicken strips, but that was forgotten. When I wanted to complain I was treated very rudely. Too bad!!!

I'm super disappointed. The food isn't that cheap and what you get delivered isn't what you ordered. I ordered a Caesar and a teriyaki wrap yesterday. One wrap was completely without sauce and without chicken (Ceasar) and also without salmon (Teriyaki). That was the first and last time. I invited two friends over and we thought we would order Dean&David and try it. So the delivery time was 55 minutes and we waited over 1/2 hour for our food!!! At least you could call and let them know that it would take longer! It said 55 minutes, and in less than 1/2 I have ever waited so long for salads!! So to eat the melon summer salad that I had, my wife had the salmon avocado bowl, and my guests had a hot grilled wrap and a creamy coriander avocado flatbread, the food was very very sour and inedible. Price-performance ratio very overpriced for almost €15 a salad with 60 grams of meat! Mini portions and the bread was from the day before! Hard and dry! I will never order from that Dean & David store again😡😡😡

I recently visited Dean & David in Aschaffenburg and was absolutely thrilled! The fresh, healthy dishes such as bowls and salads are perfect for a quick but nutritious meal. I particularly liked the large selection of vegan and vegetarian options. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, which you can tell with every bite. The service was friendly and the atmosphere in the City Galerie was pleasant and modern. For anyone who values ​​healthy eating, Dean & David is the right place!

Unfortunately, there is an employee who does not follow the recipe instructions. Finding a ton of cinnamon on the rice with the curry is not tasty when I ordered a dish without cinnamon! Unfortunately, he often doesn't give the sauce he ordered with the bowl, but just any sauce. There were times when he even poured it over the bowl instead of into the small container. The result was a very soggy affair until we got home to eat it. Today we ordered 90 minutes in advance for a specific time, which is what is offered. He didn't manage to do that either; the meal was so late that the bus was missed. He also became very rude when asked about it. I think you should know! The food has its price, which I'm happy to pay if it's convenient. It's not a good fit with this employee because he "messes up" the food!

Great place to eat a salad. The service is good and fast, the location is right in the middle of the city. One weakness is that it's maybe slightly too expensive, but the quantities are big enough that it feels fine. The position is also not great as the mall can get very noisy.

Had a curry beef bowl... whoever cooked this rice and seasoned this sauce should be punished with nothing but their own food until they learn how to cook properly. The meat was really not good either, probably marinated in way too much baking soda to make it soft. Trendy, overpriced hipster restaurant, you can get worlds better food at any run-of-the-mill Asian stall. Absolutely not recommended. Dirt's chain.

Good experiences so far. However, the last few times the orders came much too late. In addition, parts of the order were missing several times and Dean & David did not respond professionally. You have lost me as a customer!

Food average. But the way the boss treats her employees...that's not possible! Are assigned shifts for 3 hours -> but should only start when the first order comes. They are supposed to arrive on time for their shifts but if nothing is going on they are sent home after 30 minutes -> but if orders do come in they are called and then please come back immediately. Or you can simply enter breaks later for which you won't see any money later. In winter you have to ask several times whether it would be possible to put winter tires on your company car because otherwise you are afraid of the risk of accidents. If you can't cope with all of this, you'll be fired overnight and a new "stupid" person will be looked for. When asked about the termination that money is still missing because of the breaks that were simply entered, there is simply no response. So I've never experienced anything like that in my life. How you can exclude young people who want to earn some extra money while attending school or studying.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Dean & David in Aschaffenburg. The food contained an avocado with brown spots and tasted spoiled. For the high price I definitely expect better quality. In addition, the staff was obviously not trained in hygiene. The cash was collected with the same hands and the food products were then handled without gloves. For this price and the poor hygiene I will definitely not come back.

Disgraceful service. After I indicated that I would like something served differently, I was told in a cheeky and arrogant tone, "We're not at McDonnalds, next time you'd better say so straight away." I've never experienced such behavior at this chain ! I immediately lost my appetite after I had already paid. There definitely won't be a next time for this Dean and David thing!

Very nice and friendly service! Great selection of delicious and healthy food. Best suited for people with a healthy and fit lifestyle. For hungry guests like It gives me the option to upgrade to double meat. There is also enough choice for vegetarians and vegans. There should be something for everyone here. I recommend the Japanese Beef Bowl. I always enjoy coming back.

Today I picked up my food via Too Good To Go and unfortunately I have to say that the selection was very limited. I got four wraps, only two of which were different types. The toppings weren't very appealing either. There was hardly any sauce and more iceberg lettuce than anything else. Luckily I placed the order via the app because almost 5 euros for a wrap that mainly consists of iceberg lettuce is not justified in my opinion. Unfortunately there was no other selection like bread or similar, even though the shelves were full.

Fast and friendly service, delicious and fresh food. We generally like to eat at Dean & David, especially the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and Crunchy Chicken Bowl and were not disappointed again. Delicious!

Ate here for the first and last time yesterday. Price performance ratio too expensive! I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and ate it there. The only good thing is that you can sit around the corner in peace and not just in front. The salad needs more lettuce leaves, parmesan and chicken! There were four mini chicken pieces in it?! For the money, €12.75!, you want to be full. What's the point? How do you save on lettuce leaves? The only star goes to the sauce. Funny that there are two salt shakers on the tables, no pepper shaker, no balsamic vinegar, no oil??? This is the spice you look for in a store like this. The young, short, dark haired employee at the salad bar urgently needs training - how to deal FRIENDLY with customers. She seems annoyed and answers without making eye contact, even though nothing was going on...

Food great as always! However, some of the staff are very unfriendly, customer is king is probably not a priority here! A brown-haired lady would definitely need a course on how to treat customers with respect, ridiculous!

Lecker und frisch wie immer. Preise sind gefühlt etwas über dem Durchschnitt. 10 Sterne für den Fahrer heute der zuerst im Büro war, mein Versehen, und ohne zu zucken nochmal durch die Stadt zu mir nach Hause gefahren ist!!

Wir haben uns unsere Menüs nach Hause liefern lassen. 1. ein sehr sehr nettes Lieferpersonal. 2. das Essen war wie immer sensationell ( super knackig frische Salate und der quinoa Reis war auch noch warm!!) Außerdem liebe ich die Dressings. 3. wir hatten noch nie in irgendeiner Art und Weise etwas zu beanstanden. PS: der Nachtisch bzw. die Süßspeisen sind auch nicht zu verachten! LECKER!! Wir werden Stammkunden bleiben !!!

Hallo d&d Team Aschaffenburg, wir haben bei unserem Besuch des Einkaufcenter Euren Store zum Essen ausgesucht und waren sehr erstaunt über ein schnelles aber gesundes Mittagessen. Trotz einiger Besucher bekamen wir schnell unsere bestellten Bowls und Salate. Alles war sehr lecker und frisch. Überragend waren die frischen Smoothies. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn es dann eher ein Store in unserer Nähe sein wird, weil wir nicht aus Aschaffenburg sind. Merci

Als ich auf die Karte schaute fand ich gleich etwas was mich ansprach. Leider wurde mein Gaumen tief enttäuscht. Reis matschig, Gemüse fad und ungewürzt, und das chicken....ekelhaft Pressfleisch. Schade. Und dann beschimft die Kassenmitarbeiterin auch noch lautstark einem Mitarbeiter ... fi..Di... Wirklich schade... ich kann das nicht empfehlen.

Uns wurde heute in der Filiale AB vergorene rote Beete auf der veggie buddha Bowl "serviert". Wir essen/bestellen häufig bei Dean&David und ich würde sagen, das kann mal passieren. Allerdings wurden wir vom unfreundlichen Personal ohne Ersatz oder Geld zurück abgefertigt. Der Umgang absolut inakzeptabel! Wir werden das überteuerte Konzept nicht mehr unterstützen, NIE MEHR Dean& David AB. PS: ich werde auch kein weiteres Feedback an feedback@.... geben.

Update: nie wieder! Leider fehlte auf meinem Salat die Hälfte der auf der Tafel angegebene Zutaten, wie der Premium Hartkäse (1,95€), die Kirschtomaten (0,95€) und die Frühlingszwiebeln (0,95€). Das nächste Mal gehe ich für 12,45 € woanders hin.

Absolut unfreundliches Personal! Essen ok. Aber an Freundlichkeit muss das Team definitiv Arbeiten!

Essen ist schon lecker aber zu überteuert für etwas was ich eigentlich auch easy Zuhause machen kann. Natürlich kann man jedes Essen von Restaurants Zuhause machen aber hierbei handelt es sich ja um Salate! Zudem teilweise fehlende Zutaten. Das Personal ist des Öfteren auch extrem unhöflich, selbst die Chefin. Viele der positiven Bewertungen erscheinen mir ehrlich gesagt erkauft. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Hat man mal nicht so viel Geld dabei oder nicht viel Hunger für die großen Salate, etc. eignen sich die Gerichte vom Kindermenü perfekt, diese durfte ich(17) aber nicht kaufen, da ich ja kein Kind mehr sei😆 Dies erschien mir sehr seltsam deswegen habe ich nachgefragt wieso das so ist. Das hat aber nur darauf hinausgeführt, dass ich von der Chefin angeschrien wurde, weil sie mir die kleinen Gerichte nicht verkaufen wollte. Da ich sowieso kein Bargeld dabei hatte aber etwas zum Essen gebraucht habe, habe ich es mir dann letztendlich über die App bestellt und 5 Minuten später abgeholt👍🏻

Kann mich nur den anderen anschließen. Als der Laden aufgemacht hat war das Essen super Frisch und lecker. Die letzten 2 mal waren das Gegenteil! Da sollte dringend gehandelt werden, die Idee ist super, die Umsetzung in Aburg miserabel.

Sehr lecker! Mit dem System auch recht schnell, was die Bedienung angeht und man kann dort echt schön sitzen, also 5/5 Sterne für die Location.
