After ordering, Lieferando stated that delivery would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. After calling to confirm, they said it was still taking longer. So, in total, I waited 3 hours. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable.

It's always a pleasure to be here - we love the papaya salad and the rice noodles - simply divine! It's also lovely that you can sit outside in the summer - a little escape.

We went there yesterday for my nephew Luke's birthday – and I have to say: absolutely fantastic! Not your average buffet, but really good Vietnamese food à la carte. The decor? Totally fun and lovingly done – you feel like you're in another world. The service was super friendly and pleasantly unobtrusive. I had shrimp skewers with jasmine rice, vegetables, and an amazing soy sauce – honestly, I've rarely eaten anything so delicious! And all for only 19 euros – so the price is absolutely fair. There were six of us, we all ordered something different – ​​and everyone was thrilled. And now for the best part: The sushi creations are incredible! No boring little rolls – they build actual towers, carousels, little carts – all out of sushi! I've never seen anything like it. A real highlight in terms of both taste and presentation. In the summer, you can sit outside, it's in a quiet location, and there's free parking nearby. Verdict: Highly recommended! Anyone looking for good Vietnamese food will definitely find it here. For me, it's not just 10 out of 10 – it's a clear 11 points! We'll definitely be back.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Always delicious, great sushi, friendly staff. I love going there!

First, the positives – very tasty, authentic, and plentiful food. The classic Pho soup, in particular, was like the soup's homeland. And the price/performance ratio was fair. Cons – Vietnamese music on repeat is already unusual for our ears. But this one was so loud that guests had to speak up. But the absolute no-go these days is that a restaurant doesn't accept cards. We're not talking about amounts in cents, but rather substantial bills. And you rarely carry that much cash with you. Instead, the "guest" is forced with a cold smile to run to the nearest bank, whatever the weather, to get cash. Restaurants that don't offer card service are no longer up to date – another nail in the coffin of restaurants. What a pity.

I drove the 30 minutes there by car, only to be told rudely that I couldn't eat there because they close at 10 p.m., even though Google says it's 11 p.m. Please change this urgently so other people don't drive there for nothing.

The food is great, there's really nothing to complain about... But 1 hour and 50 minutes of delivery time is pretty crazy!

Five of us visited the restaurant early in the evening. The service was friendly and pleasant. The food we chose arrived looking good. It was delicious, and the portions were sufficient. The pasta could have been more strongly seasoned, and the salad could have used more dressing. All in all, it was a lovely evening. The price/performance ratio was good. We could go back again and again.

It had been a while since my last visit to this restaurant with our networking group. The service always left something to be desired and was poorly organized. The staff was quick and this time too we had to... B. remind us several times that we would like to place our food order. I and a few others in our group chose a dish of curry chicken with vegetables. As always, the food tasted good, but we agreed that the portions, including rice, were significantly smaller and hardly contained any chicken; which wasn't just something that occurred to me during the meal. I'm not the only one who will definitely no longer go to a restaurant where neither the service nor the price-performance ratio is right. We also discovered that they also charge the most expensive prices for beer, schnapps, etc. in Erkrath 👎

The food is delicious, but the service and organization is a mess. We waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our food in the restaurant (not for delivery). The table reservation was also not successful. Maybe you just can't come on the weekend, my recommendation as a meeting place for our group made me extremely uncomfortable.

We have now ordered from the Dang family several times. The food is good and the prices are okay, but with every order we've had so far we've either had a long wait and once didn't receive any food. Today I ordered at 5:30 p.m. via Lieferando...it's now 8:30 p.m. and there's still no food. I don't know whether specifying cash payment reduces the speed of work. Since the food is really delicious, I think it's a real shame, but I'll never order there again.

It is very pleasing that Fam Dang is staying in Erkrath. I wouldn't have thought. But the word of mouth from visitors seems to have worked. I'm always really happy when I drive past from outside and it looks crowded inside. Was there again yesterday after a long time. I always have to grin inwardly when I see the boss. Visually she looks rather petite, but then she walks around in a bomber jacket. Starters No. 4 & No. 8 are actually the highlight of the house. Just Ü-B-E-R-R-A-G-E-N-D. I could bathe in it. Absolutely awesome, 10/10 points. The sushi is also very good, worth it just for the hint of wasabi, which has nothing in common with the horseradish mush from the supermarket. However, I wouldn't recommend the sushi as the ultimate house specialty, nor would the duck. I prefer to refer to number 50 - chicken curry with rice. An absolute pleasure. A real hit. Feels cozy in your stomach for hours afterwards. The furnishings have become very chic, the sofas are really comfortable. In summer there is a pleasant draft thanks to the open patio door. Overall, I'm always completely satisfied without exception, but it wouldn't bother me if the repetitive elevator music was less obtrusive.

The two of us had dinner at fam-dang early on a Saturday evening. On a positive note, the food came relatively quickly. However, we were very disappointed with the service and hygiene. The outside tables were sticky and the beer mats were really dirty. We can't say it was unfriendly, the employees seemed rather unprofessional/untrained. We each had a soup, and a soup with dumplings tasted so much like lemongrass that it was just too much. It was only when we were paying that we were made aware that card payments were not possible. So after eating we had to find an ATM to withdraw cash. I don't want to discredit anyone with my review, but we were very annoyed. A 3 star rating is meant rather benevolently.
