The food was a feast of oriental flavors. The price was more than fair. The lovely server even brought us dessert because of some beer supply issues. Everything was great!

I would highly recommend the falafel factory as a caterer for events. The food is fresh and delicious, with great vegan options. The service was excellent, with punctual delivery, and Sabine was very friendly. At the last minute we increased our order and she kindly accommodated us with no problems.

Today I ordered two falafel in bread to go. Warm falafel, a cool and crisp salad, the best cucumber, and good bread, rounded off with fresh mint. It was a delight, along with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. I'd love to come back!

We loved it here and the food was great. The selection of dishes is very well thought out and varied. There are creative burger creations, a large selection of salads, and many different vegetarian/vegan dishes, meat dishes, and a variety of additional side dishes. The food was very fresh and delicious. The ambiance is very friendly and cozy. The selection of drinks is also very good (homemade lemonades, many types of tea, etc.).

Great quick lunch and delicious

The brunch buffet is wonderful! There's a great selection, and everything was delicious! At first glance, it doesn't seem like much, but once you start trying everything, you realize you might not even be able to eat everything 😁. Definitely unbeatable for the price! Unfortunately, the drinks took a noticeably long time, and the coffee is prepared in a fully automatic machine, which is important to know for coffee connoisseurs 🤭 We reserved a table for 12, which was easy to book online and a huge advantage over other cafes.

I left this restaurant feeling incredibly disappointed. We came as a party of two and were given the midday menu, which offers lower prices than the standard dishes. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged 30% more. The owner then explained that we had arrived 15 minutes past the midday session—yet she was the one who handed us the midday menu in the first place. Unfortunately, I had already paid and even left a tip before realizing the discrepancy. Despite the situation, she made no effort to offer a solution or even acknowledge the mistake properly. As for the food, it was a major letdown. The falafel plate was a disaster—the potatoes were nearly frozen. We also ordered a soup, which was served without bread. How does one expect to eat falafel, salad, and soup with no bread? The prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. This place used to be one of my favorites, but sadly, it has become a no-go for me. I’m being fair by leaving three stars instead of less, but I truly hope they make an effort to improve.

We had dinner here yesterday with a group of friends. There were no free tables online, but on site we easily got a table for 5 adults and a small child. The service was very friendly and the restaurant wasn't very full at the end. We sat by the window and they even thought of a high chair for the little one. The food was really, really tasty. We all ordered something different, sometimes small things. All of us were really excited. Be it that the falafel actually tastes a lot like mint (unusual but very tasty), the garlic bread (absolute recommendation), or the rice pudding with rose water (unusual combination, but incredibly tasty). For the main course I had a salad wreath with spicy chicken and in the middle there was warm couscous with eggplant. Absolutely delicious, really very good! But the grill plate was also great, luckily we tried all of them. We would all go back at any time. Later the heater in the window also came on. That was really great.

The falafel is particularly recommended. We were there with a few people and everyone really enjoyed it even though we ordered a lot of different things. From the outside, the ambience looks more like a snack bar, which is why we somehow never noticed it before, but inside it is very nice and modern oriental. The service was nice, but seemed a bit forced. After several orders we felt a bit uncomfortable because it came across as if we were being annoying, although you should be happy if the guests want to stay longer. Maybe it wasn't meant in a bad way, but we had to keep asking very actively whether we could still have something. Would still come again, prices are completely okay.

Conclusion: Very tasty falafel with various vegetables as a side dish and well-seasoned dips, plus fast and friendly service. If you like falafel, you will find this very good. Super crispy on the outside and not too dry on the inside and well seasoned (mint?). The vegetables made a very good impression both visually and in terms of taste. The service was prompt and friendly, the order came quickly. The cucumber lemonade was very tasty and the saffron secco was something different. There are also dishes without falafel here, which also taste very good. We also had the shawarma plate. The atmosphere is more like a snack bar, a little less cobwebs would also be nice. Hence one star less.

I can't count how many times I've been here for brunch and I'm always amazed. The food tastes so incredibly good and is mostly meat-free. The best falafel is here and the rest is also absolutely delicious. It's a small cozy shop with a nice atmosphere. I have recommended brunch very, very often.

Waren heute zum Sonntags Brunch dort und sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die vegane Auswahl sehr groß und sehr lecker. Viele verschiedene Salate, Hummus, Fladenbrot, Falafel ect. Man kann von 11 Uhr bis 15 Uhr brunchen, Speisen wurden immer wieder gleich aufgefüllt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

What a hidden gem of a place! We went there for their sunday brunch buffet which costs 17 euros per person. They had a large vegetarian selection in their buffet. Every dish was super fresh and bursting with Mediterranean flavors! Will highly recommend this place!

Super tasty haloumi plate, friendly, nice, smiling staff. As a single person, I sat down at the round table next to the entrance, but I had seating problems with the table legs. And in the end I felt cold, which is why I only gave it 4 stars for the ambience

I came to the restaurant shortly before closing time on Good Friday. It had already been cleaned up, but I still received a very friendly welcome. When I asked if there was anything else to eat, I was offered a falafel plate to take away, which I happily accepted. The falafel plate was great! Really every one of the mezes tasted great. I think the price of €12.50 is fair for a dish with so many components. I will definitely come back and take advantage of the beautiful atmosphere in the store.

A wonderful place to have brunch on Sundays. A great ambience with a variety of oriental food. For brunch there is also a delicious tea or coffee and the selection of drinks is very balanced. My mango lassi was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. Definitely a great place to meet friends and acquaintances in Hamburg.

Unfortunately the goat cheese salad was very poor. With just lamb's lettuce, beetroot cut into small pieces from the jar and goat cheese felt cut from the roll. There was no dressing. I had to request this specifically. The price is too high for that. 12.90€. The service was friendly.

Wir waren hier an einem Donnerstag Abend, weil wir in der Nähe unseres Hotels noch nach etwas zu essen gesucht hatten. Bei dem Namen hatten wir eher einen Imbiss erwartet, nicht eine Falafel Oase! Obwohl unter der Hochbahn und direkt an einer großen Kreuzung gelegen ist es erstaunlich ruhig drinnen und die orientalische Einrichtung macht es richtig gemütlich! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder nach Hamburg verschlägt!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da. Normaler Weise bestellen wir uns ein Spezi zum Essen. Aber die verschiedenen Teesorten waren so interessant, daß wir uns einen Tee bestellt haben. Und der war einfach sehr lecker, genau wie das Essen, was wir uns bestellt haben. Es gab da noch viele Gerichte, die sich lohnen, sie auszuprobieren.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen gut. Service war auch top und mega freundlich:) komme gern hierher!

Wir haben bestellt. Essen ist an sich in Ordnung. Für über 5€ Liefergebühr aber kaltes Essen zu erhalten, ist eine Frechheit. Ein einfacher Sonderwunsch wurde einfach ignoriert. Und der Milchreis ist gelinde gesagt eine Frechheit, die Portion ist eine Saucenplastikpackung! Wir werden nicht wieder bestellen.

Waren schon mehrmals zum orientalischen Brunch hier und sind begeistert. Toll angerichtet, tolle Auswahl (vor allem für Vegetarier), netter Service und leckeres Essen. Gerne wieder!

Die Speisen waren einfach köstlich. Das Schawarma ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Aber auch dir anderen Köstlichkeiten. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Auswahl an dehr leckeren Speisen. Das Ambiente ist einfach nur wunderschön. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Leckere Salate und einfach nice

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, die leckersten Falafel aller Zeiten in diesem gemütlichen Restaurant zu genießen. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend und trug zu einem unvergesslichen kulinarischen Erlebnis bei. Die Falafel selbst waren ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Sie waren perfekt gewürzt, knusprig von außen und zart von innen. Jeder Biss war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das ich so noch nie zuvor erlebt habe. Die Köche hier verstehen definitiv ihr Handwerk, wenn es um Falafel geht! Aber das Highlight des Abends war zweifellos der Hummus. Dieser Hummus war einfach göttlich. Er war cremig, würzig und hatte eine perfekte Konsistenz. Ich könnte stundenlang nur den Hummus essen und wäre rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Gesamterlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Die Preise waren angemessen, und ich fühlte mich wirklich gut betreut. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der nach exquisiten Falafel und unwiderstehlichem Hummus sucht. Es wird definitiv zu meinem Lieblingsort für orientalische Küche!

Wir haben ohne Reservierungen einen Platz bekommen. Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt neben der U-Bahn Haltestelle. Draußen war es etwas zu laut wegen der Straße. Im Innenbereich war es ruhig. Das Essen war lecker und authentisch. Die Falafel waren meine Highlights. Der Halloumi-Burger war etwas trocken.

Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtetet. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Dem war mega lecker und so viel, dass ich am nächsten Tag noch was davon hatte. Komme gerne wieder. :)

Sonntagsbrunch mal anders und sehr zu empfehlen. Netter Service, leider dauerte es manchmal etwas bis die Speisen nachgefüllt wurden. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
