The buffet was very unusual, and the ambiance was really lovely. All the staff were very friendly. The only complaint was the restrooms, which weren't very appealing. But we would come back anytime 🍛🙃

So, we were there for the first time today, and I have to say we were extremely satisfied. The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff was super friendly. I can highly recommend it. It won't be our last visit. We'll definitely be back.

The food is really good, but there are few non-pork options. We weren't asked what we wanted to drink until 20 minutes later, and the goulash and vanilla sauce, for example, weren't as strong as they might be, but they were rather lightly seasoned.

Gigantic buffet with very tasty meat. Plus livecocking with delicious burgers and grilled meat. In addition, many different cold dishes in Greek style. Nice service. Quiet ambience in comparison. What bothered me were the wooden chairs, which were very hard. The price is fair at 40 euros including soft drinks. The only thing that bothered me about the menu was that, as a teledrinker, there was only peppermint tea. Otherwise the drinks menu is very extensive for a sports bar

Been there for the first time. Always heard a lot about it before... I have to say that we were absolutely positively surprised. Food is really TOP. What really struck us as VERY positive was the STAFF! There is nothing to complain about here. We were greeted very warmly at the entrance. Everyone was always very nice and always attentive. That's what you always wished for!!! Really great. If I had to complain about something... Personally, I would like the spare ribs to be a little more tender. They tasted really great. I would have liked the meat to be more tender... so that you could pull the bones out with your fingers. But here really, taste was top. Unfortunately a bit far from us... but definitely not our last visit. Were there as a family. Son (10) Everyone is thrilled ;-)

Very nice and friendly staff, the food at the buffet was plentiful and large, but sometimes very nutritious and filling. It is advisable to exercise restraint and try out something to taste. The mini hamburger is sufficiently sized, the meat is a matter of taste, dark and firm, I think it was vegan... not my thing. Dessert was top notch... of course with soft ice cream at the end. Oh yes, because of the open grill and food, you can smell it on your clothes and body where you were.

I can fully recommend the Factory! The only disadvantage is that there is only a buffet! But there is a huge selection for young and old (even cotton candy)

Personally, the buffet is just not worth the money to me. The things somehow all taste a little strange and not “made with love”. You can definitely try out the buffet in Dorsten and Bottrop, but I won't necessarily eat here often. But the staff is super nice! 5 stars for that.

We were in Dorsten for the first time on Thursday. You were greeted warmly at the door and taken to the table. The service staff is very friendly, attentive and not intrusive. A small request regarding the food was implemented immediately, great service! There is so much food, we didn't manage to try it all. With such a selection, everyone is sure to find something. What we had was without exception delicious. It was a great evening for us.

It was a successful evening all around. Great selection of food. Everyone tasted great. Unfortunately, you are not as hungry as you would like to try everything. The service was very courteous, nice and often at the table to clear plates or ask for drinks, but never intrusive or annoying. So everything was done correctly. Can only be recommended.

My partner and I recently visited the Factory in Dorsten on a Friday. The reservation via the homepage was uncomplicated and quick. The staff was friendly and accommodating and, even though the restaurant was quite busy that evening, we never had to wait long for our drinks. In addition, the used dishes were cleared away promptly, another plus point. The choice of food was extensive, there is something for every taste (everything else is - in my opinion - complaining at a high level). Especially if you don't want to / can't do without delicious desserts, this is the right place 😉 Unfortunately, most of the dishes were very greasy and there was no skimping on sauces, so I deducted a star. It's clean and everything tasted fresh. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable, almost too cheap. One visit is definitely not enough to test all the dishes ☺️

What the hell was that?? I thought I'd seen and eaten pretty much everything. Think again!!! Not so much!! This place is home to roasts, potatoes, and red cabbage with BBQ, burgers and cauliflower (topped with cheese), all kinds of seafood and every Greek dish... incredible variety and very good quality... when I found the beef fillet steaks, my decision was made: 5 stars and praise for the kitchen, the service, and everyone who made my stay so unforgettable. What a brilliant concept. If you leave there and haven't found anything edible... you can't help it! The journey (just under 40 minutes) was worth it. Free parking nearby. There were four of us there, we each had two drinks, and we could go to the buffet as often as we wanted. With €185 for food and a €15 tip, we came to a tidy sum. A next visit is already planned.

We went to the German-Greek buffet and I really enjoyed it. I think the combination is very successful because I don't like Greek food as much as my husband. There were so many delicious dishes and it was always freshly refilled. The waiter was great. Such fast and nice service with such a full house is worth mentioning. And the price-performance ratio was totally good in combination with the all-inclusive soft drink. We were full, happy and content.

The main courses were quite good, but certain types of meat were not that great in terms of quality. But you also have to look at it soberly for the all u can eat price ;) The service staff was excellent! We'd love to come back :)

I ended up here at the invitation of a dear friend and I have to say that there was a very large variety of food, and most of the soft drinks were apparently included in the buffet price. The selection ranged from traditional German dishes, such as roulades, goulash and currywurst, to international and, especially Greek, dishes such as souflaki, gyros, burgers, etc. Numerous side dishes and an extensive dessert buffet round off the offer. I still had to deduct a star because some of the supposedly warm dishes were very cold and therefore occasionally tempted me to leave them lying around because they simply didn't taste good cold. Conclusion: I would still be happy to go again at any time and hopefully the food will be at a more pleasant temperature next time.

We were actually excited. We came from Düsseldorf because we wanted to do something different and it was worth every minute of the journey! It was absolutely worth it, even for the children! When the children were finished, they were able to have a bit of fun outside the door. The ambience, the friendliness, the food, everything was absolutely perfect! Really great.

Was invited here for dinner by colleagues, The interior of the rooms is rustic and relatively dark. The new modern. The wall benches are comfortable. The staff is courteous (see below - detailed explanation) and very friendly. If you don't get enough here, you're doing something wrong! Unfortunately, one flaw must be mentioned. Many people go here to eat something they don't know or what they can't make themselves at home. This means that home cooking falls behind in relation to other products. When roasting crust, for example, the crust was so solid that you couldn't cut it with a knife and fork. Or the Schupfnudeln were burnt on one side. But, everything is good, having tried everything in one day is not possible. You need 2-3x for this. My favorites: Baguette slice with avocado cream, rendered bacon and crumbled feta cheese with balsamic vinegar Feta cheese cubes with watermelon Chicken wraps Bifteki Warm apple pie with streusel and vanilla sauce Soft ice cream in a cone I'll definitely come back again, I felt very comfortable. We were there on a Friday, which wasn't overly busy, but the noise level was still enormous. So nothing to go out for a leisurely meal. Were there because of the Greek buffet, which didn't convince us. Gyros was on display for too long, result, dry. Bifteki was on display for too long, result was dry. Burger was on display for too long, result: the burger bun was hard and the rest of the burger wasn't even lukewarm. Mentioned this to the nice waitress when paying. She then told us that she would let us know in the kitchen and that we could have called in and then we would have received everything fresh. But honestly, I want sensible food straight away and don't feel like I have to complain about every plate, especially when I'm paying €40 per head. You can eat better and cheaper in any Greek restaurant. We are disappointed and won't be coming back.

It was ok, but completely overpriced for the price. But I'm not surprised since you don't earn anything from drinks. You have to look for service, as well as to pay... completely unacceptable billing procedure. First and last time... sorry

The service was subpar. A maximum of 2 drinks per person in 2 1/2 hours. The plates were no longer cleared after the second time and the table filled up more and more. When the invoice was issued, our invoice was included and that of the other tables instead of billing our table first (12 people + 1 child). Drinks could no longer be ordered because the bill had already been requested. We had to wait almost an hour until we paid and got out. My conclusion for this evening Underground and totally chaotic staff

So...I'll put it this way. We were in the restaurant on a Friday. Not too crowded and not far from the parking lot. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The surrounding restaurants as well. The reception.....great like at a real restaurant. Then the table service....simply structured and no idea about gastronomy. The selection of dishes... Very diverse. The taste of the dishes....very simple and according to pre-made confinc.....offers as I said....enough. Just....with all due respect.....there are also....food stalls in Dorsten where everything tastes better. No matter whether cold or warm. By the way...there is a restaurant in Dorsten where the menu of the month costs less than the factory buffet. And it's really fresh products. And prepared by chefs and served by a specialist. At the end, simply said... seen, eaten and finished. Next time we'll eat properly again ....

An incredible selection of dishes in buffet form. The food was always refilled immediately, although it seemed that all the tables were fully booked, all the food on offer was always available. The buffet drinks included soft drinks in 0.5 liter glasses. Everything we tried tasted very good, the meat was tender, the vegetables were crunchy, the salads were fresh. There was nothing that wasn't tasty, everything was very well seasoned. Our service was very friendly, quick and had a good eye on everything. Thank you for that! We were here for the first time, fortunately very early. There weren't many guests there at that time, so it was a little quieter and you always had free access and an overview of the buffet selection. An incredible selection, actually far too much choice, you certainly won't be able to try everything, but even if you are very picky, everyone will find something here. Despite the high number of guests later in the evening, there were never too long queues at the buffet. We thought the rooms were great, these old industrial rooms have their own flair. Very nicely furnished and a great play of colors with the lighting inside and outside. You have to reserve a table here. The price for buffet (adults) including soft drinks is €39.90. Certainly appropriate for the huge selection of food including soft drinks.
