It would all be great if you could choose a place when you make a reservation. If you reserve a month in advance, you don't want to sit somewhere in the middle of the aisle. All the tables are close together on the wall side and you feel harassed like a pig while you stuff yourself with the delicious food. However, with the window seats on the other side, everything would be great because there is only one row of tables. The owner should please tell me how I can get a window seat for 2 people. The space on the fire extinguisher 4025 would of course also be okay. But I never want to sit in the fray again. Eating is no fun when people without a reservation get a better seat than I did with my reservation. Why make a reservation if you're arriving at 5:30 p.m.? Please report then there will be 5 stars if there is a solution.

We ate there for the first time yesterday! It was just great... the selection of food is incredible and nothing is left to be desired. And what I found particularly great was that every single person from the service, regardless of whether we were part of your table or not, was very, very friendly, polite and courteous. We went there for the Greek buffet on a Thursday evening after reserving a table in advance and were absolutely thrilled. 👍. The selection is world class. Even if you're not into Greek cuisine, there are burgers, schnitzels, ribs, etc. Everyone will find something there, including the first-class salad buffet and the great desserts, including a soft ice cream machine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the price-performance ratio is absolutely top. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it 👍.

We took part in the Greek buffet with two people. Reserved online in advance. Arrived, after giving the reservation code and name, we were escorted to the table. The buffet was rich. The things I ate were all okay. The price is a bit high, around €36 per person, but it's ok for once in a while. The soft drinks are not cheap, but good, you want to earn money. Our service was very nice.

First of all you have to say an excellent location. We were there with 13 people and were able to enjoy a great Greek buffet. There was more than enough for every taste. We sat in the garden with a nice view of the park. Everyone was very satisfied. Thank you also for the nice service. Not to forget our three little ones who also had a lot of fun. We will definitely and happily come back.

As soon as I entered the factory I was warmly greeted and the service was first class throughout. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the employees. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and make sure I got exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. We were with you for the fourth time today, September 1st, 2024 😊 and we are completely thrilled. The selection of great dishes is excellent so there is something for everyone 🙏🏻. When it comes to the food, we think about guests both big and small. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even when our littlest accidentally spilled a glass today, it wasn't a problem 😌 and he got a new drink straight away. The restaurant is very clean and you can enjoy your food and delicious drinks inside and outside 😊We would be happy to come back.

We were there for the first time with 6 people (2 children 8 and 11) and we were all thrilled. We have never experienced such attentive staff. Very clean and it was cleaned straight away if something spilled or was dirty. It was refilled so quickly when something threatened to run out. A more than generous selection of food and drinks. Really well prepared. We tried almost the entire buffet and there wasn't a single dish that we didn't like! We would definitely love to come back! Thanks so much!

We booked a table on a Friday at 8:30 p.m. As we sat down, we were kindly informed that the buffet was only available until 9 p.m. and that we therefore only had 30 minutes to serve ourselves there. According to the website, the buffet should be available on a Friday until 9:30 p.m. (the waitress said that this was only the case on weekends.???). It is incomprehensible that the company's own guidelines are not adhered to and why tables are still being allocated at 8.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. The whole thing made a highly unprofessional impression. We didn't stay, but went to another restaurant where we luckily got a table. The service person who explained the strange behavior to us was very nice, otherwise the restaurant wouldn't be worth a star to me. If we had known about these practices, we would never have made a reservation there.

Unfortunately, the offer is being reduced more and more and there is less and less focus on Greek. At the beginning there were still the squid tentacles, but suddenly they weren't there anymore, at first I had all of the calamari, the second to last time only the fried and breaded heads and the last time not at all. But there are Greek chicken wings and chicken legs... It's a shame, especially when prices are over €30, you're in better hands with real Greek food.

We had a really wonderful time. Eating out with children can be quite nerve-wracking, which is why we often avoid it. Children are very welcome at this restaurant and when the weather is good they can run around outside. This helped us to have a cozy meal in a nice atmosphere. Thanks to the extremely friendly team. I've been here several times. Until some time ago the Greek buffet was always extended, but now it seems to always be in Dorsten. The service is really good, the waiters are there really quickly and take the order, but sometimes you just wish you had a little time to look at the menu first and not have the waitress already at the table at the moment you are there just sat down. The drinks arrive quickly and everyone is super friendly. I have the feeling that the general selection has narrowed down a bit now, but you still have a large selection of meat and the dessert is also very impressive. One sauce was a bit oversalted, but that can happen. There are also enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The ambience is also quite good, the only thing that bothers me personally is that you sit very close to other guests and last time I was there it was very warm and only the doors in the entrance area were opened. All in all, the visit is worth it.

Compared to Factory Bottrop, we really found it better here in Dorsten. Smaller but nicer. The service is great! Very warm and accommodating. The food from the buffet was great! Everything fresh and well prepared. The restaurant itself is very clean. It was our first time here and we will definitely come back more often. The journey from Duisburg is worth it!

Yesterday we were in the Factory Dorsten for the first time. You just shouldn't compare this with Bottrop, as Bottrop definitely has a much larger buffet. BUT the food was fantastic, we also had the Greek buffet. It was incredibly delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We also really liked the ambience. Even our 4-year-old son was more than full and was particularly happy about the watermelon at the dessert buffet. We'll definitely be back

Greek buffet. That's interesting, we thought, and stopped by. Were here at 5:30 p.m. and within an hour the outside area was full of guests. €37.50 for all u can eat including all soft drinks. You can't complain about that. The service was very attentive and friendly and never made us wait. The food was really very good. You might think you were sitting in a Greek restaurant on Kos. Everything tasted great, of course there was no chance to test everything given the quantity. But gyros are always very important to me and this was really top notch. The rest of course too. Starters, warm dishes and desserts left us completely full and satisfied. It's worth coming back again.

Very good and tasty, always happy again

The food was really tasty and very diverse! I think there is something for everyone. The service team was super nice, friendly and always quick to clear away dishes. It was also great that the entire team was made up of young people. The whole concept is great, especially that they have a special with different food almost every day. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from me.

Theme: Greek buffet Personally, it was too crowded for me and therefore the background noise was very loud. The dishes tasted well seasoned. However, there was also a lot of food that had nothing to do with “Greek”. Proud price of 35€ per person without drinks. There was a choice for vegetarians, but eat vegetables and salad for €35!!! Conclusion: Been there once and don't have to go there a second time.

It was pretty warm. I'm used to something different from buffets, namely that there's a lot and half of it is eaten and tastes so well. But this factory was by far the tastiest thing I've experienced so far. Huge buffet and everything was delicious except for the last dish. Meat of great quality and selection of meat but also vegetarian items are delicious.

A large selection of starters from salads to grilled vegetables, stuffed grape leaves, hummus etc. Various types of meat and fish, cooked medium, very tender and simply delicious. Potato variations from fried to casserole and bechamel. Trays with various cakes, strawberries with cream, delicious puddings in a glass, attractively served. Soft ice cream machine that you can pour yourself with sauces. From gluttons to gourmets, everyone is guaranteed to go home satisfied. Another thing worth highlighting is the excellent service. : I kept asking if everything was OK, the empty plates were cleared away in a flash and drinks were served quickly. Soft drinks were included in the price on Friday and there was an ouzo on the house as an aperitif. We will definitely come back again!

The only drawback, and this is now complaining at a high level, is that I would like a little less finished products at the buffet. But otherwise everything was great.

Really good restaurant with delicious food. The shrimp were a bit bland. The chicken wings were very good. At 90 euros including tip for 2 adults, a child (free on the day) and 4 non-alcoholic drinks, the price was also okay.
