Euro Rastpark Regensburg-Ost in Regensburg

This is my third visit to the park. The park is nice and spacious, but there's a problem with the restaurant for those sensitive to halal food. You can only get halal drinks. Every time I come, I ask and the restaurant staff tell me they don't have halal food.

Really good schnitzel... even simple things can taste delicious. The service was also great ✌🏻😊 very friendly and fast.

Large, well-lit parking lot. It was already full around 1 PM on the weekend. Shops are about 1.5 km away. Showers: €3.50 Toilets: €1 DKV cards accepted. Delicious food and friendly service.

I ate at a diner and ordered Gyros, they brought it cold, I asked them to warm it up - they did, but the meat was literally rotten, I got food poisoning. 🤮

Parking is in the back, the price of parking is 20€, for shopping in the restaurant you have 12€. Now there is a large selection of food, but the workers are a little slower so be prepared to wait. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the parking lot if needed. It is a good place to take a break because there are not many parking lots nearby if you need to stop later.

All the surrounding parking spaces were full. So we had to find a place to stay overnight as a car and trailer. It was our first time at a truck stop. The food was good. There was a bit of noise from the trucks.

For me, as a truck driver, this is the best rest stop for miles around. I highly recommend the goulash soup, which is available 24 hours a day.

Okay/Good. - The parking lot is clean but smells of urine. - The restrooms are also clean. - The staff is neutral. - The food is also tasty. Conclusion: A perfectly normal truck stop. I'd gladly come again since the parking fee is really low.

Great rest stop with a huge selection. They even have washing machines, etc., for truckers.

Delicious food in the restaurant.

The coffee machine didn't work, so I had vending machine coffee, but it didn't come with powdered milk. Otherwise, as always, high prices and the impersonal service at rest stops.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. The toilets stink disgustingly of urine, are broken, and cost one euro to use. The employee who's supposed to be keeping them clean sits in front of the toilets playing on his phone. To redeem the voucher, a coffee costs four euros. No thanks—I'll stop somewhere else in the future.

The restaurant has a very good menu. The pork knuckle (haxe) is expensive at about €18, but one of the best I've ever eaten. There's a large, secure parking lot, a truck wash nearby, and a Lidl is a 15-minute walk away. You can buy a few truck accessories at the station. I recommend it.

I've landed here for the first time in years and was absolutely shocked. The showers are a disgrace; I've never experienced anything so dirty, and then they charge €4.50. Shame on you...

If you come in, the 45 minutes aren't free either, you have to buy 2 hours, 2 euros. But you can buy them. The pizza is good though. 😏

2 stars because the rest stop and restrooms are nice and clean, but the staff is the rudest I've ever seen. Not recommended!

You can pay with DKV at the water dispensers for the passenger car. 72 hours 45 euros, 2x15 euros for use at the station bar or restaurant. Menus in various languages. The parking lot is monitored and well-lit.

Unfortunately, I had to fill up with LPG here at midnight. The pump was faulty and, with a bang, supposedly pumped up. My gauge in the car showed no fuel. I complained at the cashier and had to pay upfront. The cashier gave me an email address where I should contact them. I once received an email saying it had been forwarded to Shell, and I haven't received a response for three months. €43 ended up in the trash, and that was at Shell.

We've never been to such a great restaurant (not the glass counter!) near a highway. Great atmosphere and incredibly delicious food.

Not recommended. The lady at the counter (of Russian or Polish descent) continued her private conversation (for minutes), despite repeated inquiries about whether we could order something. We were forced to drive on to the next service station.

Unfriendly staff. Everything was uncaring. At 10 a.m., there was hardly any selection of vegetarian sandwiches. Vouchers weren't accepted because they were supposedly only valid for one year. After paying for my meal without any discussion, I wanted to google it again and found out it was valid for three years. When I showed them the receipt and asked for my money back, I was told: "Well, you shouldn't have thrown it away." After a discussion, I got my money back. It's not about the €1-2, but about the principle. If the employee had at least been friendly or polite, they could have overlooked it. The customer in front of me wanted to buy cookies for his daughter with a voucher and pay the difference with a card. The woman then said, "No, you have to pay in cash." The customer asked why. The employee said, "Voucher purchases don't work with cards." ??!!

It is outrageous what prices are being charged at rest stops

A great service station. We stopped at the service station restaurant because the kids really wanted to go. We weren't disappointed. The staff were super nice, very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious: a kids' roast pork with two dumplings, a huge pizza, and two trucker's steaks. Simply delicious, and the portions were enormous and not expensive. My granddaughter said if it weren't so far away, I'd eat there every day. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the entire team.

I don't think it's bad so far. This is my first time here, too, on November 8th and 9th. 25 hours of parking costs €25, of which €15 can be used for food. You pay at the vending machine on the left at the entrance. At first glance, the shop has everything you need, plus hot meals and, most importantly, Leberkäse rolls for €3.20. I hope they taste good! I'll try them tomorrow morning! The parking lot is fine so far. Very important for me: there's a mailbox at the entrance! It's emptied daily at 8 a.m. during the week!

We waited an hour for food. The showers weren't very clean, but for a 9-hour break, it was okay. In the area.

You know the drill: a quick pee, a €1 spit, and you get this legendary voucher that makes you feel like you've just invested in gold. Not so here! The voucher was about as useful as an umbrella in the desert: only ONE voucher per product – so no clever matching or a quick breakfast snack. And then: cash requirement. Welcome to 1997. So I dutifully paid without being allowed to cash in the voucher, and in return I received a roll that had obviously had a turbulent life. Maybe it was still working at the counter yesterday, or maybe it was just an antique exhibition. In any case: crispy as sandpaper, and the cheese was harder than my patience at 9:30 in the morning. Conclusion: Took a break – yes. Refreshed? Not really. My tip: Better to keep driving and fold the voucher along the way – origami is fun, at least.

The food is really great, the atmosphere is simply great. Unfortunately, not all parking spaces are suitable for vans, but sometimes you can find one.

After several hours of driving, we reached the rest stop. It was 9 a.m. with three children and two adults. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive. Nevertheless, we ordered ready-made sandwiches and a fried egg with a roll. All the seats were free, but the tables were so dirty and some were covered with dishes that I asked the lady at the order counter for a cleaning cloth. There were no guests waiting there, just my husband and son, who were waiting for their fried eggs. She was very rude, didn't even look at me, and threw me a dry cloth. I told her the cloth was dry and I couldn't do anything with it. No reaction. The lady was presumably of Russian/Ukrainian descent. But she understood us clearly. She also wrote our order on a piece of paper in German. She was also rude and not at all hospitable to my husband and son. They received scrambled eggs, and they were so greasy that it was very unappetizing. But they didn't dare complain because the employee came across as a rabid dog. It was the worst rest stop we experienced on our trip. It was unsuitable for families and the staff were very unfriendly!

Delicious and, above all, well-prepared food at reasonable prices. It's worth leaving the A3 for.

Very unfriendly cashiers. They simply refused to accept my deposit bottles, even though they're required to do so! At first, they said it was Sunday, so there would be too many, and anyway, not all of them had been purchased that day. Please train your staff better! You sell bottles with deposits, you're big enough, and therefore you're required to accept them.

A nice place for a stopover without the inflated fuel and/or food prices near the highway. The food is highly recommended. Regional cuisine.

It wasn't possible to get the pump running; you had to leave your deposit at the checkout (which meant waiting in line)! We're not in Italy or France!

The autohof fills up quickly for the weekend. On Saturday I found a place around 5 p.m. but there were already few of them. The downside is, as in all RastParks, no payment for 48h. There is only 24h and then 72h. The upside is a laundry located at the exit and a fairly good kitchen, which can be difficult in Germany :)

Extensive renovation and remodeling work has made for a somewhat limited rest experience, but this was compensated for by excellent food and competent, extremely friendly service staff. Thank you. We'll stop by again.

Unfortunately I can't make a recommendation. The portions are grossly oversized for older non-truckers. The farmer's schnitzel tasted very greasy, but was otherwise seasoned far too shyly. The bacon alone is not enough to provide flavor; the onions and mushrooms also need seasoning, like the meat in unison. My wife's mushroom schnitzel was equally underseasoned and the sauce was very stingy. I've eaten better there before.

Autokhof is so-so,..for 14 hours 20 euros. The washing machine does not work!;;And I can only say that it was because of the washing machine that I came to this parking lot. Please repair the washing machine. Return to the restaurant is 12 euros. I ordered such a quick dish so as not to wait long. Pay for the salad separately. It cost me another 4.45 euros. Although, as I understand it, the salads came as an addition to the dish, because they were in Swedish table. Therefore, it is better to clarify than to get into an unpleasant situation later.

I fill up for 800 euros and I don't get coffee? I stopped refueling here.

It is a nice Autohof Shell gas station, there is a food promotion, a toilet is 1 euro, there is a shower. Quiet and beautiful parking lot.

Vouchers at checkout only when paying in cash. So you can pay extra for sandwiches or something in the morning at the checkout in cash only, including toilet vouchers.

Shower 3.50 in cash only, we don't get a token for the turnstiles because there are staff downstairs, so like in every such parking lot I showed the shower key thinking that I would be let in, nothing could be further from the truth, I had to pay another €1 to go through the turnstiles to get to the shower. I often park on this network, but they have their own ideas here. The shower smelled of fungus, there was mold in the cabin, and the toilets were dirty. Terrible service. The food isn't great either. Definitely the worst facility in the entire euro rastpark network. You can pay by card for €45/72h, including 2x €15 vouchers On Saturday we walk 700m down to bus line 9 for €3.60 and we are in the center. Payment in cash to the driver. The bus runs once an hour. On the way back you have to press stop because it is a request stop

Pay attention to the pay, one worker for an extension of 14 hours, she charged me 20 eu, and if I stayed for 72 hours and paid 45 eu, for each subsequent extension of 14 hours, you only pay 5 Eu! Shame on Shell..

We were there for the first time on January 6, 2025 and were completely satisfied. The food was really tasty. Starts with different breakfast options, followed by lunch dishes and ends with a delicious dessert buffet. There was plenty of coffee and tea too. All other drinks are not included in the price, but that didn't bother us. The staff was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back soon 👌👍☺️

Incredible cheek! I've been there a few times with my colleague. What happened to us on our last visit can hardly be topped in terms of impudence and unfriendliness and was therefore my last visit there: First we were warmly welcomed and drank a non-alcoholic wheat beer. The service was very nice. But then came the end of her shift and the replacement. We wanted to drink the same drink again and were fobbed off with "that's not available here". After we pointed out that we received the non-alcoholic wheat we wanted from the other waitress, we said, "Then you'll just have to wait until she comes back." Service employee is probably the wrong term for such a lady. If you don't want to work with customers who also have to pay decent money, you should look for another job. Conclusion: never again 2 stars only because of the first service person As a dispatcher, I will not recommend this location to anyone again!!!

For cabin guests, the parking lot is like a parking lot. For active people, a nice base for trips to Regensburg. 15 minutes walk to the train station (Burgweinting). There's a train back and forth every hour. Travel 5 minutes -1 stop you are at the central station. I recommend Walhalla in Donaustauf - I'm posting a photo of a copy of a Roman building. Bus no. 5 from the station. (The ticket is 3 euros, and for the uninitiated in Germany, if you get checked on suburban transport, you have to be lucky :) From what I saw, you can also park in the zone without any problems.

Five stars minus would be best!! During Holy Week, on March 5th, 2023, I drove to the rest area to fill up (six to eight times per month, on average for €1000 per fill-up), i.e. between €6000 and €8000 per month) and to get myself a small snack. After paying, I asked for a roll with warm Leberkas, which I would like you to pack for me. As I continued my journey and was looking forward to this snack, I realized that this something that was on the roll had nothing whatsoever to do with Leberkas. It was the "cut" that had been lying in the tub for hours, dry, burnt and inedible, about a three millimeter "thick" slice. This “something” (others cut this cut off and throw it away) was given to me and an outrageous €3 was charged for it!!! An impudence of his kind!!! During a further visit or attempt to clarify the matter, I was feebly tried to explain that the appearance had to do with the "pickling". Laughable. Firstly, a Leberkas is not cured, secondly, every sausage contains nitrite curing salt to preserve it and preserve the colors of the meat, but not to "cure" Leberkas dry, burnt, with colors from yellow and green to gray! ! For me, even after this threadbare explanation and the sentence from the bistro employee, it was clear that he was sorry too. He doesn't feel sorry for anything because he can see for himself what he's putting on the customer's roll. The whole process is completely and completely unacceptable. I will never eat in this rest house again, let alone put a drop of gas in my truck. Others will certainly be happy about the future sales and appreciate it. The restaurant is cozy, well-kept. The food is of good quality and the service is super nice. The only negative thing is the toilet...it was dirty the last few times, the passage was really unhygienic but it doesn't seem to belong to the restaurant - a rest stop pay toilet without any supervision. At least I haven't come across one yet

Very nice car. DKV payment. The inside is clean and pleasant. Toilets clean. 20 euros for 14 hours, but 12 e for food. I recommend
