Brown, unwashed lettuce. It's a shame that as a pregnant woman I can no longer rely on quality and safety here. It's time for a food safety inspection at your establishment.

The food was fine, but the cashier gave me €10 less in change. I only noticed it later when I got home. That's very annoying and unprofessional.

The quality was just OK, although the prices are now quite steep. Service? All attempts at communication failed due to the language barrier. I gave up and ordered at the terminal.

Unfortunately, it became more expensive and worse. Bread costs extra. There's less rice pudding in the packaging... a shame...

I mostly eat salads for lunch and a salad can be special, bland, or somewhere in between. I had the chicken salad and it was definitely special, a very good and satisfying lunch.

I got another bowl last week. Super delicious, super friendly team, I'll be back 😝

The manager there is very rude and sometimes yells at customers. Communication is completely lacking. Incompetent. She seems overwhelmed.

Getting real meat and yogurt sauce when ordering vegan food is so awful for me as a vegan (and with allergens, such mix-ups would be dangerous, too). This was the second time this has happened (in different branches), and the last time I'll eat at a dean&david. Please remember, the meat, eggs, and milk are not organic here! That means conventional animal husbandry = factory farming = animal suffering. This green veneer the chain gives itself is just an image, nothing more. You can see this in the many "superfoods" like avocados, which come from all over the world and contribute more to climate change, monocultures, and exploitation than anything else. The vegan options seem attractive, but they're just part of the hypocrisy. PS: The staff were very friendly; this complaint is not directed at the people who work there.

I've always liked going there. But after today's visit, I'll never go back! Today I was there and got a wrap. It was actually quite tasty until I took the last bite and a live maggot fell out of the wrapper in my hand. I immediately spat out the rest. Absolutely disgusting, last visit!

The store is completely overwhelmed. The pickup machines are buzzing the whole time, but it doesn't seem to achieve much. Our order was completely forgotten, and orders at the tables next door were mixed up or incorrectly prepared! Definitely not a recommendation. And there was no Red Bull Zero, even though it's sold at the counter.

Ate red Thai curry. Unfortunately the taste had absolutely nothing to do with a Thai dish, and the three coriander leaves didn't cut it either!

Unfortunately the quality has degraded extremely. Totally disappointed. The wraps no longer taste like they used to. Quality is now poor. Dried carrots, lettuce leaves that are no longer fresh, etc. Just as expensive. I had the sweet potato wrap yesterday -> it didn't taste like anything, it wasn't even half warmed, but it was fried on the outside. The Aja-to-go dessert (or whatever it's called) doesn't taste good anymore either. It feels like quality is being saved and there are no more nutrients in it. Staff totally unfocused and can't answer any questions. Same thing today in the store in Munich. Really bad. Was there an internal change?!

I would love to give 0 stars everywhere Service is catastrophic. When you order, they don't really listen to you. Then everything is presented to you in the wrong way and you have to say 10 times how you would like it and that's not the first time, it's been like that on every visit so far.

Really great service, the staff are very nice and try to ensure a good atmosphere and food. The food tastes very tasty and requests are taken into account (more dressing, etc.) The store is clean and the tables are wiped down regularly. I'd love to come back!

The food was really great, fresh and delicious as always. I particularly liked the fact that the extra requests have been taken into account every time, really great. Even in times of stress, the employees there are very friendly and, despite the high number of customers, they didn't make us feel uncomfortable or neglected. Would love to come back

At Dean&David in the Regensburg Arcaden I usually order the red or green Thai curry with chicken, which tastes super tasty and fresh. There's often a lot going on here at lunchtime, but the employees have the rush well under control. Every now and then I buy a vegan wrap or a tomato and avocado sandwich (both highly recommended). The entire selection of food is great and healthy too :) Everyone should find something for themselves when it comes to drinks. The last time I had a sandwich (as another reviewer also writes) it happened that it was too burnt from the contact grill. It really didn't taste good and I had to leave some leftover. Maybe you should check the sandwich maker?! Next time I would just complain about it. The location is very friendly, modern and clean. I always feel very comfortable here. 5 stars!

I've eaten here several times and there's a lot going on here, especially at lunchtime. But today it would be noticeably violent! The staff was totally rotating and I felt very sorry for them. In all the chaos with online ordering and takeout, my order was forgotten. Several people ordered after me but received their food before me. When I brought this up, my order was brought forward. We definitely need additional staff here! These working conditions seem quite unreasonable.

I ordered a beef and cheese salad to take away. Unfortunately, at home I saw that there wasn't even a single piece of meat or cheese in it. I paid €15 for this. It used to be a good shop. I'll never go again... I'm not a clown... and I'm not even the only German who works there. That's a disgrace.

Schade! Das vegane (toll!!) Sandwich mit Süßkartoffeln wurde mir freundlicherweise von der netten Angestellten im Sandwichmaker warm gemacht - was grundsätzlich ein guter Service ist. Allerdings hatte die Oberseite des Sandwiches danach schwarze Streifen, was noch akzeptabel gewesen wäre; die Unterseite jedoch war teilweise angebrannt. Und das ist bitter und noch dazu giftig - auch wenn manche es aus Unwissenheit essen und das „Röstaroma“ sogar lieben 😳 Schade für das ansonsten wirklich leckere Sandwich.

junges und sehr freundliches Personal, das essen ist immer sehr schnell fertig und schmeckt wirklich sehr gut und ist frisch. Man merkt wie viel Mühe sich die Mitarbeiter geben, nur zu empfehlen!!

Die Bowls waren ziemlich lecker aber ohne Coupon etwas teuer. Leider hatte bei einer Bowl das Dressing gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiterin war so nett und hat mir dann ein extra Schälchen Dressing gegeben.

Ein großes Lob an Frau Härle. Bei meiner Bestellung ist mir ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen, ich wollte ohne Soße, bekam mit Soße. Ohne Diskussion, ohne wenn und aber hat man mir anstandslos ein neues Essen gezaubert. Das ist Service und sehr Kundenorientiert! Danke liebes Team

Die Gerichte bei Dean&David sind immer sehr lecker und schmecken super frisch. Die Bowls und Salate sind immer wieder abwechslungsreich. Die Wartezeit ist nicht zu lange und das Restaurant ist gemütlich, auch wenn ein paar Tische etwas sehr eng aneinander stehen, dass man manchmal schwer durch kommt, wenn die Vorgänger die Tische mal 5cm geschoben haben

Meiner Meinung nach das beste Gesunde Essen in der ganzen Umgebung. Alles frisch und die Säfte sind super lecker! Die California Poke Bowl ist ja Megalecker, und der Service ist auch super

I always loved eating from your place and I have had ordered many many times since last year as I moved to Regensburg. But I ordered Salat (Miso Beef) for the first time (I go for their wraps and bowls normally) on Tuesday, 5th July 2022 at around 3 pm. I have not been feeling well after around 1 hour and I started vomiting as I got back home. I vomited around 6 to 7 times until my stomach got empty of the Salat. And I had to go to the Notaufnahme and stayed there until 2 am on the following day. I did not at all expect this from Dean and David who I believe stands for their quality. Nevertheless, I am still recovering and I lost 3 days already feeling uneasy and sick. Please look into the quality of the ingredients that you put into the Salate. From now on, I am a bit skeptical and would think twice before ordering from Dean and David. And I am leaving 3 stars as they were quite good until last week but this experience prompts me to write this review.

Red Thai Curry - einfach immer ein Genuß

Liebe (r) R. Engelmann, auch ich habe mir am Freitag den 21.01.2022 einen *Ceasar* Chicken kurz vor Ladenschluss to go geholt und er war wie immer frisch und er wurde mir auch noch mit einem Lächeln zubereitet. Und was soll ich sagen , ich erfreute mich auch nach dem Verzehr noch bester Gesundheit !!!

Der dean&david in Acaden ist für mich persönlich top, das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und man wird auch schnell genug bedient, die Salate die ich dort esse sind immer frisch bis jetzt kann ich nix negatives sagen. Wobei ich vom dean&david in der Altstadt überhaupt nix positives sagen kann also ich empfehle dann den aus den Arcaden

Leckere Gerichte, mit frischen Zutaten. Das Ambiente, der Service und der Geschmack war wie bei anderen Standorten sehr gut.

Essen war gut, aber das man mit einem Gutschein von den Arcaden NICHT bezahlen kann, obwohl es bares Geld ist finde ich eine Sauerei....

Ist aufgebaut wie die meisten dean&david Lokale. Essen immer gut und MA freundlich. Nur gelegentlich ist der Bratgeruch voll ins Lokal gezogen. Klamotten Rochen, nicht schön.

Nach Corona ist alles wieder gut. Alles lecker, alles schnell gebracht und das Personal sehr freundlich

Immer wieder richtig leckeres, gesundes Essen. Nun auch ganz coronakonform zum Mitnehmen - quasi kontaktfrei! Schmackhafte Wraps oder Paninis, Bowls, Currys, Suppen, Salate - auch viele vegetarische oder vegane Optionen. Besonders köstlich sind die Säfte und Smoothies. Nicht ganz billig, aber meines Erachtens das Geld absolut wert!

Lecker, immer frisch und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und schnell.
