Esszimmer in Tübingen

We were only in Tübingen for a day trip and visited the Esszimmer restaurant. The food is really delicious and healthy, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I highly recommend it!

The food was delicious and plentiful. Fresh ingredients and a wide selection. The dining room is a bit cramped and noisy when there are lots of guests.

The concept is contemporary, the food varied and delicious. The people who work there are cool. For a quick bite to eat at a fair price, it's the place to go. It would be nice if they had a larger space. We've run out of space a few times because some people seem to spend their entire free time there.

Very friendly staff welcomed us and explained the system for assembling the bowls. There's comfortable seating upstairs. It's self-service. The bowls are delicious, and the ingredients in the display are fresh. The prices, in my opinion, are reasonable to inexpensive. I was only visiting Tübingen myself, but I will definitely come back next time.

There were four of us in the dining room and we were completely thrilled. We especially loved the fact that you could customize your bowl – fresh, delicious, and perfectly combined. The service was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The prices were also absolutely fair. Overall, a very successful experience – we'd love to come back!

Here, you can enjoy a lovely seat on the first floor. You can pick up your bowl on the ground floor. The interior is truly lovingly designed. The food is delicious and plentiful… freshly prepared.

I had a bowl with rice and chicken today. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't really high-quality fresh meat, but rather cheap, industrially produced meat. It's a shame, because it's not really healthy. I'd rather pay €1-2 more and enjoy decent quality meat.

I've eaten in the dining room several times and I can say I've never been disappointed by the really delicious food. I already call this restaurant my favorite restaurant. The bowls are really awesome. It is also suitable for vegetarians. The vegetables are really very well done. I just love everything about it. This restaurant is simply recommended.

Everything was fine until I ordered LANGOSZA.... a thick cake with stains, not close to the traditional Hungarian specialty 😞 after drawing attention, it was suggested to make a new portion - I didn't take the risk, it was 5€
