We've been there a few times and it's always lovely! However, we think it's a shame that only a buffet is available on weekend evenings. We prefer à la carte dining. We would definitely come much more often if that were the case. But today we managed to go for lunch. The food was delicious as always, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere is cozy and clean.

After a super-friendly welcome, we were treated to an amazing buffet: a great selection, friendly staff who took wonderful care of us 🫶 It was a fantastic way for us to end the year on New Year's Eve ✨

I enjoyed it again. I got a table right away and, as always, received excellent service. I'd gladly come again; the food was fantastic!

I was out with my parents on a "tasting tour" to find a venue for several birthday parties. We found the perfect spot today. The food was fantastic, hot and plentiful, and the drinks were perfectly chilled and well-balanced. The atmosphere was great, and the head waiter was quick and friendly. We were greeted by name at the entrance, which I've never experienced before! 👍 I was impressed. The waitstaff could speak a bit better German... A great experience overall, I'd gladly come again.

We hadn't been to Espitas Erfurt for a long time (due to mediocre to bad experiences; to be fair, it had been several years). Now we decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised; the food was really good, and the drinks were up to standard. One of the servers seemed brand new to the restaurant—very friendly but inexperienced (he needs training, no problem). His colleague, on the other hand, was a really nice, friendly guy. Open, friendly, and always up for a laugh. We were initially seated a bit off to the side, but then promptly and without even asking, we were given a great table on the mezzanine. Everything was perfect yesterday; it was a very pleasant evening, and everyone was satisfied and full. We would happily return.

We were there for brunch today, and the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. Everything was clean. However, I have to say that the live cooking station smelled strongly of smoke and was very unpleasant. Presumably, it was the exhaust fan. Otherwise, the water was forgotten once, but this was immediately rectified, and we were given an extra glass of water on the house. Service -1 because the plates were rarely, if ever, cleared. Another -1 because there was always a group of staff chatting amongst themselves. Food -2: Some of the food was very cold, but this is because the tongs and shovels were left in the warming tray, leaving the lid open. (The spare ribs were more braised than grilled.) On the positive side: - The friendly service - Ice cream was offered - A high chair was provided - We were actively directed to the children's area CONCLUSION: The food was okay, but honestly, I don't need to come back. The service was okay, but it could be much better. The removal of the live station absolutely must be repeated; the children's area reeks of it.

Every visit is like a little break from everyday life. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is good and the rooms are clean. The tables on the second floor are particularly lovely. The Friday and Saturday evening buffet has a very good selection of dishes. Highly recommended.

We were here for a buffet on a Saturday evening. The ambiance, service, and food were all very good overall! Only, the restaurant could have been a bit warmer and the beef not so overcooked—then it would have been truly "perfect." Nevertheless, we'll be back if we're ever in the area again.

The waitress's service was very good and friendly, and they even included a spontaneous birthday surprise. The biggest drawback, however, was the buffet. There were few meat dishes, the taste was mediocre, and many Mexican classics were missing. Despite the friendly service, I wouldn't go back.

We were there on Saturday. There was a buffet. The food was delicious. The cocktails also received high praise from guests. The staff was very attentive and friendly. One small downside: the non-alcoholic wheat beer was warm. At 30 degrees Celsius outside, that's not very tasty. After a reminder, the second one was well chilled.

The food has declined significantly, and prices have naturally risen. It used to be "the place for ribs," but now it's at best a taco-worthy place. It's a shame, but that's the way things are. The staff was nice, though, at least a little ✌️

We ate with you again today as a small group. It was fantastic, with a great selection at the BBQ, something for everyone, and everything was super fresh. A special mention goes to one of your servers, Salma!!! Truly, I'm lost for words. Friendly, helpful, kind, accommodating... Watching the little princess at the next table and Salma fetching art supplies and interacting with her was simply heartwarming. I've rarely experienced such a great server.

We went for the all-you-can-eat buffet and can recommend it. The selection is plentiful and the food tastes good. The staff is very friendly! I just find the price of just under €30 for the food, without drinks, a bit high. Otherwise, we were satisfied :)

We were actually really looking forward to the evening, as the restaurant looks very nice from the outside. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our drinks, which only arrived after the food was served. The waitress barely showed up during that time and sent someone else to apologize. The kitchen also had to wait a long time to pick up the food (they rang the bell three times before someone finally came). When we wanted to pay, no one came, so we got up and looked for the waitress. We then caught her on her cell phone, looking unmotivated. After waiting a few more minutes for her to cash us, we finally paid. The food was quite good, but it didn't blow us away. The drinks (strawberry punch and homemade iced tea) were okay.

We came for dinner yesterday. After 45 minutes, the food arrived, and the drinks arrived even later, with an unbelievable excuse. No apology or compensation. The food sat at the counter for ages before the waiters finally brought it. Nevertheless, the food was still warm, good in itself, but nothing special. Due to the unfriendly service and the price, which we felt was unjustified, we won't be coming again. Even at McDonald's, where you got us an ice cream, the service was much faster and friendlier. If you don't want to work in the restaurant industry, you shouldn't go.

The all-you-can-eat buffet every Saturday is pretty awesome. Even for me, as a vegan, you can find a lot of great things there. The tacos, however, were a bit boring and quite expensive.

Although the food (and drinks!) are what counts in a restaurant, the outstanding service must first be mentioned – exemplary. The food was above average, beautifully seasoned, and truly delicious. The ambiance is pleasantly designed. The prices are very fair.

We were there yesterday with friends. We were greeted very politely and warmly with the information that there was a buffet today (we didn't know). The atmosphere is really very nice 👍 The staff nice and careful. But the absolute highlight was the food... really tasty... very well seasoned. The meat dishes are incredibly tender. The chili was very spicy 🌶️ but totally delicious 😋 Lots of choice of side dishes. My absolute favorite was the cheese bread 😋😋😋🧀 There was everything your heart could desire. We were sooooo full and left very satisfied. We'd love to come back. I think the idea with the postcards is great!!!

The main course was tasty, although there could have been a bit more meat in the tacos. I blame it on the fact that today was Tacos Day and that 50%!!! cost less. Unfortunately, from our point of view, the meat was really neglected. Unfortunately it wasn't perfect for us. What the staff would have liked to point out was that it would be better to order a few more dips. But that's complaining at a high level. Otherwise everything was good and we will definitely come back.

Delivery service via eats is not recommended! The nachos were soft and not edible when cold...salad was not nicely prepared. Enchiladas con pollo were tasty but quite overpriced at €20. Pollo fritto was ok. also the price. If I go to eat with you and everything is great, I will of course change my rating!
