Bad customer service, unfriendly, not recommended.

Unfortunately, we keep making the mistake of visiting the restaurant. Well, it's practical if you're in the DEZ anyway. The food is not recommended. The taste is bad and the vegetables come from a can. The food used to be really good, but unfortunately it hasn't been for a long time. The staff is pretty rude when you complain about something. My order was completely forgotten... it can happen... they didn't even apologize and I had to be spoken to stupidly. It's a shame it's not earlier. Was once a very good restaurant.

I was at the restaurant yesterday, a busy Saturday. Very good food, pleasant atmosphere, terrible service from the waiter, rude and impolite, the waiter had bad behavior and bad breath. When paying he charged me €3 more without explaining why. I will never go back there again

Bought a scoop of nuts in a waffle today. All I can say is very bad ice cream.

I went on. Friday at an off hour, 1400. The food was pretty good, nothing wrong with it. The service, however, was probably the worst I’ve had here in 14 years in Germany. Not crowded but the service was extremely slow, I had to ask 3 waitstaff for chili oil until one grudgingly brought it. I ordered a second soda and didn’t get it until I was just about finished with my meal. It was in a bottle that I did not touch but they insisted I pay for it. I told them that it was exactly where they left it and how it came way too late but they didn’t care and rudely insisted I ordered it so I had to pay for it. It used to be a nice lunch place but I’ll probably not return any time soon.

The predecessor Catania was a bit better. Now it's impossible, outrageous and inedible. It took at least 12 minutes for the menu to arrive. Then wrong drinks, over-salted spaghetti. It took about 23 minutes to get the bill. The badly behaved waitress hoped that we would never visit there again.

nice atmosphere and delicious food...friendly service

We came here on shopping day to treat ourselves to two ice cream sundaes. The ice cream was very good and the fruit was fresh, the pizzas at the next table also looked great. Really above average for an Italian department store. Our waiter was super friendly and special requests were also possible. I can only recommend that we come back to try the cakes. Seats very comfortable. Fast service, toilets clean.

Excellent food, pizza, pasta, salads, meat dishes and excellent cakes and pies and excellent ice cream. Everything in top quality, from our own production and at reasonable prices. The service is very friendly and accommodating.

Ice cream was tasty but the waiter's treatment was disrespectful. Just because we asked for an extra ice cream it started with disrespect and inappropriate moves as a waiter. I will recommend that you stop tipping the waitress. Thanks.

Service is simply miserable. The employees apparently don't know how to be friendly. But well, thanks to the location you can apparently allow yourself to do that with your guests.

We were here today to eat ice cream with the children. We were not happy about the poor treatment of the young worker. He was rude and spoke to us rudely and told us to eat ice cream and leave because we have children. We will never come here again because of the poor treatment and lack of respect for customers.

Service extremely bad and unfriendly. First you wait until the ladies are finished with their smartphones and conversation. Even though the store is empty and you're sitting in plain sight. Pizza quattro formagie is by far the worst I have ever eaten. Dough absolutely boring and the thing consisted of 40% only crust and the cheese is a disgrace. I didn't even eat 1 piece. Ice cream is quite good but there are definitely better ones in December.

Terrible service and absolutely family unfriendly. Went there with 3 small children, the waitress probably didn't like it, when we paid they were charged €2 more without comment, when we asked we were told that it was for the extra cleaning costs.. we had left the table really immaculate, including wiping etc., because I I generally don't think it's okay to have staff do extra work because of my children. But on the bench the “friendly” waitress said she recognized traces of shoes and could therefore justify it. Even without this incident, service was very slow and inattentive. Absolutely not recommended!

They serve it in broken plates and cups, unfortunately you have to ask for the cutlery, instead of fresh fruit I got frozen for my Spaghetti ice cream which was 10 eu... I honestly won't come back here, we didn't eat pizza, I can't say anything about that...

The entire café/ice cream parlor is empty around 4 p.m. on a shopping Saturday! Is that because of the friendly staff? A family that has bought 7 “ice cream in a cup” at the counter to take away and is then asked to stand up again by the free seats is not exactly customer or family friendly! Customers probably notice this atmosphere from afar... ?

very disappointed with the food. We ate here today and ordered salmon pasta, a pizza margherita and pizza tonno. For dessert there was a scoop of EEs, a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of stracciatella. So about food. The salmon noodles were definitely inedible. By salmon noodles I mean noodles salmon with cream, what we got were noodles salmon and a vegetable broth really sad. To the pizza. The quality of the pizzas was so good, I would say a frozen pizza can definitely keep up. The pizzas were rickety and didn't seem right to me, so that a piece of it hung in my hand like a rag. The ice cream balls were anything but big and there was disappointment. Our conclusion the food was so well there is no reason to come back.

Nice Italian restaurant in DEZ. Great cuisine. Friendly, quick service.

Pleasant atmosphere. In summer you can also sit outside. Friendly and attentive waiter. Reasonable prices and waiting time. The pizza tasted great, but was almost too big for me. At the end there was an espresso on the house.

The gentleman in the service deserved an ice cream in his face.

If you don't know what you want immediately after sitting down, you won't see the waitress at the table for a while, let alone make eye contact. But well, thanks to the location you can apparently allow yourself to do that to your guests... Whenever we visit from North Rhine-Westphalia it was a must, this time it was definitely the last time. If you don't value service AND quality, you'll definitely get your money's worth there. Thanks for nothing...

I'm not happy with that. The staff isn't friendly and you also have to wait a lot just to pay the bill or order

Previously our regular Italian, unfortunately it has declined significantly. The drinks have become very expensive and so has the food. A small pizza now costs as much as a large pizza. The food is no longer as good as it used to be, the pizza was far too thin, burnt and dry, there was far too much ruccola on the topping, and everything fell down when we ate. When we complained, they said it had to be that way. After the pizza with “San Daniele ham and parmesan” cost €16.50, we bravely fought our way through. Only then were we offered an espresso, which we politely declined because we don't drink coffee. Well, we took a tiramisu to go as the large piece only cost €2.50 and it just laughed at us. A rude awakening at home. The dessert had nothing to do with tiramisu. There was no taste of mascarpone, egg or powdered sugar. The ladyfingers were totally drenched in something coffee-like, not a hint of amaretto, just cream instead. Sorry as an Italian restaurant I can't give out something like that. Visually it looked very appealing thanks to the cocoa, but the price should have made us suspicious straight away. I'd be happy to pay more if it was an original tiramisu, but that wasn't possible.

Prices are higher but I think the quantity is a lot! I had difficulty eating everything! Highly recommended! Class

Good portions. One of the few places where you can order Pasta and be full at the end. Pizza is also good.

Wir waren hier, weil meine Enkel ein Eis wollten, je 2 Kugeln in der Waffel (1,70 €). Kugeln sehr groß, Eis gut. Dann entschlossen meine Tochter und ich uns dazu noch einen Cappuccino und einen Latte macciato zu trinken. Die Verkäuferin sagte, dass sie es an den Kollegen weitergeben werde. Ich frage, ob man das zusammen bezahlen kann. Antwort: ja beim Kollegen. Dann kommt die Rechnung 15.60 Euro!!!. Als wir nachfragen stellt sich heraus, dass die Kugel Eis nun 80 Cent m e h r !!! kostet, weil wir einen Kaffe trinken und uns dazu hinsetzen. Das Eis war in der Waffel und nicht in einem zu spülenden Geschirr, genauso wenig hat man uns gesagt, dass das Eis teurer wird und genau das finde ich einfach nicht kundenfreundlich.

Sehr freundlicher Service, wenn auch heute aufgrund der vielen Kunden etwas langsam. Das Manko am Essen war allerdings, dass unsere Waffeln nicht (wie in der Karte beschrieben) mit Nutella sondern einer anderen nachgemachten Schokosauce serviert wurden. Ansonsten alles super.

Wer schon lange eine gute Meeresfrüchtepizza sucht, der ist hier genau richtig!!! Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!

Waren heute zum ersten mal in dieser Pizzaria. Calzone und Salami Pizza. Zusätzlich wurde noch ein Knoblauchöl gebracht. Wir waren begeistert und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Sau lecker!!

Tagliatelle mit Bolognese gegessen, kein Salz an den nudeln und soße schmeckte wie Fertiggericht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Leider mussten wir sehr lange aufs Essen warten, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Meine Pizza kam recht schnell, nur die Nudeln der 3 weiteren Personen haben fast 1 Stunde gedauert.

Große Auswahl an Gerichten. Kurze Wartezeit aufs Essen. Servicekraft war aufmerksam und freundlich. Hell und doch gemütlich eingerichtet.

Etwas abseits im DEZ gelegen. Netter, schneller Service, die Pizza war ordentlich groß und gut belegt 👍🏼

Ordered a Pizza Diavola. The Sausage was in my opinion a bit to salty. But in General the Pizza was good but nothing to fancy. Unfortunatelly the Restaurant is very loud since there is no segregation between the shopping malland the restaurant. I think the prices are normal for a Pizzeria at a big shopping mall.

Sehr schönen Ort, sehr leckeres Essen mit riesen Portionen, aber Bedienung ist eher schlecht, zu langsam, sehr sauere Gesuchte, als sie statt mich bezahlen

Hatte mir einen Eisbecher Karamell bestellt. Hier sind kleine Karamellwürfel drin, die ich weder zerbeißen noch klein kauen konnte, da sie sehr hart sind. Ich monierte dies beim Kellner. Dieser kam wieder und sagte das das so normal ist. Ich habe den Eisbecher gegessen und die Karamellwürfelchen im Mund aussortiert, siehe Foto. Dann auf die Toilette gegangen und das seit langem undichte Pissoir gesichtet. Der Kellner und die Bedienung haben bedient und kassiert, Service mangelhaft. Schade.

Amarena Eis war cremig hat aber überhaupt nicht nach Kirsche geschmeckt!! Netter Service, deshalb doch 3 Punkte!

Ich bin richtig beeindruckt von dem Laden! Meine Quattro Stagioni war 38cm groß, gut mit frischen Zutaten belegt und richtig lecker! 10,80€ ist sehr preiswert dafür! Komme bestimmt wieder!

Waren heute im Donaueinkaufszentrum in Regensburg😃 Im Unterzucker mussten wir uns spontan mit Kaffee und Kuchen versorgen😉 Also im ESPERIA Venice wurden wir fündig. Eine große Auswahl an leckeren Kuchen. Echt lecker 👍 Werden beim nächsten mal die zahlreichen Eissorten testen 🤤

Wir waren gestern zum Essen dort ich hatte eine Pizza Diabolo und meine Freundin eine Pizza Vierjahreszeiten . Der Kellner kam sofort auf uns zu war sehr freundlich. Alles ging sehr zügig wir mussten nicht mal 10min warten . Die Pizzen schmeckten sehr sehr lecker und der Rand war mega knusprig für mich absolut 10/10 und die Parkmöglichkeit ist auch perfekt wir werden öfter kommen :)

Mega Pizza, leckerer Salat. Freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne.
