ERGO Gourmet in Berlin

We came here on a Saturday at 6pm for drinks. There were only a few customers. We ordered 3 drinks and received 2 of them after 25 minutes; 5 minutes later, the 3rd one as declared as unavailable. We ordered some appetizers, which were good, but also took forever. A bit confused about the speed.

During my visit to Berlin, I had planned a dinner for eight guests and phoned the restaurant owner a week in advance to book a long table. When we arrived on the given day, we found the restaurant to be full but relieved to see that an empty table was reserved for us. Unfortunately, the restaurant owner was absent on that evening. The rest of the evening was given to mixed feelings. The two waitresses were finding it difficult to cope with the workload. We had to wait for twenty minutes before our drinks’ orders could be taken. However, the quality of food made up for the poor service. The main dish and dessert servings were copious and tasty. This is definitely a restaurant worth visiting a second time.

The food is fine, but the service, place, and cleanliness are very bad. We asked for a little oil on the manakeesh. The worker said he forgot to bring the oil after we were satisfied. The first and last visit 😄😃

The best kebab for €5 in Spandau! 👍😋
