Excellent service, the food was served quickly, a wide selection of soft drinks, time flew by.

My favourite time to go is after 3 when their grill is up. The lamb Koteletts are amazing. Lunch menu is great too and prices are very okay.

We tried Erbil (Iraqi spot) and overall it was… fine, but a bit disappointing compared to the hype. I had the lamb & beef kebab — one skewer for €12, which felt expensive. The meat itself was genuinely nice, well cooked and tasty, but there just wasn’t much of it. They bring a naan-style flatbread and a complimentary soup, which is a nice touch… but that’s basically it. My wife had the lamb with biryani rice. The lamb was okay, but the rice was underwhelming — not much flavor coming through. We also tried the zaatar bread (the darker one) and I had a homemade ayran, which was nice and refreshing. In the end we paid around €45 for two, and I still left a bit hungry. Nothing terrible, just nothing that made me want to rush back.

Went here with wife, kids and sister in law. Excited since the reviews were great and it was recommended by my sister in law. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately I was not really satisfied with the food. I found a hair in my meal and too much of my bread and veggies were charred to the point that I would not eat them. The others were satisfied though. Would not go there again myself.

Delicious food, all fresh and perfectly seasoned. A super relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and fair prices. Definitely one of those places you'll want to come back to again and again!

We were at Erbil Restaurant this evening. Everything was super fresh, beautifully seasoned, and perfectly portioned. The bread was fantastic – slightly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, perfect with the dips and the grilled food. The salads were crisp, the meat tender and flavorful. The service was very friendly and attentive; you really feel welcome. Overall: a truly enjoyable restaurant with great food. We'll definitely be back!

When I arrived here they welcomed me warmly and the: - staff: were respective and kind, that is a good start to enjoy your meal, and I felt I eat within my own house. - Food: I ordered Rice, chicken, okra soup, they were very delicious with the fresh hot Nan(bread), The taste was like my mother’s food 😋😋 Recommended.

The combination of ingredients in the salads was unusual for what is, broadly speaking, an "Arabic salad." Very harmonious and very well done. The service was extremely friendly, offered helpful advice, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful evening at their restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic! If you like Turkish/Kurdish cuisine, this is a must-visit. The restaurant's ambiance is more like a large kebab shop, but the food is superb. The bread is made fresh; you can constantly see the baker kicking the dough into the oven – it doesn't get any fresher than that! :-) Prices are perfectly reasonable... I'll definitely be back!

Blown away! I came looking for a Schwarma and left with a lamb lavna tucked happily in my belly. It’s not a doner, durum, Schwarma or burrito. The bread is this huge soft made, chewy, doughy and slightly crispy thing that hugs all the goodness in. The shredded lamb was succulent, flavourful and had juices running. A medley of vegetables accompanied this wonder; eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, onions… and all in this beautiful clean clear sauce. On each table there’s the most delicious chilli and garlic oil for you to drizzle generously over your meal. May I add, there’s sumac too 😍 Give this place a chance and you will fall in love with its majesty. A top ten!

The restaurant makes you feel instantly welcome, and everything is spotlessly clean. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Food are middle east type good quality. Especially zahter bread 😍 The only negative thing is tea. I know it is gonna sound cheesy but they charged us for tea after food. These type of restaurants in Berlin mostly serve tea for free in Berlin. Ofc they have right to charge us but just expectations :(

Went there for lunch with a friend. Nice restaurant serving traditional Kurdish food. The kebab has too much fat and it was obvious while eating and when it got cold. The atmosphere and customer service are very good.

They verbally say “Everything is halal” but on menu they have written at bottom in small writing that they use sauces, syrups which might contain gluten and barley ingredients. I was very happy at start I can eat halal food here with no worries but when I ordered lamb plate and was looking at the menu while waiting, I found this at the bottom of menu. Very disappointed and will never eat here again.

Everything we ordered was exceptional. The minced lamb kebab was my favourite. Perfectly seasoned and spiced, tender, fresh meat. Bread, soup, salads were all fresh and delicious. Biryani was basic but good :)

Erbil is an absolute gem in Berlin! The food is phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and made from whole ingredients with real home-cooking from scratch. The prices are great for the quality you get. We loved it so much that we ate here every single day of our vacation (6 days in a row). It’s a family-run restaurant, and the energy is contagious. Mahmoud and his brother were top notch — always warm, courteous, and accommodating. They even remembered our orders and made sure my wife, who has gluten and lactose intolerance, was well taken care of. We truly felt like family every time we walked in. If you’re looking for authentic food, welcoming people, and an all-around wonderful experience, Erbil is the place.

I love this restaurant, the tandoori bread (mozarella or oregano) with Pinkki dip, it's so good, also the lamb and its grilled preparation. Always they gif a lilltle soup entrance that remembers my mother. The garlic and spice hot souces are so good too. The staff is so friendly. Recommended
