We had a great evening at Enchilada. Good vegan selection and delicious cocktails.

First time and last time We were greeted unfriendly Very unprofessional and unpleasant Waitress just kept the little money even though she was able to change it for us, she was just cheeky to purr money from the customers!!!

The ambience and service were satisfactory. We couldn't get to grips with the menu. A brief explanation about the food/drinks would have been helpful as we are not familiar with Mexican cuisine. The prices could be a little cheaper. We ordered a cocktail that had 90% ice in it. €9 for a glass of ice cubes is very disappointing. Around 11 p.m. it smelled like sewage, when we asked the waitress she said the kitchen was being cleaned and that's why the smell😳😳. We definitely won't go there anymore. Too bad

Das Ambiente des Restaurants in Kempten ist einladend. Wir waren montags da. Es war voll und dementsprechend gestaltete sich der Geräuschpegel. Die Gerichte waren in Ordnung, jedoch sehr klein für den ausgeschriebenen Preis. Um satt zu werden empfiehlt sich die Bestellung einer Beilage. Wir bestellten Cocktails während der Happy Hour. Diese enthielten wenig bis kaum Alkohol, der Geschmack machte nicht Lust auf mehr. Der Kellner blieb freundlich trotz starker Belastung. Im direkten Vergleich mit dem Standort Darmstadt haben wir hier eher eine ernüchternde Erfahrung gemacht.

Too many ice cubes in the drink. My mom's food wasn't tasty and it was her birthday. We stated when making the reservation that it was a birthday and no congratulations etc were given on site. Very hectic staff. But my food (burger) was quite okay. Never again

Wir hatten hier mit dem Vermerk "Geburtstag" reserviert. Davon haben wir nichts bemerkt, schade eigentlich. Hatte mich eigentlich auf meinen Geburtstag dort gefreut, war nix ... Wir waren zu dritt hier, mein Essen war gut, die anderen beiden Speisen eher mittelmäßig bis ein Totalausfall. Leider. Mein Cocktail war "eher" unlecker, die Aperol Spritz bestanden zu einem Großteil aus Eiswürfeln. Die Athmosphäre im Restaurant ist eher laut und "Bahnhofshalle" und nicht sehr persönlich. Die Bedienungen waren recht flott unterwegs, der Service war so in Ordnung. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal hingehen, Nein, danke.

Wunderbar, die Getränke kamen auch in der happy Hour, freundliche Bedienung, und wir haben sogar einen Platz im Außenbereich bekommen, obwohl wir Ihnen reserviert hatten. Alles flexibel sehr schön.

We went here for dinner for the second time today. Compared to the first time we were a bit disappointed. The main course was completely ok, but the Mexican Fries are probably a bad joke. For €6.50 a small bowl of frozen fries. Are you serious? We also had to wait again and again for service. Everything was eaten and drunk, but no one cared. We would have liked to stay there for a while to drink as we actually had something to celebrate, but we moved on as quickly as possible. It's a shame, the good impression we got the first time couldn't be repeated.

A really nice restaurant with really tasty food. Unfortunately, the service is overwhelmed. A middle-aged woman with a pigtail. We sat down in the restaurant, she didn't bring us a card. After 15 minutes someone from the bar came and brought it to us. Then we waited another 20 minutes The barman came to us and asked about the drinks. Another man came and finally accepted the food, which was really delicious. Food, ambience great, service poor, except for the bar people, that's why 2 stars deducted...

Been here three times already. Can only recommend the food and the prices are unbeatable. We were here again today and could hardly complain. The grilled vegetables were actually fried in oil, which confused us, and the burger was also very soaked in meat juice and fatty, but we really enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive and we would like to come back. We were one of the first to grab a table inside, unfortunately the temperature inside was very high, but we didn't want to move.

Restaurant waar iedereen terecht kan, vriendelijk personeel, goede service en lekker eten voor een goede prijs. Het restaurant ligt dan wel niet op een A locatie maar dat mocht bij ons de pret niet drukken.

die Reservierungen kann man online machen. Das funktioniert sehr schnell und einfach. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Speisen sind natürlich nicht einfach auszuwählen wenn man sich in der mexikanischen Küche nicht auskennt. Es ist aber alles gut beschrieben. Wir waren 6 Personen und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette Bedienung, Essen insgesamt mittelmäßig im Geschmack und eher lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet. Der mexikanische Reis hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt. Die Cocktails und Limonaden schmecken gut.

We were here today in a smaller group. Great location! We were allowed to sit and eat and drink in the outdoor area without a reservation. All the employees who brought us food and drink to the table were super friendly and really on their toes. There was a lot of action here and you didn't notice it on any of the employees. Burger patty like a dead fried hard piece of “meat”? In my opinion it has nothing to do with a freshly produced burger with fresh toppings. Vegetarian burrito solid and strange taste.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated, the staff is very friendly and quick. The food and cocktails were very tasty. We found the portions a bit small. There wasn't much going on here, so it could be very loud. There is a parking garage right in front of it

The boss is incredibly disrespectful to his employees and keeps their tips. I don't want to visit this restaurant again.

Delicious Mexican food in downtown Kempten. We were spontaneously looking for a restaurant where we could eat out for reasonable money. So we decided on the enchilada. The drinks were very tasty, as were the burritos. The service was impeccable, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cozy, but outside it is relatively noisy due to the street and the narrow buildings. We still really enjoyed our stay and if we come to the region again, we would like to eat here again.

Delicious. Nice and quick service. Cocktails happy hour. What more do you want. Everything took a little longer today, but still within limits. Again very tasty. A bit bad for large groups. There's no room for a long table.

The employee Leon is a very courteous, polite and correct employee! Fulfilled all of our wishes and requests and also gave us one remaining drink TO-GO at the end of the store's opening hours, which was a blast! You need more of that! BIG THANK YOU! Definitely recommended.

Were eating there for the first time. The food was very good and came relatively quickly. The prices are reasonable and you are not forced to take a side dish. The selection of drinks is really large and reasonably priced. The service is also friendly. The only thing I noticed was that people at the other tables asked if everything was OK and we didn't. Maybe it was a mistake.

Das Essen schmeckt fad und langweilig, die Portionen sind klein. Es durfte mir keine Auskunft zum Thema Gluten gegeben werden. Stattdessen hab ich einen ganzen Ordner mit Allergenen durchblättern müssen. Am Ende war ich auch nicht schlau. Zudem war sie Liste wohl veraltet. Und das Personal konnte mir überhaupt nicht weiterhelfen. Das finde ich für die heutige Zeit sehr arm. Die cocktails waren ok. Wenn man auch Alkohol hinzufügen würde, wären sie auch mehr als ok ;-)

Food was very tasty, warm and fresh. We were also served quickly. Overall, a relaxed and delicious evening. Why the ice cream can't be taken out of the order for drinks is a mystery to me. We were told that, for example, the iced tea cannot be brought without ice. It's a shame actually. Water is just cheaper than iced tea, I can't explain the instructions any other way... Not everyone is an ice cube fan. -just a little reminder. :)

Shouldn't be a restaurant but more of a bar. Service isn't that good but it's friendly when they come, the emphasis is on if 😅 otherwise the food is ok, it looks good but the taste is okay.

For us this is the best Mexican restaurant.

The food wasn't tasty at all. It was cold even though there wasn't much going on in the store. Also not well seasoned. Didn't seem fresh somehow. Wouldn't go there again. The atmosphere was quite nice and the service was okay. The cocktails somehow taste completely artificial.

I've been there several times and have never been disappointed. The ambience fits the concept perfectly. The music is sometimes very loud, so if you want to have a good conversation, you have to talk very loudly. The food tastes very good. What struck me positively was the many vegetarian and vegan variants. I always found the service to be polite and courteous, keep it up! I will gladly come again.

Food was super tasty. Well seasoned and something different. Great concept. Attractive, appropriate ambience. Unfortunately the service took a long time. There wasn't much going on to justify the wait either. Many employees just stand around. So if you have time it's worth a visit 👍

We got a reservation quite spontaneously on January 6th, 2014. That was definitely positive! However, the portion sizes were a bit disappointing given the price. We were just about full with dessert. The service was quick, although a bit inattentive at times (my husband would have liked to order another drink, but then decided not to because he didn't ask). Overall we were satisfied but it wouldn't be the first choice to dine there again.

Das Essen war super lecker und total empfehlenswert. Leider ist der Service sehr schlecht. Mein Begleiter wartete alleine 30 Minuten auf seine Cola. Ich habe mein Getränk nach 5 Minuten erhalten obwohl mein Getränk "aufwändiger" war. Der schlechte Service zog sich leider auch weiter durch den Abend. Schade, denn vom Essen und Ambiente her sehr gut!

Food very tasty and nice atmosphere.

Reception, friendliness and service were great. Music definitely too loud. Unfortunately, some of the food consists of convenience food. We ate a burrito (already filled) and an enchilada to fill yourself. What a shame! Cocktail was delicious. Plus a variety of fries, very tasty and a fried avocado, which was ok. Expandable!!

Food was good. Unfortunately the service is not that attentive. We've already waited twice for an hour until the waiter came back to the table. Unfortunately our order was lost and the whole thing dragged on for 1 1/2 hours until we had something to drink.

We went to Enchilada and got the appetizer before the drinks. 2 out of 4 drinks always came 20 minutes after the other 2. We waited over an hour for the food, which in itself isn't a problem. But it wasn't really tasty either, there are much better Mexicans. The lemonade only tasted like syrup, without water or anything like that. It was so sweet that you couldn't drink it. Cocktails consist of 3/4 ice. Tacos were almost exclusively filled with red cabbage. Clearing plates also took up to an hour, so we sat at a full table with empty plates and glasses. The boss was very unfriendly. The restaurant is actually open until midnight. We still had full glasses and paid quite a bit for the evening. At 11:15 p.m. the boss came to us and said "we all want to go home now, we're just waiting for you, hurry up and drink up, I'll give you 5 minutes and you'll be out of here." Something like that just doesn't work, and especially not in this tone. The atmosphere there is nice and the waiter was very nice, otherwise there isn't much positive.

Modern, beautiful Mexican restaurant in Kempten with a large selection of dishes.

We went to Enchiladas for lunch yesterday. The food was very, very tasty and was served quickly. The homemade drinks were also very good. The service was super friendly and the atmosphere is just great! For me as a wheelchair user it was also important that everything was completely barrier-free! (which it is, except for a small threshold at the entrance, which is easy to overcome). We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Schönes Anbiente. Habe wie bei der Reservierung angegeben einen ruhigen Platz bekommen. Hatten zwei Cocktails und nur Side Orders. Erste Bedienung und warten auf die Cocktails hat lange gedauert. Knappe halbe Stunde. Preis/Leistung ist nicht gut. Mein Sex on the Beach war sehr klein. War vor einiger Zeit noch größer.

Small portions, rude reception, expensive and almost empty for such a “hall”. Even though the store is empty, people look very critically at the booking system to see whether there might still be a space on the edge or a small corner available. Maybe every seat is occupied the same number of times so that the cushions don't sit through too much? There is no other way to explain this procedure. Conclusion: there are enough great restaurants in Kempten and now also great bars. We're not going in here again.

Sitzplatz war nicht so gut. Der Rest war aber sehr angenehm.

On Saturday we were there with my wife to quench a bit of our thirst. We really liked the very friendly service and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We can highly recommend it, before cinema or after taking time to enjoy in a cozy environment.

Unfortunately the food wasn't good, taste wise 👎👎 We ordered a starter and a main course, and before we were finished with the starters the main courses arrived. Of course it's not pleasant because you actually want to enjoy your meal in peace! Service was very nice and good music put us in a good mood.

Enchilada offers an interesting selection of unusual drinks and cocktails, which is definitely a plus. Happy hour is also a great opportunity to save money while enjoying a delicious drink. The location opposite the cinema makes it convenient for a drink before or after a film. Unfortunately, I have to say that the service here leaves a lot to be desired. As a guest, you often have to make yourself very noticeable in order to be noticed at all. This can spoil the overall impression and affect the experience. As for the food, I'm not really convinced. It seems like everything is prepared in mass quantities, possibly from large buckets or something similar. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. All in all, Enchilada might be a good place to grab a drink and take advantage of happy hour, especially if you're in the area before or after the movie. However, the service quality and food quality should be improved to enhance the overall experience.
