I always enjoy eating at L'Osteria. The food is consistently delicious. I also really like the atmosphere. The service is generally very friendly, and you're served relatively quickly. It can take a little longer on weekends, but that's the case everywhere.

We ordered via wolt, the pizzas were great, they arrived warm although they did take about 1h20 min from ordering. Nevertheless, they offer one vegan pizza and you can also create your own pizza and choose vegan cheese which is what we did, very generous portions and tasty!

We ate there today. The service was friendly, but not good. The pizza was unfortunately cold, and the food was served before our drinks. It wasn't very busy at the time. The waiter didn't come to our table once to ask if everything was alright. After we'd gotten dressed, I had to wave to him to let him know we wanted to pay. He also showed no understanding when I told him the pizza was cold while paying. It's really a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers and that the service is so poor.

Today, November 23, 2025, at 9:45 PM, I ordered five portions of pizza rolls for pickup. When I went to collect my order, I discovered that the kitchen seemed to know nothing about it. Mistakes happen, so I waited a good 10-15 minutes. No big deal. When I got home, I unfortunately discovered that two of the five pizza rolls contained less-than-appetizing cooked ham instead of delicious chicken. I can't stand cooked ham. So, into the bin I went, threw in €13.50, and closed the bin. The other three were still quite tasty. But seriously, how can two such mistakes happen with one order???

I ordered a regular lasagna that evening. Unfortunately, the bottom was completely burnt. The portion was also very small. I mentioned these issues to the server, but unfortunately, there was no adequate response. Therefore, I'm only giving it 3 stars that evening.

The ambiance is really nice, and while the staff aren't always on the ball, they're very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't so great – ours were a bit too dark on the bottom and not cooked through on top. A quick mention of it didn't change anything, because the pizzas still went out like that. It seems like they're only cooking with bottom heat and not top heat. I mean, everyone can make a mistake, but it's important to pay a little more attention to such basic things. A few larger plates would also be really handy, so you don't have to cut half the pizza on the table. That's really needed.

Perhaps someone should have told the cook that the prawns were already dead. Absolutely tough and chewy. The menu didn't mention the spicy sauce. My companion ordered extras. The extras were listed on the bill but not on the pizza. There's definitely room for improvement. And as a suggestion, how about moving the trash can a little further away from the table and replacing it, as it no longer closes properly?

L’Osteria, but lacking that L’Osteria feel. I've been a regular at L’Osteria Kempten for the past two years, but yesterday's visit was unfortunately rather disappointing. The food is excellent, as always, and as in all other L’Osteria restaurants in Germany. The L’Osteria concept isn't just about the quality of the food, but also the friendliness and quality of the service. We arrived around 5:00 PM and the restaurant was about a third full. Despite this, we still had to wait a long time and didn't feel like we had a reservation. We were seated at the nearest table – right next to the entrance – even though there were many other very nice tables available. The service was somewhat disjointed. Dishes arrived too early or too late. The staff was inattentive and therefore difficult to reach if we needed anything. Finally, we had to pack our food into boxes ourselves at the table. I've never experienced this at any L'Osteria, whether in Munich, Augsburg, Stuttgart, Ulm, or Rosenheim. The food is, as I said, always very good, but the L'Osteria experience was unfortunately somewhat disappointing this time. Since I've been a regular at the L'Osteria in Kempten for a while, I'd say it's declined somewhat.

I ordered the Easter egg pizza – it tasted okay, but not quite what I expected. It's edible, however, I ordered mozzarella and didn't notice that a different cheese was used – you can definitely taste the difference. If you're advertising Italian pizza, or even the best Italian pizza, it would be nice if you used authentic Italian ingredients. The cheese, in particular, makes a huge difference. Nevertheless, the service was friendly and the delivery was fast – with authentic ingredients, it would be fantastic! 🇮🇹🍕

The large pizza is perfect for two. The salsicia picante has a genuinely spicy salami. Fresh ingredients, which you can definitely taste. We always enjoy coming back.

Very good food quality – open kitchen. The salads are crisp, the dressings are good. The pizzas are huge. We always order a pizza for two people. It's more than enough. The nice thing is that you can choose two toppings when sharing a pizza. That's good service. The servers are young and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit cold – simply modern. So it's a matter of taste. And there's no accounting for that. Nevertheless – highly recommended for those on a tight budget and with a big appetite.

The pizzas are truly enormous, sometimes too big for the plate, and cutting them is a real challenge. Unfortunately, the base was very thin and dry, more reminiscent of tarte flambée. Otherwise, the toppings were excellent. The restaurant is suitable for any group size, and the prices are still reasonable.

We were there on September 27, 2025. First of all, you absolutely need a reservation; otherwise, getting a table will be very difficult. However, I have to say that the staff try their best to offer you a seat. We had a very nice waitress, and she served us quickly and friendly. It was very busy and, as a result, noisy, which is unfortunately a negative point. The seats were also very close together, hence only 4 stars. Even though it was very busy and there was a line at the entrance, we got our drinks and food within 30 minutes. This was our fourth visit so far.

Even though the food is generally good, waiting 45 minutes for a reserved table is simply unacceptable. We then had to wait another 15 minutes to order our drinks. It's a real shame...

Seven of us were there on a Friday evening. The service was very, very friendly! Unfortunately, our food arrived late. What was particularly annoying was that our drinks didn't arrive at our table until about 15 minutes after our meal. We also found it quite loud. The pizzas, however, are incredibly delicious, huge, and highly recommended. Our kids also really enjoyed the pasta! The salads are rather expensive for the amount they serve. There's definitely room for improvement. We wouldn't order from the same place again. All in all, we would come back, but we would eat a delicious pizza.

We didn't get to order because of the rudeness of the waitress. If there was a zero, I would give you a zero. All praise for the waiter at the entrance.

I really like eating at Losteria, but unfortunately they don't make any effort with deliveries. My pizza arrived rock hard and burnt, much worse than at home. This has unfortunately happened twice with deliveries, which is a shame :0

We, traveling as a small children's sports group with parents, were so impressed in Garmisch and Neumarkt over the past few weeks that we immediately booked Kempten this week. The kids were excited, and for them, the pizza had to taste good, and it did. Unfortunately, we were still at the appetizers when our pizzas arrived. Oh well, we made do, unfortunately for us, with a loss of temperature, as the pizzas were standing at the counter. The food was notoriously good, but the service was rather unprofessional. A relatively empty restaurant was also rather empty. After about half an hour, we asked the kitchen to clear our plates and ordered our desserts. A plate rack clamped under our chests does help with transporting a lot at once, but is it professional and hygienic? Too bad, we'll be back; the food is simply good, but we'll probably avoid Kempten. It's good that other restaurants in this chain have already impressed us.

Unfortunately, we had a table near the kitchen (the pizza dough man was smoking without washing his hands, so you could see everything). There was a sewage problem, so it didn't smell very good. Service took a long time and the staff were a bit understaffed, but they were still very nice!

Other restaurants simply call and inform me that something is missing or send something else. THEY DON'T EVEN THINK OF DOING THAT HERE. The pizza was also completely cold. They also didn't deliver enough drinks. After I called, the manager answered and said I had to contact wolt myself to get my money back. I really can't recommend this place to anyone who is hungry! A total disappointment. If they don't have a product, then don't accept the order?

This was my second time here for dinner and I can highly recommend it. The pizza doesn't fit on the plate, it's crispy, and the toppings are very generous. Despite everything, the service was very friendly, but the wait for the food could have been a bit shorter. Overall, highly recommended.
