Was with 2 friends on Friday evening. I have to say it was really busy. Unfortunately, during our first two rounds of drinks, after a long wait, we had to politely ask again whether we were still getting our drinks. And then the first time I got the wrong drink. I think it was because the two employees behind the counter were not trained and when things are so busy you notice that. But our service staff mastered the whole thing perfectly with their positive, friendly and confident manner. In addition, she was also honest and that one of her incorrect drink orders was "messed up". And to make up for it, there was a bowl of nuts. There are great dishes on the menu that I haven't seen at our other pizzerias and the food tasted very good. That's why I would always go there to eat.

Here at the Park Hotel 🏨 in Kempten, as hotel guests, we were gratefully given a seat in the full restaurant. As always in the Lostaria, the usual quality of the food is great. It was a very warm summer evening and it was very warm in the restaurant. Despite everything, we were very satisfied.

There were 5 of us in the restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff was very attentive. See you soon;)

L’Osteria is undoubtedly an uncomplicated place to go for delicious food, which always attracted us there when we were in Kempten. Nevertheless, we were amazed at the unprofessional behavior of the staff today. One or two waiters find it more important to eat pistachios right in front of us or take a smoke break than to pick up drinks. Furthermore, loud conversations were taking place right next to our table in extremely offensive language, the content of which was sometimes very inappropriate. In addition, waiters were constantly staring at their cell phones, which forced another couple to leave the restaurant before ordering. We didn't feel valued as guests and won't come again.

Unfortunately, our visit to the Osteria didn't convince us: the pasta wasn't al dente (as it should be) but was overcooked. The pizza wasn't hot, just lukewarm and almost cold. We weren't asked by the service staff whether we liked it. Unfortunately, we won't be going to the Osteria in Kempten any time soon and we won't recommend it either!

The food was great, the service could have been much more attentive, but they were often busy chattering so it became stressful for the remaining servers. Nevertheless, the waitresses were friendly. It wasn't really comfortable as there was a lot of walking around our table. Urgent suggestion for improvement: new knives, the ones we had at the table were all rather dull (no comparison to the branch on Saturday in Augsburg) Overall conclusion: Recommended

Pizza was very tasty. The noodles themselves were great, but the sauce was very greasy.

We were there on January 1st around 7pm at peak time - without a reservation. Despite a long line, we were kindly let in by the nice waitresses. They politely advised us that it might take a little longer for our food to arrive (we really should have taken this more seriously). The wait for two pizzas was almost an hour. The indoor area was quite cool and very lively with the loud music, which made it difficult to converse with each other. The pizzas were okay, but unfortunately not a highlight for us. We probably won't come back again.

Unfortunately it's not the same anymore, it used to be better in terms of taste, service and cleanliness in general.

Unfortunately, El Osteria repeatedly failed to convince us. The food is always great and the price is reasonable considering the size of the pizzas. However, we repeatedly had problems with having to wait for a very long time and orders being mixed up. It seems like the employees are under too much stress. It is also always very loud, but that is understandable given the size of the building.

Unfortunately, we were unlucky because we had the starter before the drink, the menu says tortelonis, it doesn't say that they are filled with spinach and are green. For me, the tortelinis tasted good. We were thrilled with the pizza, which we saw in the restaurant, how huge it was That's why we decided to take a half/half pizza home with us. It was very disappointing, much smaller and very poorly topped and the pepperoni wasn't on it which was important to us. From the looks of it there wasn't enough staff because of the waiting time but they gave everything.

Super delicious food. We had the lasagna which was really perfect! And spaghetti aglio e olio, which was delicious, but unfortunately really, really spicy (you should probably write about it). The small side salad was the perfect size and tasted very good too... The service was very friendly and attentive! The only negative: Unfortunately it is very loud in the guest room!

We were at losteria after a hike. So we were very hungry. And Losteria is perfect for that. Their pizzas are unbeatably good and huge. The staff is really super friendly and the atmosphere is great anyway. Always my pleasure.

We spontaneously went there on Saturday evening. It was clear to us that we would have to expect a waiting time without a reservation. We kindly only had to wait about 10 minutes. An effort was made to accommodate everyone who had to wait. And were rewarded with very friendly and fast service. The highlight was the food, everything was incredibly tasty. We knew it was good because it had been a while since our last visit, but not how good it really was.

I don't like the tight time slots, why not every hour or half hour then there wouldn't be a crowd at the entrance and there would always be room for people who don't have a reservation. This also reduces the volume and the staff would perhaps not be overwhelmed.

It's surprising why the store is full. Suggestions for improvement probably don't matter since it's a franchise. Next time I'll go back to the Italian restaurant around the corner.

Air up! There really is still room for improvement here; we have already been to other branches of the chain. Unfortunately, this was the worst so far. The restaurant was almost empty and the service was far too slow and not friendly. My pizza was very limp and unfortunately not as tasty as I'm used to from other locations. My wife's pizza was delicious and crispy too. The garlic dip that I had last time in Mannheim was no longer available. It was really great for the edge. I would be happy if it existed again.

Unfortunately, our last visit to L'Osteria Kempten was disappointing. We had made a special reservation in order to get a comfortable seat in the usually well-attended restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant was, as expected, busy, but at first no one from the staff was available to view the reservation - we waited five minutes until someone showed us to one of the most uncomfortable seats in the restaurant. After a short discussion we were able to get another seat, but the light there was broken. Not a big problem, but the process continued unhappily. Our drink order came after a long wait - and then wrong. Instead of the non-alcoholic shandy we ordered, a non-alcoholic beer came. It could happen, we thought and complained politely, only to finally receive the right drink. However, the long wait continued throughout the evening. After a lot of patience, the Insalata Avocado Gamberetti we ordered came to the table, but unfortunately the orecchiette was missing, so we couldn't eat together as planned. After asking again, the orecchiette were brought, but the salad was now back in the kitchen. He came another ten minutes later and the side salad only appeared after I asked again. The evening felt like a series of missed opportunities. We've had better experiences here before. Hopefully this was just a blip, because we have always appreciated the concept and atmosphere of L’Osteria. However, such organizational deficiencies and long waiting times should not become the norm.

Super cozy! Despite seating for many visitors, the interior design gives you the feeling of being on your own. The open kitchen area allows the pizza maker and other employees to watch! This is very interesting and varied. The service is very friendly and patient when you need time to think about it. The lemonade was even served with ice cubes. The knives fit well in the hand and are sharp. The salad is fresh and crunchy and the dressing is very tasty. The pizzas are a dream: huge, tender-crispy dough, full of flavor and the toppings are just right.

The BBQ pizza was spectacular, the waitresses were very kind and friendly, one of the best restaurants I have ever tried.

We arrived late in Kempten and were really glad to find this restaurant still open. I appreciate the interior, modern and cool. The food is quite good. I was literally shocked when the waiter brought the pizza. It's HUGE. Considering the price, this is totally worth!
