The food is nothing special, the burritos tasted like ready-made food. The mixed starters were good.

Great atmosphere. The drinks are highly recommended and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's comparatively expensive for the size of the portions and the large amount of ice in the drinks. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of happy hour here.

It is always an experience to dine at Enchilada. Everything is delicious, the service is very courteous and the atmosphere inside is uniquely cozy.

During the public viewing we sat there at the battle in nice lounge chairs and small tables to put the drinks on!

Cocktails don't taste like they're supposed to. I ordered a mojito, no trace of alcohol. Water was used instead of rum

Had dinner there with my girlfriend on a Friday evening. We found a place for 2 straight away. As an appetizer we had the starter for 2 which was really very good. For the main course I had the tacos with pollo and carne. The taste was good, but I missed that certain kick that I expect from Mexican food. My friend had the enchiladas and thought they were really good and was completely satisfied. Good selection of drinks and cocktails is also available. The staff is really very attentive and friendly. A visit to this restaurant is definitely worth it.

An awful service! We wait 20m for the desert and more 30m for the coffee. The waiters were particularly rude. Bad quality price. I don't recommend it!

We were in Bremen at the Schlachte for the first time and we were immediately impressed by the colorful, appealing restaurant image, and the selection of food and variety of drinks finally appealed to us. There were six of us and we had a great service staff. Delicious cocktails, great Mexican food. All in all, simply convincing. We'll be back!

Food is very good, I really like the self-made like nachos. Tacos under enchiladas are also really tasty, which I think is a real shame. 4-5 years ago the recipe for the burrito was changed in the franchise, which was my favorite to date, so there is a deduction for that. 4/5 Cocktail bar: I think the bar is open in the evening, it has a cave/underground vibe, and the cocktails taste great too. 4.5/5 Ambience: Inside it totally suits my taste, I think eating in an illuminated sandstone cave is a great concept. Outside the Schlachter is nice, but that's it. The chairs are the typical 2000s wooden slat seats with metal frames, nothing special. Inside 5/5 outside 3/5 Service is very friendly, waiting times aren't too long and if someone's chilled is too spicy, they get a glass of milk on the house (my 15 year old at the time speaks from experience). P.S make your old burrito again! He was much hotter!

The chips first and the burgers are very tasty and the cocktails are also recommended... Now I don't know what was going on this time, I always had a very good espresso martini here as you can see in the picture and this time I got it half empty without foam, I let him go back, but was then served the same soup again. It's not possible to charge so much money for it.

The cocktails weren't really tasty at the outside bar on a Friday evening and many of them were no longer available to order at half past nine. The staff seemed to have little knowledge of the cocktails.

Es ist nun schon das dritte und auch das letzte Mal, das wir in diesem Restaurant gewesen sind. Wir waren gestern in dem nicht überfüllten Biergarten und dreimal wurde ein junger Kellner, der offensichtlich auf dem Weg zu unserem Tisch war, von einer Kollegin davon abgehalten. Er musste andere Aufgaben erledigen. Eine Kellnerin trank in aller Seelenruhe und ignorierte die Gäste. Wir sind dann aufgestanden und gegangen. Die Male davor ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass das Personal sich eher um seine eigenen Bedürfnisse kümmert als um die der Gäste.

I actually love this restaurant because the food and cocktails are delicious and the staff is very friendly and nice. But the last time I was there with friends, the order somehow went wrong. First one drink wasn't delivered at all, then twice and then twice again, well, everyone has a bad day.

Went to dinner there last night with three other people. When I got my beef burrito, something tastes really off, as if it had gone bad and spoiled. Everyone else at the table tasted it, and confirmed to me that it tasted spoiled. I don't like to complain about food or send food back, but this could be a health concern that could affect other people too, so I mentioned it to a waiter that was polite and said they would bring me something else. I was not blaming the restaurant, because mistakes can happen, but I then spent the rest of the night having to listen to the manager come back over and over again to tell me that their food is made 100% fresh and that it was my fault that I didn't like the food. I found this behavior extremely rude, unprofessional and unhospitable. I as not blaming anyone, and I only told them out of concern for health and safety issues. My only complaint is against the manager who ruined my night by constantly coming back to my table to put the blame on me for saying that the burrito tasted spoilt, when 3 other people tasted it and confirmed that it tasted spoilt. The other dishes were fine.

Actually our favorite restaurant in terms of food and drinks. The big drawback, however, is the service outside. I really hope this one gets better. Unfortunately, you won't be seen for a long time and you have to do it yourself if you want to order something specific. Unfortunately, the drinks also take far too long. Ate there in the afternoon during the week. It was very tasty and authentic like on our Mexico vacation. Had a Plato Mexicano and Enchiladas Clasicas. The salad was particularly excellent. Pickled with onions and red cabbage, both delicious. Price wise also fully within the range. Service was also nice.

On June 29th, four of us went to the Enchilada. A very friendly and nice female waiter took us to a table. The service here was also very nice. That's it! As soon as we received our drinks, we ordered a shared starter and then each of us had our own meal. At some point the food came, but unfortunately only for three people. My steak wasn't there. Staff were made aware of this and subsequent delivery was promised. Afterwards, a waitress came three times with drinks that we hadn't ordered - but not my steak. Once again I acknowledged this and again it was promised. But of course I didn't get any steak. Finally it got too much for me, I asked for the bill and was asked how it could be made up for, and I was promised tequila on the house. It was then brought along with the bill: ONE Tequlia, so I would have expected a round for the four of us. The waitress said she would have to add it to her bill. What a stingy shop! Elsewhere you can get a round if everything was fine. Another half-hearted apology will probably follow: That doesn't meet the standards, etc., but it doesn't help me.

The location is actually quite good. Service is tried hard, unfortunately sometimes overwhelmed. Still always nice and friendly. Food was okay, unfortunately nothing more.

Very unfriendly employees, I work in retail even on stressful days and still know how to act in such situations and deal with customers. Celebrated a friend's birthday and asked kindly if it would be possible to bring something small at 12 o'clock or put on a song we wanted. However, we were just looked at stupidly and it was directly denied without explanation or after an alternative. In addition, we accidentally spilled a drink and we had to wait until someone noticed and then they cleaned it up with a paper towel in a very unfriendly manner with a wry look. Been there once and never again 😁 It's a shame about the evening and the birthday party. I recommend you go right next to MA, the people there are super friendly!

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant/bar. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The waiters were rude and inattentive. If you asked a question in a friendly manner, you would receive very rude answers, something like that is definitely NOT acceptable. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant/bar and will not be returning. Shame about the wasted time and money!

Das Essen ist toll, aber als die Rechnung kam und wir gefragt wurden ob wir ein Trinkgeld geben möchten,, habe ich gefragt ob wir denn in Amerika wären, hat die Kellnerin nichts gesagt und nur auf die Zahl Maschine hingedeutet. Und irgendwie war ich in einem Zwang Trinkgeld zu bezahlen!!! Wir verdienen hier in Deutschland 12.41€ pro Stunde und wenn der Arbeitgeber durch Trinkgelder sein Personal bezahlen will dann kann das kein guter Arbeitgeber sein!!! Das war das letzte mal das wir dort waren!!!

No wonder why this shop still had a table free. Unfortunately the waiters/ladies were a disaster from start to finish! There was no cutlery and you had to ask the waiter several times that you wanted to pay. They couldn't calculate the change! The request for a bill was also ignored or forgotten again, both bad. Cocktails were so-so as was the food. Not much effort was put into service here. It's a shame, but not a second time.

I would particularly like to highlight the young and super friendly team, who remained in a good mood despite the large crowds (Germany's European Championship game).

The food was delicious and if you like Mexican food you will definitely find it here. Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with the service. Not only was the appearance very unsafe, requests were not taken into account and were simply integrated into the food anyway (concerns for people with allergies). In addition, during my meal they didn't even ask me how many tacos I wanted and simply booked 4 pieces. The worst thing, however, was that in the end I had to pay 10 euros too much (I did the math again afterwards) and I couldn't be given any proof or proper reasoning for it. It's a shame, that's why it was my last visit, when you're overcharged for no reason.

The service was very friendly and quick and on a Tuesday evening it was very empty and relaxed. The atmosphere is cozy and you can also sit outside on the Weser promenade. Food arrived quickly and tasted good, the drinks were also delicious.

Unfortunately, far too expensive for little comfort. Overpriced cocktails and the service unfortunately didn't have an eye for us. The offensive, discriminatory and antiquated behavior of other guests was simply accepted by the staff. It's very loud and hectic in the store. The music is definitely too loud. I couldn't understand the person sitting next to me. The stairs to the entrance are also very dangerous.

Great restaurant at the Schlachte in Bremen! Located directly on the Weser! You can eat very well here at reasonable prices and have a nice place to hang out outside in the summer! But you also have to see the restaurant itself, a great and tasteful interior, pure Mexican style! My only criticism is the beer! Carlsberg isn't my favorite at all nor are the dark beers on the menu, so this wasn't necessarily my drink of choice! But as we all know, that’s a matter of taste! The meal there was exactly to my taste, we had chili con carne and it was plentiful and super tasty! All in all, always worth a visit when you're in Bremen!!!

A good store in terms of inventory and location. Unfortunately, the cocktails only contain minimal traces of alcohol. The chili cheese fries for €5.90 are a disgrace. The manager of this place is not doing his job properly. Food we hadn’t ordered was brought to us, our drinks were wrong, we were not asked what we would like to order for a long time. The manager took our order and we asked if burrito was made fresh as we needed to remove some items. He said yes that could be done. 20 minutes later he sent one of the younger waitresses to come and tell us that’s not possible so the burrito isn’t fresh and he lied. He then didn’t take responsibility for giving the false information and sent someone else. We changed one of the dishes on the order due to not being able to remove an item and we were left waiting for ages. Our drinks got taken to the wrong table, when we tried to order more drinks the manager was trying to get away fast before we had finished the order. We mentioned how bad we felt the manager was to the waitresses and they seemed to find it amusing. It was amusing but if I was the owner and I was employing someone to manager like this I would not be happy and he needs retraining or replacing. Also the food was ok, but not very much flavour and not any spice which is the point of Mexican food. Get a new chef, make things fresh on site and it will improve greatly.

Came here with my fiancée for a meal on our last night staying in Bremen. When we arrived we waited 20 minutes before I went to the bar to ask if we could order food, I was told someone would be out to serve us and we waited an additional 20 minutes. Ordered two drinks and some chip and dip to start, waited upwards of 20 minutes AGAIN, one drink came wrong. Asked for some Pico De Gallo and we waited an additional 10 minutes before two came out at once. Went inside to order mains because it had gone cold and we had long finished our starters. We were served by the manager, a tall man with a beard and glasses, we both ordered a chimichanga and I asked him if they were made fresh as I didn’t want any cheese, to which he responded yes. 20 minutes later another server came out to inform us that they weren’t made fresh so the cheese was already in there, so I changed to fajitas. By the time my food came my fiancée had almost finished her food. This service was absolutely terrible, manager was walking about the place throwing his weight around with his staff, really really embarrassing and actually quite shameful when compared to the experience we had at VaiVai steakhouse the night before which was phenomenal. Servers had no idea where food was going and regularly approached our table with orders for other people, mostly just guesswork seemingly. Don’t visit this place if you want quick and pleasant service, food was OK, but not worth the waiting in my opinion. Atmosphere - the place doesn’t seem to know what it’s going for, a mix of tiki bar, underground and some weird tiles, bit of an assault on the senses. Waiting staff were lovely for the most part.

Happy hour is worth it. But long waiting times. Service very friendly. A bit inflexible when ordering food. Cheese couldn't be canceled because it's already mixed with the chili con carne? But what we had was pretty good.

Die Angestellten haben uns 15 Minuten nicht einmal bemerkt, obwohl es komplett leer wahr. Demzufolge haben wir die Speisekarte auch erst sehr spät erhalten. Wir haben Nachos also Vorspeise bestellt. Wir mussten ganze 20 Minuten auf einen kleinen Teller mit Nachos und Käse warten. Etwa 30 Minuten später haben sie den lehren Nacho Teller abgeräumt. Obwohl die Angestellten (alle unter 25) die Küche öfters betreten und verlassen haben und das Restaurant so gut wie lehr war, haben wir unser Essen nicht unter einer Stunde bekommen. Als das Essen ankam war eines der Menus falsch und andere Menus waren nicht vollständig. Wir mussten wieder sehr lange warten bis alle endlich ihrer richtigen Bestellungen erhalten haben. Zusatz: Wir haben nicht für eine grosse Gruppe bestellt. Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und jeder hat ein Menu bestellt. Da zwei Mitglieder der Familie dunkelhäutig sind könnte dies durchaus rassistisch motiviert sein .

Enchilada Bremen Friendly staff. Large terrace in a nice location. The restaurant looked cozy inside. Lunch was nothing special but the food tasted great. I can recommend this restaurant for lunch.

Unfortunately it went haywire...the main courses were served together with the starter and the drinks only came several minutes after I asked again (we had already eaten half of the food). The two waitresses weren't exactly great either...one lady was unfriendly and the other lady spoke very bad German. All in all it was a disaster organizationally but the food and drinks were great. Years ago I was a regular at Enchilada and used to find the service to be of better quality.

We had a glass in our Cocktail Pitscher, were cleared away and told that something like that happened and that would be fair for €13. If these are the standards, then goodnight!

Margarita pitcher ordered glass was in the drink! Shift manager quote: "Where there's planing there are chips, so since you've had something to drink I can make you half a new one! Either way you have to pay for it!" It doesn't work at all!

Went there for 2 drinks on Saturday evening - the last visit was about 20 years ago. Still been nice. The ambience has of course changed over the 20 years, but I find it appealing. Service was also friendly and good.

We ordered steak (medium) but got it rare. Kindly advised to correct this please. The same steak was served again, which is not allowed according to hygiene regulations. We were told it was something new, but we could still see the cuts on the steak. It was denied that it was the same, but something new.

I've been going to this place for ages, I really like the food but I'm starting to feel a bit ripped off. My cocktail was so full of ice that there was maybe 120 ml of liquid and I think that's cheeky for 8 euros. I also think the portions are too small. I'm happy to pay for good food and drinks but I don't want to feel ripped off.

The drinks were unfortunately overpriced, the food came very quickly, but nothing special. Ordered tortillas, but they all tasted the same and couldn't tell which meat was where. Everything was boiling over. The conditions were sometimes unfriendly and we couldn't speak any German.

The food is passable, it is not authentic Mexican, but the Latin music is the best, the Mojitos are very tasty, the bad thing is that they are served in small glasses, friendly service, the bad thing was waiting 45 minutes to ask for our order!

We all know that the service staff are very bad, but what we experienced here today is completely below the belt, the waitress who took our order (starter and main course) must have invented the behavior of ignorance, there was no hint that it could take a little longer to eat because it was busy, of course it was the first day of sunshine, but that we had to wait an hour for drinks and a starter, well, it was busy, but then the main course didn't come after 70 minutes and we were then told that they had forgotten to enter it into the ordering machine, but they took care of it, we then waited another 30 minutes, after speaking again, another waitress took care of it and, hard to believe, after 10 minutes the food came when we wanted to pay , then our ignorant waitress came again and asked cash or card, we said please with card, then she left and didn't come back, so we ran after our payment again, we as honest people wanted to pay, but we could have gone like that too, That wouldn't have been noticeable given the unorganized processes and the absolute highlight came when the waitress who took the money from us said, when we told her that it was a bit unorganized, that we had to bring some time with us (before we were 4.5 hours in the store), just FYI, the waitress has a great tattoo on her left upper arm, and the food was... well... I've eaten better here, if you don't have enough staff, you might want to reduce the number of seats, I won't recommend the restaurant for now

Five of us were guests on a Wednesday evening. We had made a reservation with a flower surprise for our birthday child (it was well received). The restaurant was about half full. Very friendly service, although I only saw one. My chicken bowl was very tasty. Gladly again

It is not a place where I am going to have a 100% Mexican experience. It is a place where I go to celebrate special occasions. The food is delicious, the drinks are well presented and the atmosphere is somewhere between family and festive. I repeat several times a year.
