I am upset with the way I was treated in a cafe in Munich. Every year in the summer I drink coffee with my family for years. This is the first time I have been treated in this way. The treatment is not classy. The waiter made me pay an amount I was not supposed to pay. I went back to the cafe to ask him about the bill and he treated me in a very bad way, with a loud and impolite voice. The waitress who served me does not know English at all and made me pay an amount for a glass of ice only! I have been a customer of yours for years!! This is impolite. Bad bad bad , and the cafe was empty just me and my brother 😂.

I'm here when I'm waiting for my wife and then heading to Schwabing for dinner. Mostly attentive but always friendly service. I can't judge the food or snacks, but the ambience is exactly what I expected.

The boss behind the counter caused a big and loud disturbance in the otherwise nice cafe! 1 drink can be wrong and 4 can't be at all! The boss loudly sent his service employees to the counter! This is not how a boss behaves towards his service employees in front of guests! We had to go to the bar to pay and he had no idea how the cash register worked or how the process worked! What a shame for a cafe in this location and with the expectations that come with the name!

What a beautiful shop! I was advised by a very friendly gentleman from Milan who was able to deliver exactly the item I wanted!😍Super great employees, the second largest Armani store in the world and a really nice atmosphere! The coffee is also beautifully designed, and 2.50 for an espresso is very fair. I strongly recommend a visit :)

nice cafe but very small and limited menu

We ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails. The waitress spoke neither German nor was her English sufficient. She asked us to show her the drinks on the menu (she also wrote down the order). We also ordered water for our dog. However, after 25 minutes we only received a cocktail and no water. Another 10 minutes later we got the second cocktail, but still no water for the dog (probably because we didn't order the Armani water for €10). Other guests left the cafe after 10 minutes without service, some complaining about the food. The table next to us even returned the food. The staff was visibly overwhelmed. One could have expected more from an Armani-branded café.

It used to be better. Service extremely slow and untrained. It took forever for them to even check on us. Even though only 4 tables were occupied! Order not implemented correctly. The serving of the drinks didn't do it "as it should be". Toilets dirty and the soap wasn't refilled either! We're not going there anymore!

Rarely have I experienced such bad service :-( I can't judge the food because they simply forgot to bring it to us.

If possible I would give this place 0 stars. After 20 minutes the waiters just walked around, even made eye contact, but still just ignored us. That was pretty outrageous.

Total rubbish - thought with the brand it would be a nice stop for a glass and a snack. After 25 minutes had to chase to get our drinks and then had the worst club sandwich of all time . My view , just don’t bother , lots of other places and this just does not meet the brand image !

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Café im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. Stock befindet sich noch ein Restaurant mit Bar. Sehr stylisches, ansprechendes und ruhiges Ambiente, moderne Einrichtung. Dennoch strahlt der Gastraum kaum Gemütlichkeit aus - die kühle Eleganz überwiegt. Der Service ist sehr unterschiedlich, abhängig vom ‚diensthabenden‘ Personal. Kaffee und Kuchen sind durchaus empfehlenswert, schmackhaft und von guter Qualität.

Wurden von der Verkäuferin auf ein Glas Champagner eingeladen. Die Barkeeper sind Profis.

Kleines modernes und gemütliches Café mit einer vielseitigen Getränkeauswahl. Wir waren zum ersten Mal Gäste und die Qualität sowie Präsentation der Speisen und Getränke hat uns begeistert. Preislich ist das Café im mittleren Bereich einzuordnen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und kundenorientiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bedienung freundlich Buffola Mozzarella war „griesig“. Es ist mir bewusst, dass grüne Tomaten existieren. Diese waren jedoch schlicht nicht reif und hatten die Konsistenz eines Apfels. Aussen top, innen flop. Qualitativ enttäuschend!

Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet. Service sehr unkoordiniert.

Waren zu zweit im Jänner dort. Personal sehr nett, die Getränke waren gut. Empfehlenswert.

Everything about this place is exquisite a d timeless: from the array of clothing to the Caffe and fine dining restaurant! I love the club sandwich, please try one! And of course best customer service.

Tolles Restaurant, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und die Jungs waren sehr hilfsbereit bei der Beratung über Speisen und Getränke. Die Gerichte wurden sehr schön präsentiert, und ich spürte wirklich, dass sie sich für den Kunden interessierten. Eine tolle Erfahrung, ich komme gerne wieder!

Als italiener würde ich sagen, hier gibt's den besten Espresso der Stadt. Der Service ist top, die Jungs sind höflich, elegant und herzlich. Ich werde den Emporio Armani Caffe' während meine Arbeitspause immer wieder besuchen!

I've visited this restaurant with friends, family and my small children and it's always a lovely experience. The staff are warm and friendly and always so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant itself has a trendy feel but at the same time it's intimate and comfortable. The booths with couches on the side provide a lovely feeling of privacy. The food is always something special and it's clear that the restaurant takes a lot of pride in what they serve.

Ich war gestern Nachmittag in dem Emporio Armani Caffè’ für einen Aperitif und es war einfach toll. Toller Wein und toller Service. Die Preise sind richtig um die Qualität die den Laden anzubieten hat. Ich komme gerne wieder!

I really can't recommend this restaurant warmly enough. I've visited Armani Caffé several times with friends, family and my small children. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is beautiful and has a very trendy feel, but at the same it's intimate and very comfortable. The food is always delicious and really something exciting to look forward to.

Tolle Location mit besonderem Ambiente.Leckerer Cesars Salad und sehr feine Desserts(hatte das Tiramisu), freundlicher, wenn auch etwas langsamer Service.Komme gerne wieder!

top cafe in der innenstadt. schöner aussenbereich und ein wirklich sehr stylishes café sowie restaurant. der resto chef armend sina ist ein erfahrener gastronom, der die exzellenz der marke armani im gastrobereich erfolgreich fortführt. top empfehlung daher! hingehen, wenn man in der stadt ist.

The "slowest" Espresso in Town! Be patient, when you like a quick coffee. 20 minutes waiting for an Espresso at the Bar, which was then delivered cold in a Cappuccino cup 😭 . But nevertheless, the Espresso itself was good!

Hier passt wirklich gar nichts. Hier wartet man auf die Bestellung ewig, wird durch ein emotionsloses sicherlich ungeschultes Personal schlecht bedient, muss mehrere Male nach der Rechnung fragen usw. Wer auch immer das Cafe bzw. die Gastronomie als wirklicher Dienstleister betreibt, sollte sich entweder schulen lassen oder sich umschulen lassen.

Die sanitären Einrichtungen in einem unterirdischen Zustand!!! Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert, es hat sich nur geringfügig etwas geändert.

Ho girato quasi tutti gli Armani caffè nel mondo. Ma come questo non mi è mai capitato. Appena entrato mi hanno guardato male,ho chiesto da bere ,ho aspettato 10 -minuti ma niente. We visited the Armani Caffe on a very hot day (around 30 degrees) as we wanted to take a break from our city tour. We sat down inside and we met a friendly man who was sitting next to us. The waitress arrived at our tables and the man ordered a Campari Soda. The waitress looked at him an answered in a very rude tone “A what?” ... the man repeated his order and she said again “What? I don’t know what this is” ... at this time the situation started to feel weird as all other guests around seemed surprised about the conversation. She said she would check and ask for it. Afterwards she took our order. As we were waiting for our coffees and pastries we noticed how the waitress served drinks, cleaned tables and the took one of the croissants that we ordered with her bare hands. Afterwards she came over to our table but surprisingly without our order. She just looked at us in a very degrading way and said then “You cannot sit here with this water bottle, put it on the floor!”. She was pointing at the water bottle which we brought with us as we were all day walking around in the city and as it was a very hot day. I responded that we already ordered and that we could as well order water if this was the problem. She just kept insisting that it is not allowed (in a very inappropriate way). We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. On our way out we saw few other tables who had as well brought water bottles. We were confused. Luckily we found another café nearby ... with very friendly staff.

I do not recommend this place. The bar inside was dirty and the service was one of the worst I ever experienced. We had to wait more than 30 minutes just to order a coffee and the bar was empty. The waiter decided to keep the change, without asking permission! I wrote several times to the customer service, but never received an answer! Definitely not worth going there if you are in Munich!
