For me, Eleon in Nuremberg is the best Greek restaurant for miles around! The warm, family-friendly atmosphere makes you feel immediately welcome. Even when the place is completely packed, the staff remains attentive, incredibly friendly, and exudes true Greek hospitality. The place is spotlessly clean, and every dish we ordered was a hit. I was particularly impressed by the calamari with tzatziki, the aromatic bekri meze, and the tender chicken with honey and white wine sauce – simply delicious and prepared with so much love. Everything is just perfect here: the food, the service, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. A place where you not only fill yourself up, but go home completely happy. Many thanks to the whole team – we'll definitely be back! 🇬🇷💙

It was a very pleasant evening. The service was very friendly and answered all questions, whether it was the wine or the preparation of the food. The food was excellently seasoned. Everyone was impressed by the quality and preparation; there are very few Greek restaurants in Nuremberg with this level of quality. Many thanks to the entire staff!

A fine Greek restaurant in the Kleinweidenmühle with unusual cuisine. The beer garden is in the back courtyard, but still cozy. Overall, highly recommended.

Just writing this makes me hungry... I was able to celebrate my birthday there in the outdoor area. It was, as always, a warm and wonderful atmosphere. It's usually busy here, which adds to the atmosphere when something is happening around you. Authentic Greek cuisine! The leafy courtyard is so lovely to linger in, and you can also sit comfortably inside. My guests and I love sharing, so we always order different dishes in the middle of the table so everyone can try everything. The menu also features such great, unique, and varied dishes, so there's something for everyone. Highly recommended, vegan and vegetarian options too. I think the price/performance ratio is good! Because I'm happy to pay for quality. Praise to the chef and the entire crew for the great time we were able to spend there!! I'm always happy to come back ☺️ Favorite Dish: The freshly breaded calamari with delicious tzatziki and lemon

A place to return I was at Eleon in Nuremberg's old town yesterday and the day before, and it was a delight every time. The seating in the leafy, quiet courtyard is lovely, and the service is warm, attentive, and perfectly organized. Everything comes exactly as ordered. I was absolutely thrilled with everything: fresh, homemade calamari, tender pork fillet in a flavorful sauce, creamy feta with sweet dates. Accompanied by excellent white wine and sparkling wine...a delight right down to the last sip. Everything is just perfect here: taste, quality, atmosphere, and service. Highly recommended!

We love Eleon. Traditional Greek food, far removed from the monotonous Greek fare we're used to. Greek tapas bar probably best describes it. Friendly service, lovely ambiance—what more could you want?

Excellent food, a lovely ambiance, and very good and friendly service. Highly recommended and worth the price. The only downside is the wine selection, which, unfortunately, is consistently quite the opposite. It's surprising that no emphasis is placed on this at all.

We ate here with a larger group of around 30 people. There were mixed starters and mixed main courses. Even with the starter I thought that this was the entire meal. The variety and quantity was extraordinary. The main course was also really tasty.

Yesterday we were guests at Eleon for the first time and it was really great. I had the small mixed meze variation and the plate was really beautifully presented and the food was excellent. The service was very quick and friendly and even though the store was full they took time to answer our questions. We were asked several times whether everything was okay and whether we would like any more drinks. I thought that was very good and you don't find it everywhere anymore. Really very hospitable. The chocolate soufflé at the end was amazing. We'd love to come back

The food was very tasty and the service was really friendly. The meze platter for one person actually filled us up. Unfortunately, our table was only a few centimeters away from the neighboring table, but that was only a little annoying.

We were simply disappointed. The 3 mini skewers of the main course (?) were tough and there was practically nothing with them. Pita with special order. In our opinion, the claim described online and the supposedly special concept were definitely not met.

Really good food, tastes super fresh! Would recommend the grilled feta, it never disappoints. The hauswine is also really delicious!

After 5 years, we recently gave it another try. The service was completely wrong. We then left again after 45 minutes because we don't accept very high prices without service!!

I've been going for many years and the food has always been excellent. It never disappoints.

We ordered souvlaki and extra fries. Firstly, there were no side dishes with the main courses and unfortunately there were neither gyros nor bifteki or similar Greek food. Unfortunately the meat skewer wasn't good at all, it was greasy and not cooked through. We got the souvlaki for free. The side dishes were good. Prices a bit exaggerated.

Today I had the pleasure of eating at a nice Greek restaurant and all I can say is that it was a great experience. I felt like I was in a little Greece in the middle of Nuremberg. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soft music playing in the background. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, which was especially helpful since there were so many delicious options. The food was simply great. We started with a selection of mezedes including tzatziki and saganaki. Every appetizer was fresh and full of flavor. Of particular note was the tzatziki, which was perfectly seasoned and simply amazing. The selection of desserts also left nothing to be desired and was the perfect end to an excellent meal. In summary, I can only warmly recommend the Eleon. It not only offers authentic Greek cuisine, but also an atmosphere that transports you to Greece for a few hours. A must for all Greek cuisine lovers! I hope this review helps you!

We were there for the first time today. The food was good and varied. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the whole thing, as the lady in service was very unfriendly to us (rolling her eyes, the way she communicated) btw the younger gentleman in service at the start of the evening was nice and accommodating. It's a shame that the mood has changed so much with the change in service. Since ambience and service are also important to us for a great evening, we won't be repeating an evening here again, which is a shame.

Another Greek meal. Very good, plentiful and reasonably priced for today's times. Ambience rustic and yet modern for an old building. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We immediately made a reservation for another day.

The restaurant offers original Greek cuisine that, as far as I know, is not available anywhere else in Nuremberg. The service, which was unpleasant for a while, is now very good again. We recommend.

Great food, good service, unfortunately no shade outside

Authentic, good Greek cuisine with great mezze (starter plate) for 2 people. That was really a lot and rich. We each ordered a farmer's salad and were more than full. The friendly and young waitress was also very helpful in choosing the dishes. Nice climate. Prices usually high, like any Greek. Unfortunately the garden was full, so we had no problem getting seated inside.

I ordered food here via Lieferando. It was very tasty, fresh and still warm. The food was very well packaged. Would order here again at any time.

Food was ok, service less so. I asked if the mussels were FRESH or frozen. “Where do you get fresh mussels at this time?” I named 2 shops in Nuremberg - it was mussel season. And the prices are simply excessive: a single dish (tapa-like) around 10 euros.

Kleine Karte mit Tapas auf Griechisch. Zu zweit sitzt man am Katzentisch. Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen sind klein, die Preise dafür höher.

Kommen immer wieder gerne. Griechische Tappas sind nicht alltäglich und ihr bekommt das fabelhaft hin! Besonders hervorzuheben sind eure Calamari, die die Besten in der Stadt sind! Das einzige Manko sind manchmal lange Wartezeiten zu Stosszeiten. Grüße

Sehr schöner Biergarten. Wir haben gut gegessen, manches schmeckte besser, manches nicht so. Soweit, so normal. Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Der Nachtisch erschlägt einen leider. Diese Portionen sind deutlich zu groß. Sehr leckerer Wein. Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett aber immer wieder über längere Strecken nicht zu sehen.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich, flexibel, hilfbereit. Außerdem ist er schnell und berät auch gut. Getränke kamen flott und die Speisen waren auch in angemessener Zeit auf dem Tisch. Was aus der Küche kam war frisch, trägt eine eigene Handschrift und war durchwegs sehr lecker und handwerklich gut. Preislich ist das auch vorkommen angemessen. Update 2023 Preise, Service, Geschmack immernoch top. Trotz vollem Haus war das Essen super schnell auf dem Tisch.

Eines der wenigen authentisch griechischen Restaurants in Deutschland. Wer eine Olympia Platte erwartet, der ist hier falsch. Wer sich allerdings auf eine kulinarische Reise nach Griechenland begeben möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Es gibt viele verschiedene Cremes und Mezedes mit einem großen vegetarischen Anteil.

Das Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkt, bisher war bei jedem Besuch ausgerechnet ein Gericht das wir wollten aus. Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre im Lokal ist sehr angenehm.

Mit der sehr positiven Erinnerung an ein ambitioniertes griechisches Restaurant sind wir nach langer coronabedingter Unterbrechung wieder dorthin gegangen. Es war leider enttäuschend. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber nur noch durchschnittlich. Reservierung ist nur noch in festen Zeitfenstern möglich. Die Lautstärke ist nahezu unerträglich, eine Bahnhofshalle zur Rush-Hour ist nichts dagegen. Als Pluspunkt: der Service war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Schade.
