Hervorragendes Essen und ein schönes Ambiente.

Wir haben ursprünglich im Greenhouse reserviert. Auf Grund einer Veranstaltung wurden wir angerufen und uns angeboten, dass wir ins Restaurant kommen dürfen. Dies haben wir gerne angenommen. Als wir am Restaurant waren, war leider alles geschlossen, niemand da und auch keiner telefonisch erreichbar. Obwohl mir die Reservierung vorher von zwei unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitenden bestätigt wurde. Eigentlich hatten wir einen guten Eindruck bis dato und haben uns auf das Essen gefreut, aber das hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

Top Lage, Essen und Getränke und Musik stimmen. Jederzeit wieder

Alles war gut, aber leider zwischen Hauptgang und Desserts war über 1 Stunde…

Wir waren Hotelgäste im The Flag und sind kurzfristig am Samstagabend im Elaine's gelandet. Eigentlich wollten wir nur noch schnell etwas essen und waren überrascht, dass wir am Ende doch über Stunden saßen. Der Service war von Anfang an super herzlich und locker. Das Sharing Konzept der Karte ging voll auf, wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden und hatten am Ende das Gefühl, uns einmal quer durch die Küchenkünste durchprobieren zu dürfen. Die Getränke (super Auswahl an alkoholfreien Alternativen, die weit über eine simple Saftmischung hinaus geht) waren absolut stimmig. Vielen, vielen Dank für diesen überraschenden und großartigen Abend - fast wie bei Freunden. P.S. Das einzige Manko: die Speisekarte auf der Website ist nicht aktuell - die dort angezeigten Kimchi Dumplings hätten wir wirklich auch gern gekostet ;-)

Ungemütliches Ambiente, kalt, überteuert und langweilig

Wir wurden sehr freundlichen empfangen. Unser Kellner, Mike, hat sich bemüht, unsere Essens- uns Getränkewünsche zeitlich angemessen entgegenzunehmen. Er hat uns Enpfehlungen gegeben und unsere Kritik, was unsere Getränke anging, entgegengenommen. Darüber hinaus war das Essen geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Werden definitiv nochmal kommen.

Leckeres Essen, guter Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre für Gespräche.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend zu zweit bei Elaine’s. Die Location ist wirklich sehr cool – stilvoll, modern und mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend. Wir starteten mit Sauerteigbrot und Butter, gefolgt von Burrata, Oktopus und einem unglaublich zarten Short Rib. Alles war perfekt zubereitet, geschmacklich auf den Punkt und sehr hochwertig angerichtet. Auch die Cocktails waren spitze: kreativ, geschmacklich hervorragend und optisch toll präsentiert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Abend. Absolut empfehlenswert für ein besonderes Dinner zu zweit.

Great restaurant! Wow! Weekly changing lunch menu! Always delicious! I always look forward to Mondays and Elaine's new lunch menu! The breakfast buffet is also really nice, and in the evenings, it's a great place to sit with friends! One of my favorite spots!

We had called ahead to register a birthday party. Unfortunately, despite the promise over the phone, no preparations had been made for the birthday party. The food was very good, but the service was a bit inattentive. Don't get me wrong, the staff was great and really friendly, but the overall experience didn't match the cost.

Clean aesthetic, super delicious lunch menu.

We were completely satisfied, even though we had mentioned a mushroom intolerance. It was immediately addressed and taken into account when we sat down. That's what you want from a host. The appetizers with Chrispy Rice were extremely good, and overall, a compliment to the kitchen! Service was very warm and accommodating. We'd love to come back and definitely try the other locations!

The food is good, but completely overpriced. Therefore, I'm only giving it 2 stars overall, even though the food was really good and Elaine's is a very nice restaurant. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. In addition, the service was inattentive and slow, and they even forgot things; we had to ask for our ordered drinks several times. It also took a very long time for the main courses to arrive, even though it wasn't very busy that evening.

Plays very loud music on the terrace all evening, which is a real nuisance to hotel guests, especially in summer.

I saw an event on the rooftop via Instagram and decided to go with a friend. At the entrance, they suddenly mentioned a "guest list" – but that hadn't been mentioned before. When I asked the staff about it, they told me I had to leave a 5-star review on Google to be admitted. Unfortunately, I agreed to it, which I regret in retrospect. Reviews like these are ultimately paid for and therefore not authentic.

I was a guest at the hotel and spontaneously decided to have dinner in the restaurant. The staff was super friendly, and I received a warm welcome right away. The outdoor seating is really lovely. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive! 😍

Very friendly and humorous staff. The vegan options are delicious, and the drinks are always something special. We ordered a lot of things to share, and it was great. I especially recommend the tacos, the bibimba pasta, and the chocolate dessert. They make you feel at home, thank you very much.

Super nice and attentive service, delicious food and a nice ambience

I had dinner at Elaine's Restaurant with friends over the weekend and wanted to leave a review. The outside of the restaurant is beautifully and modernly furnished and later in the evening there is some louder (in my opinion good) music. The service was nice, but the portions of the food were described to us as being a lot smaller than expected. And unfortunately I have to say that the price-performance ratio is not right here. The taste of the food was okay. In fact, my friends were still a little hungry after their main course, as the portions were very small. That's why I expected that it would at least taste great. Unfortunately this was not the case. I ordered the vegan version of cauliflower, which cost 26.50(!), which is a decent amount. Unfortunately, it didn't taste that great either. The fries, however, were very tasty. My cocktail, which was very small and unfortunately contained very little alcohol, was served in a small Asian soup bowl. I didn't think it was that bad because I thought it was funny at first, but you shouldn't serve a cocktail in a soup bowl. At least the cocktail tasted good, which is what I expect at 14 euros. The atmosphere is really nice, the waiters are nice, but ultimately it's about the food and I just don't think 215 euros is justified. That's why unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Our dinner was delicious, although almost €30 for a chicken and fries is quite a price. The service seemed overworked and understaffed. We had to repeatedly call for attention. That's simply annoying for a restaurant with upper-middle-range prices. The champagne was served in a red wine glass, and one of the two aperitifs barely had any fizz. The water cooler came without ice. The beer, in 0.4-liter sizes, was more like homeopathic cans. The location is beautifully designed, but the overall experience falls short of the financial outlay.

Celebrated my birthday here with 11 people. From the reservation to the dessert, everything was top! Pre-ordered starters, main courses a la carte and dessert to share - everything went perfectly. The cocktails were exclusive and very good! The boss sat down with us and chatted with us, really great guy! I would do it exactly the same way again every time!

I had a wonderful evening in this restaurant! The atmosphere was inviting and the furnishings were tasteful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent – ​​freshly prepared and full of flavor. Lovely location, unfortunately the gluten free options are very limited

On the recommendation of a friend, five of us went to Elain's Restaurant, where we reserved a table in good time. The warm welcome at the entrance to the restaurant was already remarkable. Friendly and approachable without any fake attitude. The service also proved to be extremely professional: if you had a request, someone was always there to make eye contact and if you were completely happy, you weren't bothered. Attentive and unobtrusive, I appreciate that. The advice on choosing the food was excellent. The starters were put together according to our wishes so that everyone could try a wide variety of delicacies. The selection of main courses, which were chosen based on recommendations, was considered a hit by everyone at the table. My personal rating of starters, main course and desserts: skillfully creative without any frills with some completely new taste experiences that alone made visiting this restaurant worthwhile. Really great! The location itself is also very appealing. All in all: If you want to enjoy a culinary evening with friends or family, this is without a doubt the right place! But even if you're just hungry, you can get your fill here in a dignified way. I will definitely go back.

We celebrated our son's 1st birthday in Elaine's Livingroom. We travel a lot but Elaine's restaurant cannot be beaten for the quality of the food and the absolutely fantastic service from this team! I was allowed to decorate the tables, they were so helpful, immediately helped with drink selection. They organized everything perfectly and were so accommodating. The best team I have experienced in a restaurant!!! THANKS!

Absolutely recommended...extremely good and high quality food in a nice atmosphere

All in all, a disappointment. There was something wrong with every dish. Tuna tartare lacked the presence of tuna flavor, vegan tacos had underwhelming filling served in sad tasting tortilla bread, salmon tasted too fishy, crispy chicken leg didnt have crispy skin, but most confusing was the "korean twist" on pasta. A dish that tastes like something ill cook on a sunday with no food at home, throwing everything I have left in the fridge into a pan. I liked the idea of gochujang and kimchi with pasta. Unfortunately, the execution was bad. On top, the waiter forgot about our dishes twice, knocked my drink over and didnt get me a new one, even though he told me he would and so on. Wont come here again considering the pricepoint.

Very committed team, top service and really attractively served food. Unfortunately a bit loud due to... the street immediately nearby. Actually only half a deduction for this.

Just wanted to have a cocktail as there was no hotel bar. Drinks were only available at the bar; to sit at tables you would have had to order food. I thought that was a shame. The menu was priced higher, I noticed while browsing the menu. Cocktails cost around €14 and were very tasty. The interior design is very stylish and we were treated nicely.

A great and satisfying experience! We stayed at Eleine's at The Flag hotel. We really enjoyed the Macciato coffee and the banana cake was delicious. What we liked most was the atmosphere and service from Leo. We felt very well looked after by Leo. We really enjoyed his energy, joy and friendliness. Super recommended, especially for the customer service. We will come back in any case!

Just really great. Very good food in a rustic environment. If you want to have an insight into the Same kitchen, this is the right place for you. Elaine puts her heart and soul into it and explains everything really well, shows how to prepare certain things and it just tastes great. I would love to come again and there is a great cookbook with recipes to cook and explanations of the seed culture and the ingredients and seasons.

10/10, one of Frankfurt’s best restaurants. It is located in the Flag M hotel. This place is amazing with its food and ambience. I have come back to this restaurant several times during my visit to Frankfurt. Would highly recommend.

Food was good but too expensive. It's annoying with the sides. I don't think it's a good idea to pay this additionally given the prices. The ambience is pleasant, but everything is a bit too squashed and cool.

Best food I had in Frankfurt. I got the black cuttle fish risotto and the tiger prawns (6 piece) and it blew my mind. Mike was our server and he was fantastic as well; friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Ambiance is so relaxing and the place itself is beautiful. A must-go when you’re in Frankfurt!

Die Speisen stehen unter dem Motto "sharing ist caring", was wir super begrüßen. Preislich finden wir allerdings einiges recht überzogen. Das Ambiente an sich ist super, man sollte jedoch vorallem am Wochenende reservieren. Der Service hier ist auch super. Wir wurden unfassbar herzlich von unserer Host Alisa begrüßt und auch die anderen Service Kräfte wie zb Terry waren unfassbar zuvorkommend und kompetent - man fühlt sich hier super wohl! Alles in allem einfach mindestens einen Besuch wert!! Gerne wieder!:)

Worst customer service. I have been staying and the Flag W hotel, which is in the same building. At the check in I have been told apparently wrong information about breakfast hours and when I came down at 10:01 and entered in the restaurant and I have been informed by 3 different employees at the same time that it’s closed, in a very unpleasant manner. I politely explained that I have been told that at the reception and , I understand that it’s two completely different organizations, but their approach and treatment was totally wrong. I would certainly recommend to the management of Elaine’s to pay more attention on how their employees are treating their guests. I also had a couple of drinks there and once a supper. Cold, unpleasant personnel makes you feel completely unwelcomed. I will recommend to all corporate colleagues in Sweden not to stay here when in Frankfurt.

Wir waren Samstag Abend zu viert dort und alle mehr als zufrieden! Restaurant war voll (zum Glück hatten wir reserviert) aber trotzdem hat sich die Mitarbeiterin Zeit genommen uns ein paar Worte zum Aufbau der Speisekarte zu sagen. Essen war mal was anderes und sehr lecker, jedoch sollte man ankündigen falls man keinen Koriander mag… Habe leider nur ein Bild von meinem Essen gemacht (Risotto).

Ich habe mich als queere Person wohl gefühlt(dachte ich), dass ich kurz daraufhin eine Freundin zum Dinner eingeladen habe. Ich möchte erwähnen, dass sie Trans ist. Wir wurden empfangen(alles schick),an den Tisch, der diskriminierende Tonfall der Bedienung war nicht zu überhören. Zuerst, nichts dabei gedacht. Doch ist Tonfall überheblicher geworden. Wir wollten das Beste aus unserem Abend machen. Doch ist dank der kalten Atmosphäre auch das gute Essen ungenießbar geworden. Als sich die Bedienung für unsere Anwesenheit bei dem Pärchen von gegenüber entschuldigt hat, konnten wir nur noch lachen. Liebes Elaine’s, für ein Lokal welches Konzept auf Inclusivity basiert, ist solch ein Service und verhalten in der heutigen Zeit absolut inakzeptable. Es wäre schön, entspannt bei euch Gast sein zu dürfen. Wenn der Schwerpunkt schon bei Inklusivität liegt. ;) PS: Liebe Grüße an unsere nette Bedienung mit dem Bob.

Verwunderlich, dass es im Herzen des Bankenviertels ein Familienrestaurant ins Erdgeschoss eines schönen Hotels gebracht hat. Das Angebot an family-style Familienplatten hat mich nicht angesprochen, z.B. das Kilo Garnelen mit Pommes. Würde das nächste Mal ein á-la-carte Restaurant bevorzugen. Dennoch freundliches und bemühtes Personal!

Elaines ist ein Ort mit Charakter. Ein cooles Team welches spürbar Spaß hat einem einen tollen Abend zu bereiten. Das Essen ist unschlagbar gut. Generell eine übersichtliche Auswahl bei Essen und Wein die mir zeigt, dass man wert auf Qualität legt. Seit 2 Jahren bin ich regelmäßiger Gast und jeder Besuch macht Hunger auf mehr :-) Danke Team Elaines!

Ein schönes Restaurant verhältnismäßig zentral in Frankfurt. Speisekarte hat mich angesprochen, ist auch recht modern gehalten. Intérieur des Restaurants ist minimalistisch, aber sehr ansprechend! Geschmacklich waren die Speisen absolut in Ordnung bis gut, allerdings stimmt hier mEn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz, da es geschmacklich dann doch nicht ganz abgerundet erscheint. Nichtsdestotrotz ein Besuch wert, wenn man einen schönen Abend verbringen möchte!

Google predicted this to be only a 62% match for me but the fact that it was crowded made me take a chance and I'm glad I did. The service was very friendly and the food excellent (although the onion soup was served too hot).

This is urban fine dining at its best! We very much liked the combination of the relaxed service, the chilled music, the modern interior and the first class food. If I should have to criticise anything: Sorry! Nothing on my list. You can expect 150-180€ for two people taking 3 courses. It’s well invested 😎 This was our first visit but definitely not our last. Lieblingsrestaurant Lieblings-Beilage: Kartoffelpüree mit Trüffel

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr aufmerksamer Service, leider sehr laut wegen des hohen Raumes und fehlender Akustikelemente.

Wir waren hier, um den 18. Geburtstag meiner Tochter zu feiern. Es war super. Mega Ambiente, super Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Cocktails waren auch super! Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen und komme garantiert wieder.

Das Frühstück (als Teil des Hotels) war leider enttäuschend: für 23€ bekommt man ein paar Brötchen und ein kleines liebloses Standardbuffet. Es wird auch nicht bedient (obwohl recht viele Mitarbeiter da waren) und nach Getränkewünschen gefragt. Abends ist es bestimmt besser.

Essen & Wein war gut, Service könnte aufmerksamer sein

Sehr gutes Essen - Fleisch lastig, das aber sehr gut. Ambiente nicht ganz so toll. Atmosphäre etwas kalt

Elaine‘s muss noch an sich arbeiten, um mit anderen Restaurants in der Preislage mitzuhalten!! Die Qualität der Zutaten/Rohstoffe und der Geschmack konnten mich nicht ganz überzeugen. Einsichtig hat die Küche unsere Hauptspeisen zurückgenommen und nach eigener Prüfung gemerkt, dass die Artischocken (24€) unzureichend waren. Wer Trüffel anbietet MUSS dafür sorgen, dass er von sehr guter Qualität ist. Richtiger und guter Trüffel wird am Tisch des Gastes aus einer Schale genommen und vor den Augen über die Speisen gehobelt! Nicht schon in der Küche! Das Aroma und der Duft eines guten Trüffels erfüllen dann die Umgebung und steigen sofort in die Nase. Wir haben nicht einen Hauch Trüffel gerochen, oder geschmeckt! Das muss professioneller werden. Oder eben keinen Trüffel anbieten. Hip und cool sein - schön und gut! Aber es gibt in der Spitzenküche eben einen gewissen Standard, hohe Ansprüche und Etiketten die einfach gelten. Dazu zählt eben auch, dass auf keinen Fall mittelmäßige Zutaten (hier: Artischocke, Trüffel) serviert werden. Das muss vorher in der Küche geprüft werden. Da für unseren Besuch nur ein begrenztes Zeitfenster von circa 2 Stunden vorgesehen war, konnten wir dann nur zwischen zwei „schnellen“ alternativen Hauptspeisen auswählen. Das Vitello tonnato interpretierte die Küche speziell und erfrischend neu. Lecker! Das hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Drinks/Weine mochten wir sehr! Das Risotto mit Ente waren ok (Ente etwas zäh…), der Beilagensalat sehr ölig, hat mich aber nicht so gestört. Die Dessert-Birne war leider auch wirklich nicht besonders aromatisch… Für die Unannehmlichkeiten war am Ende leider auch kein Digestif als Entschuldigung drin. Jammern auf hohem Niveau?! Ja! Aber wer diese hohen Preise aufruft und Teil der gehobenen Küche sein will, muss sich einem hohen Anspruch stellen! Fazit: Leider mehr Schein als sein.

Un restaurante más de la cadena con una comida excelente. La cocina vista permite ver el Movimiento de los cocineros. Luz tenue, ambiente recogido y música agradable. El servicio impecable. En una zona ideal de la ciudad.

Wir hatten hier wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns für Silvester entschieden, hier essen zu gehen. Essen war sehr sehr lecker ( Veganes Menü ). Terry war unser Kellner und wir beide waren mehr als hin und weg von ihm. Seine herzliche und coole Art hat uns den Abend sehr versüßt. Danke Terry für deinen Service. Nettes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und sehr freundlichem Service

Wir waren zu viert, Rechnung am Ende 250€. Wir haben 1,5 h auf die Hauptgänge gewartet. Auf Nachfrage wurde sich nicht mal entschuldigt, sondern nur gesagt "ja ich hab grad schon nachgefragt, wir haben heut auch eine große Weihnachtsfeier". Wir saßen ganz hinten am letzten Tisch vor den Toiletten und so wurden wir auch behandelt. Am Tisch neben uns saßen 4 Mädels, die eine Shot Runde nach der anderen bekommen haben und alle 10 Minuten stand ein Herr bei ihnen am Tisch für einen Plausch, während wir auf alles ewig warten mussten.
