Delicious! You just have to be careful that you or the waiter don't get confused when you order so many small dishes. It's rather expensive but it's worth it!

Super tasty, great selection. I can only recommend this restaurant. We only had one dish on the bill that we didn't get, but otherwise it was great!

Great Ambience, friendly customer service and must try food

After the long renovation and conversion period, the prices were drastically increased and the tapas day was abolished. The portions were larger, which is not desirable for tapas (small things), since you want to eat different things. Lower price with small portions, you could try 3 or 4 tapas (which are just as tasty as before), a maximum of 2 and you'll be full and leave with 25 - 30 euros (including drinks). You can't always share tapas at the table because everyone has different tastes. On the mixed tapas plate e.g. B. there were 2 products that I don't like and can't exchange. If you like my comment then please give me a 👍 (thumbs up) like!!

We were there for the first time today and immediately felt at home. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very clean. The service was first class and the tapas were outstanding! We would love to come back 😊

El Punto is apparently 'in' in Göttingen. Ok, it's probably full everywhere on Saturday evenings. That's how it was here. The restaurant is quite large, so the noise level was accordingly! The facility is pretty cool, see photos. The food was ok, but it didn't blow me away personally. The others enjoyed it. We had a mixed platter with various 'treats' 😉

Well, that's a surprise in the dreariness of the concrete cubes at Göttingen train station. Enter and you are in Spain. Tapas taste authentic. The ham in particular melts on the palate. Not too much was promised in terms of friendly and attentive service. Thanks!

My favourite restaurant in Gottingen. The service can sometimes be quite inattentive, especially if you sit outside, but the food and vibe can't be beaten.

Very good Spaniard with selected and well thought out tapas offers. Including nice vegetarian alternatives. I recommend making a reservation in advance, but you can also get lucky spontaneously. Owner and condition are simply great and competent. A very neighborly atmosphere is created. ABBA GOAT

After I was told on the phone that I didn't have to make a reservation to sit outside in the best weather because everything was free, I was told 2 hours later on site that I could only dine inside because everything outside was reserved... Quite a setback in advance . After back and forth we were able to sit outside at a high table. The food was tasty and the portions were reasonable. The price is around €35-40 per person. The location is really nice and very stylish!

Delicious tapas to share. Had six tapas, garlic bread and chips. It just felt like the wait was a little long. Card payment is possible here.

The tapas were very good, but the paella was unfortunately a complete disaster. Three mussels, three scampi, both completely dried out and cooked to death, the whole thing under a porridge of swollen rice that was more reminiscent of Djuvec rice than paella. No saffron or similar typical spices Track. Terrible. Forking out €17 for this is already very borderline. Even the fact that it was packed that evening cannot excuse such quality.

Been coming here again and again for years. Food is really highly recommended. Like in Spain! 🇪🇸 You can also spontaneously get a place for two people. You never have to wait long for your food. From 8 p.m. onwards it can sometimes get a little louder inside. It's not a problem outside.

Solid tapas restaurant. The food is all good and tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is authentic. But it's not outstanding - hence only four stars. The prices are fair, so it's good value for money. Feel free to go and try it out.

Pretty good food. Reservation is required. The meal takes a long time. The waiter is very friendly! The paella I ordered at first was bitter, but after talking to the waiter, I refunded it and got a snack as a gift. It was still a very good dining experience.

The food was very good. Basically, you should choose at least 2/3 bowl dishes to fill you up. Portions are very well priced. Everything tasted very good. Service was nice and courteous and always at the table quickly. Unfortunately, something went wrong for some guests when putting it together in the kitchen. But it was immediately changed again. Maybe it was because the restaurant was full. The ambience is generally very nice but everything is a bit too cramped. Noise level a bit loud.

Great food, ambient sensation and the boss is great, I love it.

It's really loud in there, it feels like you're in a pub. When the store is busy, service can quickly become irritable. Special requests for food are not fulfilled.

The food was wonderful and the omelette was very good, it reminded me of what I ate in Spain, and the atmosphere and waiters were perfect.

Not much has changed after the renovation. The food was okay, but unfortunately relatively expensive. The service was friendly, unfortunately they weren't very attentive, they didn't ask if we would like something else to drink, so we only got 1 drink. A big disadvantage was the volume and the narrow space. It was full and so loud that you almost had to shout at each other. The tables in the middle were so close together that we had a maximum distance of 25 centimeters to the neighbors on the left and right, which was very uncomfortable. I don't see a next visit at the moment.

Went to eat again~ The Spanish paella tasted like a pre-made dish and was really a bit unpalatable~ In addition to the food being unpalatable, the service was still very good and the atmosphere was good.

The various tapas were very tasty and visually very appealing. The slightly longer waiting time was understandable, as all seats in the locomotive hall were occupied after the event.

On January 24th, 2024 around 9:30 p.m. we visited El Punto with 4 people without prior reservation after an event. We were greeted very friendly and the waitress offered us a nice free table. Shortly afterwards another lady came and warmly welcomed us. She asked what we wanted and brought us the drink menus with a smile on her face. Then she accepted our wishes, again with such friendliness that wasn't fake at all. Another lady served us the drinks, just as friendly. We chose different tapas. These were very tasty. Quality and quantity were very good. The menu, which was already on the table in a customer-friendly manner, is very clearly laid out with a variety of tapas, menus... The price-performance ratio is still appropriate under the current conditions (inflation, reintroduction of VAT...). . It wasn't our last visit to El Punto. We felt very welcome and very comfortable. Unfortunately, you rarely experience such friendliness anymore. Many thanks to the El Punto team.

Wer spanische Küche mag und davon viele Tapas, der is(s)t hier richtig. Freundliches Personal, dass einen Gast, auch nach längerer Zeit, wieder erkennt und immer bereit ist schnell zu reagieren. Wer nicht reserviert hat kann ein wenig an der Bar warten und erhält, je nach Wunsch und Jahreszeit, einen Außen- oder Innentisch. Sehr empfehlenswert!
