The best ice cream I've had in a long time!!!!

Just the lovingly prepared ice cream makes you almost over-the-top excited to cool down with delicious ice cream. Unfortunately I was only able to try three (lush) balls. Peppermint and yogurt were insanely good. Strawberry wasn't that intense, but that's what it must taste like if you leave out the chemicals. Therefore also very good. Definitely coming back here next time.

The ice cream is super tasty and there is nothing to complain about. But the staff. The woman and the man who are actually always there. These two are so rude. Backbiting in their language (you feel totally unwelcome) they look at you annoyed the whole time (because hurry up now) it's super uncomfortable, especially with small children who want to watch again. I don't know if these two are owners, if not the owner should get new staff. These two are very arrogant and extremely unfriendly. I won't go there anymore.

We really like the ice cream. Very intense and not just like water (like around the corner). The only thing I think could be improved is the price or better labeling which is the more expensive ice cream. Addendum September '24: the ice cream also tastes extremely delicious this year. The service is very nice and the (better) price marking is also available, so there is no complaint about it. Keep it up! (Woe betide you if you close the location!!!)

I actually went there several times a week to get ice cream because it's really good and I work 200m away. But if they send me out at 5 to 10, I can do it myself because it doesn't open until 10 a.m. (I wanted to get a voucher) then that was it now the last time I was there. I myself work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I'm usually in the shop at 8:15 a.m. and if someone comes at 8:00 p.m., then I don't send them. Too bad, too bad!!!!

Eislabor makes the best ice cream 😍 so creamy and delicious in taste. There are always new varieties and the staff is so friendly. You can now also pay by card from €5, mega!

How can a modern ice cream shop in 2024 not have plant-based milk in its range and offer vegan milkshakes?

Strong recommendation. We know most ice cream parlors in Darmstadt and vicinity. Our previous favorite was deteriorating whilst prices were spiking. With Eislabor we have found a more than adequate replacement. 1. Very good combinations of flavors, today for example tiramisu+raspberry+straciatella. Flavors are never the same, always something new to try. 2. Very friendly and patient service. 3. Good outdoor seating. Prices on new normal level.

Das Eis ist wirklich sehr lecker und sein Geld wert, leider ist das Geschäft etwas klein und da es in der direkten Fußgängerpassage in Griesheim gelegen ist, besteht auch keine Möglichkeit für einen größeren Außensitzbereich. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, wirkt aber oft genervt oder gelangweilt... ich weiß man kann nicht immer gute Laune haben, aber man könnte zumindest versuchen diese so gut wie Möglich vor dem Kunden zu verbergen bis dieser wieder draußen ist, das beste Beispiel für sowas sind Italienische Familien, da lächelt dir jeder ins Gesicht und gibt dir das Gefühl die Welt ist in Ordnung auch wenn sie sich im nächsten Moment in dem Sie alleine sind vielleicht wieder gegenseitig an die Gurgel gehen.

Das Eis schmeckt super, bin aber beim Spaghetti Eis auch nicht sicher, ob das eine echte Erdbeersoße oder nur diese künstliche Soße aus der Plastikflasche ist, mir kommt die viel zu süß vor.

Diesen Einladen kann ich nur empfehlen. Diverse Sorten mit sehr gutem Geschmack....vorallem Limemcello mit Basilikum....gerne wieder

Es gibt Eis zum mitnehmen und das ist außerordentlich gut.

Unglaublich lecker und Hammer Portion habe mir zwei Kugeln bestellt aber gefühlt waren es vier 👍🤌🏻🤗

Eben kurz vorm Feierabend haben wir uns noch jeweils eine Eiskugel geholt. Erstmal gab es viele interessante Sorten. Der Service war super freundlich. Und das Eis (in meinem Fall Limoncello) hat super lecker geschmeckt. Außerdem war die Eiskugel richtig groß im Gegensatz zu dem, was man bei anderen Eisdielen im Umkreis bekommt. Straciatella war auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder und werden noch weitere Sorten probieren.

Super leckeres Eis, Personal sehr freundlich. Die unterschiedlichen und auch mal außergewöhnlichen Sorten machen einen immer neugierig und Lust auf Eis. Freu mich das es jetzt auch eine Filiale in Griesheim gibt. Gehe aber auch gerne nach Arheilgen und Darmstadt. Und wenn Eis im Sommer schmilzt dann ist es wohl Eis 😂😉

Das Eis schmeckt gut aber definitiv zu teuer 1,40 Euro für eine Kugel, die auch nicht mal besonders gross ist. Da reichen 1,20 Euro oder dann sollte man auch größere Kugeln machen für den Preis. Keine Möglichkeit das Eis draussen zu geniessen ist sehr schade. Aus diesen Gründen leider nur 3 Sterne!!!

Endlich fantastisches Eis zentral in Griesheim! Darauf haben wir 8 Jahre gewartet 😉. Wir waren direkt am Eröffnungstag und einen Tag danach hier und konnten die fantastischen Sorten Maracuja-Minze, Feige, Zitrone-Minze, Haselnuss, Snickers und Orange probieren. Sogar die Waffel schmeckte hochwertig.
